従来のこの種の光ファイバ心線余長収納ケースを図4に示す。この余長収納ケース10は、ばね弾性のあるプラスチックシートを折り曲げ成形することにより、光ファイバ心線の余長を収納するケース本体12と、蓋14を形成したものである。蓋14はケース本体12と上端縁の折り曲げ部16で連結された状態にあり、弾性変形により開閉可能である。またケース本体12及び蓋14の上端縁両端付近には取付け穴18が形成されている。

この余長収納ケース10は、1対の取付け穴18を、それと同じ間隔で配置された1対のリング状の支持棒20に取り付けることにより、支持棒20に吊り下げられるようになっている。なおケース本体12及び蓋14には、上端縁から取付け穴18に達するスリット(図示せず)が形成されており、取付け穴18はこのスリットを通して支持棒20に取り付けられるようになっている。

従来の、支持棒に吊り下げるタイプの光ファイバ心線余長収納ケースは、前述のように、ばね弾性のあるプラスチックシートを折り曲げ成形することにより作られたものであるため、蓋は下端縁を指でつまんで持ち上げれば、弾性変形して簡単に開くことができる。しかし蓋は、開く力を解除すると、ばね弾性で閉じた状態に戻ってしまうために、開いた状態に保持することが困難である。このため従来の余長収納ケースでは、光ファイバ心線の収納作業を一人で行うことが難しく、光ファイバ心線の収納作業が二人がかりになるという問題があった。

本発明の目的は、以上のような問題点に鑑み、支持棒に吊り下げるタイプの光ファイバ心線余長収納ケースで、蓋を開いた状態に保持できるようにすることにある。

この目的を達成するため本発明は、光ファイバ心線の余長を収納するケース本体と、このケース本体の上端縁に開閉可能に連結された蓋とを有し、上端縁の両端付近に形成された1対の取付け穴を、この取付け穴と同じ間隔で配置された1対の支持棒に取り付けることにより、支持棒に吊り下げられるようになっている光ファイバ心線余長収納ケースにおいて、前記取付け穴はケース本体のみに形成し、蓋の前記取付け穴に相当する部分とその下部は切欠き部とし、この切欠き部に、蓋が閉じているときは前記取付け穴の下部に位置し、蓋を開くと弾性変形により支持棒を乗り越えて支持棒に引っ掛かるようになっている係止片を突設したことを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施形態を図面を参照して詳細に説明する。
図1ないし図3は本発明の一実施形態を示す。この光ファイバ心線余長収納ケース10は、従来同様、光ファイバ心線の余長を収納するケース本体12と、このケース本体12の上端縁に開閉可能に連結された蓋14とを有している。図1(a)、(b)及び図2は蓋14を閉じた状態を、図1(c)、(d)及び図3は蓋14を開いた状態を示している。

以上説明したように本発明によれば、支持棒に吊り下げるタイプの光ファイバ心線余長収納ケースで、蓋を開いた状態に保持できるようにしたので、光ファイバ心線の収納作業を一人で簡単に行うことが可能となり、工数節減を図ることができる。
