【従来の技術】
従来、洋式の水洗便器よりなる便器１を梱包する場合、図９に示すように上面を開口せる浅い箱状の底面梱包材３′の上に便器１の下端を載せ、下面を開口せる浅い箱状の上面梱包材３′を便器１の上面に被嵌し、ポリプロピレンバンドのような梱包バンド４を便器１の上下に巻回して梱包していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、上記の梱包した便器１を取り扱うとき転倒するおそれがあるが、便器１の上端の外周には段ボール紙１枚で覆っているだけのため、図１０に示すように転倒したとき便器１の上端の外周にかかる衝撃を殆ど緩和できず、陶器で形成せる便器１の上部が破損するおそれがある。また転倒で破損する部分が段ボールで覆われているために上記破損を外観から確認できず、顧客が梱包を開いた時に商品の破損が発覚することが起こり、施工が予定どおり行えないなどの問題が生じることもあった。

本発明は上記の点に鑑みてなされたものであり、露出部分が多い梱包でも転倒したとき破損するおそれがなく、また万一破損が発生した場合でも出荷前に発見することが容易で顧客に迷惑をかけることがなく、また全面を覆うものに比べて梱包部材も安価で梱包も容易な便器の梱包構造を提供することを課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するための本発明の請求項１の便器の梱包構造は、便器１の上面に便器１の上面全面を覆うように天面梱包材２を載置すると共に便器１の上下に梱包バンド４を巻回した便器の梱包構造であって、天面梱包材２は１枚の段ボール紙の素材Ａを折り曲げて上面板部２ａと下面板部２ｂとを一体に有する２枚重ねの構造とし、この天面梱包材２の上面板部２ａの端縁に便器１の側面から側方に突出する突出部５を設けると共にこの天面梱包材２の下面板部２ｂの端縁に便器１の側面に沿わせて折り曲げた側面覆い片１０を設け、天面梱包材２の上面板部２ａの端縁に設けた切り欠き６に梱包バンド４を通して成ることを特徴とする。天面梱包材２の端縁の突出部５が便器１の側面より外方に突出するように設けてあることにより、便器１が転倒しても突出部５が当たって突出部５で便器１の上端の外周に当たる衝撃を緩衝できて便器１が破損するのを防止できる。また便器１の上部の側面が見えて便器１が破損した場合でも容易に発見できて顧客に迷惑をかけることがない。また全面を覆うものに比べて梱包材料も安価で梱包も容易である。また端縁に転倒時の衝撃を緩和する突出部５を設けたものでも便器１の上面の側面を覆って便器１の側面が傷付くのを防止できる。

このように形成せる天面梱包材２の素材Ａは折り曲げ線ｃで二つ折りされ、図６に示すように第３面部１７及び第４面部１８の上に第１面部１５及び第２面部１６が重ねられる。このように素材Ａを二つ折りした状態で保管したりされるので保管等に場所をとらない。また天面梱包材２を組み立てる場合次のように行われる。上記のように二つ折りしたとき重ね合わせた連結面部１９同士はステッチのような固着具２３にて止められ、この連結面部１９同士を重ねた部分が突起部８となる。そして図７に示すように折り曲げ線ｂ，ｄで突起部８に対して第２面部１６及び第３面部１７が直角になるように曲げられ、折り曲げ線ａで第１面部１５が第２面部１６に重ねられるように折り曲げられると共に開口部２０に突起部８が相通され、折り曲げ線ｅで第４面部１８が第３面部１７に重ねられるように折り曲げられ、折り曲げ線ｆで側面覆い片１０が直角に折り曲げられる。切り起こし片２２が切り起こされて切り欠き６が形成される。このようにして図８に示すように天面梱包材２が組み立てられ、第２面部１６と第３面部１７が上面板部２ａを構成し、第１面部１５と第４面部１８とが下面板部２ｂを構成する。この上面板部２ａの外周は便器１の外周より外に突出する突出部５となり、突起部８が下面側に突出し、下面板部２ｂに穴部１２が位置し、下面板部２ｂに側面覆い片１０が設けられる。

上記のような天面梱包材２を用いて便器１を梱包する場合、次のように行われる。先ず、図２（ａ）のように組み立てた底面梱包材３の上に図２（ｂ）に示すように底面パッド２４を入れ、図２（ｃ）に示すように底面パッド２４の上に便器１を載せ、便器１のボウル部９内に説明書の入った部品箱２５を入れ、必要に応じてポリ袋を被せる。そして上記のように組み立てた天面梱包材２を図２（ｄ）（ｅ）に示すように便器１の上面に被せる。このとき、突起部８を図３に示すようにボウル部９内に挿入すると共に突起部８をリム部７の内周に当接して天面梱包材２の位置決めをする。また便器１の上面の後部に設けた凸部１１を穴部１２に挿通する。なお、この凸部１１は便器１の上にロータンクを設置するとき、ロータンクの下面が載るものであり、ロータンクの下面と便器１の上面との間に隙間を形成するためのものである。上記のように天面梱包材２をセットした状態でポリプロピレンバンドのような梱包バンド４を上下に巻回して図２（ｆ）、図１に示すように梱包する。本例の場合、梱包バンド４を３本掛けしてある。また梱包バンド４をかけるとき切り欠き６に梱包バンド４を挿通する。

上記のように梱包されるが、天面梱包材２の上面板部２ａの外周の突出部５が便器１のリム部７の外周より突出しているため、便器１が図４に示すように転倒しても床面２６等に突出部５が当たり、便器１の上端の外周に衝撃がかかるのが緩和され、便器１が破損するおそれがない。天面梱包材２をセットするとき突起部８がボウル部９内に挿入されて突起部８がリム部７の内周に当接されて天面梱包材２が位置決めされ、突出部５の突出量を左右均等にして適切な状態を保つことができる。このとき突起部８が２重に重ねた構造になっているために強固にできる。また天面梱包材２は上面板部２ａと下面板部２ｂとの２重構造となり、上面板部２ａに突出部５を設けると共に下面板部２ｂに側面覆い片１０を設けてあるために転倒に対する強度を保ったまま便器１の上端の側面を側面覆い片１０にて覆うことができて便器１の側面が傷付くの防止できる。このとき側面覆い片１０は折り曲げで沿わせてあるだけのために梱包状態でも側面覆い片１０をめくって便器１の側面を見ることができ、側面覆い片１０で覆うものでも便器１の破損の有無を容易に確認できる。また天面梱包材２をセットしたとき凸部１１が穴部１２に挿通され、天面梱包材２の位置決めがされると共に凸部１１が邪魔にならないように梱包できる。また天面梱包材２を組み立てるときステッチ止めと折り曲げだけで上記のように組み立てることができて組み立てが容易にできる。また上記のように天面梱包材２と底面梱包材３にて簡易に梱包できるために便器１全体を梱包するのに比べて梱包材料を少なくして安価に梱包できる。

【発明の効果】

Claims

The top packing material is placed on the top surface of the toilet bowl so as to cover the entire top surface of the toilet bowl, and the packing band is wound around the top and bottom of the toilet bowl. The top packing material is made of a piece of corrugated paper. The material is folded to form a two-ply structure having an upper surface plate portion and a lower surface plate portion integrally, and a protrusion projecting laterally from the side surface of the toilet bowl is provided at the edge of the upper surface plate portion of the top surface packing material. A side cover piece that is bent along the side surface of the toilet bowl is provided at the edge of the lower surface plate portion of the top surface packing material, and the packing band is passed through the notch provided at the edge of the upper surface plate portion of the top surface packing material.
