従来使用されていた人体局部洗浄装置を図4を用いて説明すると、人体局部洗浄装置は、内部に温水タンク、洗浄ノズル等(図示省略)の洗浄機器を内蔵した器具本体1と、該器具本体1に回動自在に接続された便蓋及び便座からなり、便器上に載置して使用する。前記器具本体1には、局部洗浄を行う為の水を器具本体1内部に取り込む給水口3を有しており、該給水口3には、給水源に設けられた分岐栓より延設された給水配管2を接続している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、給水配管2と給水口3の接続の際に、工具を使用することは、締め付け作業が簡単に行える反面、過剰な締め付けを行った場合には、ねじ又は締結部材4を破損させ、水漏れを引き起こしてしまう。また、過剰な締め付けを行わないために、工具を使用せずに接続を行なおうとしても、通常使用される締結部材4は、10〜20mmHEX程度の袋ナットを使用するため、直接手を使用して緩みがないように接続することは難しく、水漏れの原因を作ってしまう。

本発明は、前述した課題に鑑みなされたものであり、給水配管2と給水口3の接続作業を行なう際に、スパナ等の工具を使用せずに、且つ、緩み無く接続可能な人体局部洗浄装置を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の課題を解決するため、本発明は、以下の構成を有するものである。
(1) 人体局部を温水にて洗浄する洗浄機器を内蔵した器具本体と、前記器具本体に金属製の締結部材および接続部材を有した給水配管を接続するための給水口と、を設けた人体局部洗浄装置において、前記締結部材に樹脂製筒状体を嵌合し、この樹脂製筒状体の端部よりも突出させた前記接続部材を給水口内部に挿入して、給水配管と給水口とを接続することを特徴とする人体局部洗浄装置。
(2) 金属製の締結部材が、袋ナットであり、給水口が、前記袋ナットに螺合するねじとなっていることを特徴とする(1)に記載の人体局部洗浄装置。
(3) 樹脂製筒状体の外周に、給水配管と給水口を接続する方向に沿って凹凸を設けたことを特徴とする(1)又は(2)に記載の人体局部洗浄装置。
(4) 樹脂製筒状体の内周に、該樹脂製筒状体の抜けを防止する嵌合片および抜け防止突起を設け、給水口に前記嵌合片に嵌合する嵌合ガイドとを設けたことを特徴とする(1)、(2)又は(3)に記載の人体局部洗浄装置。
(5) 締結部材の縦断面外周形状及び樹脂製筒状体の縦断面内周形状を、各々多角形となし、前記締結部材の多角形に外接する仮想円の直径が、前記樹脂製筒状体の多角形に内接する仮想円の直径よりも大きい寸法であることを特徴とする(1)、(2)、(3)又は(4)に記載の人体局部洗浄装置。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明にて使用される樹脂製筒状体6は、その材質が弾性率の高い樹脂成形品であることが好ましく、好適には、ポリプロピレン、ポリスチレン、ポリアミド等を用いることができる。また、その外周には、図3に示すように、給水配管2と給水口3を接続する方向(図1参照)に沿って凹凸を設けることが好ましい。前記凹凸は、手で直接樹脂製筒状体6を回転させて接続作業を行なう際に、滑り止めの役割を果たすことになる。

樹脂製筒状体6の内周には、図2に示すように嵌合片8を設けると共に、給水口3の外周には、嵌合ガイド9を設けることが好ましく、前記嵌合片8及び嵌合ガイド9を嵌合させることにより、樹脂製筒状体6に嵌合される締結部材4が緩むことを防止することが可能となる。

締結部材4の縦断面外周形状及び樹脂製筒状体6の縦断面内周形状は、図5に示すように、各々多角形であることが好ましく、更に、締結部材4の多角形に外接する仮想円の直径(R1)が、前記樹脂製筒状体6の多角形に内接する仮想円の直径(R2)よりも大きい寸法(R1>R2)であることが好ましい。お互いが多角形であること及びR1>R2という寸法関係は、樹脂製筒状体6が円周方向に滑ることを防止可能としている。

樹脂製筒状体6の寸法は、直径25mm以上、長さ5mm以上であることが好ましく、握り易さ及び発生させるトルクから、直径30mm〜100mm、長さ20mm〜100mmがより好ましい。更には、樹脂製筒状体6の内周に、前述した嵌合片8とは別に、抜け防止突起10(図2参照9)を設けることにより、樹脂製筒状体6が抜け落ちることをより確実に防止すると共に、締結部材4を締め付け過ぎることを防止することが可能となる。

以下本発明の実施例について図面を用いて説明する。図2は、本発明の実施例を示す給水配管2及び給水口3の接続部分を拡大した断面図であり、給水配管2には、締結部材4として15mmHEXの袋ナット及び、該袋ナットに嵌合する、内周形状が12の突起を有した多角形であり、外周面に凹凸、内周面に嵌合片8及び抜け防止突起10を設けた樹脂製筒状体6を付設している。一方、給水口3には、その外周に嵌合ガイド9をなす突起及び前述した袋ナットに螺合するねじ部が切ってある。

【発明の効果】
本発明においては、給水配管に既設されている締結部材に、樹脂製筒状体を嵌合させたことにより、スパナ等の工具を使用することなく、直接手を使用して給水配管及び給水口を接続することが可能となり、過剰な締め付けによる水漏れを発生させることがなく、且つ、緩みによる水漏れもない人体局部洗浄装置を提供可能としている。更に、接続部材7を樹脂製筒状体6の端部より突出させることにより、例え接続箇所を直接目視できなくても、手探りによる位置合わせを行ないやすい。
