Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a container used for washing rice or the like with water.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Aside from non-washed rice, regular rice is water-polished before cooking. For this reason, rice is put into a container such as a bowl or a rice cooker, and water is sharpened, but the water must be discarded each time. At this time, in order to prevent the rice grains from being washed away, a finger is placed on the opening edge of the tilted container so that only the water is discharged from the gap between the fingers, but the container must be drained while gently tilting the container. For example, a large amount of rice grains may flow out together with water, and it takes a lot of work, and a little sharpening juice is left every time drained, so the water must be washed several times until the water becomes clear. There is a problem that increases.
[0003]
[Problems of the Invention]
Then, the subject of this invention is providing the container which can wash | clean dirt efficiently.
[0004]
[Means for solving problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, in the present invention, a bowl-shaped body is provided with a horizontal surface and an inclined surface following the surface, and the bowl-shaped body can be stood and stabilized by any of the horizontal surface and the inclined surface. A porous drainage surface corresponding to the inclined surface is provided on the peripheral surface of the main body, and the lower end of the drainage surface is brought close to the inclined surface .
[0005]
It is preferable to provide a porous baffle plate at the opening edge of the bowl-shaped main body corresponding to the drainage surface. The inclination angle of the inclined surface is preferably about 20 ° to 30 °. Furthermore, it is preferable to provide the drainage surface in an area substantially the same as the maximum width of the horizontal plane .
[0006]
Embodiment
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 3, the flushing container 1 of the present invention forms a porous drainage surface 3 having a large number of through holes on the peripheral surface of the bowl-shaped body 2. A flat horizontal surface 4 and a subsequent flat inclined surface 5 are provided on the bottom surface, and a porous baffle plate 6 in the inner direction is provided on the periphery of the opening corresponding to the drainage surface 3.
[0007]
The drainage surface 3 is preferably formed in a range that substantially corresponds to the maximum width W of the horizontal surface 4 provided on the bottom surface. If the drainage surface 3 is formed over a wide range, water leaks too much during washing, and if the range is too narrow, draining is sufficient. I can't. And it is good to make the lower end of the drainage surface 3 adjoin to the upper end of the inclined surface 5. Further, the baffle plate 6 protrudes to the inside of the bowl body 2 with a width that does not disturb washing with water and can prevent outflow of rice grains and the like, and is formed to have the same length as the width W. Note that the through holes provided in the drainage surface 3 and the baffle plate 6 are formed in such a size that rice grains or the like do not flow out and are easily drained.
[0008]
As shown in FIG. 2, the horizontal surface 4 provided on the bottom surface of the bowl body 2 has an area that does not hinder standing and stabilizing the container 1, and the flat inclined surface 5 that follows this area is also a container. It has an area that stands up and stabilizes in a state where 1 is inclined. The inclination angle α of the inclined surface 5 with respect to the horizontal plane 4 is about 20 ° to 30 °, preferably about 25 °.
[0009]
In the case of using the container 1 as described above, an appropriate amount of rice grains is put into the bowl body 2, and water is poured and sharpened. When the container 1 is tilted as shown in FIG. Drain and drain. At this time, since it is not necessary to discharge the sharpening juice S from the opening edge of the container 1, the rice grain R does not flow out, and even if the rice grain R overflows to the opening edge, it can be prevented from flowing out by the baffle plate 6. . Further, if the inclined surface 5 is placed on a suitable plane after the rice washing, the sharpening juice S flows out naturally and can be left until the subsequent drying. At this time, if the lower end of the drainage surface 3 is brought close to the upper end of the inclined surface 5, the drainage is completely performed.
[0010]
The water washing container 1 of the present invention can be used for washing not only the above-mentioned rice grains but also other cereals, vegetables and the like, and may be used for hot water washing in addition to water washing. Furthermore, the shape of the container 1 is not limited to the circular shape shown in the figure, and various shapes such as an elliptical shape, an oval shape, and a polygonal shape can be adopted. Various materials such as stainless steel and synthetic resin can be selected.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
According to this invention, as described above, since the porous drainage surface is provided on the peripheral surface of the washing container, draining can be performed from the drainage surface when the rice grain is water-polished, and the rice grain can flow out. In addition, since the bottom surface corresponding to the drainage surface is inclined, if the washing container is left inclined on the inclined surface, the water can be drained naturally, and other cooking can be performed.
[0012]
Furthermore, by providing a baffle plate at the opening edge of the container, the outflow of rice grains and the like can be completely prevented.
