本発明はレンズ鏡筒が着脱可能なレンズ交換式のカメラに関し、特に交換レンズをカメラ本体に着脱可能に装着するレンズマウント装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来この種の交換レンズ式のカメラでは、交換レンズとカメラ本体を、それぞれのバヨネットマウントのようなばね付き着脱式のレンズマウントによって着脱自在に接合できる構造を採っている。
このような交換レンズ式のカメラでは、レンズ鏡筒をカメラ本体に対して所定角度宛、回動させて着脱するようになっている。この接合時において、交換レンズ側の電気装置と、カメラ本体側の電気装置とを電気的に接続するために、交換レンズ装着完了時に使用可能となる複数個の電気的接続端子群をレンズマウント接合面に設けている。

従来のカメラにおいて、レンズマウントは金属材を切削加工することにより形成していた。また、このようなレンズマウントに付設されるマウントばねは円周状に一体に形成したリング状のばね部によって形成していた。

図5および図6は従来のレンズマウント装置を示すものであり、これらの図において、符号1は金属材からなるレンズマウント、2は円周状に一体のリング状マウントばね、3はカメラ本体である。このカメラ本体3には、これらのレンズマウント1、マウントばね2がビス4で組付け固定するマウント取付座3bが設けられている。

しかし、上述したようにレンズマウント1を金属材で形成すると加工が面倒であり、そのために部品のコストが高くなっている。そこで、このようなレンズマウントを合成樹脂材でモールド成形することも考えられているが、金属製のマウント1を単に合成樹脂材で置き換えただけでは強度が弱いという問題がある。

このため、マウント1を合成樹脂材で形成するには、肉厚を金属材のものよりも厚くする必要がある。しかし、このようにマウントの肉厚を厚くすると、マウントばねを円周状に一体のリング形状で形成することができなくなる。また、このようなマウントばねを分割すると、それぞれのマウントばねの位置を正確に位置決めすることができないという問題が起きる。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために本発明に係るカメラのレンズマウント装置は、レンズ鏡筒をカメラ本体に結合可能にするためのマウントと、前記レンズ鏡筒を光軸方向に付勢する分割された複数のばね部材とを有し、前記マウントを合成樹脂材により形成するにあたって、前記ばね部材の両端に曲げ部を設けるとともに、前記ばね部材のそれぞれの曲げ部を係合させる溝部をカメラ本体に設けたものである。

また、本発明に係るカメラのレンズマウント装置は、前記ばね部材のそれぞれの曲げ部を係合させる溝部は長さが異なり、該ばね部材を載せるくぼみの両端にそれぞれ設けられているものである。

本実施の形態によれば、前述した構成による従来のレンズマウント装置において、図1ないし図3に示すように、マウントばね2を三分割して構成し、さらにカメラ本体3に対する位置決めを行うための規制手段として、各ばね2の両端に曲げ部2c,2dを設け、これらに対応してカメラ本体3側には溝部3c,3dを設けている。これらの溝部3c,3dに曲げ部2c,2dを係入させると、各ばね2を、図1および図3に示すようにカメラ本体3に対し所要の位置に位置決めされ動きが規制された状態で付設することができる。
