【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、住宅の和室と洋室の境界の床面段差部の気密構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
住宅の床の気密施工に際しては、例えば、互いに平行に大引きに架け渡された複数の根太間に断熱材を配置し、この断熱材の上面を防湿層で被覆した後、隣接する根太間に複数枚の床板を配置し、隣接する床板間の目地を気密テープで塞ぐようにしていた。

ところが、上記施工方法では、根太、断熱材及び床板等の床の各構成部材を順次別個に施工するので、施工に手間が掛かる問題がある。そこで、図1に示すように、複数配設された根太1と、隣接するこれら根太1間に配設された断熱材2と、前記根太1と前記断熱材2上に前記根太1と前記断熱材2が形成する矩形に対して水平方向へ突出した凸部4aと没した凹部4bを形成するように固定された矩形の床板3とを具備して一体化された床パネル組立体4を製作しておき、この床パネル組立体4を隣接する大引き(図示せず)間に架け渡しながら、順次縦横に敷設して、床の施工作業を簡素化することが行われている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、上記のような床パネル組立体4を用いる場合、住宅の和室と洋室の境界線の床面段差部では、前記床パネル組立体4どうしの間と、前記凸部4a及び前記凹部4bにおける凹凸部の気密性をいかにして確保するかが問題となる。気密テープは平面以外の凹凸部などに隙間なく密着させて貼り付けることが困難である。一方、ウレタンを吹きつけて隙間を塞ぐことも行われていたが、この方法も十分に気密性を確保するまで至らないのが実情である。

本発明は、上記課題に鑑みてなされたものであって、本発明の目的は、床板と根太と断熱材とを一体化した床パネル組立体を用いた住宅の洋室と和室の床面段差部において、気密性を確保することができる構造を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、請求項1記載の和室と洋室の境界線における床面段差部の気密構造は、複数配設された根太と、隣接するこれら根太間に配設された断熱材と、前記根太と前記断熱材上に前記根太と前記断熱材が形成する矩形に対して水平方向へ突出した凸部と没した凹部が形成されるように固定された矩形の床板とを具備して一体化された床パネル組立体を用いて床施工を行った場合に、前記根太の長手方向と平行となる間仕切壁下部の和室と洋室の境界線における床面段差部の気密構造であって、根太が床板よりその半分幅突設されて形成された洋室側の床パネル組立体の一端部と、根太が床板よりその半分幅突設されて形成され且つ前記洋室側の床パネル組立体より低い位置にある和室側の床パネル組立体の一端部とが形成する洋室と和室の境界線における床面段差部において、洋室側の前記根太と和室側の床板の端縁の間隔と同じ厚さ且つ前記和室側の根太の上面と前記洋室側の根太の上面の段差に相当する高さを有する側面板を該上面が前記洋室側の根太の上面と同一面になるように前記洋室側の根太の側面に取付け、該側面板と前記洋室側の根太の上面に洋室側の床板と接続すると共に前記側面板の和室側の側面まで達する床板と同厚の床帯板を取付け、該床帯板と前記洋室側の床板の隙間、前記床帯板と前記側面板の隙間、及び前記側面板と前記和室側の床板の隙間を各々気密テープで塞いでなることを特徴としている。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、第1の実施の形態に係る和室と洋室の境界線における床面段差部の気密構造Aについて図面に基づいて説明する。和室と洋室の境界線における床面段差部の気密構造Aは、図1及び図2に示すように、複数配設された根太1と、隣接するこれら根太1間に配設された断熱材2と、前記根太1と前記断熱材2上に前記根太1と前記断熱材2が形成する矩形に対して水平方向へ突出した凸部4aと没した凹部4bが形成されるように固定された矩形の床板3とを具備して一体化された床パネル組立体4を用いて床施工を行った場合に、図3に示すように、前記根太1の長手方向と平行となった間仕切壁下部5の和室と洋室の境界線における床面段差部の気密構造である。

前記床パネル組立体4は、前記凸部4aと前記凹部4bを嵌合させると共に、大引き(図示せず)間に架け渡しながら、図3に示したように、順次縦横に敷設することにより、根太1、断熱材2及び床板3を同時に施工するためのものである。

洋室においては、前記床パネル組立体4については、通常、隣接する2辺に前記凸部4aが、他の2辺に前記凹部が形成されたもの(床パネル組立体4A)を使用し、図4に示すように、前記床パネル組立体4を大引き6の上に根太1の端部をビス6a等で固定する。

一方、和室においては、前記床パネル組立体4については、図5及び図6に示すような3辺に前記凸部4a、残りの1辺に前記凹部4bを具備したもの(床パネル組立体4B)を使用し、図7に示すように、大引き6の上に前記床板3の前記凸部4aをビス等で固定する。この結果、洋室の床面より和室の床面の方が低い位置に設けられる。このように施工されるのは、畳厚さを確保し、和室へ畳が敷設された後に洋室、敷居、そして畳のいずれの高さをも等しくすることで室内に段差を形成しないようにするためである。

以下、和室と洋室の境界線における床面段差部の気密構造Aについて詳細に説明する。根太1の長手方向と平行となる間仕切壁下部5(図3)の和室と洋室の境界線は、図8に示すように、洋室側の床パネル組立体4Aの一端部と該洋室側の床パネル組立体4Aより低い位置にある和室側の床パネル組立体4Bの一端部で形成されている。前記洋室側の床パネル組立体4Aの一端部には、根太1aが床板3aよりその半分幅突設され、前記和室側の床パネル組立体4Bの一端部にも、根太1bが床板3bよりその半分幅突設されている。なお、前記床パネル組立体4A、4Bの下面全体に断熱材が取付けられている。
