【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、排泄物を吸収、保持する使い捨て着用物品に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】
実開平６−３４６１８号公報は、透液性表面シートと不透液性裏面シートとの間に吸液性パネルが介在し、縦方向に前胴周り域および後胴周り域と、それら胴周り域の間に位置する股下域とを備え、表裏面シートとパネルとをその厚み方向へ貫通する開孔が股下域の横方向中央部に形成されており、開孔全域を覆う透液性大便処理シートが表面シートの外面に配置され、開孔全域を覆う不透液性摘持シートが裏面シートの外面に配置されたオープン型の使い捨て着用物品を開示している。

この物品では、開孔に処理シートが陥入し、開孔において処理シートと摘持シートとが固着されている。摘持シートは、その外周縁部が裏面シートの外面に着脱可能に仮止めされている。開孔では、処理シートと摘持シートとが大便を収容可能な凹部を形成している。物品の着用中に排泄された大便は、凹部に収容される。この物品は、摘持シートを裏面シートの外側へ引っ張ることによって、凹部に収容された大便を処理シートとともに開孔から物品の外側に取り出すことができるという効果を有する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記公報に開示の物品では、それに排泄された大便が凹部に収容されたとしても、大便を着用者の股間部から下方へ遠ざけることができず、物品に着用者の体圧がかかると、凹部がつぶれて大便が着用者の股間部に付着してしまう。また、この物品では、凹部における大便収容容積が小さく、凹部に多量の大便を収容することができないので、物品の着用中に多量の大便が排泄されると、凹部に収容しきれない大便が表面シートの外面に残存し、大便が着用者の股間部に広範囲に付着してしまう場合がある。

本発明の課題は、排泄された大便が着用者の股間部に付着してしまうことを防ぐことができる使い捨て着用物品を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記課題を解決するための本発明の前提は、前後胴周り域およびそれら胴周り域の間に位置する股下域を備え、それら域のうちの少なくとも前記股下域に厚み方向へ貫通する少なくとも一つの開孔を有する着装シートと、前記着装シートの外面に配置されて前記開孔全域を覆う不透液性被覆シートとから構成され、前記着装シートと前記被覆シートとの間に前記開孔につながる排泄物収容部が形成された使い捨て着用物品である。

前記前提における本発明の第１の特徴は、前記被覆シートが、前記物品の厚み方向へ伸縮可能な中央伸縮部と、前記伸縮部の周方向外方に位置して前記着装シートの外面に取り付けられた外周縁部とを有し、剛性が前記被覆シートのそれよりも高い形状保持ネットが、前記被覆シートの伸縮部と外周縁部とのうちの少なくとも該伸縮部に取り付けられ、前記被覆シートと前記保持ネットとには、前記伸縮部の中心部分から前記外周縁部に向かって波状に起伏するとともに回帰線状に延びる多数の第１プリーツが形成されていることにある。

前記前提における本発明の第２の特徴として、前記物品では、剛性が前記被覆シートのそれよりも高い形状保持ネットが該被覆シートに取り付けられ、前記開孔の周方向外方に位置する前記被覆シートの外周縁部が前記着装シートの外面に取り付けられ、前記被覆シートと前記保持ネットとには、それらを折り込むことによって形成された多数の第２プリーツが互いに並行して縦方向と横方向とのいずれか一方へ延びていることにある。

本発明は、以下の実施態様を有する。
（１）前記保持ネットが、一方向へ離間並行して延びる複数条の第１モノフィラメントと、一方向と交差する方向へ離間並行して延びる複数条の第２モノフィラメントとから形成され、前記第１および第２モノフィラメントがそれらモノフィラメントの交差部位で互いに連結されている。
（２）前記保持ネットが所定割合のパウダー状無機充填剤を混入した高密度ポリエチレンから作られており、前記保持ネットでは、それを１８０度折曲してその状態を３分間維持した後、折曲状態を解除して前記保持ネットを自然状態で５分間放置したときの最小戻り角度が０〜４０度の範囲にある。
（３）前記被覆シートが互いに重なり合う不透液性繊維不織布から形成され、前記保持ネットがそれら不織布の間に介在している。
（４）前記着装シートが、肌当接側に位置する透液性表面シートと、肌非当接側に位置する不透液性裏面シートとから形成され、吸液性第１パネルが、前記表面シートと前記裏面シートとの間に介在し、前記物品が、前記表裏面シートと前記第１パネルとをその厚み方向へ貫通する前記開孔を有する。
（５）透液性シートに包被された吸液性第２パネルが前記排泄物収容部に配置されている。

【発明の実施の形態】
添付の図面を参照し、本発明にかかる使い捨て着用物品の詳細を説明すると、以下のとおりである。

図１，２は、一例として示す着用物品１Ａの部分破断斜視図と、裏面シート３の側から示す図１の物品１Ａの斜視図とであり、図３，４は、被覆シート５と形状保持ネット８とを分離して示すそれらの斜視図と、図２のＡ−Ａ線端面図とである。図１〜３では、横方向を矢印Ｘ、縦方向を矢印Ｙで示し、厚み方向を矢印Ｚで示す。図４では、第１プリーツ２３を物品１Ａの厚み方向下方へ伸ばした状態を二点鎖線で示す。なお、表裏面シート２，３や被覆シート５、防漏シート７の内面とは、第１パネル６に対向する面をいい、それらシート２，３，５，７の外面とは、パネル６に非対向の面をいう。

物品１Ａは、肌当接側に位置する透液性表面シート２および肌非当接側に位置する不透液性裏面シート３からなる着装シート４と、裏面シート３の外面に配置された不透液性被覆シート５とから構成されている。物品１Ａは、それらシート４，５の他に、表裏面シート２，３の間に介在してそれらシート２，３の内面に固着された吸液性第１パネル６と、表面シート２の外面に配置されて縦方向へ延びる一対の不透液性防漏シート７と、被覆シート５に取り付けられた形状保持ネット８とを有する。

着装シート４は、縦方向に前胴周り域９および後胴周り域１１と、それら胴周り域９，１１の間に位置する股下域１０とを有する。着装シート４は、パネル６の両側縁６ａの外側を縦方向へ延びる一対のサイドフラップ１２と、パネル６の両端縁６ｂの外側を横方向へ延びる一対のエンドフラップ１３とを有する。

着装シート４では、サイドフラップ１２が股下域１０において物品１Ａの横方向内方へ向かって弧を画いている。着装シート４は、その平面形状が実質的に砂時計型を呈する。サイドフラップ１２には、縦方向へ延びる複数条の脚周り用弾性部材１４が収縮可能に取り付けられている。エンドフラップ１３には、横方向へ延びる帯状の胴周り用弾性部材１５が収縮可能に取り付けられている。着装シート４の股下域１０には、表裏面シート２，３とパネル６とをその厚み方向へ貫通する開孔１６が形成されている。

開孔１６は、縦長円形を呈し、股下域１０の横方向中央部であって股下域１０の後半分に形成されている。開孔１６の周縁１６ａでは、表面シート２と裏面シート３とが合掌状に重なり合った状態で、それらシート２，３の内面どうしが固着されている。開孔１６は、その全域が被覆シート５に覆われている。

被覆シート５は、互いに重なり合う２枚の不透液性繊維不織布５ａ，５ｂから形成されている。被覆シート５は、物品１Ａの厚み方向へ伸縮可能な中央伸縮部１７と、伸縮部１７の周方向外方に位置する外周縁部１８とを有する。被覆シート５では、伸縮部１７が裏面シート３に固着されておらず、外周縁部１８が開孔１６の周縁１６ａの周方向外方における裏面シート３の外面に固着されている。被覆シート５では、不織布５ａが裏面シート３に対向し、不織布５ｂが不織布５ａの外側に位置している。伸縮部１７は、その中心部分１７ａが開孔１６の直下に位置している。着装シート４と被覆シート５との間には、開孔１６につながる排泄物収容部１９が形成されている。

保持ネット８は、その剛性が被覆シート５のそれよりも高く、被覆シート５の伸縮部１７と外周縁部１８とに取り付けられている。保持ネット８は、被覆シート５を形成する不織布５ａ，５ｂの間に介在し、それら不織布５ａ，５ｂに固着されている。保持ネット８は、縦方向へ離間並行して延びる複数条の第１モノフィラメント２０と、横方向へ離間並行して延びる複数条の第２モノフィラメント２１とから形成されている。第１モノフィラメント２０と第２モノフィラメント２１とは、それらモノフィラメント２０，２１の交差部位で互いに連結されている。保持ネット８には、第１および第２モノフィラメント２０，２１に囲繞された多数の網目２２が形成されている。

保持ネット８は、所定割合のパウダー状無機充填剤を混入した高密度ポリエチレンから作られている。保持ネット８では、それを１８０度折曲してその状態を３分間維持した後、折曲状態を解除して保持ネットを自然状態で５分間放置したときの最小戻り角度が０〜４０度の範囲にある。

保持ネット８では、高密度ポリエチレンの密度が９４５〜９６５ｋｇ／ｍ^３の範囲にあり、高密度ポリエチレンの全重量に対する無機充填剤の重量比が０．１〜６０重量％の範囲にある。無機充填剤には、硫酸バリウムやタルク、炭酸カルシウム、炭酸マグネシウム等を使用することができる。第１および第２モノフィラメント２０，２１は、それら単体の坪量が５〜２００ｇ／ｍ^２の範囲にあり、連結部位におけるそれらモノフィラメント２０，２１を合わせた坪量が１０〜５００ｇ／ｍ^２の範囲にある。

保持ネット８は、上述したように、それを１８０度折曲した後の最小戻り角度が０〜４０度の範囲にあり、それが折曲されると、保持ネット８の折曲状態が維持される。その理由は、以下のとおりである。

保持ネット８では、ポリエチレン樹脂に混入されたパウダー状無機充填剤が樹脂の内部で不均一に分散しており、無機充填剤によって樹脂が所々で分断されているので、樹脂の弾性変形が抑制されている。ゆえに、保持ネット８は、それがポリエチレン樹脂のみから形成されている場合と比較し、その残留応力が高い。

保持ネット８は、それが折曲されると、折曲部位においてポリエチレン樹脂が延伸かつ収縮し、それにともなって樹脂とパウダー状無機充填剤の周面とに剪断力が生じ、無機充填剤の周面から樹脂が剥がれ、ポリエチレン樹脂と無機充填剤の周面との間に微小な空隙が形成される。

保持ネット８では、無機充填剤によってポリエチレン樹脂の弾性変形が抑制されており、保持ネット８が折曲されて折曲部位で樹脂が機械的に延伸かつ収縮すると、ポリエチレン樹脂が延伸前および収縮前の状態に復元せず、樹脂と無機充填剤の周面との間に形成された空隙が塞がることはないので、保持ネット８の折曲状態が維持される。

しかし、これは、保持ネット８を折曲した後、それを自然状態で放置したときの現象であり、保持ネット８の折曲部位を再び折り返すことで、樹脂を略延伸前および略収縮前の状態に復元させ、保持ネット８を略直状に戻すことができることはいうまでもない。

被覆シート５と保持ネット８とには、伸縮部１７の中心部分１７ａから外周縁部１８に向かって波状に起伏するとともに、回帰線状に延びる多数の第１プリーツ２３が形成されている。それらプリーツ２３は、実質的に環状を呈し、伸縮部１７の中心部分１７ａから外周縁部１８へ向かってその円周が次第に大きくなるように同心状に並んでいる。伸縮部１７は、プリーツ２３を伸ばすことによって、物品１Ａの厚み方向下方へ伸ばすことができる。

防漏シート７は、サイドフラップ１２に取り付けられて股下域１０から前後胴周り域９，１１へ向かって延びている。防漏シート７は、サイドフラップ１２に固着されて縦方向へ延びる固定側部７ａと、表面シート２の上方へ起立性向を有して縦方向へ延びる自由側部７ｂと、物品１Ａの横方向内方へ倒伏した状態で前後胴周り域９，１１に固着された固定両端部７ｃとを有する。自由側部７ｂには、縦方向へ延びる伸縮性弾性部材２４が収縮可能に取り付けられている。弾性部材２４は、自由側部７ｂの一部に被覆されている。

後胴周り域１１には、サイドフラップ１２から横方向外方へ延びるテープファスナ２５が取り付けられている。テープファスナ２５の自由端部には、メカニカルファスナのうちのフック部材２６が取り付けられている。前胴周り域９における裏面シート３の外面には、テープファスナ２５を着脱可能に止着する横方向へ長い矩形のターゲットテープ２７が取り付けられている。ターゲットテープ２７は、メカニカルファスナのうちのループ部材２８から形成されている。

物品１Ａを着用するには、後胴周り域１１のサイドフラップ１２を前胴周り域９のサイドフラップ１２の外側に重ね合わせ、フック部材２６とループ部材２８とを係合させてテープファスナ２５の自由端部をターゲットテープ２７に止着し、前胴周り域９と後胴周り域１１とを連結する。前後胴周り域９，１１が連結された物品１Ａには、胴周り開口とその下方に一対の脚周り開口とが形成される（図示せず）。

物品１Ａでは、図４に二点鎖線で示すように、第１プリーツ２３を伸ばすことによって、被覆シート５の伸縮部１７が物品１Ａの矢印Ｚ１で示す厚み方向下方へ向かって伸び、排泄物収容部１９に所与容積の空間Ｓが形成される。着装シート４に排泄された大便（図示せず）は、開孔１６を通過して収容部１９に収容される。物品１Ａでは、収容部１９に空間Ｓが形成されるので、収容部１９に収容された大便を着用者の股間部から下方へ遠ざけることができ、排泄された大便が着用者の股間部に付着することはない。

物品１Ａでは、プリーツ２３を物品１Ａの厚み方向下方へ伸ばし、排泄物収容部１９に空間Ｓを形成することによって、収容部１９における大便収容容積を大きくすることができ、多量の大便を収容部１９に収容することができる。物品１Ａは、それに多量の大便が排泄されたとしても、大便が表面シート２の外面に残存することはなく、かつ、大便が表面シート２の外面を拡散することもないので、大便が着用者の股間部に付着してしまうことを防ぐことができる。

物品１Ａでは、被覆シート５を形成する不織布５ａ，５ｂの間に形態保持ネット８が介在し、被覆シート５とともに保持ネット８にもプリーツ２３が形成されており、保持ネット８によって伸縮部１７のプリーツ形態が維持されるので、プリーツ２３が不用意に伸びてしまうことはない。また、それらプリーツ２３を伸ばして収容部１９に空間Ｓを形成した後は、伸縮部１７に機械的な外力を加えない以上、プリーツ２３が縮むことはなく、収容部１９の空間Ｓを維持することができる。

着装シート４では、それが表面シート２を内側にして縦方向へ湾曲すると、弾性部材２４が縦方向へ収縮して防漏シート７の自由側部７ｂが表面シート２の上方へ起立する。着装シート４では、防漏シート７の自由側部７ｂが排泄物に対する障壁を形成するので、排泄物が股下域１０から漏れてしまうことを防ぐことができる。着装シート４に排泄された尿は、表面シート２を透過して第１パネル６に吸収、保持される。

サイドフラップ１２では、表面シート２の両側部２ａがパネル６の両側縁６ａから横方向外方へわずかに延び、表面シート２の両側部２ａからさらに横方向外方へ裏面シート３の両側部３ａと防漏シート７の固定側部７ａとが延びている。表面シート２の側部２ａは、裏面シート３の側部３ａと防漏シート７の固定側部７ａとの間に介在し、それら側部３ａ，７ａ内面に固着されている。裏面シート３の側部３ａと防漏シート７の固定側部７ａとは、それら側部３ａ，７ａの互いに重なり合う部分が固着されている。脚周り用弾性部材１４は、裏面シート３の側部３ａと防漏シート７の固定側部７ａとの間に介在し、それらシート３，７の側部３ａ，７ａ内面に固着されている。

エンドフラップ１３では、パネル６の両端縁６ｂから表面シート２の両端部２ｂと裏面シート３の両端部３ｂとが縦方向外方へ延び、それらシート２，３の端部２ｂ，３ｂ内面どうしが固着されている。防漏シート７の固定両端部７ｃは、表面シート２の端部２ｂ外面に固着されている。胴周り用弾性部材１５は、表面シート２の端部２ｂと裏面シート３ｂの端部３ｂとの間に介在し、それらシート２，３の端部２ｂ，３ｂ内面に固着されている。

物品１Ｂは、透液性表面シート２および不透液性裏面シート３からなる着装シート４と、裏面シート３の外面に配置された不透液性被覆シート５とから構成されている。物品１Ｂは、表裏面シート２，３の間に介在する吸液性第１パネル６と、表面シート２の外面に配置された一対の不透液性防漏シート７と、被覆シート５に取り付けられた形状保持ネット８と、排泄物収容部１９に配置された吸液性第２パネル２９とを有する。第２パネル２９は、縦長矩形を呈し、その全体がティッシュペーパーや親水性繊維不織布等の透液性シート３０に包被されている。

着装シート４は、縦方向へ延びるサイドフラップ１２と、横方向へ延びるエンドフラップ１３とを有する。着装シート４では、股下域１０の横方向中央部に表裏面シート２，３とパネル６とをその厚み方向へ貫通する開孔１６が形成されている。

被覆シート５は、互いに重なり合う２枚の不透液性繊維不織布５ａ，５ｂから形成され、縦方向へ延びる両側部３１（外周縁部）と、前後胴周り域９，１１を横方向へ延びる両端部３２（外周縁部）とを有する。被覆シート５では、その両側部３１と両端部３２とが裏面シート３の外面に固着されている。着装シート４と被覆シート５との間には、開孔１６につながる排泄物収容部１９が形成されている。第２パネル２９は、開孔１６の直下に位置し、被覆シート５の横方向中央部分に取り付けられている。第２パネル２９では、それを包被する透液性シート３０が被覆シート５を形成する不織布５ａに固着されている。

保持ネット８は、図１のそれと同様のものが使用されている。保持ネット８は、被覆シート５を形成する不織布５ａ，５ｂの間に介在し、それら不織布５ａ，５ｂに固着されている。保持ネット８の１８０度折曲後の最小戻り角度は、図１のそれと同一である。

被覆シート５と保持ネット８とには、縦方向へ互いに並行して延びる多数の第２プリーツ３３が形成されている。プリーツ３３は、被覆シート５の横方向中央部分と両側部３１との間に形成されている。それらプリーツ３３は、図７に示すように、被覆シート５と保持ネット８とを横方向内方へ向かってＺ字状に折り込むことによって作られている。

物品１Ｂでは、図８に二点鎖線で示すように、第２プリーツ３３を伸ばすことによって、被覆シート５と保持シート８とが物品１Ｂの矢印Ｚ１で示す厚み方向下方へ向かって伸び、排泄物収容部１９に空間Ｓが形成される。物品１Ｂでは、収容部１９に空間Ｓが形成されるので、収容部１９に収容された大便（図示せず）を着用者の股間部から下方へ遠ざけることができ、排泄された大便が着用者の股間部に付着することはない。

物品１Ｂでは、被覆シート５と保持シート８とを物品１Ｂの厚み方向下方へ伸ばし、収容部１９に空間Ｓを形成することによって、収容部１９における大便収容容積を大きくすることができる。物品１Ｂは、それに多量の大便が排泄されたとしても、大便が表面シート２の外面に残存することはなく、かつ、大便が表面シート２の外面を拡散することもない。収容部１９には、第２パネル２９が配置されているので、収容部１９に収容された大便のうちの水分が第２パネル２９に吸収、保持される。

物品１Ｂでは、被覆シート５とともに保持ネット８にもプリーツ３３が形成されているので、保持ネット８によってプリーツ形態が維持され、プリーツ３３が不用意に伸びてしまうことはない。また、それらプリーツ３３を伸ばして収容部１９に空間Ｓを形成した後は、プリーツ３３が縮むことはなく、収容部１９の空間Ｓを維持することができる。

表面シート２には、親水性繊維不織布、多数の開孔を有する疎水性繊維不織布、微細な多数の開孔を有する透液性プラスチックフィルムのいずれかを使用することができる。裏面シート３や防漏シート７には、疎水性繊維不織布、通気不透液性プラスチックフィルム、疎水性繊維不織布を重ね合わせた複合不織布、疎水性繊維不織布と通気不透液性プラスチックフィルムとを重ね合わせた複合シートのいずれかを使用することができる。

被覆シート５には、不透液性繊維不織布、通気不透液性プラスチックフィルム、不透液性繊維不織布と通気不透液性プラスチックフィルムとを重ね合わせた複合シートのいずれかを使用することもできる。

裏面シート３や被覆シート５、防漏シート７には、高い耐水性を有するメルトブローン法による繊維不織布を、高い強度と良好な柔軟性とを有するスパンボンド法による繊維不織布で挟んだ複合不織布を使用することもできる。

不織布としては、スパンレース、ニードルパンチ、メルトブローン、サーマルボンド、スパンポンド、ケミカルボンド、エアースルー、の各製法により製造されたものを使用することができる。不織布の構成繊維としては、ポリオレフィン系、ポリエステル系、ポリアミド系、の各繊維、ポリエチレン／ポリプロピレンやポリエチレン／ポリエステルからなる芯鞘型複合繊維または並列型複合繊維を使用することができる。

第１および第２パネル６，２９は、フラッフパルプと高吸収性ポリマー粒子との混合物、または、フラッフパルプと高吸収性ポリマー粒子と熱可塑性合成樹脂繊維との混合物であり、所要の厚みに圧縮されている。第１パネル６は、それの型崩れやポリマー粒子の脱落を防止するため、全体がティッシュペーパーや親水性繊維不織布等の透液性シートに被覆されていることが好ましい。ポリマー粒子としては、デンプン系、セルロース系、合成ポリマー系のものを使用することができる。

表裏面シート２，３どうしの固着や裏面シート３に対する被覆シート５の固着、被覆シート５に対する形態保持ネット８の固着、表裏面シート２，３や被覆シート５に対するパネル６，２９の固着、シート２，３，７に対する弾性部材１４，１５，２４の固着には、ホットメルト型接着剤、または、ヒートシールやソニックシール等の熱による溶着手段を利用することができる。

それら図示の物品１Ａ，１Ｂでは、開孔１６の大きさや形状、個数について、特に限定はなく、開孔１６が股下域１０のみならず、股下域１０から前後胴周り域９，１１にまで達していてもよく、着装シート４に開孔１６が２つ以上形成されていてもよい。開孔を２つ以上有する物品では、それら開孔全域が被覆シートに被覆されていることが必要である。それら図示の物品１Ａ，１Ｂでは、被覆シート５の大きさや平面形状について特に限定はなく、被覆シート５が着装シート４と略同形同大であってもよい。また、被覆シート５の外周縁部１８または両側部３１および両端部３２が裏面シート３の外面に剥離可能に固着されていてもよく、被覆シート５の外周縁部１８または両側部３１および両端部３２が裏面シート３の外面に着脱可能に取り付けられていてもよい。
