Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a life monitoring system that can monitor the safety of elderly people who are living alone or physically disabled persons over a long distance.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, this type of life monitoring system uses information on operation of a predetermined electric appliance in the home, for example, on / off operation of a hot water supply switch of an electric kettle, using a dedicated signal carrying path or a domestic power line. Then, the information is transmitted to the centralized management means arranged in the home, and the operation information and the like are recorded and managed by the centralized management means. Then, when the information recorded in the centralized management means reaches a predetermined time, the destination data (telephone number) registered in advance in the centralized management means is dialed and information such as a code for identifying the user is telephoned. The information is sent to a monitor such as a personal computer installed in a clinic outside the home via a line, so that the safety of elderly people who are living alone or disabled persons can be monitored according to the usage status of electrical products. However, when information is transmitted from the centralized management unit to the monitoring unit, if there is no operation information of the electric product, the transmission is not performed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the life monitoring system, there is no periodic transmission on the monitor means side outside the home because there is no operation information of the electrical product, or there is no periodic transmission because the electrical product or the centralized management means has failed for some reason. I can't judge.
[0004]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a life monitoring system that can simplify transmission information and make it easier to quickly determine the situation in the home to be monitored.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the life monitoring system of the present invention records and manages information on electrical appliances arranged in the home by centralized management means, and the information is transmitted to the monitoring means outside the home via a telephone line at a predetermined time. In the life monitoring system for monitoring the living situation by transmitting, the central management means is provided with the information recording means of the electric product, and the information in the electric product information recording means is detected when information is transmitted to the monitoring means Detecting means for setting the transmission form to the monitoring means based on the detection result of the detecting means.SendThe monitoring means is provided with a number receiving means for receiving a caller telephone number notified from the exchange side of the telephone line when an incoming call is received, and a storage means for storing a telephone number of a specific caller is provided, and the number receiving means A specific caller is identified by comparing the received telephone number with the telephone number stored in the storage means, and the situation of the home to be monitored is determined by the incoming call form from the centralized management means. The transmission form from the centralized management means is set as the calling signal transmission time to the monitoring means, and the periodic transmission time is changed based on the detection result of the detection means. It is configured.
[0006]
According to the life monitoring system, on the central management means side, the transmission mode to the monitoring means is set based on the detection result by the detection means, while on the monitoring means side, the telephone line switch is provided by the number receiving means and the storage means. Since the incoming call from a specific caller is identified by the telephone number notified at the time of incoming call from the side, and the situation of the home to be monitored is determined by the incoming call form from the centralized management means, the life of the home to be monitored Information can be transmitted and received accurately according to the situation. In addition, since the transmission form from the centralized management means is the call signal transmission time to the monitoring means, the necessary information to be transmitted to the monitoring means can be quickly obtained simply by accessing the monitoring means via a telephone line. You can send and receive.
[0007]
In the life monitoring system, the transmission form from the centralized management meansAsThe number of call signals to the monitoring meansFurther changeIs preferable.
Here, the number of calling signals means the number of wavelengths in the wave of the calling signal. Further, this number means the number of wavelengths transmitted by one transmission operation from the sender side or the cumulative number of wavelengths transmitted within a predetermined time.
In this case, the monitor means automatically connects the telephone line when the received caller telephone number matches the telephone number of the specific caller stored in the storage means and the number of call signals more than a predetermined number is detected. It is preferable.
[0008]

【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, in the life monitoring system of the present invention, the central management means sets the transmission mode to the monitoring means based on the detection result by the detecting means, while the monitoring means side receives the number receiving means. And a storage means for identifying an incoming call from a specific caller by a telephone number notified at the time of an incoming call from a telephone line exchange side, and determining a situation of a home to be monitored by an incoming call form from the centralized management means Therefore, information can be transmitted and received accurately according to the living conditions of the home to be monitored.
