Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to construction of a wall panel material constituting a wall portion of a building, and particularly relates to a wall panel joint structure excellent in workability, strength, drainage and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, various building materials exist in the wall part of a building, and construction according to each building material is performed. In recent years, many wall panel materials have been used as building materials. The wall panel material is also formed in a flat box shape, and the inside is filled with a heat insulating material, a fireproof material (refractory material) or the like.
[0003]
A large number of such wall panel materials are prepared and attached to a structural material such as a trunk edge via a fixing tool such as a screw. In addition, a cap member for closing the joint is installed between the wall panel materials adjacent in the horizontal direction, the vertical direction, etc., and the fixing tool such as the screw is hidden from the outside, or rainwater is inserted between the wall panel materials. I try not to get inside.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in order to attach the cap material between the adjacent wall panel materials as described above, conventionally, the cap material is pushed into the gap between the wall panel materials, and the small protrusion formed on the side portion of the wall panel material. The cap material is fixed by fitting the cap material and the like. However, according to the above structure, the cap material cannot be fixed with an appropriate fixing force unless the predetermined dimension in the width direction of the cap material and the interval between the adjacent wall panel materials are accurately determined. .
[0005]
However, in many arranged wall panel materials, it is extremely difficult to make all the intervals between adjacent wall panel materials exactly the same, and some errors always occur. For this reason, when the cap material is installed, if the distance between the wall panel materials is slightly wider than the specified size, the cap material is too loose to be installed, and vice versa. Can not fit. For this reason, a small protrusion or the like is formed on the side surface of the wall panel material and is fitted and fixed to the cap material, but it is difficult to obtain an appropriate mounting strength even with this structure. .
[0006]
[Means for solving the problems]
In view of the above, the inventor has intensively and researched to solve the above-mentioned problems, and as a result, the present invention has a side portion formed at a substantially right angle from both ends in the width direction of the main plate, and a cross section is substantially formed at the lower end of the one side portion. A folded groove-shaped portion is formed, a substantially horizontal upper connecting piece is formed from the other end of the groove-shaped portion, and a substantially horizontal lower connecting piece is formed at the lower end of the other side portion. A wall panel material is provided, and an upper connection piece and a lower connection piece of adjacent wall panel materials are joined, a cap fixing member is mounted on the upper connection piece, and between adjacent wall panel materials via the cap fixing member By adopting a wall panel joining structure formed by attaching a cap material, construction efficiency is excellent, construction finish, durability, drainage, etc. are good, and the above-mentioned problems are solved.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. The wall panel material A of the present invention is composed of a front panel A 1 , a back surface material A 2, a core material 7 and the like [see FIGS. 9, 10A and 10B]. The surface panel A 1 has side portions 2 and 2 formed at substantially right angles from one end in the width direction of the flat main plate 1. A groove-shaped portion 3 is formed at the lower end of the one side portion 2 (see FIGS. 2 and 3).
[0008]
The groove-shaped portion 3 is formed to be folded back into a substantially U-shaped cross section, and the groove width is extremely small compared to the main plate 1. Further, the groove-shaped portion 3 may be other than the U-shape as described above. For example, the cross section may be substantially V-shaped, or the cross section may be substantially inverted.
[0009]
An upper connecting piece 4 is formed at the outer end of the groove-shaped portion 3 (the end opposite to the connecting portion with the side portion 2). The upper connecting piece 4 is formed in a flat shape, and is formed at a position one level higher than the lower end of the side portion 2 through the groove-shaped portion 3 (see FIGS. 2 and 3). A folded end edge 4a is formed from the outer end of the upper connecting piece 4 toward the back side. The folded end edge 4 a is formed to a position close to the vicinity of the approximate center in the width direction of the upper connecting piece 4.
[0010]
A lower connecting piece 5 is formed at the lower end of the side portion 2 on the other end side in the width direction of the main plate 1. The lower connecting piece 5 has a horizontal shape substantially parallel to the main plate 1. The width dimension of the lower connecting piece 5 is about half of that of the upper connecting piece 4. A folded end edge 5 a is formed on the upper surface side from the outer end portion of the lower connecting piece 5. The folded edge 5a is inclined. Further, the lower connecting piece 5 and the folded edge 5a are formed by a back surface material A 2 described later together with the front panel A 1 [see FIG. 4 (A) and the like].
[0011]
The front panel A 1 is fitted with a back material A 2 to form a flat box shape. Specifically, the back surface material A 2 is joined to the upper connection piece 4 and the lower connection piece 5 of the front panel A 1 , a gap is formed between the main plate 1 and the back surface material A 2, and the core material 7 is formed inside. Can be installed. As the core material 7, as shown in FIG. 9, a honeycomb core material 7 a is used as a reinforcing material, or as shown in FIGS.
[0012]
The part to be joined and with the upper connecting piece 4 in the widthwise end edge part of the rear material A 2, step rising portion 6a and the joining surface part 6b is formed. The joint face portion 6b has another face plate portion and the step of backing material A 2 through the stepped rising portion 6a [see FIG. 10 (A)]. The step rising portion 6 a comes into contact with the groove-shaped portion 3, and the joint surface portion 6 b is joined to the back surface side of the upper connecting piece 4. The end portion of the other side of the back member A 2 is joined to the lower connection piece 5 of the wall panels A [see FIG. 10 (B)].
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 10B, the back surface material A 2 is formed with the step rising portion 6a, so that the step rising portion 6a is brought into contact with the groove-shaped portion 3 on the surface panel A 1 side. it is possible to easily align the front panel a 1 and the back material a 2 by. Further, by bringing the groove-shaped portion 3 and the step rising portion 6a into contact with each other, it is possible to prevent displacement when the front panel A 1 and the back surface material A 2 are adhered, and the uniform wall panel material A.
