本発明は磁気記録再生装置に係り、特に磁気記録層を有する写真フイルムの磁気情報の記録再生を行う磁気記録再生装置に関する。

上記のようなフイルム画像再生装置において、フイルム搬送の際に、フイルム面に付着したゴミ等が磁気記録再生を行う磁気ヘッドに付着したり、磁気ヘッドのギャップ内に入り込んで目づまりを起こし、正常な磁気記録再生ができない場合がある。特に上記写真フイルムの場合、現像液の残りかす等がフイルムに付着しているため、磁気ヘッドの目づまりを起こしやすい。

本発明はこのような事情に鑑みてなされたもので、フイルムに付着しているゴミ等による磁気ヘッドの目づまりを防止して磁気情報の良好な記録再生を行う磁気記録再生装置を提供することを目的とする。

前記目的を達成する為に、請求項1に記載の磁気記録再生装置は、磁気記録層を有する写真フイルムを搬送して、前記磁気記録層上に磁気ヘッドを介して磁気情報の磁気記録又は再生を行う磁気記録再生装置において、前記写真フイルムの搬送路に該写真フイルムを所定の圧力で挟持して該写真フイルムに付着したゴミを取り除くゴミ取り部材と該ゴミ取り部材に対向する対向パッドを設けると共に、前記ゴミ取り部材及び前記対向パッドの前記写真フイルムに接する先端部を円弧状にし、前記ゴミ取り部材の前記写真フイルムに接する先端部の曲率を、前記対向パッドの前記写真フイルムに接する先端部の曲率よりも小さい円弧状としたことを特徴としている。
請求項2に記載の磁気記録再生装置は、請求項1に記載の発明において、前記ゴミ取り部材及び対向パッドのいずれか一方を付勢するバネを備えたことを特徴としている。
請求項に記載の磁気記録再生装置は、請求項1に記載の発明において、前記ゴミ取り部材の先端部が前記磁気ヘッドの先端部より退避した位置となるように前記ゴミ取り部材を設け、前記写真フイルムが前記磁気ヘッドに巻き付くようにしたことを特徴としている。
