Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a shutter for a window that is attached to a building opening and used as a shutter.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A shutter for windows disclosed in Patent Document 1 is known.
In this shutter, a shutter curtain (shutter plate) is attached to the shutter frame so as to be movable up and down so that the shutter frame can be opened and closed, and a middle column is attached to the upper and lower frames of the shutter frame. The interior side surfaces of several slats forming the shutter curtain are connected by a fixing member to improve negative pressure resistance.
With such a shutter, when a large negative pressure (force toward the outdoor side from the indoor side) acts on the shutter curtain due to strong wind and rain such as a typhoon, the shutter curtain will bend greatly toward the outdoor side due to the negative pressure. Since it can be prevented by a pillar, the shutter curtain does not come off the shutter frame.
[0003]
An entrance / exit shutter disclosed in Patent Document 2 is known.
In this shutter, a shutter curtain is attached to a shutter frame so as to be movable up and down, and a casing is attached to an intermediate portion and a floor portion in the direction in which the shutter case is located above the shutter frame.
With such a shutter, since the housing is located outside the shutter curtain, this housing can improve the negative pressure resistance of the shutter curtain to some extent.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the shutter disclosed in Patent Document 1 described above, several slats and the middle pillar that form the shutter curtain are fixed by a fixing member, so that the shutter curtain is raised and lowered in a state where the negative pressure resistance is improved. Can not.
Further, in order to improve the negative pressure resistance, the middle column is attached and several slats forming the middle column and the shutter curtain are fixed, and therefore the operation for improving the negative pressure resistance is troublesome.
The shutter curtain is provided on the outdoor side of the shutter frame, and members such as shoji doors and screen doors are provided on the indoor side of the shutter frame. Therefore, the shutter curtain is placed in the space between these members and the shutter curtain. Since the pillar is attached, the prospective dimension of the middle pillar is limited, and there is a limit to improving the negative pressure resistance.
[0006]
In the shutter disclosed in Patent Document 2 described above, the upper part of the housing is fixed to the middle part in the direction in which the shutter case with low rigidity is found, so the fixing strength of the upper part of the housing is weak, and the improvement in negative pressure resistance is limited. There is.
In addition, in order to mount the housing close to the outer surface of the shutter curtain chamber, the upper portion of the housing is fixed to a portion of the shutter case that protrudes to the outside of the shutter curtain, so that the expected size of the housing is that of the protruding portion of the shutter case. It is limited by the size, and there is a limit to improvement of negative pressure resistance.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is that the shutter curtain can be lifted and closed in a state where the negative pressure resistance is improved, the negative pressure resistance can be improved by a simple operation, and the negative pressure resistance is sufficiently provided. It is to provide a shutter satisfying that it can be improved.

[0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
As shown in FIG. 1, a shutter curtain 2 is provided on the shutter frame 1 so as to be movable up and down so that the shutter frame 1 can be opened and closed.
Both end portions in the longitudinal direction of the mounting transverse member 3 are fixed to the outer portion of the upper room on both sides of the shutter frame 1 in the direction of finding.
The reinforcing vertical member 4 is attached across the longitudinal intermediate portion of the transverse member 3 for attachment, preferably the longitudinal central portion and the intermediate portion of the shutter frame 1 in the direction of finding, preferably the central portion of the shutter direction. Preferably, it is detachably attached.
The reinforcing vertical member 4 faces the outdoor side surface of the shutter curtain 2.
[0017]
Thus, when a large negative pressure acts on the shutter curtain 2 due to a strong wind and rain such as a typhoon, if the shutter curtain 2 bends toward the outdoor side by the negative pressure, it will come into contact with the reinforcing vertical member 4 and beyond. There is no deflection.
Therefore, it is possible to prevent the shutter curtain 2 from being greatly bent to the outdoor side due to strong wind and rain.
[0018]
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, upper mounting brackets 5 are respectively fixed to both ends in the longitudinal direction of the mounting lateral member 3, and the upper mounting brackets 5 are respectively attached to the upper outdoor side portions on both sides in the direction in which the shutter frame 1 is found. It is fixed.
A lower mounting bracket 6 is fixed to the lower part of the shutter frame 1 in the direction in which the shutter frame 1 is located, and a lower portion of the reinforcing vertical member 4 is detachably fixed to the lower mounting bracket 6 by a lower fixing member 7.
The upper part of the reinforcing vertical member 4 is detachably fixed to the middle part in the longitudinal direction of the mounting transverse member 3 by an upper fixing member 8.
A guide member 9 is attached to an intermediate portion in the longitudinal direction of the mounting transverse member 3, and an upper portion of the reinforcing vertical member 4 is fitted into the guide member 9 so as to be positioned in the longitudinal direction.
[0019]
Next, although an example of the specific shape of each member is demonstrated, it does not restrict to this.
As shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, the shutter frame 1 has an upper frame 10, a lower frame 11, and left and right vertical frames 12. The left and right vertical frames 12 guide the shutter curtain 2 to be movable up and down. For example, a guide rail 13 is provided.
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the guide rail 13 is attached to the outdoor side of the vertical frame in the sash frame of the sliding sash window to form the shutter frame 1, and the shutter frame 1 has a shoji on the indoor side. The shutter curtain 2 can be lifted up and down and can be moved up and down to form a sash window with a shutter.
The present invention is not limited to this, and the shutter frame 1 and the sash frame may be separated, and the shutter frame 1 may be directly attached to the building opening, or the shutter frame 1 may be attached to the sash frame.
[0020]
The shutter frame 1 includes a shutter box 14 at an upper portion thereof, and a winding shaft 15 is rotatably provided in the shutter box 14.
The shutter curtain 2 is taken up and fed out by the take-up shaft 15.
As shown in FIG. 2, the shutter box 14 is formed by a portion protruding from the upper frame 10 of the vertical frame 12, an upper surface plate 16, a side surface plate 17, and a cover 18. The cover 18 can be opened and closed. For example, the upper end portion of the cover 18 is supported on the outdoor side portion of the upper surface plate 16 so as to be rotatable up and down, and the lower portion 18 a is fixed with screws 19.
An opening 20 through which the shutter curtain 2 enters and exits is formed between the lower 18 a indoor side of the cover 18 and the outdoor side of the upper frame 10.
[0021]
The shutter curtain 2 is formed by connecting a plurality of slats 21, and a seat plate 22 is provided on the lowermost slat 21, and the uppermost slat 21 is connected to the winding shaft 15 through the opening 20. Is done.
When the winding shaft 15 is rotated in one direction and the shutter curtain 2 is wound up, it is lifted and released, and when it is rotated in the other direction, the shutter curtain 2 is drawn out and lowered and closed.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 2, the mounting lateral member 3 is provided on the outdoor side of the opening 20 and is close to the lower portion 18 a of the cover 18.
Thus, the mounting lateral member 3 prevents a bird or the like from entering the shutter box 14 from the opening 20 described above.
A sound deadening material 23 such as mohair is attached to the indoor side surface 3 a of the mounting lateral member 3. The outdoor side surface of the shutter curtain 2 is in contact with the silencer 23 to reduce interference noise.
[0023]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, in the state where the shutter curtain 2 is fully wound and fully opened, the lower end surface of the seat plate 22 and the lower surface of the mounting lateral member 3 are substantially the same height, preferably the same height. Therefore, the opening height in the fully opened state is not lowered by the mounting lateral member 3.
Note that the lower surface of the mounting lateral member 3 may be above or below the lower end surface of the seat plate 22, but the vertical dimension of the mounting lateral member 3 can be made to be substantially the same height as described above. Since the rigidity can be increased, the strength is preferable.
[0024]
As shown in FIGS. 2, 4, and 5, the upper mounting bracket 5 includes a first mounting portion 5a, a second mounting portion 5b, and a temporary mounting portion 5c, and the first mounting portion 5a is a horizontal member for mounting. 3, the second mounting portion 5b is fixed to the outdoor portion (guide rail 13) of the vertical frame 12, and the temporary mounting portion 5c is temporarily mounted to the shutter box 14 , for example, the lower portion 18a of the cover 18. Is done.
For example, the first mounting portion 5a is a plate that matches the shape of the end surface of the mounting lateral member 3, and the mounting lateral member 3 is a long material having a hollow cross section and having screw holes 30 on the inner surface. Screws 31 are screwed and fixed from the part 5a to the upper and lower screw holes 30, and the hollow part is closed by the first mounting part 5a.
For example, the second mounting portion 5b is a plane substantially bowl-shaped plate continuous with the indoor side portion of the first mounting portion 5a, and the outdoor side surface 12a and side surface 12b of the outdoor side portion of the vertical frame 12 (the outdoor side surface of the guide rail 13). 13a and side surface 13b) and fixed with screws 32. For example, a back plate 33 is provided in the hollow base portion 13 c of the guide rail 13, and screws 32 are screwed onto the back plate 33 to be fixed.
[0025]
The temporary attachment portion 5c is a horizontally oriented plate that is continuous with the upper portion of the first attachment portion 5a, and has a groove 34 that opens to the inside of the interior.
The groove 34 is temporarily attached by being inserted into a screw 19 for fixing the lower portion 18 a of the cover 18.
Then, the screw 19 is fixed to the lower portion 18 a of the cover 18 by tightening the screw 19.
[0026]
Since it is like this, with the upper mounting bracket 5 fixed to the mounting lateral member 3, the mounting lateral member 3 is lifted and temporarily mounted by inserting the groove 34 of the temporary mounting portion 5c into the screw 19, In this state, the second mounting portion 5b can be fixed with the screw 32, and the screw 19 can be fastened and fixed.
Therefore, the mounting lateral member 3 can be easily mounted by one operator.
Note that the screw 19 is slightly loosened when mounting as described above.
Further, the cover 18 can be opened by loosening the screw 19.
[0027]
The reinforcing vertical member 4 is a hollow long material as shown in FIG. For example, the indoor side plate 35, the outdoor side plate 36, and the left and right plates 37 are hollow long materials having a rectangular cross section having a predetermined expected size and finding size, and small caps 38 are respectively attached to the top and bottom thereof. A silencer 39 such as mohair is attached to the indoor side plate 35, and this silencer 39 comes into contact with the outdoor side surface of the shutter curtain 2 to reduce the interference sound.
Thus, the reason why the reinforcing vertical member 4 is made of a hollow long material is to make it light and rigid, and may be a solid long material.
[0028]
2, 3 and 6, the lower mounting bracket 6 has a mounting portion 6a and a support portion 6b. The mounting portion 6a is fixed to the lower frame 11, and the support portion 6b is connected to the lower frame 11. Also protrudes to the outdoor side. And the lower part of the reinforcement vertical member 4 contacts and supports the support part 6b. Preferably, the support part 6b has a recessed part into which the lower part of the reinforcing vertical member 4 is fitted.
For example, the lower mounting bracket 6 includes a mounting member 40 and a support member 41.
The mounting member 40 has a plate shape having a predetermined width, and has a pair of rising pieces 42 in the width direction on the outdoor portion thereof, and a hole 43 is formed in the center portion in the width direction. It has a locking piece 44 facing inward, and has a mounting hole 45 on the indoor side.
The locking piece 44 is formed by cutting a plate material.
The support member 41 has a horizontal plate 46 and a pair of vertical plates 47 in the direction of finding, and has an upward U-shape. The horizontal plate 46 has a hole 48 and a positioning portion in the prospective direction, for example, a protrusion. A piece 46a is formed, and a pair of vertical plates 47 is formed with a groove 49 opened on the lower surface. The distance between the pair of vertical plates 47 is substantially the same as the size of the reinforcing vertical member 4 so that the left and right plates 47 of the reinforcing vertical member 4 are in contact with each other. That is, a recess is formed in which both sides of the reinforcing vertical member 4 in the finding direction are fitted.
The pair of rising pieces 42 of the attachment member 40 and the pair of grooves 49 of the support member 41 are fitted together to attach the support member 41 to the outdoor portion of the attachment member 40, and the lateral plate 46 and the attachment member 40 are fixed with screws 50. To do. The holes 43 and 48 are continuous. In this embodiment, a cylindrical portion 48 a is integrally provided at the peripheral portion of the hole 48, the cylindrical portion 48 a is fitted into the hole 43, and the housing 60 is fitted into the hole 48.
The attachment member 40 is made of metal, and the support member 41 is made of resin, but is not limited thereto.
[0029]
Then, the indoor side portion of the mounting member 40 is in contact with the lower surface of the lower frame 11, and the locking piece 44 is locked and temporarily attached to the outdoor side protruding piece portion 11 a of the lower frame 11.
In this state, the screw 51 is screwed onto the lower frame 11 from the mounting hole 45 and attached, and the support member 41 is protruded to the outside of the lower frame 11.
Thus, the lower mounting bracket 6 can be easily mounted on the lower frame 11.
[0030]
As shown in FIG. 7, the lower fixing member 7 has a housing 60 that can be inserted into and removed from the hole 48 of the support member 41 (that is, the hole of the support portion 6 b), and the housing 60 is inserted into the hole 48. In this way, the lower part of the reinforcing vertical member 4 is fixed to the lower mounting bracket 6 so that it does not move in the indoor exterior direction (expected direction) and in the left-right direction (finding direction).
For example, the holder 61 is provided in the hollow portion of the reinforcing vertical member 4, and the housing 60 is supported on the holder 61 so as to be movable up and down, and the housing 60 protrudes downward from the hole 38 a of the small cap 38.
A connecting member 62 is fixed to the housing 60, and the connecting member 62 can be moved up and down in the hollow portion of the reinforcing vertical member 4, and an operating member 64 is formed from an elongated hole 63 in the vertical direction formed in the indoor side plate 35 of the reinforcing vertical member 4. Is fixed to the connecting member 62, so that the casing 60 can be moved up and down by holding the operating member 64 and moving up and down.
For example, it is assumed that the operation member 64 is picked and a screw 64b is provided on the pin 64a, and the screw 64b is screwed into the connecting member 62 from the aforementioned long hole 63. Then, the screw 64b is fixed by tightening, and the screw 64b can be moved up and down by loosening.
[0031]
As shown in FIG. 8, the upper fixing member 8 fixes the housing 66 to the connecting member 65 fixed above the hollow portion of the reinforcing vertical member 4, and the housing 66 passes through the hole 38 a of the fore cap 38 and moves upward. The housing 66 is fitted into the hole on the lower surface of the mounting lateral member 3.
In this embodiment, since the guide member 9 is attached, it is fitted into the hole of the guide member 9.
[0032]
As shown in FIGS. 5, 8, and 9, the guide member 9 has a downward concave portion 9 a in which the upper portion of the reinforcing vertical member 4 is fitted, and the upper portion of the reinforcing vertical member 4 is fitted into the concave portion 9 a. Position in the direction of finding.
For example, the guide member 9 includes a main body 70 and a plate 71, and the main body 70 has a U-shaped downward shape with a horizontal plate 70 a and a pair of downward pieces 70 b in the direction of finding, and a hole 72 and a screw insertion hole 73 are formed in the horizontal plate 70 a. It is formed. In addition, the lower end part of a pair of downward piece 70b is inclined toward the outer side, and is making it easy to engage | insert the upper part of the reinforcement vertical member 4. FIG.
A hole 74 and a screw insertion hole 75 are formed in the plate 71, the plate 71 is in contact with the lower surface of the horizontal plate 70 a, and a screw 76 is inserted into the lower surface 3 b of the mounting horizontal member 3 through the screw insertion holes 75 and 73. By screwing, the main body 70 and the plate 71 are connected, and the guide member 9 is fixed.
The hole 72 of the horizontal plate 70a and the hole 74 of the plate 71 communicate with each other, and the housing 66 is fitted into the holes 72 and 71.
[0033]
The distance between the pair of downward pieces 70b of the main body 70 is substantially the same as the size of the reinforcing vertical member 4 and the reinforcing vertical member 4 is fitted between the pair of downward pieces 70b (recess 9a) so that the left and right plates 37 are formed. Positioning in the direction of finding by contacting the opposing inner surfaces of the pair of downward pieces 70b.
In this embodiment, a cylindrical portion 74 a is integrally provided at the peripheral portion of the hole 74 of the plate 71, and the cylindrical portion 74 a is fitted into the hole 72 and the hole 77 formed in the lower surface of the mounting lateral member 3. The aforementioned housing 66 is fitted in the hole 74 of the plate 71.
[0034]
Next, an example of how to attach the reinforcing vertical member 4 will be described.
The housing 60 of the lower fixing member 7 is moved upward to be stored in the hollow portion of the reinforcing vertical member 4.
In this state, the reinforcing vertical member 4 is moved upward so that the portion protruding from the small cap 38 of the housing 66 of the upper fixing member 8 is fitted into the hole 74 while being fitted into the hole 74, and the reinforcing member is reinforced. The lower part of the vertical member 4 is fitted between the pair of vertical plates 47 of the lower mounting bracket 6 and placed on the horizontal plate 46, and the indoor side plate 35 or the small cap 38, that is, the indoor side portion is in contact with the projecting piece 46a. Position to.
Thereafter, the housing 60 of the lower fixing member 7 is fitted into the hole 48 to fix the lower portion of the reinforcing vertical member 4 to the lower mounting bracket 6.
[0035]
When the reinforcing vertical member 4 is removed, an operation opposite to that described above may be performed.
[0036]
The mounting lateral member 3 may be fixed to the cover 18 with a mounting bracket.
Further, the upper mounting bracket 5 may be fixed to the end face plate for mounting the take-up shaft provided inside the shutter case 14.
[0037]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the negative negative pressure acts on the shutter curtain due to a strong wind and rain such as a typhoon and the shutter curtain can be largely bent toward the outdoor side, the reinforcing vertical member can prevent negative pressure resistance. It can be improved.
Further, since the reinforcing vertical member is only opposed to the outdoor side surface of the shutter curtain, the shutter curtain can be opened and closed with the negative pressure resistance improved as described above.
Moreover, since the negative pressure resistance can be improved by attaching the reinforcing vertical member across the mounting lateral member and the lower frame , the negative pressure resistance can be improved by a simple operation.
Moreover, since there is no restriction | limiting in the estimated dimension of a reinforcement vertical member, and a finding dimension, the negative pressure resistance can fully be improved by attaching a reinforcement vertical member with those large dimensions.
[0038]
In addition, the upper mounting bracket fixed to the mounting lateral member is fixed to the vertical frame, the lower mounting bracket is fixed to the lower frame, and the reinforcing vertical member is mounted across the lower mounting bracket and the mounting horizontal member. A reinforcing vertical member can be attached to the shutter frame, and the negative pressure resistance of the existing shutter can be easily improved.
[0040]
Also, the lower fixing member housing is set in the retracted position, and the upper fixing member housing is fitted in the hole of the mounting lateral member, and the lower portion of the reinforcing vertical member is placed and supported on the lower mounting bracket, and then the lower fixing is performed. The reinforcing vertical member can be attached by fitting the housing of the member into the hole of the lower mounting bracket.
Further, the reinforcing vertical member can be removed by the operation opposite to that described above.
Therefore, the reinforcing vertical member can be easily attached and detached.
Further, since the reinforcing vertical member 4 can be attached and removed, when it is not necessary to improve the negative pressure resistance, only the reinforcing vertical member can be removed to improve the appearance.
