Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a gas-liquid discharge device that discharges a gas such as exhaust air and a liquid such as drain water through a common passage, and an air conditioner including the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as an air conditioner equipped with this type of gas-liquid discharger, one described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-37072 is known. In this air conditioner, an exhaust duct is formed adjacent to one end face of the drain pan, and an opening is formed on one side face of the exhaust duct. A part of the flow of wind by the indoor fan that sucks indoor air and circulates indoors is guided to the opening of the exhaust duct, and the wind guided to this opening is exhausted to the outside through the exhaust duct. Further, a hole is formed in an adjacent portion of the drain pan and the exhaust duct, and the drain water is discharged from the hole through the exhaust duct to the outside.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the above air conditioner, there is a possibility that part of the exhaust to the outside flows backward to the drain pan side and returns to the indoor side. If a backflow of the exhaust occurs in a state where drain water is accumulated, there is a risk that unpleasant noise or water leakage due to foaming of the drain water may occur.
[0005]
In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a gas-liquid discharge device that prevents exhaust from flowing backward to the drain pan side, and can perform exhaust and drainage using a common duct, and an air conditioner including the same.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a gas-liquid discharge device that discharges a gas such as exhaust air and a liquid such as drain water through a common passage. The rotating body is provided with means for transporting while temporarily storing a liquid such as drain water. According to this configuration, since liquid such as drain water is forcibly discharged by the rotating body, air does not leak indoors even when a reverse pressure is applied from the outside or a dedicated exhaust fan. In addition , liquid such as drain water can be reliably sent out to the exhaust side by the conveying means.
[0009]
Further, in the present invention, there is provided a junction box including an exhaust part that constitutes a part of an exhaust passage for exhausting a gas such as exhaust air, and an opening that joins a liquid such as drain water to the exhaust part. The merging box is provided with the rotating body.
[0010]
According to the above configuration, since the confluence box provided with an opening for condensing liquid such as drain water to the exhaust part is provided, the drainage hose and the exhaust hose can be unified, and the same hose diameter can be obtained. The wall hole can be made small and can be installed even under small wall hole conditions, improving workability. In addition, since liquid such as drain water is forcibly discharged by the rotating body, air does not leak into the room even when a reverse pressure is applied from the outside or a dedicated exhaust fan.
[0011]
As long as the rotating body has a function of sending drain water to the exhaust section, either a method of sending it in the axial direction or a method of sending it out along the peripheral surface can be adopted. As a system for sending out drain water along the peripheral surface of the rotating body, a configuration in which a plurality of transport portions that transport the drain water while temporarily storing the drain water can be exemplified on the peripheral surface of the rotating body. According to this structure, drain water can be reliably sent to the exhaust part side by a conveyance part.
[0012]
Further, in the rotating body provided with the transport unit, if the size between the plurality of transport units is set to a size that closes the opening, of the peripheral surface of the rotating body, for example, when cooling operation is stopped, etc. Even when the rotating body is in a stopped state, the rotating body serves to close the opening for condensing drain water, and backflow can be prevented.
[0013]
Furthermore, if the gap between the circumferential surface of the rotating body and the inner surface of the accommodating portion of the junction box that accommodates the rotating body is set to such a size that the air from the exhaust portion does not flow backward, the exhaust portion side can be used outdoors or exhaust fans. Even if a reverse pressure is applied, air can be prevented from leaking into the room through the rotating body.
[0014]
The rotating body can be rotated even if the water pressure of the drain water or the wind pressure of the indoor fan is used. However, if the rotating body is rotationally driven by a driving source such as a motor, reliable rotation can be maintained. In this case, the rotating body can be driven by one-way rotation or a combination of forward rotation and reverse rotation. It is also possible to drive the rotating body by changing the rotation direction at regular intervals.
[0015]
Moreover, in this invention, the drain water from a heat exchanger can be discharged | emitted with exhaust air by incorporating the said gas-liquid discharge apparatus in an air conditioner. That is, in the present invention, in an air conditioner comprising an indoor heat exchanger, and a gas-liquid discharge device that discharges drain water generated in the indoor heat exchanger and indoor exhaust air through a common passage. The gas-liquid discharge device can also provide an air conditioner comprising a dedicated fan for discharging indoor exhaust air to the outside and a rotating body for discharging the drain water. .
[0016]
Furthermore, in the present invention, the gas-liquid discharge device is provided with a rotating body that discharges a liquid such as drain water, and the rotating body is provided with a means for transporting while temporarily storing a liquid such as drain water. An air conditioner characterized by the above can also be provided. Moreover, the rotating body at this time can also be driven by changing the rotating direction at regular intervals.
