本発明は、地面に支柱等を立てる時の基礎に関するものでる。

【従来の技術】
従来、地面に支柱等を立てる時は、図6、図7に示す如く、先ず地面に穴を掘り、穴の底に小石を敷いて突き固め、その上に枠を置いてコンクリートを流し込んで基礎(9)を作っている。そして基礎が固まってから、土を埋め戻している。
この時図6に示す如く、いきなり支柱(10)をコンクリートの中に立てて流し込む方法と、図7に示す如くコンクリートの中にアンカーボルト(6)を埋め込んで立て、流し込む方法がある。この場合支柱の下に予め穴を開けた取付板を取付け、これをアンカーボルトに締め付けて支柱を立てている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このように従来の方法は、基礎を作るのに、穴を掘る、小石を敷く、枠を作る、コンクリートを流し込む、固まってから枠を外す、土を埋め戻す、という幾つもの手間が掛かかり、その上コンクリートの固まるのを待ついう時間が掛かる作業になっている。そこで本発明は、基礎を作る作業を、手間が掛からず、しかも短時間で出来るようにする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そこで、平鋼を捻ったねじり平鋼を使うことにした。このねじり平鋼は、長い平鋼を同じピッチで真っ直ぐに捻った物であり、本出願人が、先にねじり平鋼を捻る方法と機械を発明し、既に特願平10−272512により特許出願済みで、今ではこの機械により簡単に製造出来る。

先ず、そこでコンクリートを流し込み、コンクリートがほぼ固まった頃、ねじり平鋼を捻りながら引抜く。すると図1に示す如く、中心にねじり平鋼の形をした穴(1)があいたスパイラル基礎(2)が出来る。

次ぎに図2に示す如く、ねじり平鋼の上端に円板(3)を直角に溶接し、円板に皿ボルト(4)を4本溶接したスパイラル(5)を用意する。

そこでこのスパイラル基礎とスパイラルを使った、施工を説明すると、先ず支柱を立てる地面を平らにならし、その上にスパイラル基礎を置く。次ぎにスパイラルの先を、基礎の穴に捻じ込みながら挿入する。先が地面に達したら、今度はハンマーで円板を叩く。するとねじり平鋼は次第に地面に捻じ込まれて行くので、円板が基礎に当たる迄叩く。

このようにすると、基礎は地面に強く押し付けられた状態になり、しかもスパイラルが地面に捻じ込まれているので、容易に抜けない状態になる。このようにして基礎は、少々の力では、傾く事も、持ち上がる事も、沈下する事もない程強く地面に固定される。後は円板につけたボルトに、支柱等を取り付ければよい。

次ぎにこれより重い物の基礎としては、図3に示す如く、コンクリートの基礎の四隅に、スパイラルを捻じ込む穴(1)を設け、中心に4本のアンカーボルト(6)を埋め込んでいる。この基礎は4本のスパイラルで、基礎の四隅を押えているので、これまでより強く地面に固定出来る。そしてこの基礎は、基礎とスパイラルを、これまでより大きな物を使う事によって、重量物に充分耐えられる基礎になる。

この基礎は、軽量物用としては、立て看板、農業用ハウス、フェンス等に、重量物用としては、街路灯、広告塔、建物等の外、色々な物の基礎として利用範囲が極めて広い。

このように、本発明のスパイラル基礎は、従来の基礎のように、穴を掘る事も、コンクリートの枠を作る事も、コンクリートを流し込む事も、枠を外して埋め戻す事もないので、大幅な時間の短縮が図られる。
その上コンクリートの乾くのを待つ時間も要らないので、時間の無駄がない。また工事の際、自然の環境を破壊する事もなく、撤去はねじり平鋼を捻り戻すだけなので、極めて簡単にすみ、資材は再利用が出来て、廃棄物が出ない。

次ぎにコンクリートの基礎とねじり平鋼を使った、もう一つのスパイラル基礎について説明する。図8に示す如く、コンクリートの基礎を作る時に、枠の真中に円筒を立てて入れておくと、中央に丸い穴(1′)が開いたコンクリート基礎(2′)が出来る。
そこで図9に示す如く、支柱を立てる地面を平らにならし、その上にこのスパイラル基礎を置く。次ぎにスパイラル(5)を基礎の穴に入れて立てる。そこでスパイラルを回して、スパイラルが基礎と同じ高さになるまで地面に捻じ込む。最後にコンクリートを穴に流し込むと、穴とスパイラルの間にコンクリートが入って固まり、基礎を地面に固定する事が出来る。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の第一実施例として、軽量物の基礎としてカーブミラーに使用する例を、図4について説明する。先ず地面の表面を平らにならして、スパイラル基礎を置く。次ぎに、先端に皿ボルト(4)を4本溶接した円板(3)を、ねじり平鋼の上端に溶接したスパイラル(5)を、スパイラル基礎(2)の穴に捻じ込み、スパイラルが地面に届いた所で、円板の中心をハンマーで叩く。するとスパイラルは回りながら地面に捻じ込まれて行く。円板が基礎に完全につくまで、充分に叩き込む。

そこでカーブミラー(7)の柱の根元に、4個の穴を開けた円板を溶接し、これを基礎の上に立てて皿ボルトに通し、ナットで締め付ければ、簡単にカーブミラーを立てることが出来る。

次ぎに本発明の第ニ実施例として、重量物の基礎として広告塔に使用する例を、図5について説明する。この場合の基礎は、図3に示す、コンクリートの基礎の四隅に、スパイラルを捻じ込む穴(1)を4箇所設けて、中心に4本のアンカーボルト(6)を埋め込んだスパイラル基礎を使用する。この基礎を地面上の四角い4箇所の位置に各々配置し、スパイラルを捻じ込んで地面に固定する。後は広告塔(8)の4本の足を、基礎に固定すればよい。

次ぎに本発明のもう一つのスパイラル基礎を、第三実施例として図9により示す。中央に丸い穴が開いたコンクリートの基礎を作る時に、同時に基礎の表面にアンカーボルトを埋め込んでおくと、表面にアンカーボルト(6)が出た基礎が出来る。以下これまで説明したようにして、スパイラル基礎を地面に固定する。このようにすると、アンカーボルトを利用して、この上に支柱等色々な物を立てる事が出来る。

【発明の効果】
このように本発明のスパイラルで基礎は、従来の基礎より遙かに工事の時間が短縮され、経費がかからない。また自然を破壊する事もなく工事が進められ、また撤去する場合は、簡単に元の状態に復元出来て、しかも資材は再利用出来て、産業廃棄物を出さない効果がある。
