【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、スーパーマーケット等の小売店において、商品陳列用の商品棚やワゴン等に、商品の値段或いは単価等を表示する棚札を取り付けるのに使用される棚札取付装置、及び棚札との組み合わせからなる棚札装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
スーパーマーケット等で使用されている商品陳列棚は、一般に、その前面に凹溝(断面略コの字形)を有した取付枠が、陳列棚の長手方向(左右方向)に沿って配設されている。そして、その凹溝を利用して棚札取付装置を内部から上・下縁に圧接して取り付け、その棚札取付装置の正面側(購買者と対向する面)には凸部を設け、この凸部に対して棚札ホルダーを横からスライドして取り付け、更に棚札ホルダーに棚札を装着していた(特開2001−312221号公報)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、従来のものは、取付枠に対する棚札取付装置の取り付けは圧接して取り付けるため、前記取付枠の凹溝の幅寸法に若干の寸法差があっても対応できたが、商品陳列棚の前面に配設される取付枠は、該陳列棚のメーカーにより大きさが異なるため、取付枠に取り付ける棚札取付装置も各メーカーに対応させて数種類(例えば、大、中、小の3タイプ)用意する必要があった。

又、棚札取付装置に対し棚札ホルダーを介して装着される棚札も、横形(横長表示)だけでなく、縦形(縦長表示)のものも存在し、その為前記した棚札取付装置も縦形専用の棚札取付装置を別途必要としていた。
その為、棚札取付装置として多くの種類を用意する必要があり、コストアップの要因となっている、という問題がある。

本発明は上記した従来の技術が有する問題点に鑑みてなされたもので、その目的とするところは、寸法の異なる数種類の取付枠に1個の棚札取付装置で対応することができる棚札取付装置を提供することにある。
又、他の目的は縦形表示及び横形表示の両方に対応できる棚札装置を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成する為に本発明が講じた技術的手段は、商品陳列棚の前面に配した横長手方向に伸びる凹溝を有した取付枠の上・下縁に対して着脱自在に圧接係着され、且つ棚札を直接又は間接に取り付けることができる棚札取付装置であって、その装置は、前記取付枠の上・下縁の一方に対して係着する係合片を有し、且つその係合片を上・下縁の一方と圧接する方向に付勢する弾機手段を備えた弾発部材と、前記取付枠における上・下縁の他方に係着する係合片を有し、且つ表面には棚札取付手段を備えた棚札装着部材とからなり、更に棚札装着部材又は前記弾発部材には両部材の合着位置を複数箇所設け、該棚札装着部材の係合片と前記弾発部材の係合片との位置関係を広狭可変し得るようにしたことを特徴とする(請求項1)。
本発明の棚札取付装置に取り付ける棚札としては、電子棚札のみならず、紙片やカード等に必要事項を手書き、印刷等したものも含まれるものである。
この構成により、棚札装着部材と弾発部材を合着一体化することで、取付枠の上・下縁に圧接係着する上下一組の係合片を備えた棚札取付装置が完成される。そして、棚札装着部材と弾発部材の合着位置を変更することで、上下一組の係合片の間隔を広狭変更することが出来る、それにより、単一の棚札取付装置で、凹溝の溝幅が異なる数種類の取付枠に対応することが可能となる。

又、棚札取付装置を構成する弾発部材は、弾機手段の弾発方向の一方に設けた係合片を該弾機手段の弾発方向にのみスライド可能とするガイド杆を備え、且つ弾機手段における弾発方向の他方側には前記棚札装着部材に対して弾発方向と交差する方向から嵌脱自在な支持部を設けた構成とする(請求項2)。それにより、棚札装着部材に対して弾発部材を合着する際、先にガイド杆を棚札装着部材側に挿入セットしても、他方の支持部は弾機手段を介して設けてあるため、該支持部は容易に変位し、棚札装着部材への合着を容易に行なうことが出来る。そして、棚札装着部材と弾発部材とで構成される上下一組の係合片間の間隔を広狭変更しながら、取付枠に対する圧接作用を発揮する弾機手段の機能を確実に保持できる。

更に、前記した棚札装着部材と弾発部材からなる棚札取付装置と、商品の値段或いは単価を表示する棚札を組み合わせて棚札装置を構成できる(請求項3)。これにより構成される棚札装置は、凹溝の溝幅寸法が異なる取付枠を備えた数種類の商品陳列棚に単一体で幅広く対応することができる。

又、商品陳列棚、或いは商品陳列ワゴン等に取り付けられ、且つ取り付け状態で購買者と対向する部分に、棚札を直接或いは間接に取り付ける棚札取付部を設けた棚札取付装置と、棚札とからなる棚札装置において、前記棚札取付装置の棚札取付部と棚札は凸部と溝部によりスライド係合自在とし、更に両者の係合は棚札取付部に対し棚札を縦形、又は横形の何れの方向にも取り付け自在としてもよい(請求項4)。
この構成により、棚札取付装置に対する棚札の取り付けを縦形、横形のどちらにも行なうことができる。
そして、前記棚札取付装置の棚札取付部は凸部で、且つ縦方向及び横方向の何れの方向へも係合可能とし、棚札側には前記スライド挿入方向の奥行ストッパと、出没可能な抜止ストッパを設ける(請求項5)。それにより、棚札取付装置に対して棚札を確実に定着装備できる。しかも、装着した棚札の抜止を行なう抜止ストッパは棚札取付装置より大きい棚札側に設けてあるため、抜止ストッパの解除操作を楽に行なうことができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
図1は商品陳列棚Cに棚札取付装置Aを用いて棚札Bを装着した状態を示す斜視図で、棚札取付装置Aは、諸品陳列棚Cの前面に配した取付枠1の上側係止縁に対して圧接係着する係合片を有し、且つその係合片を前記取付枠の上側係止縁に圧接する方向に付勢する弾機手段を備えた弾発部材A1と、前記取付枠の下側係止縁に対して係着する係合片を有し、且つ表面に棚札取付手段を備えた棚札装着部材A2とで構成され、棚札装着部材A2の棚札取付手段に棚札Bが装着されるように構成されている。

商品陳列棚Cの前面に配置される取付枠1は、アルミニウム材或いはステンレス材等の金属材、又は合成樹脂材によって横長手方向に伸びる凹溝1’を有した断面略C字形の枠体に形成され、その凹溝1’の上下の各端部にそれぞれ内向きに突出した上側係止縁1a、下側係止縁1bが形成されている。
従って、この取付枠1の上側係止縁1aに弾発部材A1の係合片2を、下側係止縁1bに棚札装着部材A2の係合片9を、凹溝1’を利用して内側から圧接することにより棚札取付装置Aが装着される。

棚札取付装置Aは、図8に示すように、取付枠1の上側係止縁1aに係着する係合片2を有する弾発部材A1と、取付枠1の下側係止縁1bに係着する係合片9を有する棚札装着部材A2との二部材で構成され、その棚札装着部材A2に弾発部材A1を嵌め合わせ一体化することで棚札取付装置Aが形成される。そして、弾発部材A1と棚札装着部材A2との嵌め合わせ一体化する位置は、前記取付枠1の凹溝1’の溝幅に応じて変更する。

弾発部材A1は、成形性に優れた合成樹脂材、例えばポリアセタール等の合成樹脂材を射出成形して、断面略直角三角形の棒状をした係合片2の左右両側に、ガイド杆3,3’が前記係合片2の係着方向と反対方向(図面では下方向)に向けて平行に突出形成され、且つ前記係合片2の下面(ガイド杆の形成面)に弾機手段4を介して底板5が一体に形成されると共に、その底板5の左右両側に棚札装着部材A2に対して嵌め合わせ一体化する支持部6,6’が突出形成されている。

係合片2の左右両側に正面略門形に形成するガイド杆3,3’は、断面略正方形の角棒杆に構成され、そのガイド杆3,3’の長手方向の端部は底板5付近まで延長されて開放されている。
係合片2と底板5を連結する弾機手段4は、係合片2及び底板5の厚み幅と等しい板幅を有する板バネ形状に構成されている。詳しくは、所定の間隔をおいて平行に配置される係合片2と底板5の間に、二つのV形板バネ4a,4bをそれぞれ開放側が外側を向くように背中合わせ状に配置し、その各V形板バネ4a,4bの上下端(開放端)をそれぞれ係合片2、底板5に連結一体化したものである。
それにより、ガイド杆3,3’と一体の係合片2と、反対側の底板5は前記弾機手段4で連結されるため、係合片2と底板5は弾機手段4を形成する二つのV形板バネ4a,4bの弾発作用により接近/離反し、係合片2と底板5に弾発力が生じ、且つ係合片2と底板5は弾機手段4の弾発方向と直交する上下方向に変動自在となる。

棚札装着部材A2は、前記した弾発部材A1と同一の合成樹脂材で射出成形して形成されている。その構成は、略正方形の形状をした基板7の一側面(裏面)に、前記弾発部材A1を上方より嵌め込みセットする定着部8が形成され、その定着部8の下端部に沿って前記取付枠1の下側係止縁1bに係着する係合片9が一体に配置形成されている。又、基板7の他側面(表面)には、棚札Bを装着するための棚札取付手段10が一体に形成されている。

定着部8は、基板7の一側面における略下半部の周縁に沿って側壁11が逆門形形状に一体に形成され、その側壁11における左右両側の上部には押え片12が内方に向けて水平に突設され、更に押え片12と下端の係合片9との間の左右両側の側壁11の上面には前記弾発部材A1の支持部6,6’が嵌合係着される合着用溝13a,13b,13cが切欠き形成されている。
前記合着用溝13a,13b,13cは、弾発部材A1における底板5の両側下部に突設されている支持部6,6’を側壁上面側より嵌合できるよう切欠き形成され、且つその合着用溝の形成位置は側壁に沿い上下方向に所定間隔をおいて3段階に形成されている。

それにより、棚札装着部材A2に対し弾発部材A1の合着一体化は、合着用溝13a,13b,13cと該弾発部材A1の支持部6,6’の嵌合位置を変えることで3段階に変更できる。そして、両部材の合着位置を変えることで、弾発部材A1側の係合片2と棚札装着部材A2側の係合片9との間隔を広狭変更できる。即ち、係合片9から一番離間した合着用溝13aに支持部6,6’を嵌合した場合は係合片2と係合片9との間隔が「大」、合着用溝13bに支持部6,6’を嵌合した場合は係合片2と係合片9との間隔が「中」、合着用溝13cに支持部6,6’を嵌合した場合は係合片2と係合片9との間隔が「小」となる。

基板7の他側面(表面)に形成される棚札取付手段10は、所定高さの起立壁10aを正面正方形状に起立配置し、その起立壁10aの上部外周面に一定幅の突縁10bを外側水平方向に向けて一体に形成して形成されている。即ち、図5に示すように、起立壁10aの縦寸法L1と横寸法L2は同一寸法とし、且つ突縁10bの縦寸法L3と横寸法L4も同じ寸法として、断面略L字形の壁が正方形に配置形成され、その結果、起立壁10aの周囲には基板7と突縁10bとで溝14が区画形成される。そして、その溝14は正方形の外周に形成されるため、正方形の対向する二辺(上・下、左・右)で後述する棚札Bとのスライド係合が行なわれるようになっている。即ち、図1に示すように、同じ棚札取付装置Aを使用して縦型の棚札、横型の棚札のどちらも装着することができる。
又、正方形の形状に起立形成した起立壁10aの内側にはリブ15が十字状に配置形成され、これにより棚札取付手段10が補強され、変形の発生が防止されている。尚、前記棚札取付手段10は図示の如く肉取りすることなくソリッド構造としてもよい。

上記の如く構成した弾発部材A1と棚札装着部材A2を組み合わせて棚札取付装置Aを構成する場合は、弾発部材A1の係合片2に連接したガイド杆3,3’を、棚札装着部材A2における棚札取付手段10の設置面と反対側の定着部8に形成された側壁11と押え片12の間に挿入し、且つ係合片2と反対側の底板5の左右両側に突設した支持部6,6’を左右の側壁11に切欠き形成した合着溝13a,13b,13cの何れかを選択して嵌合することで完成される。即ち、合体した弾発部材A1と棚札装着部材A2の面方向の離反は押え片12で防止され、弾発部材A1が挿入方向と逆方向に抜けようとする動きは合着溝13a,13b,13cと支持部6,6’の嵌合で阻止される。それにより、合体した弾発部材A1の係合片2と棚札装着部材A2の係合片9に、弾発部材A1の弾機手段4の弾発力が作用することになり、商品陳列棚Cの取付枠1に圧接係着可能となる。

次に、前記棚札取付装置Aの組み合わせ(合体)手順、及び合体位置変更の手順を図8及び図9に基づいて簡単に説明する。
(1)弾発部材A1を棚札装着部材A2の定着部8側に当て、その弾発部材A1の底板5側を係合片2に対して上方(定着部8から離れる方向)に持ち上げながら係合片2に連接したガイド杆3,3’を、定着部8を構成する側壁11間に上方から挿入する。この時、弾発部材A1の係合片2と底板5は弾機手段4で連結されている為、容易に曲げることが可能である。
(2)前記作業を完了した時、係合片2に弾機手段4を介して連結された反対側の底板5は押え片12上に乗った状態にあり、その底板5の左右両側に突設された支持部6,6’を、棚札装着部材A2の左右の側壁11上に形成した3段階の合着溝13a,13b,13cの内、目的の合着溝を選択して、棚札装着部材a2の基板7に対し鉛直方向から前記合着溝に嵌め込む。尚、支持部6,6’を嵌め込む合着溝の位置が係合片9寄りの場合は、前記ガイド杆3,3’を側壁11と押え片12とによってスライド案内して嵌め込む。前記支持部6,6’を嵌め込む合着溝の選択は、棚札Bを取り付けようとする商品陳列棚Cに配置されている取付枠1の凹溝幅Hに応じて決定される。
(3)上記操作で合体させた棚札取付装置Aを、商品陳列棚Cの変更等に伴って弾発部材A1の係合片2と棚札装着部材A2の係合片9との間隔を広狭変更する場合は、前記と逆の操作を行なうことで変更することができる。
その操作は、図9に示すように所定の合着溝13bに嵌合する支持部6,6’と一体の底板5を、ドライバー等16の工具を用い、係合片9を利用して梃子作用で持ち上げれば、支持部6,6’を合着溝から容易に外すことが出来る。

次に、棚札取付装置Aを商品陳列棚Cの取付枠1に取り付ける操作を図10に基づいて説明する。
先ず、弾発部材A1の係合片2と棚札装着部材A2の係合片9を目的の間隔に調整して合体した棚札取付装置Aを、可動可能な係合片2側を取付枠1の上側係止縁1aに係着し(図10(a)参照)、その状態で棚札取付装置Aを前記係合片2が上側係止縁1aに圧着する方向(矢印方向)に押圧する。それにより、係合片2を介して弾機手段4が圧縮され、棚札装着部材A2の係合片9は前記取付枠1の下側係止縁1bを乗り越えて凹溝1’に入り込むことが可能となる(図10(b)参照)。
係合片2側を取付枠1の上側係止縁1aに押し付けて弾機手段4を圧縮し、係合片9を取付枠1の下側係止縁1bを乗り越えて凹溝1’内に嵌め込んだ後、弾機手段4を圧縮する力を解除すると、係合片2及び係合片9は夫々弾機手段4の弾発力で外側方向に移動され、係合片2を上側係止縁1aに、係合片9は下側係止縁1bに夫々圧接係止できる。
尚、取付枠1に圧接係着した棚札取付装置Aを取り外す時は、該棚札取付装置Aを係合片2側に移動して弾機手段4を圧縮し、反対側の係合片9を下側係止縁1bから外し、更にその下側係止縁1bを乗り越えて手前側に引き出す。それにより、係合片2は上側係止縁1aから離脱可能となり、棚札取付装置Aを取付枠1から取り外すことが出来る。

上記棚札取付装置Aに装着する棚札Bは、電子棚札(赤外線通信、電池式)B1を合成樹脂材で成形したホルダーB2に嵌め込みセットしたもので、そのホルダーB2の裏面には、棚札取付装置Aを構成する棚札装着部材A2の表面側に形成した棚札取付手段10が嵌合する断面略L字形の案内枠16が所定間隔をおいて平行に固着形成され、且つその平行な案内枠16の挿入方向の先端部には奥行ストッパ17が配置形成されている。尚、前記奥行ストッパ17はその両端を案内枠16に接合させているが、この奥行ストッパ17は案内枠16間を通り抜けるのを防止し、挿入量を規制するものであるから、その機能を発揮するものであればよい。

又、前記ホルダーB2の裏面には、前記案内枠16にガイドされて挿入した棚札取付手段10が抜け外れるのを防止する抜止ストッパ18が配置形成されている。
この抜止ストッパ18は、棚札取付手段10をスライド案内する前記左右の案内枠16間の入口部に、案内枠16が突出形成された面より外側に突出させてストッパ18が形成され、且つそのストッパ18の周囲に逆門形形状の切込み19を形成して、前記ストッパ18に押す力が作用した時、該ストッパ18が付設面に対して下方向(ホルダー内部側)に撓み没入するように構成されている。

従って、棚札取付装置Aの棚札取付手段10を、棚札BのホルダーB2の裏面に形成した案内枠16にスライド挿入し、且つ前記棚札取付手段10が奥行ストッパ17に当るまで挿入すると、棚札取付手段10のスライド挿入時にホルダーB2内に没入されていた抜止ストッパ18は、該ストッパを押し下げていた棚札取付手段10が通過することで初期状態に復帰し、棚札取付手段10の周縁に抜止ストッパ18が当接して棚札取付装置Aの移動が止められ、装着が完了し、棚札装置D(棚札取付装置A+棚札B)が完成される。
棚札取付装置Aから棚札Bを外す時は、棚札BのホルダーB2に設けてある抜止ストッパ18を押し下げて棚札取付手段10と案内枠16の相対的な移動を可能とすることで両者の装着を分離することが出来る。

上記した棚札装置Dは、棚札取付装置Aを商品陳列棚Cの取付枠1に対して係脱する構成の他に、商品を山済みして陳列する商品ワゴンや陳列用ハンガー等にも取り付けることができる。
その一例を図12に基づいて説明する。
図12(a)、(b)は、商品ワゴンC’に棚札装置Dを取り付けた状態を示し、商品ワゴンC’の周壁に取付杆20を万力やその他のクランプ装置で起立取り付け、その取付杆20の上部に、前記棚札取付手段10を備えた棚札装着部材A2’を定着し、その棚札装着部材A2’の棚札取付手段10に前記した棚札Bを装着する。そして、棚札装着部材A2’の棚札取付手段10が前記したように縦と横の寸法が同じである場合は、棚札Bとして図示の縦型のみならず、横型でも装着可能である。

又、図12(c)は、陳列棚に取り付けられた陳列用ハンガーC”に棚札装置Dを取り付けた状態を示し、同ハンガーC”の先端部に、図12(a)で示したと同様に棚札装着部材A2’を定着し、その棚札装着部材A2’の棚札取付手段10に前記した棚札Bを装着する。

尚、上記実施の形態は、本発明を具体化した一例であって、本発明はその要旨を変えない限り変更可能であり、上記実施の形態に限定されるものではない。
▲1▼棚札装着部材A2の棚札取付手段10の形状は正方形であり、しかも各辺は連続した形態であったが、その各辺を断続的に形成してもよい。更に、棚札装着部材A2の逃げ部を設けておけば、前記正方形の棚札取付手段の外側に該取付手段が延長されていてもよい。又、ホルダー或いは棚札に、棚札装着手段と係着する縦と横の両方の案内枠を設けてもよい。
▲2▼本実施例では、棚札装着部材に支持部が嵌合する合着溝を複数箇所(図面は3個)設けたが、逆に弾発部材に支持部を複数個設け、棚札装着部材側の合着溝を1個として、支持部を選択して嵌合するようにしてもよい。
▲3▼棚札取付装置に装着する棚札は、表示部が電子棚札であるものに限らず、印刷されたプライスカードであってもよい。
▲4▼電子棚札を収容するホルダーの裏面に棚札取付手段と係着する案内枠等を設けたが、電子棚札自体の裏面をホルダーの裏面と同様の構成として、ホルダーを不要にし、棚札取付装置に棚札を直接取り付けるようにしてもよい。

【発明の効果】
本発明の棚札取付装置は請求項1記載の構成により、圧接力を低下させること無く、同じ棚札取付装置で、大きさが異なる商品陳列棚の取付枠に取り付けることができる。従って、取付枠の幅が異なる商品陳列棚に応じて棚札取付装置を数種類用意する必要が無く、非常に経済的である。
又、請求項2記載の構成により、弾発部材を棚札装着部材に対して掛止する際、係合片の係着方向にのみスライド可能とするガイド杆を先にセットしても、支持部側は弾機手段で連結されている為、容易に曲がり、組み立て合体を容易に行なうことができると共に、無理に変形させることが無いので、部材の劣化を少なくできる。
請求項3記載の構成により、取付枠の凹溝の幅が異なる数種類の商品陳列棚に対し、1個で対応できる棚札装置を提供できる。因って、店内改装に伴う商品陳列棚の入れ替え等に対しても、その都度対応する棚札取付装置を用意する必要が無く経済的であり、作業性もよい。
更に、請求項4記載の構成により、棚札の取り付けを縦横のどちらにも共通の棚札取付手段で対応でき、棚札取付装置を縦形用、横形用と複数用意する必要がない。因って、経済的に有利である。
請求項5記載の構成により、棚札取付装置より棚札側が大きい為、抜止ストッパの操作を容易に行なうことができる。そして、棚札取付装置の棚札取付手段を正方形とすることで縦、横の何れの形態にも前記ストッパは対応可能となる。
