Description

【0001】

[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The refill container 1 of the present invention includes a container body 2 and a cap 3.
[0010]
The container body 2 is formed of a synthetic resin or the like, and is configured such that a mouth-and-neck portion 6 is erected from an upper end of a bottomed cylindrical trunk portion 4 through a shoulder portion 5. The thickness of the body 4 can be the same as that employed in this type of conventional thin-walled container, but the shape retention when storing the liquid, taking into account the type of resin forming the container body, etc. It is good to form as thin as possible within the range where
[0011]
The cap 3 is also formed of synthetic resin or the like, and has a cylindrical shape with a lower end opening formed by extending a top wall 8 that closes the upper end opening of the neck and neck from the upper end edge of the peripheral wall 7 fitted to the outer periphery of the container body neck 6. I am doing. The fitting locking means for the mouth neck 6 of the cap 3 may be screwed as shown in the illustrated example, or may be fitted and locked by crossing engagement between the protrusions. The fitting locking method used in the seed container can be adopted.
[0012]
In the present invention, in this kind of refill container described above, the fitting ring 9 is fitted and fixed to the outer periphery of the mouth neck portion below the cap fitting portion, and the finger ring 10 is moved outward from the outer surface of the fitting ring 9. Is provided with a ring member A.
[0013]
This ring member A is formed of synthetic resin or the like. By selecting the material, thickness, etc., the ring member A has a rigidity that does not deform even when a finger is inserted into the finger ring 10 and the container body 2 is lifted. By providing the ring member A, the cap 2 can be attached and detached or the liquid can be poured out without causing the disadvantage that the container body 2 is recessed and the stored liquid overflows.
[0014]
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, a thread 11 is provided around the outer periphery of the mouth neck 6 and a pair of locking protrusions 12 and 12 are provided around the outer periphery of the mouth neck so as to be spaced apart from each other. Further, an engaging protrusion 13 is provided on the upper part of the inner peripheral surface of the fitting ring 9, and the lower end portion of the inner peripheral surface is reduced in diameter via a downward stepped portion 14. Then, the fitting ring 9 is inserted and fitted from above the container body, the engaging ridge 13 is moved over and engaged with the lower surface of the upper locking ridge 12, and the downward stepped portion 14 is connected to the lower locking ridge 12. The ring member A is fitted and fixed to the mouth-and-neck portion 6 by abutting and locking to the upper surface.
[0015]
Further, in the present embodiment, the recess 15 is formed on the bottom surface of the container body, and the gripping protrusion 16 is integrally suspended from the central portion in the recess 15. When the stored liquid is poured out after the cap 3 is removed, the projecting piece 16 can grasp the finger ring 10 and the finger ring 10 to prevent the deformation of the container as much as possible, and can dispense the liquid. In the example shown, a thin bent portion 17 is provided on the upper side so as to be rotatable in the front-rear direction. The gripping protrusion 16 can be formed simultaneously with, for example, blow molding the container body. The orientation of the gripping protrusion 16 can be changed as necessary when the container body has the directional body 4 as described above, and can be selected as appropriate in consideration of the protruding direction of the finger ring 10. .
[0016]
When the container of this embodiment as described above is used, for example, if the finger ring 10 is grasped and fixed and the cap 3 is screwed off, the lid can be opened without causing inconvenience such as a recess of the container body. . Next, for example, if the finger is inserted into the finger ring 10 and the gripping protrusion 16 on the bottom surface of the container body is held and tilted with the finger, the storage liquid can be poured out with almost no deformation of the container body.
[0017]
The embodiment shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 shows an example in which the lower end edge of the cap peripheral wall 7 and the upper end edge of the fitting ring 9 of the ring member A are integrally connected by a breakable connecting portion a.
[0018]
In this embodiment, the cap 3 and the ring member A are integrally formed of a synthetic resin, and the lower end edge of the cap peripheral wall 7 and the upper end edge of the fitting ring 9 are used as a breakable connecting portion a. They are connected by a thin portion 18.
[0019]
Further, a belt-like protrusion 19 having a wide vertical width is provided below the peripheral portion of the thread 11 on the outer periphery of the container body neck 6, and the cap 3 and the ring member A are screwed from above so that the inside of the fitting ring 9. The ring member A is fitted in such a manner that it cannot be pulled out by engaging the engaging ridge 13 projectingly provided on the lower part of the circumferential surface over the lower surface of the belt-like protruding portion 19 and engaging.
[0020]
The breakable connecting portion a is not limited to the thin-walled portion 18 and can adopt various forms, and can adopt a structure that can be broken relatively easily when the ring member A is fixed and the cap is horizontally rotated. For example, they can be formed by connecting the two by a plurality of thin rod pieces in the circumferential direction, or by forming the two integrally and providing a perforation at the boundary portion. Furthermore, the fitting ring 9 in this embodiment cannot be pulled out from the mouth-and-neck portion 6, but is fitted so that it can be rotated. Therefore, when the coupling part a is cut and the cap 3 is removed, the direction of the finger ring 10 can be freely changed as shown in FIG.
[0021]
In the case of this embodiment, the same gripping protrusion 16 as that of the embodiment of FIG. 1 is provided.
When the container of this embodiment is used, for example, if the finger ring 10 is held and fixed and the cap 3 is screwed off, the thin portion 18 is cut and only the cap 3 is the container body 2. Deviate from.
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the refill container of the present invention is a ring in which a fitting ring is fitted and fixed to the outer periphery of the mouth neck portion below the cap fitting portion, and a finger hook ring protrudes outward from the outer surface of the fitting ring. Since the member A is provided, when the cap is attached / detached, for example, by grasping the finger ring, the cap can be attached / detached without causing inconvenience such as overflow of the liquid in the container body, and smooth refilling of the liquid can be performed. It can be done.
[0023]
Moreover, since only a small ring member is added as compared with the conventional container, there is a demand for this kind of container that can be manufactured at a low cost because the manufacturing is not so complicated and the material cost is not increased. It is satisfactory.
[0024]
In addition, when the cap peripheral wall lower end and the finger ring upper end are integrally connected by a breakable connecting portion, the cap and the ring member can be fitted together, and the connecting portion is cut. If not, it has the advantage that it can be easily determined that the container is unused.
[0025]
In addition, in the case where the concave portion is formed on the bottom surface of the container body and the gripping protrusion is integrally suspended from the central portion in the concave portion, when removing the storage liquid after removing the cap, By holding the finger ring and the gripping protrusion, the overflow of the content liquid can be prevented well.
