Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sleeve for forming a through hole used for forming a through hole for passing a water pipe, an electric wire or the like in a concrete structure such as a concrete beam.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a sleeve for forming a through hole in a concrete structure, an expansion sleeve as disclosed in JP-A-5-195620 has already been proposed. This telescopic sleeve is a simple operation of pulling a string-like slide means, and it is possible to adjust the sleeve length to improve the adhesion to the formwork, and is particularly called a “void”. In the case of a cardboard made of cardboard, a cheap and very good workability sleeve is provided.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The elastic sleeve has the excellent advantages as described above, but there is still room for improvement in that the concrete wraps around the gap formed between the sleeve end surface and the mold.
[0004]
That is, when concrete is placed in the mold, since the normal mold is a plywood, it is unavoidable that the mold itself swells outward slightly. Therefore, even when the end surface of the expansion sleeve is installed, even if the end surface of the sleeve is in close contact with the side surface of the mold, the mold frame swells due to the concrete placement. I can do it. As a result of the concrete getting around from the gap, it is often necessary to finally perform a “hanging” operation.
[0005]
It is the present invention against the background of such a problem, and proposes a mechanism capable of obtaining more reliable adhesion to a formwork.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The telescopic sleeve of the present invention comprises an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder that is inserted into the outer cylinder so as to protrude from one end of the outer cylinder, and the other end of the outer cylinder and A fixing surface portion to the mold is provided at the protruding end portion of the inner cylinder. Alternatively, an outer cylinder and a pair of inner cylinders that are inserted into the outer cylinder so as to protrude from both end portions of the outer cylinder, and to the formwork at the protruding end of each inner cylinder The fixed surface portion is provided. That is, a fixed surface portion is provided at the end of the outer cylinder or the inner cylinder to improve the adhesion to the mold.
[0007]
Such a fixing surface portion can be a flange formed at the end of the outer cylinder or the inner cylinder, and a method of fixing the flange to the formwork with a fixing tool such as a nail or a screw is possible. Or the edge part of an outer cylinder or an inner cylinder is closed with a lid | cover, and the surface (outer side surface) of this lid | cover can also be utilized as an adhesive surface. The lid may be formed integrally with the cylinder. However, if the lid is removably attached to the end of the cylinder, for example, fitted to the outer cylinder or the inner cylinder, when removing the formwork after placing the concrete Since it will come off together, it is convenient for cleaning work. Moreover, a method of providing a flange on such a detachable lid and fixing the flange to the formwork with a fixture is also possible.
[0008]
Also, when considering the cleanup operation, that is, the expansion sleeve peeling operation after completion, if at least one string-like material is wound around the cylinder wall of the outer cylinder in the axial direction, the string-like material is attached to the outer cylinder. Pulling from the inside is preferable because it provides a peeling means that can easily peel the outer cylinder from the concrete. Such peeling means can use a wire, a wire, a piano wire, or the like.
[0009]
Even in the above-described telescopic sleeve of the present invention, it is possible to provide the sliding means as in the above prior art, but in the present invention, in particular, the projecting of the inner cylinder further pursues ease of manufacture and workability. A string-like slide that is locked to one end of the inner cylinder and extended through the inside of the inner cylinder, and is drawn from a fulcrum hole provided in the outer cylinder or the end of the outer cylinder after passing through the other end of the inner cylinder Suggest means.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a sectional view showing an example of the present invention.
[0011]
The telescopic sleeve of this example includes an outer cylinder 1 and a pair of inner cylinders 2 and 3 slidably inserted from both end portions 1a and 1b of the outer cylinder 1. The outer cylinder 1 and the inner cylinders 2 and 3 are cylindrical void tubes formed of cardboard, and the outer diameters of the inner cylinders 2 and 3 are made smaller than the inner diameter of the outer cylinder 1 by 1 to 2 mm. . Therefore, the inner cylinders 2 and 3 inserted into the outer cylinder 1 can slide and protrude from the outer cylinder end portions 1a and 1b.
[0012]
Lids 4 and 5 are fitted on the protruding end portions 2a and 3a of the inner cylinders 2 and 3 as fixed surface portions. These lids 4 and 5 are made of cardboard having a circular plane shape, and are fitted portions 4a and 5a fitted to the inner diameters of the inner cylinders 2 and 3, and adhesive surface portions 4b and 5b having a larger diameter than these, It consists of adhesives 4c and 5c applied to the entire surface of the adhesive surface portions 4b and 5b, and release papers 4d and 5d on the adhesives 4c and 5c. The lids 4 and 5 are configured to fit the fitting portions 4a and 5a into the projecting end portions 2a and 3a of the inner cylinders 2 and 3 so that the stepped portions between the fitting portions 4a and 5a and the bonding surface portions 4b and 5b are inside. The cylinders 2 and 3 are mounted so as to be locked. The thicknesses of the fitting portions 4a and 5a and the bonding surface portions 4b and 5b may be determined as appropriate in consideration of the strength of fitting and the strength of parts. Further, it is possible to use a method in which the bonding surface portions 4b and 5b have a diameter larger than that shown in the figure and a flange is formed, and this flange is fixed to the mold with a fixture.
[0013]
In the case of the expandable sleeve of this example, slide means 6 and 7 for sliding the inner cylinders 2 and 3 to protrude from the outer cylinder 1 are further provided. The slide means 6 and 7 shown in detail in FIGS. 2 and 3 have locking claws 6a and 7a that are locked to the protruding end portions 2a and 3a of the inner cylinders 2 and 3 at the base end, and the inner cylinders 2 and 3 The wire 6b, 7b is formed such that the tip is taken out from the inside through the other end 2b, 3b and then taken out from the end 1a through the inside of the outer cylinder 1. The slide means 6 and 7 can be mounted by a simple operation by simply hooking and engaging the locking claws 6a and 7a on the end portions 2a and 3a of the inner cylinders 2 and 3, and separately processing the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder. There is no need to do so.
[0014]
As apparent from the state before the sliding operation shown in FIG. 2 and the state after the sliding operation shown in FIG. 3, the sliding means 6, 7 are configured to pull out with the tips of the wires 6 b, 7 b. The other end portions 2b and 3b of the inner cylinders 2 and 3 are pushed out by 6b and 7b (in the direction of the arrows), and the inner cylinders 2 and 3 can be slid to be appropriately projected. Then, after the work, the protruding state of the inner cylinders 2 and 3 can be maintained by winding and fixing the wires 6b and 7b around an appropriate reinforcing bar nearby.
[0015]
The telescopic sleeve having the above structure is finally installed in a construction state as shown in FIG. First, in a short state in which the inner cylinders 2 and 3 are retracted into the outer cylinder 1, the outer cylinder 1 is fixed by passing through the reinforcing bars F obliquely and setting at the through hole forming position. Then, the release papers 4d and 5d of the lids 4 and 5 are peeled off first to expose the adhesives 4c and 5c. Then, the protruding wire means 6 and 7 are pulled to slide the inner cylinders 2 and 3 until they protrude to contact with the wall surface of the mold K. As a result, the adhesive surface portions 4b and 5b of the lids 4 and 5 are in close contact with and stuck to the mold frame K. After this, if the sliding means 6 and 7 are attached to the appropriate reinforcing bars F, the construction state shown in FIG. 4 that is stretched between the molds is maintained.
[0016]
When all the necessary tools are installed, concrete is driven into the mold K. At this time, the mold K slightly swells outward due to the pressure (about 5 mm depending on the case). As a result, in the case of a conventional product having no adhesive surface, a gap is generated between the end faces of the inner cylinders 2 and 3 and the formwork K, and the phenomenon that the concrete wraps around from this gap occurs. The possibility was high. On the other hand, in the case of the expansion / contraction sleeve of this example, the adhesive surface portions 4b and 5b of the lids 4 and 5 are adhered and adhered to the mold K with the adhesives 4c and 5c. 2, 3 or lids 4 and 5 follow and move. As a result, the close contact with the mold K is maintained, and there is no possibility that a gap is generated.
[0017]
Further, when removing the formwork K after the concrete construction, the lids 4 and 5 are removed together with the formwork K, so that labor can be saved. Moreover, since most of the inner cylinders 2 and 3 are also in the outer cylinder 1, it is easy to remove them by sliding.
[0018]
FIG. 5 shows another example of the elastic sleeve. In this example, the inner cylinder is one on each side. That is, the same inner cylinder 20 is inserted into the same outer cylinder 10 from one end 11 thereof. The protruding end 21 of the inner cylinder 20 is fitted with a lid 40 similar to the above, which includes a fitting portion 41, an adhesive surface portion 42, an adhesive 43, and a release paper 44. The inner cylinder 20 can be slid and appropriately projected by the sliding means 60 including the locking claw 61 and the wire 62 as described above.
[0019]
On the other hand, the other end portion 12 of the outer cylinder 10 is fitted with a lid 50 including a fitting portion 51, an adhesive surface portion 52, an adhesive 53, and a release paper 54 similar to the lid 40. That is, the lid 50 is fitted to the inner diameter of the outer cylinder 10 by the fitting portion 51, and is locked to the end surface of the outer cylinder 10 at the step portion between the fitting portion 51 and the bonding surface portion 52. Moreover, the adhesive agent 53 is apply | coated to the whole surface of the adhesive surface part 52, and the release paper 54 is covered before construction.
[0020]
In the installation method of the expansion sleeve, first, the inner cylinder 20 is retracted and set between the reinforcing bars to the through hole forming position, and the release paper 52 of the lid 50 at the other end 12 of the outer cylinder 10 is peeled off. The other end 12 is first attached to and closely adhered to the mold, and the outer cylinder 10 is fixed. Then, the release paper 44 on the lid 40 of the inner cylinder 20 is peeled off, and the sliding means 60 is pulled to slide the inner cylinder 20 and press it against the mold. Then, the same state as FIG. 4 is obtained by the outer cylinder 10 and the inner cylinder 20, and the same effect is exhibited.
[0021]
FIG. 6 shows an example of facilitating the peeling work after concrete construction as another example. The elastic sleeve of this example has a single wire 102 wound around a cylindrical wall 101 of the outer cylinder 100 as a string-like material. In the case of this example, in order to prevent the wire 102 from shifting, a single groove 103 is formed on the outer peripheral side of the cylindrical wall 101 so that the wire 102 can be passed therethrough. The wire, that is, the string-like material 102 may be a continuous ring as shown in the figure, or may be cut off inside the outer cylinder 100 and the end portion hangs down. That is, any form may be used as long as the outer peripheral side of the cylindrical wall 101 is extended in the axial direction.
[0022]
If the inner cylinders 2 and 3 are inserted into the outer cylinder 100 and used as an expansion / contraction sleeve, after the inner cylinder is removed after the concrete construction, the wire 102 is only required to be pulled strongly with the wire 102 inside the outer cylinder 100. The cylindrical wall 101 is deformed inward by being dragged to be easily peeled off from the concrete. Therefore, peeling work after concrete construction becomes very easy. In particular, it is very easy if two or more peeling means using such a wire 102 are provided.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the expansion sleeve in which the slidable inner cylinder is inserted into the outer cylinder is provided with the fixed surface portion on the end surface that abuts the mold frame, so that it can follow the mold frame even if it swells. Therefore, the adhesion to the formwork becomes more reliable, and further improvement in work efficiency can be expected. Also, in the collection work after concrete construction, when a fitting lid is used as the fixed surface part, it is collected together with the mold, the inner cylinder can be easily removed, and the outer cylinder is also equipped with a peeling means. By doing so, it becomes very easy to collect.
