Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a small and thin small speaker called a so-called micro speaker.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, the damper used in this microspeaker is made of fibers of a certain thickness, such as cotton cloth, as warp and weft yarns, impregnated plain weave material is impregnated with phenol resin for hardness adjustment, and heated and solidified It is made.
[0003]
Such plain weave materials such as cotton cloth have a large space between the fibers, and therefore the connection between the fibers is weak, so that the desired hardness is obtained mainly by the rigidity due to the solidification of the phenol resin.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the case of a speaker having a damper made of a material impregnated with a phenol resin as described above, the speaker is used by continuously operating the speaker for a long time. Or part of it may be peeled off, resulting in a significant reduction in rigidity, which may lead to a decrease in f 0 and generation of abnormal noise.
[0005]
In addition, in a damper impregnated with a phenol resin, the rigidity is generally adjusted by the concentration of the phenol resin or the blending ratio with other materials to be mixed, so there is a problem that the rigidity is likely to vary. .
[0006]
The present invention has been proposed in view of the above, and an object of the present invention is to provide a loudspeaker equipped with a damper that can obtain a desired rigidity without impregnation with a phenol resin and has little rigidity variation. It is.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, the polyester fiber 6 that has been super-stretched so that the elongation is 60% or less of a normal polyester yarn is used as the warp yarn 6a and the weft yarn 6b, and this is regularly and densely driven to constitute the ground portion. A material formed by plain weaving is formed by arranging 1 to 4 yarns with a constant width in the vertical and horizontal directions and a thickness equal to or greater than that of the single polyester fiber yarn as ripstop portions 6c and 6d. Thus, the above-described object is achieved by forming a damper 1 and at least one space portion 12 of the space 12 formed by the damper 1 and the magnetic pole frame.
In addition, a non-fixed portion is provided on at least a pair of diagonal lines of the outer peripheral fixed portion 5 of the damper 1, and the non-fixed portion is formed of the notch portion 3, thereby achieving the above object. .
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 to 3 show a first embodiment of the present invention, in which FIG. 1 is a plan view showing a state in which a damper is connected to the outer periphery of a voice coil and the outer periphery of the damper is connected to a frame. 2 is an enlarged view of a damper material used in the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional explanatory view of a small speaker of the present invention.
[0009]
That is, in FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a damper. The damper 1 has an uneven corrugation portion 2, and the outer peripheral portion, for example, at four positions, is a substantially rectangular shape cut out from the outer periphery toward the corrugation portion 2. The shape in which the shape-shaped notch part 3 was formed is exhibited. Further, an adhesive portion for attachment to the frame 8, that is, an outer peripheral fixing portion 5 is formed on the outer peripheral portion. The hatched portion indicates the outer periphery fixing portion 5, and the outer periphery fixing portions 5 are formed in the upper and lower sides and the left and right sides in a substantially cruciform direction so as to adhere to the frame 8 with good balance.
[0010]
In this damper 1, as shown in FIG. 2, the polyester fiber 6 that has been super-drawn so that the elongation is 60% or less of that of a normal polyester yarn is used as warp yarn 6a and weft yarn 6b, which are regularly and densely driven. In addition to forming a gland portion, ripstop portions 6c and 6d are formed by aligning 1 to 4 yarns having a constant width in the vertical and horizontal directions and a thickness equal to or greater than that of the polyester fiber single yarn. Made of plain weave material.
[0011]
This material was developed for paragliders that require both lightness and toughness (hereinafter referred to as parachute cloth for convenience), and the bond between fibers is extremely strong compared to conventional damper materials. Since impregnation is not required, it is possible to obtain a durable damper with little variation in quality and little change with time.
[0012]
Moreover, since it is thinner than ordinary cloth, has super-stretchability and good moldability, the damper 1 having the shape shown in FIG. 1, for example, can be easily obtained by molding.
[0013]
FIG. 3 shows a structural example of a speaker in which the damper 1 is incorporated.
[0014]
In the figure, reference numeral 7 denotes a magnetic pole portion. The magnetic pole portion 7 is provided on a yoke 9 having a substantially U-shaped cross section provided at the bottom of the frame 8, a magnet 10 provided on the yoke 9, and the yoke 10. The pole piece 11 is provided, and a magnetic gap is formed between the outer peripheral surface of the pole piece 11 and the upper inner peripheral surface of the yoke 9.
[0015]
The magnetic gap is provided with a voice coil bobbin 13 having a voice coil provided on the outer periphery of the lower portion so as to vibrate.
[0016]
The upper part of the voice coil bobbin 13 is coupled to the inner peripheral part of the paper diaphragm 14, and the outer peripheral part of the diaphragm 14 is coupled to the upper part of the outer periphery of the frame 8 via the edge 15. Reference numeral 16 denotes a dustproof cap for preventing dust from entering the space 12 of the magnetic pole portion 7.
[0017]
Thus, the voice coil bobbin 13 to which the diaphragm 14 is coupled is supported so as to vibrate via the damper 1 having the above configuration.
[0018]
That is, the inner peripheral portion of the damper 1 is coupled to the outer peripheral surface of the voice coil bobbin 13 via an adhesive, and the outer peripheral portion of the damper 1 is coupled to the step portion 8a projecting laterally from the bottom of the frame 8 via the adhesive. ing. Reference numeral 8b denotes a window formed in the frame 8.
[0019]
The damper 1 made of this parachute cloth has a very narrow gap between fibers and an air permeability (cc / cm 2 / sec) of 0.02, which is very excellent in sealing property and hardly leaks air.
[0020]
For this reason, the space portion 12 formed mainly between the damper 1 and the magnetic pole frame is close to a sealed space, which restricts the movement of the vibration system of the speaker.
[0021]
Therefore, in the present invention, at least one or more locations in the space portion 12 surrounded by the damper 1 and the magnetic pole frame are opened so as not to limit the movement of the vibration system.
[0022]
That is, in FIG. 3, reference numeral 4 denotes the opening, and the space below the inner peripheral surface of the damper 1, that is, the space 12 of the magnetic gap portion and the outside are communicated via the opening 4, and the voice coil is When a signal is passed and the voice coil bobbin 13 and the damper 1 vibrate, the internal air is released to the outside accordingly, and the vibration system vibrates smoothly.
[0023]
The opening 4 is formed at the inner center of the notch 3 in FIG. And considering the balance, it is preferable to have four places, but it is not always necessary to have four places, and the notch portions 3 located on at least a pair of diagonal lines of the outer periphery fixing portion 5 of the damper 1 are set as non-fixing portions, The opening 4 may be used. Moreover, the opening part 4 may be one place depending on the case. In this case, the notch 3 is also usually one place.
[0024]
4 and 5 show a second embodiment of the present invention.
[0025]
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the cutout portions 3 a are formed in a rectangular shape, for example, at four locations on the outer periphery of the damper 1.
[0026]
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the outer periphery fixing portion 5 of the damper 1 is coupled to a convex step portion 8a formed on the frame 8 (the left portion in FIG. 5), and the portion having the notch portion 3a is the step portion 8a. (The right portion in the figure) has a structural feature in that it is an opening 4.
[0027]
Other configurations are basically the same as those in the above-described embodiment.
[0028]
When the rate of change of f 0 before and after the continuous operation test of the speaker of the present invention configured as described above was compared with a conventional damper made of phenol resin such as cloth, the conventional damper using speaker was f. 0 decreased by about 20%, but about 3% in the speaker using the damper 1 according to the present invention. This is because the damper 1 of the present invention is made of parachute cloth, and this material is a plain weave made of super-stretched polyester fibers that are densely laid. Since it is very strong and the desired shape and hardness are obtained by bonding between the fibers even after molding, fatigue due to load is extremely small.
[0029]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, it has a damper 1 made of a parachute cloth, and this damper 1 has a strong bond between fibers and does not require impregnation with a phenol resin, so that it is solidified even when used for a long time. There is no crack due to fatigue of the phenol resin, no significant decrease in rigidity, and no decrease in f 0 .
[0030]
Further, in the present invention, the rigidity is obtained mainly by the shape and diameter of the damper 1, and therefore, there is an advantage that once the shape is determined, there is very little variation.
[Brief description of the drawings]
