【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for treating a polyurethane elastic yarn-containing fiber product composed of polyurethane elastic yarn and polyester fiber. More specifically, the present invention relates to provision of a polyurethane elastic yarn-containing fiber product that is suitably used in the field of stretchable clothing and is dyed with a disperse dye and excellent in dyeing fastness.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Since the polyurethane elastic yarn has excellent stretch properties, it is widely used as a polyurethane elastic yarn-containing fiber product such as a knitted fabric. In particular, there is considerable utilization as a fabric for foundations, swimwear, and pantyhose.
[0003]
In general, polyurethane elastic yarn-containing fiber products are poor in various dyeing fastnesses. When a fabric composed of polyurethane elastic yarns and polyester fibers is dyed with a disperse dye, liquid contamination due to dry cleaning becomes a problem.
[0004]
As a method for improving the liquid contamination of the dry cleaning of the polyurethane elastic yarn-containing fiber fabric, after dyeing with a disperse dye, a method of reducing washing using a high concentration of thiourea dioxide or after treating with thiourea dioxide, A method of two-bath treatment with phytosodium has been used. However, these treatments are not satisfactory in terms of labor saving because the dry cleaning liquid contamination level is insufficient or even if the liquid contamination level is good, the number of post-processing steps increases.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been intensively studied against the background of such circumstances, and an object thereof is to improve various dyeing fastnesses of fiber products dyed with disperse dyes composed of polyurethane elastic yarns and polyester fibers. .
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is characterized in that after a fabric composed of polyurethane elastic yarn and polyester fiber is dyed with disperse dye, it is reduced and washed in one bath using both thiourea dioxide and sodium hydrosulfite as a reducing agent. This is a method for treating a polyurethane elastic yarn-containing fiber product.
More specifically, the treatment temperature is 60 ° C. or more and 100 ° C. or less and the treatment time is 5 in a reducing bath having a concentration of 3 g / l or more of thiourea dioxide and 4 g / l or more of hydrosulfite sodium and a pH of 11 or more. There is a treatment method in which reduction cleaning is performed for at least 30 minutes but not more than 30 minutes, and then finish setting is performed at a dry heat temperature of 175 ° C. or less and a time of 20 seconds to 2 minutes.
[0007]
The polyurethane elastic yarn used in the present invention is a heat-resistant water-soluble polyurethane elastic yarn that does not deteriorate in mechanical properties with respect to high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing (liquid heat 130 ° C. × 60 minutes). Specifically, it is an elastic yarn obtained by spinning a polymer composition mainly composed of the following polyurethane. Examples of the polyurethane in the present invention include a polymer obtained by subjecting a prepolymer obtained from a polyol and excess organic diisocyanate to a chain extension reaction with a polyfunctional active hydrogen compound.
[0008]
The polymer diol includes at least one of polytetramethylene glycol, polyether glycols such as polyethylene / propylene glycol, ethylene glycol, 1,6-hexane glycol, adipic acid, suberic acid, azelaic acid, sebacic acid, One or two polymer diols such as polyester glycols, polycaprolactone glycol, polyhexamethylene dicarbonate glycol obtained by reacting with at least one dicarboxylic acid such as β-methyladipic acid and isophthalic acid The above mixtures or copolymers can be exemplified.
[0009]
Organic diisocyanates such as 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 1,5-naphthalene diisocyanate, 1,4-phenylene diisocyanate, 2,4-tolylene diisocyanate, 4,4-dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate, isophorone diisocyanate One kind or a mixture of two or more kinds can be exemplified. Further, a small amount of triisocyanate may be used in combination.
[0010]
These polyols and organic diisocyanate are mixed in a molar ratio of 1.5 to 3.0 so that the organic diisocyanate is excessive, and reacted at a temperature of 60 to 120 ° C. to give a prepolymer. obtain. The obtained prepolymer is cooled to 40 ° C. or lower and dissolved in a polar solvent such as N, N-dimethylacetamide or N, N-dimethylformamide to obtain a prepolymer solution.
[0011]
Acidic substances added between the end of the prepolymer reaction and the start of the chain extension reaction include carboxylic acids having an acid dissociation index of 10 or more in N, N-dimethylacetamide, N, N-dimethylformamide, and It is selected from carbon dioxide, and examples include acetic acid and carbon dioxide.
[0012]
Examples of the polyfunctional active hydrogen compound include one or a mixture of two or more of ethylenediamine, hexamethylenediamine, xylylenediamine, 4,4-diphenylmethanediamine, hydrazine, and ethylene glycol. If desired, a small amount of a terminator such as monoamine or monoalcohol may be used in combination with these precursor compounds. Preference is given to diamine alone or diamine as a main component.
[0013]
A method of spinning a polyurethane-based composition to form an elastic yarn is not particularly limited, but it is preferable to dry-spin the polyurethane composition solution. Stabilizers such as non-polyurethane constituents, UV absorbers, anti-yellowing agents, pigments, antistatic agents, surface treatment agents, flame retardants, reinforcing agents, and chlorine deterioration inhibitors It can be illustrated. In particular, the chlorine degradation inhibitor can be exemplified by metal oxides and metal hydroxides such as magnesium oxide, zinc oxide, aluminum oxide, magnesium hydroxide, zinc hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide, or hydrotalcite compounds, These may be a mixture of two or more alone. Particularly preferred is magnesium oxide or zinc oxide. Although the addition to these polyurethane solutions is not particularly limited, it is preferably added as fine particles having an average particle diameter of 0.05 to 3 μm.
[0014]
The polyester fiber in the present invention is a polyester fiber known to those skilled in the art, and is a filament fiber obtained by melt spinning a normal polyethylene terephthalate or a polyethylene terephthalate fiber introduced with an ionic dye-dyeable group. Is mentioned.
[0015]
The polyurethane elastic yarn used in the present invention is usually used in the state of a covering yarn or a bare yarn. The textile product referred to in the present invention includes all textile products such as fabric, clothing, and socks, and the form of the fabric may be any of woven fabric, knitted fabric, nonwoven fabric, and the like.
[0016]
As the dyeing using the disperse dye in the present invention, a commercially available disperse dye is used, the dyeing temperature is in the range of 100 ° C. to 140 ° C., the dyeing time is in the range of 10 minutes to 120 minutes, Wins, Jicker, It can be carried out by either a batch system or a continuous system using an apparatus such as a liquid dyeing machine or a liquid dyeing machine.
[0017]
Process conditions such as scouring and desizing, relaxation, pre-setting, and finishing setting in the present invention are appropriately selected depending on the form and structure of the fabric.
[0018]
In the reduction cleaning in the present invention, it is important to use thiourea dioxide and sodium hydrosulfite in combination as a reducing agent and treat in a bath under alkali to reduce the temperature and time of the finishing set. In this case, it is desirable to use a nonionic or cationic compound as a surfactant. The concentration of the surfactant used can be in the range of 0.5 g / l to 5 g / l.
[0019]
