【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、縦向きの設置姿勢で遊技に供される縦型遊技機における外郭用固定枠ともされる外枠と搭載用開閉枠ともされる前枠とを、互いの左側縁の上,下に配設した開閉連結手段により、開閉および着脱可能に組付け保持する機体に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
パチンコ機やアレンジボール機に代表されるこの種の縦型遊技機では、縦長方形の外枠の開口前面側に、各種の必要な遊技構成部材を搭載して遊技盤を収容セットした前枠が、両枠側縁の上,下部に配設された開閉連結手段を利用して開閉(横開き)および着脱可能に組付けられて1台単位で構成される。そして製造工場内等に保管されたり出荷(運送)される場合には、前述した機体単位で縦向きまたは横向きの姿勢で取扱われ、一方遊技店内の設置枠台(通称「島」)に設置される場合には、前枠側と一旦組外された外枠が所定の縦向き傾斜姿勢で固定保持されたもとで、前枠全体を組み付けセットして遊技に供される。ちなみに機体の組付けについては、工場内の最終組立て工程部で1台分ずつ行なわれるが、遊技機の取扱いや実施過程においては、点検,設置傾き調整等の必要に応じて、外枠と前枠とが組外し(分離)されて再び組付けられることがある。

前述した縦型遊技機にあって、機体を構成する外枠と前枠との組付けに係る上下の開閉連結手段については、最も一般化されている形式として軸,孔を含む嵌挿連結タイプが多用されており、図14に示すように、上の支持手段では外枠Aおよび前枠Bの各左上隅角部に固定された受け金具80と支持金具82とが組とされ、また下の支持手段では外枠Aおよび前枠Bの各左下隅部に固定された受け金具85と支持金具87とが組とされている。そして機体の組付けに際しては、外枠Aを起立不動状態に保持したもとで前枠Bを外枠Aの上方に位置合わせして、まず上の支持金具82の軸孔83に受け金具80の支軸81を一旦仮嵌めし、そして下の支持金具87の軸孔88に受け金具85の支軸86を合わせたもとで、前枠B全体を下げ降ろして上下各組の支軸81,86および軸孔83,88を一度に嵌め合わせて、各組の金具80,82、85,87同を連結支持するようになっている。しかしこのような機体の組付け作業を人為的に行なえば、案外煩雑を伴って時間が掛かると共に、前枠全体がかなり重いことから相当な重労働となり、また外枠Aの変動や倒れ等を招いて手間が掛かる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこで、近年の遊技機に対する機体の人為的な組付けの簡易化を図る技術の一例として、特開平9−47555号公報に開示される「パチンコ機の蝶着装置」が提案されており、従来の「軸・孔嵌挿連結タイプ」と対比して部品点数が多く高価なものになるとしても、機体の簡易組付け効果が優先されて実施されつつある。しかしこの「蝶着装置」では、構成上の一つとして外枠に固定された上部蝶着部において、前縁部下方に折曲形成された略半円筒状の垂下片の右側(公報の図7中右側)に軸係入口が開口されているため、前枠に固定された上部蝶着部における支軸の出入れ方向および垂下片内の軸受補助部材の軸承部に対する支軸の嵌合,離脱方向が一義的に定められてしまう。また構成上の今一つとして、上部蝶着部の下側に取着されて軸係入口の後側に位置するレバー状のロック部材が、外枠の前後の向きに旋回動可能に支持されて、常に閉鎖(ロック)状態に付勢されてはいるが、ロック部材自体をロック解除位置に係止保持することができない。

このため前述した「蝶着装置」による機体の組付けにおいては、外枠を起立不動姿勢に保持して両枠の下部蝶着部の軸,孔同を嵌挿連結したもとで、上部蝶着部における支軸を軸係入口の開口面側(公報の図7中の右側)に位置合わせして軸承部に係合させるためには、外枠に対して前枠が常に右片寄り位置,姿勢に制約されることになり、この制約のために組付け作業者においては、「右利き、左利き、体格(身長)等」の差により作業上返って面倒になっていることがある。また機体の組外しにおいては、一方の手でロック部材を前方へロック解除操作して、同部材の閉塞壁部が軸受補助部材の軸承部の開口側面を開放したもとで、他方の手で相当な重量物とされた前枠全体を支えながら右方へ片寄り移動させて軸承部と支軸とを離脱させなければならず、かなりの重労働,負担が強いられる。しかも、ロック部材がロック解除に際して前方へ突出する向きに旋回動されるために、外枠に対する前枠の組外し方向(軸承部に対する支軸の離脱方向)と合致されてしまう。このためロック部材を操作保持する手指が、前枠の上隅部と干渉する危険があった。

【発明の目的】
本発明は、前述した課題を解決するために新たに提案されたものであって、機体の組付けにあたっては、外枠に対して前枠を左右の広範囲に亘る任意の方向,姿勢において、両手で前枠側全体を支えながら外枠側の支軸と前枠側の軸孔とを互いに横嵌め連結してロック保持し、機体の組外しにあたっては、先にロック解除保持したもとで両手で前枠側全体を支えながら所要方向へ分離できるようにして、作業者の「右利き、左利き、体格(身長)」等の差に拘らず手早く安全にかつ楽に機体を着脱できるようにした縦型遊技機における機体を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前述した課題を解決し、所期の目的を達成するため、本発明に係る縦型遊技機における機体は、
縦向き設置姿勢で遊技に供し得る縦型遊技機の外郭用固定枠をなす外枠と、搭載用開閉枠をなす前枠とを、互いの左側縁の上,下に配設した開閉連結手段により、開閉および着脱可能に組付け支持した機体において、
前記下の開閉連結手段では、外枠の左側縁前部の軸支部に垂立固定された支軸と、前枠の左側縁前部の軸受部に形成された軸孔とが、互いに公差的な嵌挿寸法を以って上下方向の着脱と左右方向の回動とが可能な条件で嵌挿連結され、
前記上の開閉連結手段では、
外枠の左上隅角部に固定されて左端前部の支片部に支軸を下向きに固定した支持具と、
前枠の左上隅端部に固定されて左端前部の軸受部に側面を開口して前記支軸を横向きに嵌合離脱し得る軸孔を形成した受け具と、
前記受け具の水平片部上に、案内手段により左右へ往復移動可能に支持された移動体を、その開閉縁で前記軸孔の開口側面を閉鎖する位置に保持するように付勢手段で常に付勢すると共に、該移動体の指先操作または前記支軸の当接力により付勢手段の付勢弾力に抗して、該軸孔の開口側面を開放する位置に変位可能とされるロック部材とを備える一方、
前記受け具の水平片部上面外側と移動体における左外側縁の案内面との間に、前枠の左上隅端の厚み方向に常に開口する軸受出し口を形成すると共に、
受け具側とロック部材側との間に、移動体を指先操作してロック解除位置に係脱可能に係止保持し得る係止手段を配設し、
前記外枠と前枠との組付けにあたり、前記下の開閉連結手段における支軸と軸孔とを嵌挿連結したもとで、上の開閉連結手段における支持具の支軸を、受け具の軸受出し口に広角的な方向から相対的に受入れて、閉鎖位置の移動体、案内手段に沿って開放位置に向けて往動変位させつつ軸孔の開口側面から横向きに嵌合連結して、前記付勢手段の付勢弾力により案内手段に沿って閉鎖位置に向けて復動変位された移動体で軸孔内の支軸を抜け止め保持する一方、
外枠と前枠との組外しにおいて、前記閉鎖位置の移動体を係止手段によりロック解除位置に保持したもとで、前記支軸を軸孔の開口側面から相対的に離脱させつつ軸受出し口に引出して両枠を分離し得るようにしたことを特徴とする。

【作用】
外枠に対する前枠の組付けに際しては、先ず下の開閉連結手段における外枠側に固定した支軸と前枠側に形成した軸孔とを上下方向に嵌挿連結し、このもとで上の開閉連結手段における外枠側に固定した支軸と前枠側に形成した軸孔とを横方向から嵌合連結する。このとき上の開閉連結手段に関しては、前枠上部を外枠側へ移動させて前記支軸を軸受出し口へ受入れさせると、ロック部材が閉鎖位置から開放位置へ往動変位して開口側面を開放するので該支軸を横方向から軸孔へ嵌合させることができ、嵌合後はロック部材が付勢手段の付勢下に閉鎖位置へ復動変位して支軸がロック拘束状態に保持される。このとき、前記軸受出し口は前枠の厚み方向に常に開口しているので前記支軸を広角範囲から受入れることができ、外枠に対して前枠を左右の広範囲に亘る任意の方向・姿勢において組付け連結することができる。また、外枠に対する前枠の組外しに際しては、先ず上の開閉連結手段における支軸と軸孔との嵌合連結を解除し、次いで下の開閉連結手段における支軸と軸孔との嵌挿連結を解除する。このとき上の開閉連結手段に関しては、ロック部材を係止手段を利用してロック解除位置に保持して開口側面を開放させたもとで、前枠上部の移動下に前記支軸を該開口側面を介して軸受出し口へ引出すことにより、該支軸と軸孔とが横方向へ分離される。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明に係る縦型遊技機における機体について、好適な実施例を挙げて添付図面を参照しながら、以下詳細に説明する。なお本実施例では、縦型遊技機として、遊技店内の設置枠台(島)に所定の縦向き後傾姿勢に固定保持されて遊技に供されるパチンコ機を主に示す。

本実施例のパチンコ機においては、全体を図1に略示するように、外郭保持枠をなす外枠Aと、ガラス扉C、上下の球皿D,E、打球発射装置F等を装備し内部に遊技盤Gを収容セットする開閉搭載枠をなす前枠Bとを以って1台毎の機体とされ、双方の枠A,Bが後述する左側上下の開閉連結手段H1,H2により着脱および開閉可能に組付け支持されると共に、右側の施錠手段(図示しない)により閉鎖状態に保持される。このようなパチンコ機にあって外枠Aは、図2(a)に示すように、上下および左右の4本の枠部材1,2,3,4を枠組み連結して縦長方形に構成されて、全ての枠部材に亘る開口前面域に前枠Bを整合し得るようになっている。なお一例として外枠Aは、木材成形された上,左の枠部材1,3を共通用として、樹脂材成形された右,下の枠部材4,2を2通りのサイズのものに置換連結することにより、一般に「関東枠、関西枠」と呼称区分されているタイプのものに変更し得るようになっている。

一方前枠Bは、図2(b)に示すように、全体が合成樹脂成形された例において、外枠Aの開口前面域に整合するサイズに成形されて窓枠口6を開口した枠体5の裏側に、遊技盤G用のセット口8を開口して遊技補助盤9を成形した収容枠7が一体成形されて前後二重枠形態とされている。なお、前枠Bは一定の枠サイズとされて、前述した両タイプの外枠Aに共通の開閉連結手段H1,H2で組付け得るようになっている。そして樹脂成形であることにおいて、図3および図4に示すように枠体5の左上隅端部の前面に、後述する上の開閉連結手段H1における受け具27側を覆蓋するための受け台部52が一体成形された例を示す。ちなみに前枠Bは、枠体5で構成されるタイプのものとして、窓枠口6の裏側に別成形された収容枠7を整合固定したものであってもよい。

前述した外枠Aと前枠Bとの機体に係る前記開閉連結手段については、下の開閉連結手段H2が軸・孔の上下嵌挿連結タイプであり、上の開閉連結手段H1が軸・孔の側方嵌合ロックタイプであって、双方の開閉連結手段H1,H2の連結支点が同一垂直線上に整合されている。そこで具体的な構成として、まず下の開閉連結手段H2では、図3に示すように、外枠Aの下枠部材2の左上端部前面に一体に突出成形された軸支部10と、前枠Bの枠体5の左下隅角部前面に一体に突出成形された軸受部13とが主体とされて、軸支部10の軸支孔11に垂立固定された支軸12の軸部12aに対して、軸受部13の軸孔14に嵌合された軸受スリーブ15が、上下方向に着脱可能に嵌挿される。なお支軸12は、その軸長中央部に形成したフランジ12bを下枠部材2の上端面に水平整一した状態で固定されて、フランジ12b上面から軸部12aを垂立している。また軸受スリーブ15は、適度に弾性変形可能とされた例えばナイロン系樹脂材で成形されており、支軸12の軸部12aが嵌挿する筒部15a下端に、枠体5の下端面に突出位置してフランジ12b上面と密接する支持座15bが形成されている。

このように構成された下の開閉連結手段H2では、軸支部10,軸受部13および支軸12を含む強固な構造を以って、相当な重量物とされる前枠B全体の荷重を集中的に受けても充分耐久し得る連結強度が維持される。そして、軸支部10に対して支軸12が強固に圧嵌されているもとで、軸受部13の軸孔14,軸受スリーブ15,支軸12の軸部12aの互いの嵌め合い公差的な嵌挿条件により、支軸12と軸受スリーブ15との嵌挿連結状態においては、前枠Bが垂立位置の外枠Aを基準に観て、左寄り,手前寄りおよび右寄りの広範囲内での起立姿勢に適宜傾き(10度以上)が許容されている。なお前記軸受スリーブ15の支持座15bは、外枠Aに対する前枠Bの組付け位置の基準座ともされて、両枠A,Bの受け座17および当て座18(図2参照)の上下重合分と同等な厚みに設定されている。但し軸受スリーブ15が省略されるタイプの場合には、軸支部10の支軸12と軸受部13の軸孔14とが適正な公差条件で嵌挿連結し得るように設定され、支軸12の軸部12aに適当な支持座が嵌合される。

これに対して前記上の開閉連結手段H1では、軸・孔を左右の広角的な方向,位置から自動的に横嵌め連結してロックし得る形式として、基本的には図3,図4および図7等に示すように、外枠Aの左上隅角部に固定されて水平前部に支軸25を垂下した支持具20と、前枠Bの枠体5の左上隅端部に固定されて前部に鈎状の軸孔31を形成した受け具27と、この受け具27の水平上面に左右へ往復移動可能に支持されて軸孔31の開口側面の閉鎖位置と開放位置とに変位可能とされたロック部材40とを備えている。そして、受け具27の水平上面端とロック部材40の外側端(図4中では左側端)との間に、枠体5の左上端の厚み方向に常に開口する軸受出し口48を形成すると共に、ロック部材40を指先操作してロック解除位置(軸孔31を開放し支軸25を拘束しない位置をいう)に係止保持できるように構成されている。なお支持具20および受け具27は金属材で、またロック部材40は硬質樹脂材で夫々成形されたものを例とし、夫々の所定部位に孔,ねじ孔等が形成されている。ちなみに受け具27とロック部材40とは、互いに組付けられた1つの部材(部品)として取扱われて使用し得る。

このような上の開閉連結手段H1の具体的な構成において、支持具20は水平片部21と垂下片部22とを含むL形状に成形されて、外枠Aの上,左枠部材1,3に当ててカシメピンやビス等で固定されており、そして水平片部21の左端前縁から前向き水平に延出形成された半円庇状の支片部23の中心部に支軸25が下向き垂直に固定され、また支片部23左外縁から垂下片部22前縁に亘り案内保護片24が下向きに折曲形成されて、支片部23の強化や前記受け具27の組付け案内およびロック部材40の保護を図るようになっている(図7参照)。これに対する受け具27は、水平片部28および垂下片部29を含むL形状に成形されて、前枠Bの枠体5左端に合わせた位置で上端面と裏面に当てて固定されており、そして水平片部28の左端前縁から鈎形庇状の軸受部30が所要の段差Rを以って前向き水平に屈曲延出して一体に形成されて、同軸受部30の中心部に上下面および側面(後面)を開口した前記軸孔31が形成され、また水平片部28の所定間隔位置に案内手段としての2本の支ピン32,33が垂立固定されている。なお受け具27は、その垂下片部29と前枠Bの枠体5そして枠体5前面に当接される座盤34との間に挿通されたボルト35およびナット36で固定された例を示す。

一方ロック部材40は、前述した受け具27の水平片部28上で移動し得るスライドシャッター形式の例において、指先操作し得る帯板状の移動体41が、長手方向に形成された案内手段としての長孔42に前記支ピン32,33を嵌挿した状態で組付けられており、付勢手段としてのばね47により常にはロック拘束(軸孔31の閉鎖)位置側に付勢されたもとで、支軸25との当接力および指先操作力によりロック解除(軸孔31の開放)位置側へ変位し得るようになっている。そして、受け具27の水平片部28の左端と移動体41の左外側縁との間に前記軸受出し口48が常に広く開口されて、支軸25を広角範囲(方向)から受入れ得るようにした条件のもとで(図8参照)、移動体41の左外側縁に支軸25を当接案内し得る円弧状の案内面44が形成され、また前端縁に前記軸孔31の開口側面を開閉し得る開閉縁45が形成されている。なお移動体41の一部に摘み46が形成され、また案内面44と開閉縁45との交差隅部が、軸孔31の開口側面の一方の段差縁、つまり軸受部30の段差縁37に係止し得るようになっている(図8参照)。なおばね47は、図示右側の支ピン33と移動体41右端との間に掛着された例を示す。

そしてこのようなロック部材40において、移動体41をロック解除位置に係止保持する技術では、前記案内手段としての支ピン32,33および長孔42を利用する例として図8(a)に示すように、長孔42の一縁(図示左端)に、一方の支ピン(係止手段)32と相対的に係脱可能に係合し得る係止口(係止手段)49が鈎状に形成されている。そして指先操作において、閉鎖位置に保持されている移動体41を開放位置より更に往動変位して他方の支ピン33を基準にして少し傾動(図8中上下方向へ旋回動)することにより、長孔42の左端に相対移行していた一方の支ピン32が係止口49に係合してロック解除位置に保持される(同図8(c)参照)。また、ロック解除位置の移動体41を戻し傾動することにより、一方の支ピン32が係止口49から離脱して長孔42左端に相対変位した以後に、移動体41がばね47の付勢力で元の閉鎖位置に自動的に復動変位されて、開閉縁45で軸孔31の開口側面を閉鎖した状態に保持される(図8(a)参照)。なお支軸25と軸孔31との係合において、移動体41が通常の閉鎖位置から開放位置に変位することにより、案内面44が右方へ変位しながら軸孔31の開口側面の右側縁に整合され、また一方の支ピン32が係止口49に臨む手前位置まで相対移行するように設定されている(図8(b)参照)。

このように構成された上の開閉連結手段H1では、外枠A側の支軸25と前枠B側の軸孔31との横嵌め係合を以って、前枠B全体の荷重を受けても充分耐久し得る連結強度が維持される。そして、前枠B側に固定された受け具27における軸受出し口48を枠体5の左上隅端部の厚み方向に開口していることにより、支軸25を基準に観て軸受出し口48を左,前および右の各方向に亘る広角範囲内の何れの位置からでも合わせることができ、この条件によって外枠Aに対して前枠Bが、広角範囲内の任意の向きで組付け,組外すことが可能となる。また外枠Aに対して前枠Bを適宜横開きしたもとで、受け具27におけるロック部材40を予めロック解除位置に保持して、前枠B全体を両手で把持して安全に組外すことができる。なお、前記ロック部材40の移動体41の後側縁に係合部50が後向き水平に一体成形されていることにより、外枠Aに対する前枠Bの組付け・閉鎖保持状態においては、外枠Aの上枠部材1に凹設された係合受部19に前記係合部50が突入係合して、ロック部材40を閉鎖位置に拘束し開放位置に操作できないようになっている。また、受け具27の軸受部30および水平片部28は、前枠Bの受け台部52に覆われて遊技機の正面から目視できないように美観保護されている。

【実施例の作用】
前述した本実施例のパチンコ機は、製造工程等において前枠Bの各部に前述した各種の遊技用構成部材や関連付属部品が組付けられると共に遊技盤Gが収容セットされ、最終的にこの前枠B全体が外枠Aに組付け支持されて構成される。そして、1台毎に取扱われて保管または出荷(運送)される一方、遊技店内等の設置枠台に設置されて遊技に供される。

(外枠Aに対する前枠Bの組付け)
そこで先ず、機体をなす外枠Aおよび前枠Bの組付け態様について説明する。本実施例のパチンコ機における上下の開閉連結手段H1,H2は、前述したように、下の開閉連結手段H2が軸・孔の上下嵌挿連結タイプであり、また上の開閉連結手段H1が軸・孔の側方嵌合ロックタイプとして構成されていることから、外枠Aに対する前枠Bの組付けに際しては、先ず下の開閉連結手段H2の連結作業を行ない、次いで上の開閉連結手段H1の連結作業を行なう。すなわち、下の開閉連結手段H2の連結作業では、床面上または設置枠台等に縦向きに保持された外枠Aに対して前枠Bを適宜高い位置に保持したもとで、外枠Aの軸支部10に対して前枠Bの軸受部13を上方に位置合わせし、軸孔14に嵌挿した軸受スリーブ15に支軸12の軸部12aを嵌挿することにより、軸受スリーブ15を支軸12のフランジ12b上面に載置した基準支持状態で軸支部10および軸受部13が連結される(図3参照)。なお、前記支軸12,軸受スリーブ15および軸孔14は、前述したように、嵌め合い公差的な嵌挿条件により嵌挿連結されるので、前枠Bを適宜傾斜姿勢に保持していても両者12,14が至極簡単に嵌挿される(図5参照)。

そして下の開閉連結手段H2の連結が完了したら、次いで上の開閉連結手段H1における軸孔31に支軸25を嵌合させる。例えば図9に示すように、外枠Aに対する前枠Bの開放角度を略90度に保持した状態において、該前枠Bを下の開閉連結手段H2を中心として起立変位させ、受け具27とロック部材40により形成された軸受出し口48に対し、外枠Aに固定した支持具20の支軸25を相対的に位置合わせする(図9(a)参照)。そして前枠Bの上部を外枠A側へ押し込むと、前記支軸25の側面が、ロック拘束位置に付勢されているロック部材40における移動体41の案内面44に当接し、該移動体41はばね47の付勢弾力に抗してロック解除位置方向(図9における下方向)へ往動変位されるから、軸孔31の開口側面を開放するようになる(図9(b)参照)。このとき支軸25は、外枠Aに対する前枠Bの近接移動のもとに案内面44に沿って案内され、軸孔31の開口側面方向へ相対的に移動する。そして、前枠Bの姿勢変位のもとに支軸25が軸孔31内に完全に嵌合すると、該支軸25と案内面44との当接が解除されるようになるから、移動体41はばね47の弾力下に図9における上方向へ復動変位して元のロック拘束位置に復帰し、軸孔31の開口側面は該移動体41の開閉縁45により閉鎖されて支持具20および受け具27が連結される(図8(a)参照)。
