Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a structure for disassembling a handle portion of a surgical instrument used in endoscopic surgery, and in particular, a metal incorporated in a surgical instrument to be discarded after use from a resin handle portion. The present invention relates to a handle part disassembly structure for facilitating separation of manufactured parts.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, in surgical operations for treating diseases in body cavities, endoscopic surgery is often performed for reasons such as less risk of infection and faster healing of wounds than open surgery.
[0003]
Endoscopic surgery uses a trocar on the patient's chest and abdomen to pierce a small hole at multiple locations, insert a cannula tube from each hole into the body cavity, and place the endoscope and surgical instrument in separate cannula tubes. This is a surgery performed while inserting and observing the affected area with an endoscope.
[0004]
Surgical instruments such as forceps and clips used in such endoscopic surgery are generally attached to an elongated shaft portion that is inserted into the chest or abdomen of a patient through a cannula tube and the shaft portion. The handle portion is held by the surgeon by hand.
[0005]
There are two types of surgical instruments of this type: disposable and reusable. In the case of the former disposable, the surgical instruments used for one patient must not be reused. It must be discarded.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional disposable surgical instrument as described above does not have a structure based on the premise that the metal parts and the resin parts are separated and disposed of, so there is a problem that the cost of treating medical waste increases. there were.
[0007]
Therefore, when the surgical instrument is discarded after use, if the metal parts and the resin parts can be separated and collected, the treatment cost of medical waste can be reduced.
[0008]
However, since this type of conventional surgical instrument is assembled by assembling a resin-made handle portion in which metal parts are incorporated, by a fixing means such as adhesion or welding, it is easily assembled. If the metal parts cannot be disassembled from the handle portion and are to be separated, there is a problem that much labor and time are required.
[0009]
