Description

【0001】

A road noise barrier is disclosed.
(3) In Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-237829, through holes are provided in advance around the sound insulation plate made of a transparent synthetic resin plate, glass plate, etc., on the road side surface of each trunk edge that connects the upper and lower sides of the column and the adjacent column. Prepare a pin with a bowl-shaped head upright, fit the through hole of the sound insulation board to the pillar and the pin of the trunk edge, and attach the support member from the road side to the head of the pin protruding from the through hole of the sound insulation board A soundproof wall mounted and fixed is disclosed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Recently, as illustrated in FIG. 1, a transparent sound insulating plate 2 is attached to the lower part (lower half), which is the view range of the driver of the vehicle traveling on the road 1, to widen the field of view. Soundproof panel 3 is attached to enhance the sound insulation and sound absorption effect, and the soundproof wall is configured to bend so as to cover the road side as a whole and to confine noise generated on the road to enhance the soundproof effect. It is being requested.
[0004]
All of the conventional techniques introduced in the above (1) to (3) disclose a structure in which a transparent sound insulation wall is employed and is attached to the support column from the roadway side.
[0005]
However, as a means for attaching a sound insulating plate made of a transparent synthetic resin plate, a glass plate or the like to the support column, if a frame material or a support material is attached to the four circumferences of the sound insulating plate as in the above-described prior art (1) or (3), As illustrated in FIG. 1, when the roadway side surface of the support column 4 is curved, it is indispensable to form the frame member or the support material in advance by the same curvature as the support column 4. It is compulsory, and the work of the on-site adjustment is troublesome.
[0006]
Moreover, like the above-mentioned prior art (2), the horizontal ends of the two adjacent sound insulation plates are overlapped on the road side surface of the column, and are commonly fixed with bolts screwed from the road side to the column. Although the structure is reasonable, for example, if the soundproof wall is damaged due to a car accident during operation, and the bolts are loosened and removed to perform replacement repair, not only the sound insulation plate that needs to be replaced, but also a sound replacement However, even a useless sound insulation plate is detached, and it is in a disjointed state and handling is troublesome, and workability is poor.
[0007]
Therefore, the object of the present invention is that the transparent sound insulation board can be easily attached and detached from the road side, and only the sound insulation board that needs to be replaced affects the attachment state of other sound insulation boards. It is intended to provide a structure for mounting a sound insulation board on a soundproof wall for roads, which can be removed and replaced and repaired quickly and easily.
[0008]

[0023]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Below, with reference to drawings, the embodiment of the attachment structure of the sound insulation board in the soundproof wall for roads concerning the invention described in claims 1-14 is described.
[0024]
FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of a road soundproof wall in which a transparent sound insulating plate 2 made of polycarbonate or the like is attached to the lower half and a soundproof panel 3 is attached to the upper half. The support column 4 in the range where the transparent sound insulation plate 2 in the lower half is attached is greatly curved toward the roadway side, and the sound insulation plate 2 is attached in a curved surface along the curved surface of the support column 4. On the other hand, the column 4 in the range where the upper half soundproof panel 3 is attached is substantially linear, and the soundproof panel 3 is attached in a flat shape. The sound insulation plate 2 and the sound insulation panel 3 are each configured to be attached and detached as work from the roadway side. Although the illustrated horizontal cross section of the support column 4 has a square shape, the present invention is not limited to this, and the existing H-shaped steel, groove-shaped steel, and the like can be used in the same manner.
[0025]
2 and 4 show that the end portions 2a on both sides in the horizontal direction of the transparent sound insulating plate 2 made of polycarbonate or the like are connected to the surface 4a on the roadway side of the column 4 and the end portions 2a of the two adjacent sound insulating plates 2, 2. It shows that it is applied by the arrangement | positioning which left the some space | interval S in the center part of the support | pillar 4 so that 2a may not overlap. Then, the end portions 2a and 2a of the two sound insulating plates 2 and 2 are fixedly attached by a pressing member 5 attached to the support column 4 from the roadway side by a mounting bracket 6.
[0026]
The pressing member 5 is composed of a pair of 5A and 5B which are applied to the road surface 4a of the support column 4 and fix the end portions 2a and 2a of the two adjacent sound insulating plates 2 and 2 separately on the left and right. ing. The holding members 5A and 5B forming a pair (or two groups) are only the end of one of the sound insulation plates, that is, 5A is the end 2a of the right sound insulation plate 2 in FIGS. 5B are staggered so that only the end 2a of the left sound insulating plate 2 is individually fixed. Each pressing member 5A, 5B is attached and fixed to the support column 4 by the mounting bracket 6 in a position located on the center side of the support column 4 in an alternating arrangement in the vertical direction (the invention according to claim 1 above). However, the mounting bracket 6 (or a bolt hole or nut described later) is provided in a straight line (or line) arrangement in the vertical direction in the center of the surface 4a on the roadway side of the support column 4 (claim 10). invention).
[0027]
The ends 2a on both sides in the horizontal direction of the transparent sound insulating plate 2 are in the form of the plate as it is, and there is no frame material or support member, and it is directly fixed to the surface 4a on the roadway side of the column 4 by the pressing member 5. Therefore, even if the support | pillar 4 is curving, it can adapt to the curved surface and can attach the sound-insulating board 2 exactly, and is excellent in workability | operativity. On the other hand, the horizontal frame member 7 is attached along the upper and lower horizontal sides, and reinforcement against wind load and the like is performed. As illustrated in FIGS. 13 and 14, the bracket 10 is attached to the side surface of the support column 4 by welding or the like in advance, and the end portion of the horizontal frame member 7 is overlapped with the bracket 10, and the bolt 11 and the nut 12. It is firmly attached and fixed by fastening.
[0028]
Next, as shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, the pressing member 5 shown in FIG. 2 excluding the decorative member is used by shifting the bolt hole 8 to the central position in the vicinity of the vertical side on one side. It is a small piece member in which only one piece is provided and a cylindrical spacer 9 is attached to the back side surface of the bolt hole 8 in a series of arrangements. The pressing member 5 is a small piece that, for example, has a length × width × thickness as small as about 175 × 70 × 6 mm, and holds only one end of the sound insulating plate 2, and is located at the center of the road surface side surface 4 a of the column 4. The pitch is smaller than the pitch (about 200 mm) of the mounting brackets 6 provided in a line in the vertical direction.
[0029]
Assuming the above dimensional conditions, the embodiment of FIG. 2 is configured such that each pressing member 5 as a small piece is applied to the surface 4a on the roadway side of the column 4 and the end portions of the two sound insulating plates 2 and 2 adjacent to each other. 2a and 2a so that only one of 2a and 2a is individually pressed and fixed in the vertical direction of the support column 4 is alternately staggered 180 degrees around the position of the mounting bracket 6 and firmly attached by the mounting bracket 6 (Invention of claim 2).
[0030]
Therefore, for example, when the right sound insulating plate 2 in FIG. 2 is damaged and needs to be replaced, only the pressing member 5A to which the end 2a of the right sound insulating plate 2 is fixed is attached to the mounting bracket 6. By loosening and removing, the right sound insulation plate 2 can be removed and replaced, and the attachment state of the left (other) sound insulation plate 2 is not affected at all.
[0031]
The details of the mounting structure of the sound insulating plate 2 by the pressing member 5 are shown in FIG.
An elastic material such as a rubber sheet that allows expansion / contraction movement due to thermal expansion or the like of the sound insulation plate 2 between the end 2a of the transparent sound insulation plate 2 and the road surface 4a of the support column 4 and between the pressing member 5 13 is sandwiched, and the bolt 6 adopted as the mounting bracket is screwed into the nut 14 of the support column 4 and fixed. The elastic material 13 positioned between the sound insulating plate 2 and the roadway side surface 4a of the support column 4 is attached in advance to the support column. It is convenient in terms of work that the elastic member 13 between the sound insulating plate 2 and the pressing member 5 is previously attached to the pressing member 5.
[0032]
In order to show the presence and effectiveness of the elastic member 13, the pressing member 5 is provided between the surface 4a of the support column 4 on the roadway side as shown in FIG. About 12 mm) and the thickness of the elastic material 13 (usually about 3 mm), which is fastened via a spacer 9 slightly shorter than the length, and is bolted with a structure that does not result in a tightening state that is stronger than necessary. 8).
[0033]
As shown in FIG. 2, the decorative member 15 that covers the scenery in which the small pressing members 5 are attached to the surface 4 a on the roadway side of the column 4 in a staggered arrangement is used as shown in FIG. 5. It is attached to the side surface 4a (the invention according to claim 6).
[0034]
The decorative member 15 is attached to the support column 4 by using a plurality of positions where the attachment of the sound insulating plate 2 by the pressing member 5 is omitted, for example, as indicated by the symbol P in FIG. As shown in FIG. 7A to C as an example of the decorative member 15, each of the positions indicated by the symbol P in FIG. 2 has a spacer 9 applied to the surface 4a on the roadway side of the column 4 (FIG. 7C). A working hole 17 is provided on the side surface in a concentric arrangement with the hole of the spacer 9 (FIG. 7A). The decorative member 15 is attached by screwing the bolt 6 inserted from the working hole 17 through the hole of the spacer 9 into the nut 14 of the column 4 from the roadway side as shown in FIG. 6 (invention of claim 7).
[0035]
The decorative member 15 presses the end 2a of the sound insulating plate 2 with a CR rubber blindfold 19 attached to the grooves on both ends. The spacer 9 of the decorative member 15 is slightly longer than the sum of the thickness of the sound insulating plate 2 and the thickness of the elastic member 3 between the support 4 and the surface 4a on the roadway side. The attachment is carried out with a structure that does not result in a tightening state stronger than necessary (the invention according to claim 9). After the bolt 6 is screwed in, the working hole 17 of the decorative member 15 is closed with a rubber cap 18 (FIG. 6).
Reference numeral 30 in FIG. 7C is a size and shape that accommodates the head of the bolt 6 to which the pressing member 5 is attached as shown in FIG. 5 and does not cause interference, and the pressing member 5 is attached to the private side surface of the decorative member 15. It is an escape hole provided in the same arrangement as the bolt 6.
[0036]
FIG. 8 shows a structure in which the soundproof panel 3 is attached to the road surface 4 a of the support column 4. The horizontal end 3a of the soundproof panel 3 is applied to the surface 4a on the roadway side of the support column 4, pressed by the blindfold 19 of the decorative member 15, and the bolt 6 inserted through the work hole 17 of the decorative member 15 is supported by the support column 4. The nut 14 is screwed into the nut 14 and is firmly attached. After the bolting operation, the work hole 17 is closed with the rubber cap 18 as in the case of FIG.
[0037]
Next, FIG. 4 shows an embodiment of the mounting structure using the pressing member 5 (5A, 5B) as a small piece, excluding the decorative member. The structure is characterized in that the positions of two upper and lower positions in the vicinity of the vertical side on one side of the pressing member 5 are fixed by two bolts 6 and 6. Others are common to the configuration of FIG.
[0038]
Next, FIG. 9 and FIG. 10 show that only one end 2a of the two sound insulating plates 2 and 2 adjacent to each other when the pair of pressing members 20A and 20B is applied to the surface 4a of the support column 4 on the roadway side. The embodiment comprised as the elongate thing which presses down continuously over the full length or the length which divided | segmented the full length into plurality is shown. Concave and convex portions that are located on the center side of the support column 4 and engage with each other alternately are fixed with bolts 6 alternately arranged in the vertical direction (invention of claim 4).
[0039]
That is, the mounting structure of the present invention can be implemented by appropriately designing the shape, structure, and size of the pressing member each time. Also in the case of these pressing members 20A and 20B, a spacer 9 slightly shorter than the length obtained by adding the thickness of the sound insulating plate 2 and the thickness of the elastic member 13 is interposed between the surface 4a of the column 4 on the roadway side. The bolt 6 is fastened, and a structure that is not tightened more than necessary is attached. Therefore, the shape of the pressing members 20A and 20B when viewed in plan is formed in a Z shape having a stepped rise as shown in FIG. 10 and allows the spacer 9 to be interposed.
[0040]
Next, FIG. 11 shows an attachment structure by a combination of the pressing member 5 as a small piece shown in FIG. 2 or 4 and the pressing member 20A (or 20B) as a long object shown in FIG. Invention of Claim 5).
[0041]
The pressing member 20A (or 20B) as a long object is applied to the surface 4a on the roadway side of the support column 4 and only one end portion 2a of the two adjacent sound insulation plates 2 and 2 extends over its entire length, or The entire length is continuously divided into multiple lengths. The holding members 5 as small pieces that hold down the other end 2a are also fixed and fixed by bolts 6 in which the portions located on the center side of the column 4 are alternately arranged in the vertical direction of the column 4.
[0042]
Next, FIG. 12 shows an embodiment in which the mounting structure by the pressing member 5 as a small piece is different. In the case of the present embodiment, each pressing member 5 has a rounded oval shape (or a triangular shape, a quadrangular shape, etc.), and one side portion thereof is rotatably supported by a bolt 6 (claims). 3). The pressing member 5 is configured to be rotatable in a plane parallel to the road surface 4a of the support column 4 around the bolting position. Accordingly, the interval between the pressing members 5 adjacent to each other in the vertical direction is arranged so that each pressing member 5 can be used like a clip that rotates the pressing members 5 by about 180 ° to stop the frame backing plate.
[0043]
Therefore, in the case of the present embodiment, when the sound insulating plate 2 is attached or exchanged, the bolt 6 is slightly loosened, and then the holding member 5 is released by rotating 180 ° as shown by the dotted line. Alternatively, the use of fixing the sound insulating plate 2 by rotating it 180 ° again can be carried out, and it is possible to save the trouble of attaching and removing the pressing member 5 itself.
[0044]
By the way, as the support | pillar 4 of the noise barrier for roads, the H-shaped steel, the grooved steel, the square steel pipe, etc. are conventionally used for the right material in the right place. The column 4 of each of the illustrated embodiments uses a so-called square tube having a square horizontal cross section on the precondition that the sound insulating material 2 and the sound insulation panel 3 are attached to the road surface 4a of the column 4 (claim). 11).
[0045]
In particular, the embodiment shown in FIG. 13 is an example in which a flat prismatic column 4 having a narrow road surface 4a (for example, about 150 mm) and a large depth dimension (for example, about 350 mm) is used. Item 12). This support column 4 has a rational configuration in which the presence of the support column viewed from the roadway side is diluted to enhance the scenery and the strength is high against an out-of-plane wind load acting on the soundproof wall.
[0046]
The problem with the use of the square-shaped (square tube-shaped) support column 4 is how to prepare the nut 14 necessary for bolting the holding member 5 and the decorative member 15 on the inner surface of the square tube. There is a solution to this problem in FIG. 15 and FIG.
[0047]
That is, the bolt holes 21 are provided at a predetermined pitch at each bolting position at the center position of the surface 4a on the roadway side of the column (square tube) -shaped support column 4. A nut mounting hole 22 having a relatively large diameter (as an example, a diameter of about 60 mm) is provided adjacent to the bolt hole 21. On the other hand, a U-shaped clip 23 having a size and shape that can be inserted through the nut mounting hole 22 and capable of elastically sandwiching the tube wall of the support column 4 and mounting it to the edge of the nut mounting hole 22. A clip nut 25 formed by fixing the nut 14 on one side is preferably used.
[0048]
The clip nut 25 is inserted through the nut mounting hole 22 so that the nut 14 is on the inner side of the pipe, and is installed so that the center of the bolt hole 21 and the nut 14 at the bolt fastening position coincide. The installation state is shown in FIG. The clip 23 is provided with a bolt through-hole 24 having a size and a shape that allows the bolt 6 to be inserted and removed at the surface opposite to the surface to which the nut 14 is fixed. Yes. Therefore, after preparing the nut 14 on the pipe inner surface side of the support column 4 using the clip nut 25 as described above, the bolt 6 is screwed into the nut 14 from the roadway side and the holding member 5 and the decorative member 15 described above are screwed. The mounting and fixing can be performed reliably (the invention according to claim 14).
[0049]
Needless to say, the mounting structure of the present invention can be implemented more easily without the problem of preparing a nut when a square tube is not used as the support column 4 and an H-shaped steel or a grooved steel is used.
[0050]
【The invention's effect】
The mounting structure of the sound insulating plate in the soundproof wall for road according to the invention described in claims 1 to 14 can be used regardless of whether the horizontal cross section of the support is H-shaped steel, groove-shaped steel, or square shape. Even when the road surface is curved, the transparent sound insulation board can be attached and removed easily and efficiently from the road side. In addition, the sound insulation plate that needs repair such as replacement can be removed and replaced quickly and easily without affecting the mounting state of the other sound insulation plates.
[0051]
Further, according to the inventions of claims 8 and 9, since the spacer is interposed at the bolting position, the sound insulating plate is attached to the support column by an appropriate pressing force, and a stable attachment state is obtained.
[0052]
According to the eleventh aspect of the present invention, since the support column is formed in a square shape, the sound insulation wall made of the H-shaped steel support column generally used for a road noise barrier in the past is diluted with the presence of the support column and is smart. It has the effect of producing aesthetics.
[0053]
In particular, as in the invention described in claim 12, when the cross section of the square support is made narrow in the surface of the roadway, there is an effect of further reducing the presence of the support as viewed from the passengers of the vehicle.
[0054]
In addition, according to the invention described in claim 14, even if the support column has a closed cross-section, that is, a square shape, only a specific sound insulation board is bolted from the roadway side with a commercially available clip nut and bolt only by making a hole in the support column. Demonstrates the effect of being easily attached and removed by means.
