Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pachinko machine, and more particularly to an upper plate for supplying a pachinko ball toward a ball striking device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The upper plate of the pachinko machine receives the prize balls released from the prize ball device, accumulates the hit balls to be replenished as the game starts, and sends them one by one to the hit ball launcher so that they can be continuously fired. It is. For this reason, the upper plate has a ball receiving plate for storing the balls, and an alignment passage for aligning the balls stored in the ball receiving plate in a line using a gradient and sending them one by one. The ball is guided.
[0003]
On the other hand, in preparation for extracting the stored balls after the game is over, the upper plate is connected to the tip of the alignment passage at the tip of the alignment passage, and the shutter that opens and closes toward this connection port, that is, the ball outlet. During the game, the shutter is closed and connected to the ball striking device, and when the ball is removed, the shutter is opened and connected to the ball removal passage so that it can be dropped onto the lower plate.
[0004]
The shutter in the upper plate has become an indispensable element from the top of the ball, and is conventionally provided as an integral part of the upper plate. However, even now that the upper plate is molded from plastic, it is not easy to incorporate this shutter, which is a manufacturing problem.
Various structures have been proposed for the shutter together with the upper plate, and there are many practical examples in the past, but what is common here is that it consists of multiple parts, each part is small, and certain It does not work unless it is combined in a relationship, and furthermore, each part must be assembled in a state defined at a fixed position of the upper plate body formed separately.
[0005]
The apparatus described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-21572 is an example of a conventional example. As shown here, the shutter device formed separately from the upper plate body formed as the ball tray main body 6a has the operation knob 10 attached to the shaft 11 formed in advance on the main body 6a, and is attached to the pivot 19 as well. The inverted L-shaped link 18 is pivotally attached, and the engaging pin 20 of this link 18 is inserted into the vertically long hole 16 of the opening / closing member (shutter) 12 at the same time so as to be accommodated in the opening 9 of the main body. After the assembly to the case, the cover 47 is put on, and a screw (not shown) that passes through the through hole 48 is screwed to the screw receiver 49 of the case 28 to complete the assembly.
[0025]
The shutter unit 10 configured in this manner faces the mounting base 17 provided on the upper plate body 7 from the front side, and the screw receiving portions 52, 52 provided respectively on the mounting pieces 50, 51 provided on the case 28 are brought into contact with each other. A screw is passed through 53 and fixed to the mounting base.
By attaching the shutter unit 10, the shutter piece 25 a faces directly below the ball outlet 16 provided at the front end of the alignment passage of the upper plate body 7 and closes it.
[0026]
The upper plate body 7 to which the shutter unit 10 is assembled is completed by mounting rails 54 along the alignment passages 14, and a cover 55 is assembled in front of the passages 14, and the back plate 8 is attached to the back thereof.
The back plate 8 is configured as described above, and is integrated by aligning the left and right widths with the upper plate body 7 and bringing the left and right plate portions 12 and 13 into contact with the front surface.
After the upper plate body 7 and the back plate 8 are combined, a decorative cover 9 is attached from the front to align the three.
[0027]
The decorative cover 9 is provided with an illumination lamp mounting portion 56 on the front surface of the main body 9a, and a lamp cover 57 is placed thereon. On the other hand, the lamp mounting portions 58 and 59 are similarly provided on the front surfaces of the left and right auxiliary cover portions 9b and 9c. 60, 61.
The width of the decorative cover 9 including the left and right auxiliary cover portions 9b and 9c is larger than that of the upper plate body 7 so that the outer half of the auxiliary cover portions 9b and 9c protrudes to the left and right. The pivoting device 23 and the locking device 24 are exposed on the back side.
[0028]
The decorative cover 9 is attached to the front surface of the upper plate body when the upper plate body 7 and the back plate 8 are combined, and a screw passing from the back of the back plate is passed through both the mounting plate portions 12 and 13 to form the auxiliary cover portion 9b. , 9c, the upper plate 4 is completed by squeezing into a screw receiving portion (not shown) provided on the back surface of 9c.

The locking device 24 provided on the auxiliary cover portion 9c is restrained in a closed state by being hooked on a locking portion (not shown) provided on the front surface portion of the front frame, and is attached to the front surface of the front frame 2.
[0029]
FIGS. 6 and 7 are enlarged plan views for explaining the operation of the shutter unit 10 incorporated in the upper plate 4 constructed as described above. FIG. 6 shows a state in use in which the shutter closes the ball outlet 16 and the balls in the alignment passage 14 are sent out to the hitting ball launching device through the feed port 15, and FIG.
When the shutter unit 10 is fixed to the mounting base 17 and the front surface thereof is covered with the decorative cover 9, the operation button 26 is exposed to the front surface through the through holes 62 and 63 formed in the cover 9 and the lamp cover 57. In use, the spring 33 is projected forward by the bias of the spring 33, and the shutter 25 is projected from the opening 30 to block the bulb outlet 16 (FIG. 6).
[0030]
In this state of use, when the operation button 26 is pushed into the through holes 62 and 63, the slider 42a of the push latch 42 is retracted into the case, the clamping pieces 44 and 44 are closed, and the sliding shaft 26a is engaged. The bulging portion 35 is held and the return to the front is restrained (FIG. 7). On the other hand, the short arm of the swing lever 27 is retracted through the long hole 38 that slides on the pin 39 in accordance with the pushing movement, and the long arm is advanced with the support shaft 37 as a fulcrum, and is moved by the pin 40 at the tip. The shutter 25 slides forward while compressing the spring 33, and the piece 25a is retracted from the ball outlet 16 and opened.
[0031]
The shutter 25 is always urged in the closing direction by the spring 33, but the open state is maintained by the restraint of the push latch 42, and the ball of the ball receiving tray is extracted to the lower plate 5 through the ball outlet 16 during this time.
[0032]
For the push latch 42, for example, a device disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 3-53430 is used. In this case, when the operation button 26 is pushed in again in the restrained state, the slider is released from the engagement of the cam provided in the case and extends forward, so that the holding pieces 44 and 44 open and slide. The constraint of the shaft 26a is released.
For this reason, the shutter 25, which has compressed the spring 33, moves forward with the swing lever, and the piece 25a again faces the ball outlet to close it, thereby stopping the flow of the ball.
[0033]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is constructed and used as described above, and the shutter 25 that closes the ball outlet 16 provided at the tip of the alignment passage 14 following the ball receiving tray 11 of the upper plate is configured as a unit that is housed in a case 28. In addition, since it can be equipped to face the ball outlet 16 by being fastened to the mounting base 17 of the upper plate body 7 through the case, the parts constituting the shutter with respect to the upper plate body, specifically the shutter 25, the operation button 26, the swing lever 27, etc. need not be individually assembled, and can be assembled very quickly, easily and accurately.
On the other hand, the shutter unit 10 is easy to manufacture because the predetermined parts can be easily assembled in order with the case 28 as the center, and the operation can be independently checked simultaneously with the assembly of the unit. There is an advantage that it is possible to provide a high-quality plate without finding any obstacles.
In addition, since the shutter is unitized, the present invention can be replaced by removing the case from the upper plate if there is a problem with the shutter itself.
