Description

【0001】

[0019]
When the cover 31 is further rotated in the same direction, the movable pin 42 enters the guide groove 15 and slides along the guide groove 15, and is fitted into the locking recess 16 and stopped. As a result, the cover 31 is held in an open state with respect to the main body 1 at an angle θ as shown in FIG. In the embodiment, the angle θ is set to 70 °, but can be changed as appropriate by changing the position of the locking recess 16.
[0020]
Further, when the cover 31 is rotated in the same direction, the movable pin 42 slides along the inclined surface 17 of the guide groove 15 and stops at the end portion thereof. At this time, as shown in FIG. 8D, the cover 31 is completely fitted to the main body 1, and the hinge pin 41 and the movable pin 42 are located on substantially the same horizontal line.
[0021]
When the cover 31 is opened, the cover 31 is opened in an order opposite to that described above by an angle θ with respect to the main body 1, a state in which the cover 31 is open approximately 90 °, and a state in which the cover 31 is open substantially horizontally on the opposite side of the main body 1. it can.
Note that when the cover 31 is opened and closed, the tip of the movable pin 42 is provided with an inclined surface 43, so that the guide groove 15 can be smoothly inserted and removed with a small force. be able to.
[0022]
Next, an example of a procedure for attaching the repeater according to the present invention to the installation location (wall surface 45 in this example) will be described with reference to FIG. First, the locking claw 6 of the main body 1 is pressed from the locking hole 37 of the cover 31 with a coin, for example, to release the lock and open the cover 31. At this time, the movable pin 42 slides along the guide groove 15 and fits into the locking recess 16 and stops. When the cover 31 is further opened, the movable pin 42 is detached from the guide groove 15 and stops by hitting the upper edge of the rotation restricting portion 13 due to the weight of the cover 31, and the cover 31 is opened approximately 90 ° with respect to the body 1. The held state is maintained (the state shown in FIG. 8B). In this state, as shown by a broken line in FIG. 9, the cover 31 can be further opened from the position of the solid line until the corner of the cover 31 abuts against the wall surface 45.
[0023]
Then, external wiring (not shown) drawn from the wall surface 45 is taken out from the wiring taking-in hole 12 of the main body 1 and connected to the terminal block 22.
Next, the wiring lead-in hole 12 of the main body 1 is assigned to the position of the wiring lead hole provided in the wall surface 45, and the screw 29 is inserted into the screw insertion portion 11 a and the long hole portion 11 b of the main body 1 and screwed into the wall surface 45. , Fix. Finally, the cover 31 is closed and the locking hole 37 is locked to the locking claw 6 to lock it.
[0024]
Next, an example of inspection of the fire detector installed indoors will be described with reference to FIG. 10 using the repeater installed outdoors.
(1) The cover 31 is opened to a position where the cover 31 is stopped (the movable pin 42 is fitted into the locking recess 16).
(2) The connector 30 of the external tester is connected to the connector 25 mounted on the printed circuit board 21 accommodated in the repeater.
[0025]
(3) Output a remote test command from the external tester to the fire detector.
(4) The fire detector performs an operation test based on the remote test command, and the operation signal (report signal) is transmitted to the fire receiver (not shown) via the repeater.
[0026]
(5) The fire receiver displays the alarm (fire display) of the fire detector that performed the remote test and sends an alarm signal to the repeater.
(6) The repeater receives an alarm signal from the fire receiver, displays an alarm with the indicator lamp 24, and issues an alarm with the buzzer 23.
(7) If there is no abnormality as a result of the test, the connector 30 is removed, the cover 31 is closed, the locking hole 37 is locked to the locking claw 6 and locked.
[0027]
The repeater according to the present invention is very convenient because the fire detector installed indoors can be inspected outdoors as described above. Further, since the waterproof sheet 18 is adhered to the back surface of the main body 1, there is no possibility that rainwater flowing down along the wall surface 45 enters the main body 1. Furthermore, rainwater applied to the upper part or front surface of the case 31 due to wind and rain is also blocked by the waterproof wall 4 and does not enter the mounting portion 8 of the printed circuit board, and there is no possibility of causing an electrical failure.
[0028]
Furthermore, since the cover 31 can be opened in a plurality of stages by the rotation restricting portion 13, it is very easy to attach the repeater to a predetermined position and to inspect the fire detector. In addition, even when the fire detector is inspected in the rain, the cover 31 is opened at an angle of 90 ° or less (for example, 70 °) with respect to the main body 1 so that the work is performed. The cover 31 becomes an umbrella of the main body 1, and rainwater hardly enters inside.
[0029]
