Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement of a down-swing level with a laser.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A laser-equipped level that has been commercially available or rented from the past is a prismatic level equipped with horizontal and vertical bubble tubes, and has a long laser radiation opening. It is used to check the horizontal and gradient of block stacking, piping, U-groove installation, etc. while watching, or to check whether the horizontal or gradient is the same from the installed structure. In addition, when working with the water string on the stringer that serves as the reference for height and street, you can get accurate work by touching the water thread with your hand, feet, or body, breaking the thread, or loosening the thread. There wasn't.
[0003]
In addition, surveying equipment such as theodolite was installed on the survey point, and in order to confirm the position, it was hung down the bottom of the center of the surveying instrument, but the surveying instrument moved up and down each time. It was very inconvenient because I had to adjust the length of the swinging yarn.
[0004]
A downward swing is used when looking at the vertical when assembling the formwork, but the length of the thread has to be adjusted, and it has been difficult for the wind to blow and position the thread.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
This plan was invented on the basis of the technical background as described above, and anyone can easily perform horizontal, vertical, gradient, and swivel operations with the laser swing-down leveler of the present plan. The purpose of this is to be able to use a convenient laser-equipped horizontal swing leveler that can give point indications in presentations at low cost and optically in a wide range of fields.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, in claim 1 of the present proposal, a prismatic leveler body 1 having a horizontal bubble tube 2 or a vertical bubble tube 3, a laser radiation port 6 projecting from the front portion 5 and a radiation port dedicated cover for protecting it. 4 is detachably attached, and a hanging portion 7 is provided at the rear, and a battery chamber 8 containing a battery 9, a semiconductor unit 10 and a discharge tube 11 are built in the leveler body 1 so that each portion can be energized. The laser-lowered swing level A is characterized in that a laser beam is emitted by turning on a switch 12 provided outside the level body 1.
[0007]
According to claim 2 of the present plan, the reflector 13 is attached to the back side of the horizontal bubble tube 2 or the vertical bubble tube 3, and the lowered swing leveler B with laser according to claim 1 is provided.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Referring to the drawings, an embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 1 is a general view of the appearance of a laser swinging leveler A according to claim 1 of the present plan. However, the shape may be any of triangular, square, pentagonal, and polygonal shapes, and the laser beam radiation port 6 protrudes from the front part 5 of the leveler body 1 and the radiation port dedicated cover 4 for protecting it is attached and detached. It is freely attached and a hanging part 7 is provided at the rear part. In addition, the bubble tube is provided with a horizontal bubble tube at the top and a vertical bubble tube on the rear suspension side. In both cases, when the bubble tube is in a horizontal state, the horizontal bubble tube 2 and the bubble tube are In the vertical state, it can be used as the vertical bubble tube 3.
[0009]
FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the laser-driven down-swing leveler A according to claim 1 of the present plan, and includes two batteries 9, a semiconductor unit 10, and a discharge tube 11 housed and set in the battery chamber 8. Is set in a state in which current can be energized, and a laser beam is emitted by turning on a switch 12 provided outside the leveler body 1.
[0010]
In order to obtain laser light, for example, a diode in which a P-type semiconductor and an N-type semiconductor are joined is made to emit light by applying a voltage so that P type is “positive” and N type is “negative”. Arsenic, etc. is used, long-lived visible light semiconductor laser, wavelength 670 nm, output less than 1 mW, reachable distance is 1 meter or more, and has the same or whatever function. Also good.
[0011]
FIG. 3 is a partial view of the case where a laser irradiation beam cover 4 is attached to the front part 5 of the swing-down leveler A with a laser as a protective device in order to prevent a laser beam from entering the human eye when the laser beam is not used. FIG. 4 is a partially enlarged view showing a state in which the radiation port dedicated cover 4 is removed and used when a laser beam is used.
[0012]
FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing an example in which the laser swing down level A according to the present invention is used for the surveying instrument main body 15. The laser level swing down level A according to the present plan is suspended from the tripod 14 on which the surveying instrument main body 15 is mounted. It can be installed on the base point 18 by suspending it from the part 7 with a strap or a thin wire 16 and removing the radiation port cover 4 to emit a laser beam. A can be used for swinging down, so if you do not need a laser beam as shown in Fig. 6, you can use it as a "swinging down" while wearing the radiation outlet cover 4 with a sharp tip. Can be installed.
[0013]
Fig. 7 shows the main part of the letters, figures, documents, OHP screen, etc. written on the blackboard or whiteboard with laser beams in various presentations using the laser beam alone with the radiation cover 4 removed. Can make effective presentations.
[0014]
FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing a state in which the lower swing leveler A of the present invention is placed on the measurement surface 16 without unevenness, and the object 17 is arranged in parallel with the plane. By removing the radiation port dedicated cover 4 and emitting a laser beam, FIG. The surface 17 of the object 17 can be placed on the plane of the object 17 so that the top surface, side surface, and end surface of the object 17 can be accurately aligned along the laser beam. When working with a string of water on the stringer that is the standard for the street, it is safe that the thread does not touch the hand, feet, or body and breaks the thread, or the thread cannot loosen and cannot get accurate work. In addition, it is possible to use the lowering level A with a laser of this proposal, centering the drain pipe, U-shaped groove, gutter slope, duct, piping, scaffolding, fence, anchor bolt, suspended ceiling, T Le paste like long distance in the horizontal and height setting and as is intended to be easy.
[0015]
FIG. 9 is a perspective view illustrating an example of a state in which the object 17 is vertically stacked for a long time. During the work as in the past, the water thread touches the hand, foot or body, the thread breaks, or the wind blows. There is no defect that the yarn cannot swing and cannot be stacked vertically, and anyone can easily and accurately stack the yarn.
[0016]
FIG. 10 shows an overall view of a down-swing leveler B with a laser according to claim 2, and FIG. 11 is a partially enlarged view in which a reflective material 13 is attached to the back side of the horizontal bubble tube 2. Is a sheet using a fluorescent pigment, phosphorescent pigment, luminescent pigment, or metal foil (aluminum foil, etc.) attached to the back side of the horizontal bubble tube 2 and the liquid in the horizontal bubble tube 2 is exposed to light from the outside. It shines and the state of bubbles can be clearly seen with the naked eye.
[0017]
FIG. 12 is a partially enlarged view in which the reflecting material 13 is attached to a part of the vertical bubble tube 3 of the down-swing leveler B with a laser according to claim 2, and the reflecting material 13 is the same as described in FIG. 11. A sheet using a fluorescent pigment, a phosphorescent pigment, a luminescent pigment, or a metal foil (aluminum foil, etc.) is attached to the back side of the vertical bubble tube 3, and the liquid in the vertical bubble tube 3 glows when receiving light from the outside. In addition, the state of bubbles can be clearly seen with the naked eye.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
This is very convenient because it can be used as the horizontal bubble tube 2 when the bubble tube is in a horizontal state and as the vertical bubble tube 3 when the bubble tube is in a vertical state.
[0019]
Directly, you can use the laser-sliding leveler A with the laser as a downward swing using a laser beam. If you do not use the laser beam, you can use it as a "swing downward" even if you have the pointed radiation outlet cover 4 attached. And an accurate base point can be obtained.
[0020]
When used alone as a laser beam, it is possible to point the main parts such as letters, figures, documents or OHP screens written on a blackboard or whiteboard with the laser beam, and an effective presentation can be performed.
[0021]
The top surface, side surface, and end surface of the object 17 can be accurately aligned along the laser beam in a straight line. During operation, the water thread touches the hands, feet, or body, and the thread breaks or the thread loosens. Therefore, it can be used with peace of mind.
[0022]
During the work as in the past, water thread touches the hands, feet or body and the thread breaks, or the wind blows and the thread cannot swing and pile up vertically. Can be stacked.
[0023]
The reflective material 13 is attached to the back side of the horizontal bubble tube 2 or the vertical bubble tube 3, and when receiving light from the outside, the liquid in the horizontal bubble tube 2 or the vertical bubble tube 3 shines, and the state of the bubbles is clear. And can be seen with the naked eye.
