【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a panel that is suspended by a runner traveling on a curtain rail by connecting the front and rear ends of the upper edge of the curtain fabric, moving in the length direction of the curtain rail while maintaining a predetermined width. It relates to a mold curtain.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A panel type curtain that is suspended by connecting the front and rear ends of the upper edge of the curtain fabric to a runner running on the curtain rail, moving in the length direction of the curtain rail while maintaining the set predetermined width, It is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication Nos. 59-58198 (No. 1-7830) and No. 59-67497 (No. 1-7831) under the name of the panel screen, and also described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 54-179921. It is well known. The applicant of the present application has developed a panel-type curtain opening and closing device that can be used simply and easily by replacing it with a normal curtain. .
[0003]
In the panel-type curtain apparatus, the saddle material is attached to the upper edge portion and the lower edge portion of the curtain fabric, and the width W of the curtain fabric is set to a predetermined dimension by those collar materials, as shown in FIG. In addition, a plurality of panel type curtains 58 a and 58 b are suspended from one curtain rail 59. A runner 52a connected to one end of the upper edge of the adjacent panel type curtain 58a is a runner 51a connected to the front end of the upper edge of the other adjacent panel curtain 58b and a runner connected to the rear end. It is interposed between the two runners at both the front and rear ends of 52b. For this reason, any adjacent panel curtains 58a and 58b are connected to the runner 51b on both ends of the one 58a and the runner 51b on the other 58b positioned between the runners 51a on both ends of the one 58a. 52a) until it hits 52a), it is freely opened and closed between the runners 51a and 52b at one end of the one 58a, and one of the runners 51a (52a) of the one panel-type curtain 58a When the runner 51b of 58b comes into contact, the two adjacent panel curtains 58a and 58b overlap with each other so that the curtain is opened, or the curtains are closed side by side on the left and right sides. It will be in the state. For this reason, only one curtain rail is required for moving and opening and closing a plurality of panel curtains, and a panel curtain is used in place of an existing ordinary curtain suspended on one existing curtain rail. There is no need to add or replace curtain rails for use, and there is an advantage that the living space cannot be reduced because only one curtain rail is required.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in this preceding panel type curtain, the upper edge 13 of the curtain fabric 11 is tensioned in the width direction W of the curtain fabric 11 so as not to sag in a bow shape in the front and back direction of the curtain fabric 11, and along the curtain rail 59. An edge support 12 was required to keep it straight. Therefore, the hook 56 that is engaged with the runners 51 and 52 is provided with a fitting hole 53, and the tip 54 of the edge support rod 12 is fitted into the fitting hole 53 so that the edge support rod 12 is attached. I decided to attach it to the curtain fabric 11. Therefore, in the preceding panel type curtain, as shown in FIG. 10, the edge support rod 12 is supported between the hook 56 and the hook 56 and is exposed to the outer surface of the curtain fabric 11. In FIG. 10, reference numeral 55 denotes a stopper attached to the edge support rod 12. The stopper 55 hits the fitting hole 53 so that the edge support rod 12 does not pass through the fitting hole 53 and come out. Yes. However, in the preceding panel-type curtain to which the edge support rod 12 is attached in this way, the edge 54 of the edge support rod 12 protruding from the fitting hole 53 sometimes pierces or breaks into the adjacent curtain fabric, or The curtain fabric was broken, or the hook 56 was damaged by the impact transmitted from the edging support rod 12. Further, in the preceding panel type curtain, the hook 56 and the edging support rod 12 are exposed and the overall aesthetics are impaired, which not only touches the adjacent panel type curtains 58a and 58b, but hinders opening and closing. There was also a problem in that the upper edge of the curtain fabric was easily worn.
[0005]

[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The edge support rod 12 is a member that keeps the curtain width W constant when the panel curtain is opened and closed. A pipe or resin-reinforced glass fiber can be used for the edge support rod 12, but the edge support rod in the thickness (front and back) direction of the curtain fabric is used to lighten the contact between the upper edges of adjacent panel curtains. In order to make the size of 12 be 7 mm or less, preferably 3 mm or less, and use a light mass material such as plastic or aluminum for the edge support rod 12, and in order to avoid the sagging of the upper edge of the curtain fabric, the edge support rod 12 The vertical dimension is made larger than the dimension in the thickness direction of the curtain fabric so that the edge support 12 has a flat rectangular cross section (FIG. 3). The edge support rod 12 may be a thin plate having a dimension (thickness) in the thickness direction of the curtain fabric of 1 mm or less. Such a thin plate has a multi-layer laminated structure made of fabric, paper, plastic sheet, metal foil (thin plate) or the like, or a laminated structure having an intermediate layer of a honeycomb structure, and combines elasticity and rigidity like a steel thin plate. Shall have. In order to prevent the occurrence of dew condensation, the edging support rod 12 may be composed of an organic material. The hanging tool 14 only needs to have a hook or a hook that engages a runner traveling on the curtain rail.
[0016]
In the present invention, the upper edge portion of the curtain fabric is doubled with the back fabric 15 and the front fabric 16 so that the adjacent border curtains 12 and the hanging tool 14 do not touch each other during the opening / closing operation. The edge support rod 12 and the hanger 14 are sandwiched between the fabric 15 and the surface fabric 16. The back surface fabric 15 and the front surface fabric 16 are sewn in parallel to the upper edge 13 of the curtain fabric at the lower side of the upper edge of the curtain fabric, and the hanger 14 is disposed above the stitching line 17. The edge support rod 12 is arranged on the lower side, and the edge support rod 12 is lifted by the lifting tool 14 through the curtain fabric so that the upper edge 13 of the curtain fabric does not hang down under the load from the edge support rod 12. In order to ensure that the entire curtain fabric is lifted evenly by the lifting tool 14 via the edge support rod 12, and to facilitate removal of the edge support rod 12 when the curtain fabric is washed, The surface fabric 16 is sewn in an up-and-down double manner parallel to the upper edge 13 of the curtain fabric, and the edge support rod 12 is placed in a cavity 19 formed between the first stitching line 17 on the upper side and the second stitching line 18 on the lower side. Insertion Freely to insert. In order to make the attachment trace of the edge support rod 12 inserted and attached inconspicuous, the actual dimensions from one first stitching line 17 to the second stitching line 18 of the back fabric 15 and the front fabric 16 are set to the other actual size. It is better to make the cavity 19 bulge out on the back side of the use surface of the panel-type curtain which is longer than the dimension and is directed to the front side during use (FIGS. 1, 2, and 7).
[0017]
In order to prevent the edge support rod 12 from popping out due to the impact received when the runners of the panel curtain adjoining each other at the time of opening and closing operations, one end of the cavity 19 is closed by the seam 35 (FIGS. 2 and 9), At the other end of the cavity 19, the back fabric 15 and the front fabric 16 are bound together by a seam 36 on the bottom side, and an insertion hole 37 for inserting the edge support rod 12 is provided on the upper side of the seam 36. The edge support rod 12 is prevented from jumping out from the insertion hole 37 by being restrained by the seam 36 (FIGS. 2, 6, and 9).
[0018]
In order to prevent the runners of the adjacent panel curtains from colliding with each other during the opening and closing operation and the suspension and edging supports are not impacted, and to prevent the panel curtains from swinging in the length direction of the curtain rail. Therefore, the back fabric 15 and the front fabric 16 may be sewn on the left and right sides of the hanger 14, and the hanger 14 may be sandwiched between pockets 22 surrounded by the left and right seams 20, 21 and the stitching line 17. Preferably, the hanger 14 is placed in the pocket interior 22 (FIGS. 2 and 6) so that the adjoining panel curtain hanger is not entangled during the opening / closing operation (FIGS. 2 and 6). Let it stick out (Figure 5). Even in such a case, since the pocket 22 is made of a flexible curtain cloth, the hanger 14 can be protruded from the inside of the pocket so that the back cloth 15 and the front cloth 16 are crushed. Therefore, it is particularly effective when the hanger 14 with the heel is used to be housed in the pocket interior 22 so as to be able to appear and retract. In order to make it easy to protrude the hanging tool 14 from the pocket interior 22, an opening 29 leading to the inside of the pocket is attached to the bottom of the pocket 22 (FIG. 3), and a hook-shaped jig 38 is inserted from the opening 29. It is advisable to push up the hanger 14 at the tip of the arm (FIG. 4).
[0019]
A V-groove with the stitching line 17 as the groove bottom is formed between the back fabric and the front fabric, but other than the attachment portion of the lifting tool 14 so that the V-groove does not open due to the back fabric and the front fabric being warped. In the portion, the upper edge of the back fabric 15 and the top fabric 16 may be bound together (FIG. 5). In that case, the interlining 23 (24) is sandwiched between the back fabric 15 and the front fabric 16, the back fabric 15 and the front fabric 16 are reinforced by the interlining 23 (24), and the upper portion from the stitching line 17 of the curtain fabric. (Upper edge 13) is prevented from curving in the thickness direction of the curtain fabric. The interlinings 23 and 24 may be doubled so that the back surface fabric 15 and the front surface fabric 16 are stitched so that the hanger 14 and the edge support rod 12 are sandwiched between the interlining 23 and the interlining 24. As the interlinings 23 and 24, a commercially available curtain tape interlining which is woven or knitted in a band shape or a tape shape and in which some yarns form the wanna 25 is used. It may be applied as the hanging tool 14.
[0020]
The hanger 14 has a C-shaped hook that is bent in a C shape and ends at the ends, and an S-shaped hook 28 that is bent in an S shape and has ends 26 and 27 at both ends. The hook 25 and the wheel 25 can be configured by hooking on the hook 25. In that case, the distance M from the tip 26 hooked to the runner to the first stitching line 17 is made shorter than the distance N from the upper edge 13 of the curtain fabric to the first stitching line 17, and the tip 26 is placed on the curtain fabric. Do not expose to the outside of the edge 13 (inside the pocket 22) Even if the upper head of the hook 28 from the tip 26 is exposed to the outside of the upper edge 13 of the curtain fabric, the hook (28) and the hook (28) of the adjacent panel curtain are entangled during the opening / closing operation. (28) does not get caught in the curtain fabric. Therefore, even if the head of the hook 28 is exposed above (outside) the upper edge 13 (inside the pocket 22) of the curtain fabric, it does not hinder the opening / closing operation.
[0021]
At the edge of the curtain fabric, (i) a first fold 31 obtained by folding back the curtain fabric 180 degrees, and a first folding margin 41 extending from the first fold 31 to the edge of the curtain fabric The second fold 32 is folded back 180 degrees in the direction opposite to the folding direction of the first fold 31, and the second fold is added to the second fold 42 that extends from the second fold 32 to the edge of the curtain fabric. 3 folds (31, 32, 33) with the third fold 33 that is folded 180 degrees in the same direction as the folding direction of 32, and (b) the edge that continues to the inside of the curtain fabric The first folding allowance 41 between the first fold 31 and the second fold 32, and the second folding allowance 42 between the second fold 32 and the third fold 33 overlap, In addition, an edge portion of the curtain fabric is prepared in an N-shaped cross-sectional structure in which the first fold line 31 and the third fold line 32 overlap each other. The Orikaedai 41 and folding gap 30 of the V-groove shaped cross-section structure the second Orikaedai 42 can overlap, sandwiching the third Orikaedai 43 that leads from the third folding line 33 to the edge 34.
[0022]
If it does so, the outer surface in the 1st fold 31 following the 1st folding allowance 41 from the body part 11 without a fold will be covered with the 2nd folding allowance 42 which will be turned upside down in the 2nd fold 32, and will become an inside. The inner surface of the main body portion 11 and the first folding allowance 41 facing each other becomes the outer surface of the third fold 33 following the second folding allowance 42 to the third folding allowance 43. For this reason, the 1st fold 31 and the 3rd fold 33 which appear on the peripheral edge of a panel type curtain become a different color tone between the front and back of curtain cloth. And, on one side where the folding allowances overlap, the second folding allowance 42 of the same color as that of the single-sided main body portion 11 without the folding is bordered, so the entire one side including the aliasing allowance is The other one side that does not appear has an appearance different in color tone. As a result, unlike conventional fabrics with folding margins, the edges are folded according to the usual method, and the margins are trimmed with folding margins of different colors, giving a view like a double fabric in which two fabrics with different colors are superimposed. A reversible (both reversed front and back) panel-type curtain that does not give a sense of incongruity even if it is used with the front and back reversed is obtained.
[0023]
In order to set the first fold 31, the second fold 32 and the third fold 33 in the folded state of 180 degrees, mark the folds on the edge of the curtain fabric and follow the markings. First, the third fold 33 is made, the third fold 33 is heat set, or the overlapping second fold 42 and the third fold 43 are stitched, and then the first fold 31 is attached, The first fold 31 is heat-set, or the overlapping main body portion 11 and the first folding allowance 41 are stitched, and at the same time, the boundary between the first folding allowance 41 and the second folding allowance 42 (marking) overlapping the main body portion 11 is marked. The main body portion 11 may be sewn, and finally a second fold 32 may be made along the stitching line, so that the main body portion 11 of the curtain fabric without a crease continuing from the first fold 31 may be used. 2nd fold 32 can be tightly bonded . Thus, when making the upper edge part of curtain fabric into an N-shaped cross-section structure, the folding clearance 30 (FIG. 8) of the V-shaped groove-shaped cross-section structure which the 1st folding allowance 41 and the 2nd folding allowance 42 overlap. One side of the double fabric (11, 41) with the main part and the first folding back and the second folding stock (42, 43) with the second folding back (42, 43) facing each other 15, and the other one is the surface fabric 16, and the edge support rod 12 and the hanging tool 14 are sandwiched in the folding gap 30 (FIG. 8) between them. The interlining 23 (24) is attached to one or both of the first turn-around allowance 41 and the second turn-around allowance 42. When attaching to the second folding allowance 42, the interlining 23 (24) may be sandwiched between the second folding allowance 42 and the third folding allowance 43, or the interlining may be interposed between the main body portion 11 and the first folding allowance 41. 23 (24) can also be inserted.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention (Claim 1), since the suspension members 14 are attached to a total of two locations on the front and rear ends of the upper edge 13 of the curtain fabric, the runner of one adjacent panel curtain is connected to the other adjacent panel. By interposing between two runners at both the front and rear ends of the mold curtain, it is possible to suspend a plurality of panel-type curtains linked to a single curtain rail. Thus, only one curtain rail for opening and closing a plurality of panel curtains is required. Therefore, a panel curtain is used in place of an existing ordinary curtain suspended on one existing curtain rail. In addition, since only one curtain rail is required, the living space is not narrowed by the use of the panel type curtain. Even if the chain is suspended in a chain, the edge support rod 12 is inserted into the cavity 19 sandwiched between the back fabric 15 and the front fabric 16, so that the edge of the edge support rod 12 is adjacent to the adjacent curtain fabric. Inconveniences such as piercing and breaking, and the leading edge of the edge support rod 12 piercing and tearing the curtain fabric are avoided. And the hanging tool 14 is arrange | positioned above the edge support rod 12, and the edge support rod 12 is lifted by the suspension tool 14, but the edge support rod 12 is the cavity of the back surface fabric 15 and the surface fabric 16. 19, the edge support rod 12 is not lifted only at one point where it joins the lifting tool 14, but the entire edge support rod 12 is evenly lifted by the lifting tool 14. The edge support rod 12 does not bow out in the direction of the thickness (front and back) of the curtain fabric between the suspension devices 14 at the both ends, and the upper edge 13 of the curtain fabric is kept in a straight line and looks nice. A good panel curtain.
[0025]
According to the present invention (Claim 2), since the hanger 14 is sandwiched between the back fabric 15 and the front fabric 16, the hanger 14 and the hanger 14 of the adjacent panel curtain are intertwined during the opening / closing operation. , The upper edge of the adjacent panel-type curtain is not rubbed by the hanging tool 14, and the hanging tool 14 is not damaged by being caught by the curtain fabric. It can be opened and closed smoothly, and it is easy to use. A panel-type curtain that looks neat and beautiful from the side can be obtained.
[0026]
According to the present invention (Claim 3), the edge support rod 12 is attached to the back surface fabric 15 and the front surface fabric 16 because it is inserted into the cavity 19 formed between the upper first suture line 17 and the lower second suture line 18. Even if the runner and the runner of the adjacent panel curtains come into contact with each other during the opening / closing operation, the edge support rod 12 does not pop out, and the edge support rod 12 comes into close contact and reinforces the upper edge of the curtain fabric. The thin edge support rod 12 made of a lightweight material such as plastic or aluminum is reinforced by the back fabric 15 and the surface fabric 16 to form a strong suspension rod, which is arranged below the stitching line 17 and is attached to the suspension tool 14. Since the collar 12 is lifted, the load of the edge support rod 12 does not act on the upper edge 13 of the curtain fabric, and the entire curtain fabric 11 is lifted up evenly. Since the edge support rod 12 is inserted into the cavity 19 and is detachably gripped, the edge support rod 12 can be removed at the time of washing, and the curtain fabric can be easily washed.
[0027]
According to the present invention (Claim 4), the hanger 14 is sandwiched between the back fabric 15 and the front fabric 16 in the pocket interior 22, and is also sandwiched between the left and right seams 20 and 21 in the length direction of the curtain rail. Since the left and right seams 20 and 21 serve as cushioning materials, the hanging tool 14 and the edge support rod 12 are subjected to such a strong impact even when the runners of adjacent panel curtains collide with each other during the opening / closing operation. In addition, the upper edge 13 of the curtain fabric does not sway so much in the length direction of the curtain rail, and the panel curtain can be opened and closed smoothly.
[0028]
According to the present invention (Claim 5), since the interlinings 23 and 24 and the edging support rod 12 are in close contact with each other in the thickness direction of the curtain fabric, the upper part of the stitch line 17 of the curtain fabric is in the thickness direction of the curtain fabric. In addition, the upper edge 13 is kept in a straight line without causing the upper edge of the curtain fabric to bulge to the extent that the upper edge of the curtain fabric is locally noticeable by the hanging tool 14 (Wana 25). Is refreshing in appearance. The hanging tool 14 is constituted by a part of the interlining 23 (24) (wanna 25), and it is possible to save the trouble of removing the hanging tool from the curtain fabric during washing. It is easy to keep the panel curtains clean by washing without getting in the way.
[0029]
According to the present invention (Claim 6),Panel-type curtains can be hung on various runners with different specifications via S-shaped hooks 28, and the two tips 26 and 27 should be engaged with either Wanna (25) or the runner. There is no need, and since the two tips 26 and 27 are partitioned by the connecting portion connecting the two tips 26 and 27, one of the tips 26 (27) is connected to Wanna (25 ) And the other runner 27 (26) does not get in the way when hooked to the runner, and the engagement / disengagement work with the wanna (25) or runner becomes easy.
[0030]
According to the present invention (Claim 7),Since the tips 26 and 27 are stored in the pocket 22, the adjacent panel curtain hooks (28) and hooks (28) are not entangled or hooked (28) is not caught on the curtain fabric during opening and closing operations. In addition, the panel curtain can be hung between the upper edge 13 of the curtain fabric and the curtain rail without any gap, and the panel curtain used for the partition is used for light shielding, airtightness, deodorant, dustproof, soundproofing, flameproofing, etc. I can do it. And even if the hanger 14 is stored in the pocket interior 22, the pocket 22 is made of a flexible curtain fabric, and the pocket 22 can be pushed and bent to protrude, which hinders attachment / detachment with the runner. Never do.
[0031]
According to the present invention (claim 8),One side of the curtain fabric where the folding allowance appears has the same overall color tone, including the folding allowance, and the color tone differs from the other side of the curtain fabric where the folding allowance does not appear. However, it has a gorgeous view like a double fabric that is a combination of two fabrics with different color tones, and even if it is used upside down, it does not give a sense of incongruity as if it was turned upside down. The reversible (both reversed front and back) panel-type curtains can be obtained, which can be turned upside down according to the season and appreciate the beauty of the front and back. In addition, since the upper edge portion of the curtain fabric has a double structure of the back cloth 15 and the front cloth 16, the entire panel curtain need not necessarily have a double structure in which two cloths are overlapped. However, the present invention is economical and practical.
[0032]
According to the present invention (claim 9),Since the top fabric 16 and the back fabric 15 at the upper edge of the curtain fabric are composed of a single continuous fabric, the sewing tailoring efficiency is improved compared to the case where the front fabric and the back fabric are cut and sewn separately. In addition, the cutting waste in the sewing tailoring process is drastically reduced, and the front fabric 16 and the back fabric 15 each have a double structure by folding back, so that no interlining is required, and the upper edge 13 of the curtain fabric is It is possible to economically obtain a panel curtain which is kept in a straight line and hardly loses its shape, the top edge 13 has a good appearance, and the whole is clean.
