BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an artificial lawn. More specifically, the present invention relates to an artificial lawn capable of obtaining an appearance close to that of a natural lawn.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, for example, when constructing a tennis court, an artificial lawn that has a low grounding cost and a maintenance cost and can provide a feeling of grounding that is relatively close to a natural lawn has been widely used.
An artificial lawn has a lawn surface formed by laying a base fabric on which a large number of piles are planted on a foundation base, and fillers such as mesh sand are filled between piles depending on the application. .
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in such an artificial turf, since the turf surface is formed by a pile of neat synthetic resin, it cannot be denied that it has an artificial appearance. There is a demand for a turf surface that has a natural concavo-convex feeling at the tip of each pile. Such a demand is received not only from tennis players but also from various players, such as soccer players, who perform various competitions in a stadium employing an artificial lawn.
In response to this demand, for example, an artificial lawn in which two or more flat fibers having different colors are lying on each other (see Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-20505: Conventional Example 1), a high loop that is tall depending on the color In addition, an artificial lawn (see Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-4505: Conventional Example 2) in which a low-low loop is formed and a pattern is formed by a pile with a tip cut off has been proposed.
[0004]
However, in the conventional example 1, the two or more flat fibers having different color tones are inclined to each other, so that the turf surface becomes flat and satisfies various competition players who desire the three-dimensional turf surface as described above. Is not.
On the other hand, the conventional example 2 is intended to represent a picture, a pattern, or the like on the surface of the turf surface, and does not form natural irregularities that approximate a natural lawn on the turf surface. In particular, in Conventional Example 2, only about half of all the piles are exposed on the surface, so there is a lot of waste, and the low loop is actually exposed on the surface of the turf surface and the desired effect cannot be obtained. There is also.
The present invention has been made to solve such a conventional problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide an artificial lawn in which a natural unevenness similar to that of a natural lawn can be obtained on the lawn surface in appearance and in practice. There is to do.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above object, the invention described in claim 1, the first pile and the second pile is a artificial lawn, which is planting, the first pile and second pile hue, saturation, among brightness The first pile and the second pile have a yellow to green to blue-green color with a Munsell hue of 5Y to 10BG, and The height difference between the first pile and the second pile is 1 to 3 mm, and the first pile with the higher height is colored with high brightness green (yellow), and the height with the lower height is The second pile is colored in light green (blue), and the color difference between the first pile and the second pile is 0.3 or more.
[0006]
In this case, as the first pile and the second pile, the hue, saturation, lightness, transmittance, reflectance, etc. of each other may be different. A color difference may be generated by appropriately selecting a density or the like.
In this specification, the terms “hue” and “color difference” are used based on the fourth edition of the JIS Industrial Terms Dictionary published by the Japanese Standards Association. That is, the hue is a color attribute that characterizes the property of color perception such as red, yellow, green, blue, and purple, and the color difference is a quantitative expression of the difference in color.
[0007]
The first pile and the second pile need not have the same color from the leading end to the base end, and may have gradation (stepless color change). Moreover, it is not necessary for all the first piles and the second piles to have different hues, and the first pile and the second pile may be the same color in a predetermined portion of the turf surface.
And as a form of a 1st pile and a 2nd pile, a straight shape, a loop-shaped split type, a filament type, etc. can be employ | adopted, and the presence or absence of the crimping process, a slit process, a twist process, its degree, etc. are arbitrary.
Furthermore, the first pile and the second pile may be arranged regularly (for example, at equal intervals in a matrix shape) with respect to the base fabric, or may be arranged irregularly (unequally spaced).
[0008]
Further, the first pile and the second pile may be integrated by being planted on a planar base fabric and applying an appropriate backing material to the base fabric and drying, or the first pile and the second pile The second pile and the base fabric may be integrally formed with resin beforehand.
When the first pile, the second pile, and the base fabric are integrally molded, different pigments may be added to the molding locations of each pile, or a paint of a desired color may be applied to each pile after the integral molding. Good.
Furthermore, between the first pile and the second pile, fillers such as single particles or rubber chips may be filled up to a predetermined height. In this case, the filling material may be appropriately filled so that at least a part (tip portion, intermediate portion) of the first pile and the second pile is exposed to the outside from the filling material to constitute the turf surface.
[0009]
As described above, in the invention described in claim 1, the first pile and the second pile have different height dimensions from each other while at least one element of hue, saturation, and lightness is different. Therefore, ing to be a natural unevenness feeling was very close to the natural grass can be expressed to the turf surface.
[0010]
In addition, since the hues of the first pile and the second pile are 5Y to 10BG yellow-green to blue-green colors of Munsell hue, the first pile and the second pile have a hue close to the color of natural lawn. Thus, a natural appearance close to that of natural lawn can be obtained.
[0011]
Further, because the color difference between the first pile and the second pile is Ru der 0.3, it caused a clear contrast, so that the stereoscopic effect is obtained on the lawn surface.
Furthermore, in the invention described in claim 2 , since the first pile is a straight yarn and the second pile is a crimped yarn, not only the surface direction of the turf surface but also the turf also be a natural stereoscopic feeling can be obtained in the thickness direction of the surface.

It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and improvements, modifications and the like within the scope that can achieve the present invention are included in the present invention.
For example, in each of the above-described embodiments, only the first pile and the second pile are illustrated, but the present invention may be used in combination with a third pile having different height dimensions as compared with the first pile and the second pile. Good.
Moreover, the material, shape, and filling height of the filler filled between the first pile and the second pile can be appropriately selected within a range where the present invention can be achieved, and the adoption of the filler is also arbitrary. In addition, the materials, shapes, dimensions, planting forms, and the like of the first pile and the second pile shown in the above-described embodiments are arbitrary and are not limited as long as the present invention can be achieved.
[0028]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the invention described in claim 1, the first pile and the second pile have different at least one element of hue, saturation, and brightness and have different height dimensions. Therefore, it is possible to express a natural concavo-convex feeling very close to natural grass on the grass surface. In addition, since the hues of the first pile and the second pile are 5Y to 10BG yellow-green to blue-green color of Munsell hue, the first pile and the second pile have a hue close to the color of natural lawn, As a result, a natural appearance close to that of a natural lawn can be obtained. Furthermore, since the color difference between the first pile and the second pile is 0.3 or more, a clear contrast is generated and a three-dimensional effect is obtained on the turf surface.
[0029]
On the other hand, according to the invention described in 請 Motomeko 2, since the second pile together with the first pile is straight yarn is crimped yarn, not only the surface direction of the lawn surface, even in the thickness direction of the lawn surface A natural three-dimensional effect is obtained.
