Description

【0001】

The pile cap body is provided with a connecting rod that can be connected to an auger drive unit at its upper end and has a liquid supply path in the axial direction, and the holder is connected to the upper end surface of the pile. It has a distribution path containing a long hole in the peripheral direction which has a longitudinal passage connected to the liquid supply path of the rod for use, and communicates with a flow passage installed in the ready-made pile.
[0006]
The above-mentioned ready-made pile is generally a hollow pile in many cases, and the flow path in this case is formed in the thick part of the hollow pile.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention will be described below with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings.
1 is a front view of an embodiment of a jig for hanging a pile according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a plan view thereof, FIG. 3 is a longitudinal section of FIG. 1, and FIG. A considerable cross section is shown.
[0008]
The pile lifting jig 1 is a cylindrical pile cap main body 2 having a U-shaped cross-section that can be connected to the upper end of a pre-made pile P and slides up and down inside the pile cap main body 2. The holder 3 is provided freely and can be liquid-tightly crimped to the upper end of the ready-made pile P.
[0009]
At the center position of the upper surface portion 2a of the pile cap body 2, there is a connecting rod 4 having a polygonal cross section for connecting to the auger drive portion 25 of the excavator shown in FIG. A liquid supply path 5 is formed at the axial center of the connecting rod 4 so as to communicate with a chemical liquid supply path from a chemical liquid supply source such as cement milk through the drive unit and the rod. Grooves 6 and 6 for connection with the rod 26 are formed in the part.
[0010]
A cylindrical guide tube 7 is fixedly suspended at the inner end position of the connecting rod 4. Further, a required number of mud removing window holes 8, 8 are opened in the peripheral wall portion 2b of the pile cap body 2 at a position corresponding to the lower end position of the guide cylinder 7.
[0011]
At least two places on the diameter line of the lower end of the peripheral wall portion 2b of the pile cap body 2 are formed with notches 9 with the lower ends opened and the upper ends bent in the horizontal direction, and the bent portions bent in the horizontal direction. A protrusion 9b is provided at the inlet end of the lower edge of 9a.
[0012]
On the other hand, on the outer periphery near the upper end of the ready-made pile P, a locking metal fitting 10 is projected in correspondence with the notch 9, and this locking metal 10 can pass through the notch 9 and the notch The size is such that it can fit between the vertical back end 9c of the bent portion 9a and the protrusion 9b. In addition, the said notch part 9 and the latching metal fitting 10 may be provided in three places or four places of equiangular arrangement | positioning according to the diameter of the ready-made pile P. FIG.
[0013]
The holder 3 has a hollow disk shape, and a cylindrical sliding portion 12 that is slidably fitted to the outer periphery of the guide cylinder 7 of the pile cap body 2 via a seal material 11 at the center of the upper surface thereof. Projecting vertically, a vertical passage is formed inside each of the guide cylinder 7 and the sliding portion 12, and a lower end thereof communicates with a distribution passage 14 inside the holder 3 through a through hole 13.
[0014]
The bottom plate 3 a of the holder 3 is formed with a plurality of long holes 16 that are long in the circumferential direction and communicate with the flow passage 15 that is vertically provided in the thick part of the ready-made pile P. The long hole 16 constitutes a part of the distribution path 14, and the distribution path 14 and the flow path 15 communicate with each other even if the pile cap body 2 is fitted to the ready-made pile P without being aligned. As shown in FIG. 4, it is formed at three locations.
[0015]
Further, a plurality (three in the figure) of mud drain pipes 17, 17, and 17 are attached to the holder 3 by reinforcing ribs 18, 18, and 18 so that the hollow portion of the ready-made pile P and the pile cap main body are attached. The two mud discharge holes 8 and 8 communicate with each other.
[0016]
On the upper part of the holder 3 at a position corresponding to the mud discharge holes 8, 8..., Stoppers 19 and 19 are provided so as to face the mud discharge holes 8, 8. The upper and lower strokes of the holder 3 are regulated by contacting the upper end or the lower end of the holder 3.
[0017]
A coil spring 20 is fitted between the upper surface of the holder 3 and the lower surface of the upper surface portion 2 a of the pile cap body 2 so as to be fitted on the outer periphery of the guide tube 12. 3 is always urged downward so that the packing material 21 made of an elastic material such as an annular rubber attached to the lower surface of the holder 3 is always liquid-tightly pressed against the upper end surface of the ready-made pile P. It is configured. The packing material 21 is also formed with a long hole 22 that aligns with the long hole 16 on the lower surface of the holder 3. In FIG. 3, reference numeral 23 denotes a ring-shaped protective material that holds the inner periphery of the packing material 21.
[0018]
An inflatable bag body 24 (shown in FIG. 5) is provided at the lower end of the ready-made pile P as in the prior art, and the inside of the bag body 24 and the lower end of the flow passage 15 are in communication with each other.
[0019]
Next, the operation of the above embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. In FIG. 5, reference numeral 25 denotes an auger drive unit of the excavator, 26 denotes the rod connected to the output shaft of the drive unit 25, and 27 denotes a chemical liquid supply pipe such as cement milk. Reference numeral 28 denotes a pothole excavated in the ground, and reference numeral 29 denotes a large-diameter bulb forming portion that has been dug in advance at the lower end of the pothole 28.
[0020]
First, a hollow ready-made pile P is suspended and inserted into a hole 28 excavated by an earth auger with a wire or the like, and protruded to the ground at a height that is easy to work (FIG. 5A). At this time, the lower end of the ready-made pile P does not reach the bulb forming portion 29 at the lower end of the pit 28.
[0021]
In this state, the connecting rod 4 of the pile cap body 2 is connected to the lower end of the rod 26 connected to the drive unit 25 of the excavator so that the center of the pile cap body 2 and the center of the ready-made pile P substantially coincide. (FIG. 5B).
[0022]
Next, the drive unit 25 is lowered and the pile cap body 2 is placed on the upper end of the ready-made pile P. At this time, the drive unit 25 is slightly driven and aligned so that the notch 9 of the pile cap body 2 and the locking metal fitting 10 are aligned.
[0023]
After that, the drive unit 25 is lowered, and when the notch 9 is fitted to the locking fitting 10, the driving unit 25 is further rotated and the locking fitting 10 enters the bent portion 9 a of the notch 9. When the pile cap main body 2 is pulled up slightly, the locking fitting 10 engages with the protrusion 9b (FIG. 5C).
[0024]
In this state, the wire that has suspended the ready-made pile P is removed, and the weight of the ready-made pile P is deposited in the pile lifting jig 1.
[0025]
At the same time, the packing 21 on the lower surface of the holder 3 in the pile cap main body 2 is pressed against the upper end surface of the ready-made pile P by the action of the spring 20, and the liquid-tight state between the two is maintained.
[0026]
Thus, the drive unit 25 is lowered (FIG. 5D), and the ready-made pile P is lowered to a predetermined depth (FIG. 5E).
[0027]
Next, when a chemical solution supply pump (not shown) is started, the chemical solution passes from the external chemical solution supply source through the chemical solution supply pipe 27 and through the drive unit 25, the rod 26, the connecting rod 4, the guide cylinder 7, and the sliding unit 12. It is supplied into the distribution path 14 of the holder 3 and injected into the expansion bag body 24 through the flow passage 15 of the ready-made pile P through the long holes 16 and 21, and the bag body 24 is gradually expanded (FIG. 5 (F)). When the bag body 24 has fully expanded as shown in FIG. 5G, the injection of the chemical solution is stopped.
[0028]
When the injection of the chemical solution is completed, the drive unit 25 is slightly lowered to remove the protrusion 9b from the locking metal fitting 10, and then is pivoted in the opposite direction to that described above to move the locking metal fitting 10 from the bent portion 9a of the notch 9. Then, the drive unit 25 is raised and the pile hanging jig 1 is pulled up and collected (FIG. 5 (H)).
[0029]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, even a ready-made pile having an inflatable bag body at the lower end can be surely lowered (sedged) to a predetermined depth in the pothole, and at the same time, a chemical solution is supplied to the inflatable bag body. And can be inflated. The same applies to the case of a ready-made pile that does not have an inflatable bag.
[0030]
Further, the jig according to the present invention can be easily collected after a predetermined work is completed, so that it can be used repeatedly and is extremely economical. In addition, since a separate piping work for the chemical solution supply pipe is not required, the workability is good, and since there is no external pipe, it is possible to rotate and set when the piles cannot be set.
