BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pile for shoe wiping mats excellent in pile shape retention. More specifically, the pile cut at the time of tufting improves the jumping of the monofilament and the opening of the pile tip, and the pile yarn shape retention by repeated washing is improved. The present invention relates to a novel composite thread for shoe wiping mat that can be improved.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Traditionally, saxony-type shoe wipe mats using crimped multifilaments have been used. In order to improve the dust-removing property of the shoe sole, a multifilament to which crimps are imparted and a monofilament are aligned and twisted to increase the resilience has come to be used.
[0003]
However, there is a difference in behavior between multifilaments and monofilaments due to cuts when tufted, causing pile cracks and monofilament pop-outs, causing the twisted yarn shape to be lost, and the pencil point characteristic that is a characteristic of the saxony mat is impaired. was there. Here, the pencil point property refers to the property that the tip of the pile, which is a feature of the appearance of the saxony mat, is a converged form like the tip of a pencil.
Furthermore, the conventional shoe wiping mat changes the twisted yarn form by actual use of shoe stepping and repeated washing, that is, the phenomenon of opening the pile tip progresses, the pencil point property is remarkably impaired, and the appearance retention as a saxony mat There was also a problem that was not enough.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved]
The present invention provides a composite thread for shoe wiping mats that improves the above-mentioned problems of the prior art and has excellent pencil point properties and durability by repeated use.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the object of the present invention, the present inventor made various types of twisted yarns and repeated evaluation as a twisting yarn for shoe wiping mats. As a result, the present inventors found a twisted cord capable of achieving the object of the present invention. It came to complete.
That is, the present invention provides: A single filament denier (a) of 5 to 100d multifilament (A) was twisted, and then a monofilament (b) satisfying the relationship of 10 ≦ b / a ≦ 100 was twisted in the same direction as (A). The product (B) is aligned with (A), twisted in the direction opposite to the direction in which it was initially twisted (C), and then a plurality of these yarns are combined and twisted in the opposite direction to (C). 1. Composite yarn for shoe wiping mat, The composite yarn for a shoe wiping mat according to the preceding item 1, wherein the fusion yarn is mixed and twisted with (C) and heat set.
[0006]
In the following, the present invention will be described in more detail.
According to the present invention, the twisted multifilament and monofilament are respectively twisted and then twisted together to form a plurality of twisted yarns, so that the twisted yarn is balanced and snare is unlikely to occur. It is possible to obtain a composite twisted cord excellent in retention and capable of being produced without using a special device.
[0007]
At this time, by twisting the multifilament and the monofilament in the same direction and then twisting in the opposite direction, the untwisting torque of the monofilament is relaxed, and the monofilament and the multifilament can be smoothly twisted. Become. In the present invention, the ratio of monofilament to multifilament single yarn denier satisfies the relationship of 10 ≦ b / a ≦ 100, where (a) is the multifilament single yarn denier and (b) is the monofilament denier. There is a need. When b / a <10, the denier of the monofilament becomes thin and the repulsive force of the composite yarn is reduced, and the lack of pile standing becomes apparent. On the other hand, when b / a> 100, the monofilament becomes thick and hard, the balance of the twisted yarn is lost, and it becomes difficult to form a spiral form on the monofilament by heat setting, and the appearance changes.
[0008]
Further, by setting the twisted cords preferably at 120 ° C. to 150 ° C., it is possible to produce a composite yarn having a strong twisted yarn form. This is not preferable in the present invention because it is necessary. Further, a set temperature exceeding 150 ° C. is not preferable because a reduction in crimp is observed in a multifilament to which crimp is imparted, and color fading due to heat occurs.
[0009]
The composite yarn according to the present invention has a moderate elasticity and can maintain a balanced twisted yarn form for a long period of time, so that the deterioration of the pencil point property in the tufting process is remarkably improved, and an excellent saxony type shoe. Suitable for wiping mat. Furthermore, according to the present invention, it is possible to supply a shoe-wiping mat that is less likely to deteriorate in appearance quality even after repeated use and washing, and can withstand long-term practical use.
Moreover, it has confirmed that there existed an effect which maintains a stronger twisted yarn form and raises a pencil point property by using a heat fusion | bonding yarn in the stage which combines several yarns. Heat-bonded yarn melts during heat setting and adheres filaments to each other, and has the effect of preventing tip cracks and sag of the composite yarn during compression, which greatly increases the pencil point properties that were previously weak points. To improve.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to examples.
In the following examples, heat setting was performed at 135 ° C. for 60 seconds using a spell bar setting machine. Further, the tuft mat was obtained by implanting a composite yarn into a polypropylene plain weave base fabric with a density of about 1200 pieces / 100 cm 2 with a pile length of 10 mm using a tuft machine, and applying rubber latex to the entire back surface to obtain a tuft mat. .
The surface of the tuft mat obtained as described above was observed, and the pencil point property was evaluated by cutting during tufting. Washing durability was evaluated by stepping the tuft mat 200 times and washing 10 times.
