Description
【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to an impact absorbing airbag, and more particularly to an impact absorbing airbag that has excellent impact absorbing ability and is easy to install and remove.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, a shock absorbing cushion is placed so as not to jump out of the course even when a car collides at a corner or a fence that separates a passenger seat from a course in a car racetrack.
[0003]
Conventionally, such shock absorbing cushions are basically composed of a container filled with water or sand. A heavy object for fixing the container is installed behind the shock absorbing container, or installed on the course side of the fence to prepare for a car collision. For this reason, when the automobile collides, the shock is mitigated by the water layer or sand of the container, and the container is ruptured so that the colliding automobile does not react.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the shock absorbing container using water or sand as described above is not sufficient in shock absorption, and has a disadvantage that it is heavy because it supplies and drains water and fills with sand, and is difficult to install and remove. . Furthermore, when the automobile collides, the automobile may get on top. For this reason, for example, there is a possibility of jumping over the fence and jumping out of the course.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an impact-absorbing airbag that has better shock absorption than conventional ones and that is easy to install and remove.
[0006]
[Means for solving problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, an impact absorbing airbag according to the present invention includes an airbag main body that can be filled with a gas, and an exhaust valve that is provided in the airbag main body and discharges the gas by compression of the airbag main body. a shock absorbing air bag with the provided air bag body extension length can underlay mat collision direction at the bottom of the underlay mat is folded sequentially double overlapping, the folded portion with thread It is characterized by being configured by sewing .
[0007]
According to the present invention, when the impact of a collision of an automobile or the like is suddenly applied to the shock absorbing airbag, the airbag is compressed, and as a result, the gas is quickly discharged from the exhaust valve. The impact can be mitigated by exhausting the gas layer and further the gas, and in addition, since the gas is exhausted, there is an advantage that the colliding automobile does not bounce in the direction opposite to the collision direction. In addition, since it is filled with gas and expanded, installation is easy. Further, when the gas is withdrawn, the gas can be discharged and folded, and can be transported and stored. Furthermore, the extension mat extends when the automobile collides, whereby the collision is further mitigated, and the automobile can be prevented from climbing on the upper part of the airbag, and the shock can be absorbed well. .
[0008]
【Example】
FIG. 1 is a plan view of an embodiment of an impact-absorbing air mat according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a partial side view and a partial cross-sectional view of the above-described embodiment. The absorption airbag includes an airbag body 1 that is filled with air. In this embodiment, the airbag main body 1 is divided into a plurality of

Further, in this embodiment, the
[0010]
The airbag main body 1 has a gas injection valve 3 for injecting gas, and a safety valve 4 for releasing the gas from the airbag main body 1 when an excess gas is supplied from the gas injection valve 3. It has a structure equipped with.
[0011]
Further, the air bag body 1 is provided with an airtight zipper 5 at the boundary of the air chamber. When the shock absorbing air bag is withdrawn, the airtight zipper 5 is opened to quickly discharge the gas to the outside. It is possible.
[0012]
Such an exhaust valve 2 may be a mechanical check valve. However, in the case of such a mechanical exhaust valve, exhaust is slow, the valve part is not bent, it is bulky, hindering storage and transportation, mechanism parts may be scattered at the time of collision, and it may be dangerous There are shortcomings such as.
[0013]
For this reason, it is preferable to use a rupture valve 21 as shown in FIGS. The rupture valve 21 is made of rubber, for example, and is fixed to the exhaust port 17 of the airbag body 1 by sewing or bonding. When the air pressure in the air bag body 1 suddenly increases due to an impact, the air bag body 1 bursts and communicates with the outside air. In this case, since there is no metal portion, it can be folded small during storage and transportation, and metal parts are not scattered by impact, improving safety.
[0014]
Such a rupture membrane of the rupture valve 21 may be one type, but as shown in FIG. 4,
[0015]
A pocket 18 is provided on the collision surface of the airbag main body 1 and the opposite end surface thereof, so that a rigid shock absorbing plate 6 can be inserted detachably (see FIGS. 1 and 2). . The shock absorbing plate 6 can be, for example, a honeycomb plate.
[0016]
The shock absorbing plate 6 absorbs the impact of a collision of an automobile or the like, and compresses the airbag body 1 as uniformly as possible in the collision direction, thereby improving the shock absorption.
[0017]
In the present invention, an

A similar extensible fiber net 10 is provided on the collision surface of the airbag body 1. In this case, the net 10 can be extended in the lateral direction (perpendicular to the collision direction). Such a fiber net 10 is similar to that used to capture an aircraft when the aircraft is overrun, and wraps around so that the vehicle will not move laterally during a collision and jump out of the shock absorbing mat. Acts like this.
[0020]
In using the impact airbag, a heavy object 8 such as an opposite side to the impact side of the
[0021]
The expansion of the shock absorbing bag can be performed through the gas injection valve 3 and can be performed very easily. At this time, when excess gas is injected, the excess gas is allowed to escape from the safety valve 4.
[0022]
When the automobile 9 collides with the impact airbag, the impact is first absorbed by the gas filled in the airbag. Further, by discharging the gas in the airbag from the exhaust valve 2, the impact is further absorbed, and the automobile 9 that has collided by the repulsive force of the gas layer rebounds backward (opposite to the collision direction). Will be suppressed. Further, although the airbag main body 1 is fixed to the

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the shock absorbing airbag according to the present invention, since the exhaust valve is used, the gas in the airbag can be quickly discharged, the shock can be quickly absorbed, and the bounce action can be performed. There is an advantage that can be minimized. Moreover, since it is a system which inject | pours gas, conveyance, a preservation | save, installation, withdrawal are easy, and there exists an advantage that it can be used in the place which performs various impact absorption.
