Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to an overlapping label, and more particularly to an overlapping label that can peel the overlapped label and can re-adhere each peeled label.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally known general labels are provided with an adhesive structure with various adhesives or a peelable adhesive structure with various adhesives with adjusted adhesive force on the back side of the label, and this adhesive structure is subjected to silicon treatment or the like. It is constituted by covering with the released release paper. For this reason, in the conventional general label, the release paper covering each adhesive structure as described above is discarded because it is not necessary in use, but the release paper is treated with silicon or the like. Since it is applied, it is difficult to reproduce and there is a disadvantage that it is contrary to resource saving.
[0003]
In order to solve this inconvenience, an overlapping label shown in FIG. 4 has already been proposed. In this overlapping label 50, a plurality of alternating labels 50 are alternately formed on the opposing surfaces of the labels 51 and 52 with an adhesive region 53 formed by applying an adhesive that can always be bonded and a peeling region 54 formed by applying silicon facing each other. By providing, the said opposing surface is adhere | attached so that peeling is possible. According to this overlapping label 50, the disadvantages of the conventional general label are certainly eliminated.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in this overlapping label 50, when the labels 51 and 52 are peeled off, the respective adhesive regions 53 are exposed, and these adhesive regions 53 are made of a pressure sensitive adhesive that can be adhered at all times. However, when only one label is used and the other label is used at a different time or place, care must be taken so that the bonding area 53 does not adhere to the other place. There is an inconvenience that handling is not easy.
[0005]
Further, it is conceivable that the adhesive area 53 of the unused labels 51 and 52 is folded and stored so as to be in contact with the peeling area 54, but the arrangement pattern of the adhesive area 53 and the peeling area 54 is an overlapping state of the labels 51 and 52. Since it is difficult to bend the adhesive area 53 so that the adhesive area 53 is not exposed and the adhesive areas 53 do not come into contact with each other. Is virtually impossible. An object of the present invention is to provide an overlay label that eliminates these disadvantages.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, the overlapping label of the present invention includes a sticking piece and a holding piece connected via a cut-out portion, and a separation area and an adhesion area on each back surface of the two labels. For example, it is composed of two labels provided so that the peeled area and the adhesive area are in contact with each other and the adhesive area is not exposed when folded in half at the center of the label or the sticking piece. The back surfaces are overlapped so as to face the peeling area of the other label.
[0007]
In addition, the overlapping label of the present invention is provided with only a peeling area on each label strip, and is bonded to a boundary portion of the label sticking piece with the same label strip and to a portion opposite to the strip. Ru provided with a pass.
[0008]
[Action]
If only one of the labels is to be peeled off, if the remaining label is folded in two at a predetermined position, the peeled area and the adhesive area will be in contact with each other, and the adhesive area will not be exposed. There is no risk of adhering to. In addition, since only the peeling area is provided on the strip of each label, there is no possibility that it will adhere to other members and the like, and the use including storage as a strip is suitable. Furthermore, since the bonding area is provided in the boundary part of the sticking piece of each label with the strip of the same label and the part on the opposite side of the sticking piece, the sticking piece can be securely bonded at both ends.
[0009]
【Example】
It is described in detail below with reference to the preferred embodiments in FIGS. 1 to 3 of the accompanying drawings of the present invention. 1 is a perspective view of the first embodiment, FIG. 2 is a sectional view of the second embodiment, and FIG. 3 is a sectional view of the third embodiment.
[0010]
As shown in FIG. 1, the overlapping label 1 is composed of a front label 2 and a back label 3, and the front label 2 is divided into a sticking piece 5 and a holding piece 6 by a cut perforation 4 as a cut-out portion. . The sticking piece 5 is used as a product label, and product information 7 such as a product name, a product number, and a standard is printed on the exposed surface. Also, a product information pad 8 is printed on the exposed surface of the strip 6. On the other hand, the back label 3 has the same configuration as the front label 2 and is divided into a sticking piece 10 and a holding piece 11 by a cutting perforation 9 as a cut-out portion, and is not shown on each exposed surface. Product information and a product information copy are printed.
[0011]
On the back surface of the sticking piece 5 of the front label 2, there are adhesive regions 12a, 12b, 12c formed by applying an acrylic two-component cross-linking type strong pressure-sensitive adhesive, and peeling regions 13a, 13b formed by applying silicon. The strips 6 are alternately provided in a strip shape, and on the back surface of the handle 6, a peeling region 13 c formed by applying silicon is provided on the entire surface. The arrangement pattern of these adhesion areas 12a, 12b, and 12c and the separation areas 13a, 13b, and 13c is peeled from the adhesion area 12a when folded in half at the boundary between the adhesion area 12b and the separation area 13b, which is the center of the front label 2. The region 13c, the adhesion region 12c and the separation region 13a, and the adhesion region 12b and the separation region 13b are set to contact each other. Adhesive areas 12 c and 12 a are located on the boundary portion of the sticking piece 5 with the holding piece 6 and on both ends of the back surface, which is the opposite side of the holding piece 6.
[0012]
On the other hand, the back side of the back label 3 also has adhesive areas 12a, 12b, and 12c formed by applying an acrylic two-component cross-linking strong adhesive in the same pattern as the front label 2 described above, and peeling formed by applying silicon. Regions 13a, 13b and 13c are provided. The labels 2 and 3 are overlapped so that the adhesion area 12a and the separation area 13c, the adhesion area 12c and the separation area 13a, and the adhesion area 12b and the separation area 13b are in contact with each other.
[0013]
Since the present embodiment is configured as described above, the adhesive areas 12a, 12b, 12c of the labels 2, 3 having always-adhesive strength of the overlapped label 1 are separated from the peeling areas 13a, 13b, It is in a state where it is covered and protected against 13c, and no release paper is required. When using this overlapping label 1, the front label 2 is peeled off from the back label 3, the cutting piece 6 is cut off from the perforation 4 for cutting, and the adhesive areas 12a, 12b, 12c where the sticking pieces 5 are exposed. Is pasted on a packaging box (not shown) containing products corresponding to the product information 7 displayed on the surface. Here, since the back surface of the gripping piece 6 is a peeling area 13c, the handling is easy, and the sticking piece 5 is reliably secured at the end by the bonding areas 12a and 12c located at both ends thereof. It will be in the state of being bonded and will not be inadvertently peeled off during handling of the packaging box.
[0014]
On the other hand, the remaining back label 3 can be used in the same manner. However, when this is not used, when the label is folded in half at the center of the label, the label is folded in two at the boundary between the adhesive area 12b and the peeling area 13b. The peeling area 13c, the bonding area 12c and the peeling area 13a, and the bonding area 12b and the peeling area 13b are in contact with each other so as to be peelable. Therefore, the folded back label 3 is covered and protected by the adhesive areas 12a, 12b, and 12c, so there is no risk of adhering to other members, and the adhesive surface can be peeled off, so that it can be quickly removed when necessary. Can respond.
[0015]
Subsequently, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The overlapping label 21 of the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment only in the arrangement pattern of the adhesion areas 27a, 27b, 27c and the peeling areas 26a, 26b, 26c. The back surface of each sticking piece 28, 29 corresponding to the peeled area 26a provided on the back surface of each of the strips 24, 25 of the back label 23 is provided with a peeled area 26c as well as the adhesive areas 27a, 27b. . Since other configurations and methods of use are the same as those of the first embodiment described above, the same reference numerals are given to corresponding components, and detailed description thereof is omitted. In this embodiment, the labels 22 and 23 are folded in two at the boundary between the adhesive area 27c and the peeling area 26b.
[0016]
Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The overlapping label 31 of the third embodiment is different from the first embodiment only in the arrangement pattern of the adhesive areas 34a, 34b, 34c and the peeling areas 35a, 35b, 35c. The peeling area 35b provided in the back surface of each sticking piece 36 and 37 of the back label 33 is a point which mutually contacts with each other. For this reason, in this embodiment, the labels 32 and 33 are folded in two along the imaginary line X passing through the part of the peeling area 35b which is the center. Since other configurations and methods of use are the same as those of the first embodiment described above, the same reference numerals are given to corresponding components, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
[0017]
The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, for example, pasting Chakuhen 5,10,28,29,36,3 7 and tie rods 6,11,24,2 5 cut the perforation 4, In addition to connecting via 9, a section may be formed by a cut line. The adhesive zone 12a, 12b, 12c, 27a, 27b, 27c, 34a, 34b, 34 c and the separation zone 13a, 13b, 13c, 26a, 26b, 26c, 35a, 35b, 35 c is not limited to strip, checkered It may be provided in a shape or the like. Furthermore, it goes without saying that the use of the overlapping labels 1, 21, 31 of the present invention can be applied to other than the product delivery labels.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, the entire label or only the sticking piece can be folded in two and stored, and can be adhered in the adhesive area exposed by peeling again from the folded state. since, Ri handling and storage easier der in the case of overlay only one using by different in other labels time and location using the labels, also, since the back surface of the tie rods not present adhesion zone are suitable for use including the storage, further, an effect that Ru can be reliably bonded by the adhesive region provided with bonded Chakuhen on both ends.
