この種の合成樹脂成形品に模様、文字を付す方法として、射出成形、ブロー形成においては、成形中に金型のキャビティに予め吸着させたラベルを成形品の表面に接着させるインモールド法や、成形後に成形品の表面処理をしてこの表面に印刷を施している。また、インフレーションフイルムでは、成形後にこのフイルムの表面に印刷を施している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記従来の方法において、前記インモールド法では金型の構造が複雑になるとともにラベルの供給、吸引、切断工程が必要となり、その成形方法が複雑であるとともに、ブロー成形品に複雑な凹凸が有る場合には前記ラベルが良好に接着しない怖れがあり、成形方法に難がある。又、成形後に成形品の表面処理をしてこの表面に印刷を施す方法では、手間がかかり過ぎ、成形品のコストアップの原因となる。前記の改良として、ブロー成形においてはブローダイヘッドから多層パリソンを吐出して、表裏面が異色のブロー成形品を成形する方法もあるが、ブローダイヘッドの構造が複雑となり、かつこのブローダイヘッドに接続される押出成形機の台数が増大し、その成形方法が複雑化する傾向にある。
また、インフレーションフイルムにおいては、成形後にこのフイルムの表面に印刷を施す方法では、インフレーションフイルムが両側ガゼット折りで、両側ガゼット折りの状態で印刷をした場合にはこのガゼット折り部分の内側に印刷を施すことが不可能であり、改良の余地がある。この発明は、前記従来の技術の欠点を改良し、簡易に合成樹脂成形品の素材若しくはその成形品に模様、文字を付して、その装飾性などの付加価値を有する合成樹脂成形品を得られるようにすることを目的とする。

前記課題を達成するために、特定発明は、合成樹脂成形品を成形する前段階において、この成形品の素材である合成樹脂材表面にインクを吹き付けて、文字を形成するに際して、前記合成樹脂成形品をインフレーションフイルムとして、このフイルムの成形時におけるフロストラインの後方において、インクジエット方式のインク噴射ノズルを含む印刷装置を、バブルBの外周面に周方向で間隔をおいて数台配置し、これら印刷装置のインク噴射ノズルから、フイルムの引取り速度に応じて、バブルの外周面にインクを吹き付け、バブルの外周面に、会社名、その略号、その所在地を含む文字を形成することを特徴とする合成樹脂成形品の成形方法としてある。
