[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-9-88391 [0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional access control system of this type as described above has a problem that the electric lock cannot be unlocked when the network between the access control device and the mobile phone cannot communicate due to some trouble.
[0005]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to provide an access control system capable of unlocking an electric lock even when a network cannot communicate.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In view of the above object, the present invention is connected to a network by connecting at least one terminal controller for controlling the locking / unlocking of each electric lock and a center device for performing an locking / unlocking instruction to these terminal controllers via the network. An access control system for allowing a terminal controller to give an instruction to lock and unlock an electric lock when access is made from a terminal and a network terminal device via the network to the center device and permission is obtained by terminal authentication at the center device. The controller confirms communication with the center device when the communication disconnection unlocking switch and this communication disconnection unlocking switch are pressed, and when the communication disconnection is confirmed, unlocks the electric lock. The access control system is characterized by comprising communication disconnection confirmation / unlocking means.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the access control system according to the present invention, a switch is provided in the terminal controller, and when the switch is pressed, communication with the center device is confirmed, and if the communication cannot be performed, the electric lock is unlocked. In addition, communication with the center device is confirmed only when the switch has been pressed a predetermined number of times within a predetermined time to prevent tampering with the switch, and temporary unlocking from the normal center device (after unlocking) Take measures such as locking in a time shorter than the unlocking time in the case where the door is not opened within a predetermined time, and then unlocking by pressing the switch for a predetermined time.
[0008]
Embodiment 1 FIG.
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an example of the configuration of an access control system according to the present invention. Briefly describing the present invention, at least one terminal controller 2 that controls the locking and unlocking of each electric lock on the

[0012]
Next, the processing of the terminal controller 2 when receiving a communication message for controlling the electric lock 3 from the center device 1 by communication will be described according to the processing flow shown in FIG. Waiting for reception of a communication message regarding control of the electric lock 3 from the center device 1 (step S31). When a communication message is received, the processing is divided into unlocking, locking, and temporary unlocking processes of the electric lock 3 according to the content of the message. In the case of an instruction to unlock the electric lock 3, the electric lock 3 is unlocked and the process ends (step S32). In the case of an instruction to lock the electric lock 3, the electric lock 3 is locked and the process ends (step S33).
[0013]
Steps S34 to S37 are processes for temporary unlocking (unlocking for a predetermined time (unlocking time)), unlocking the electric lock 3 (step S34), and then detecting opening / closing of a door (not shown) The
[0014]
Next, the processing of the terminal controller 2 when the communication disconnection unlocking switch 4 connected to the terminal controller 2 is pressed will be described according to the processing flow shown in FIG. This switch 4 is installed outside the door and can be pressed at any time. Waiting for a signal to press the switch 4 to be input to the terminal controller 2 (step S41), when the switch 4 is pressed, a communication confirmation message determined in advance by the communication specifications is transmitted to the center apparatus 1 (step S42). .
[0015]
When the center apparatus 1 receives this communication message, it returns a response message to the control terminal 2 that has transmitted it. The terminal controller 2 waits for a response message to the transmitted confirmation message to be returned within a predetermined time (step S43). If there is a reply, pressing the switch 4 is ignored. If there is no response from the center device 1, the electric lock 3 is temporarily unlocked (step S44). Whether the processing in step S44 is temporarily unlocked or continuous unlocked is determined by operation.
[0016]
A process is added to the process of the terminal controller 2 of FIG. 4 to prevent the electric lock 3 from being unlocked due to mischief or the like. The processing of the terminal controller 2 in that case will be described according to the processing flow shown in FIG. In FIG. 5, it is determined that the switch 4 is pressed by a predetermined number of times within a predetermined time (step S51). This is a determination as to whether or not the pressing of the switch 4 is performed in a predetermined pattern and method. When the switch 4 is pressed by a predetermined operation, it is checked whether or not a predetermined time has elapsed since the time when the switch was temporarily unlocked by this series of processes (step S52). This is to reduce the possibility that a person who does not understand the operation of the terminal controller 2 will open the door by temporarily unlocking it by chance and not performing the same operation again even if the same operation is performed again. In addition, as will be described later, even if the door is accidentally unlocked by shortening the temporary unlocking time in the process of step S55, the door cannot be opened unless it is prepared to open the door.
[0017]
If the predetermined time has elapsed, a communication confirmation message determined in advance by the communication specifications is transmitted to the center apparatus 1 (step S53). When the center apparatus 1 receives this communication message, it returns a response message to the terminal controller 2 that has transmitted it. The terminal controller 2 waits for a response message to the confirmation message transmitted in step S53 to be returned within a predetermined time (step S54). If there is a reply, pressing the switch 4 is ignored. If there is no reply, it is assumed that a failure has occurred in the
[0018]
For example, if the pressing time of the switch 4 is set to 10 seconds, the number of pressings is 3 times, the temporary unlocking time is set to 5 seconds, and the elapsed time is set to about 10 minutes in the process of FIG. The probability of unlocking and opening the door is very low. Considering that the unlocking process by the switch 4 is performed only when a failure originally occurs in the network, safety can be ensured.
[0019]
Further, when the unlocking time of the temporary unlocking is relatively long in step S55 or when the unlocking is performed without the time limit, the door (not shown) is further opened and closed as shown by the wavy line in FIG. Wait until the door is opened within a predetermined time (shorter than the unlocking time for temporary unlocking) by the
[0020]
In this way, in an access control system that unlocks an electric lock remotely using a mobile terminal or the like, communication between the terminal controller and the center device is possible due to a network failure, a center device failure, a terminal controller failure, etc. Even if it is not possible, the door can be opened by unlocking the electric lock with an inexpensive switch installed in the terminal controller, so it is especially important to manage the access to unmanned facilities scattered in remote locations. Time loss such as returning to can be reduced. Moreover, it can be realized at low cost with a switch rather than an expensive device such as a numeric keypad device or a card verification device. Safety is also ensured by checking for network failures and not unlocking by simply pressing the switch.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, at least one terminal controller that controls locking / unlocking of each electric lock and a center device that performs locking / unlocking instruction via these networks are connected to the network, An access control system for allowing a terminal controller to give an instruction to lock and unlock an electric lock when access is made from a terminal and a network terminal device via the network to the center device and permission is obtained by terminal authentication at the center device. The controller confirms communication with the center device when the communication disconnection unlocking switch and this communication disconnection unlocking switch are pressed, and when the communication disconnection is confirmed, unlocks the electric lock. Since the access control system is characterized by having communication disconnection confirmation / unlocking means, Click even perform the unlocking of the electric lock in case of a situation that can not communicate.
