【発明の実施の形態】
つぎに本発明を図1に示す実施の形態に基づいて詳細に説明する。
図1は第一の例を示している。図において1は上述した振込依頼書のような帳票や振込依頼書と申込書とが一体となっているように帳票と共に添付される添付物からなる仕分け対象物であって、この仕分け対象物1は所要の情報が記載されている帳票形態のものである。
データ入力はこの仕分け対象物1に記載されている所要の情報を電算機器に取り込む帳票データ入力程Aから始まるものであって、この帳票データ入力程Aでは、仕分け対象物1に記載されている仕分け情報(例えば、銀行店舗名など)を含んだ各種の帳票データを、コンピュータ端末などを利用して電子計算処理装置に入力する。

この仕分け処理程Cにおいては仕分けコードに基づいて仕分け可能なプログラムが内蔵されたソーティングマシンからなる仕分け処理装置8が設けられている。この仕分け処理装置8に複数の仕分け用フォルダー2がセットされると、一つのフォルダーごとが搬送機構部9に搬送され、その搬送初期の時点で、搬送経路に近接配置され前記タグに対応する非接触式の読み取り装置10によりタグから識別コードを読み取る。なお、仕分け処理装置8では仕分けコードに基づいて予め複数設定された仕分けボックス11が用意されている。また、この仕分け処理程Cでは、仕分けコードと識別コードとの関連情報が上記コンピュータ6から仕分け処理装置8側に送り込まれている。そして、各仕分け用フォルダー2の非接触式IDタグ5から識別コードを読み取ると、その識別コードに関連付けられた仕分けコードに対応する仕分けボックス11に、その読み取られた識別コードが付与されていた仕分け用フォルダーを搬送する。
このようにして仕分け用フォルダー2に設けられた非接触式IDタグ5から識別コードを読み取り、その識別コードから得られた仕分けコードに基づいて仕分け用フォルダー2を仕分けされるようにしているため、非接触式IDタグに対して予め個別の識別コードを書き込んでおけば、人手を要することなく仕分け用フォルダー、即ち、その内部に保持されている仕分け対象物が仕分けされる。
