Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pointer type timepiece such as a wristwatch.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in a wristwatch type wristwatch, the parting member is fixed in the wristwatch case by attaching the watch glass in a state where the parting member is disposed in the upper part of the wristwatch case, and the dial is disposed on the upper surface of the watch module. Cover the outer peripheral surface of the watch module with shock-absorbing rubber, and in this state, store the watch module together with the shock-absorbing rubber from the lower surface side in the watch case, and then tighten the back cover to the lower part of the watch case and screw it. There is an impact-resistant structure in which a timepiece module is fixed in a wristwatch case through a buffer provided on the inner surface of the back cover.
In this case, the timepiece module is provided so that the hands such as the hour hand and the minute hand are moved above the dial, and the peripheral portion of the dial has an hour corresponding to 1 o'clock to 12 o'clock. Characters are provided in one piece. Further, the parting member is provided with a parting mark such as a minute scale by printing corresponding to the time character of the dial.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a wristwatch, the dial and the parting member provided on the watch module are separately fixed in the watch case. There is a problem that the parting mark of the member is displaced. In particular, when the back cover is turned and screwed into the lower part of the watch case, the watch module also rotates a little as the back cover rotates, so the time on the dial and the parting mark on the parting member are misaligned. End up. In addition, the watch module is mounted in the watch case with the outer periphery of the watch module covered with shock-absorbing rubber, so that the watch module moves slightly in the watch case when it receives an impact such as dropping. The time character on the dial plate and the parting mark on the parting member are misaligned.
As a technique for avoiding such problems, for example, the parting mark on the parting member should be set to a graduation line or a graduation dot so that the deviation does not stand out even if the time character on the dial and the parting mark on the parting member are misaligned. When printed in a shape such as, it is considered that the time letters on the dial plate appear with Arabic numerals. However, even with such a method, it is not possible to prevent a shift between the time letter on the dial and the parting mark on the parting member.
[0004]
The subject of this invention is preventing the position shift of a parting member and a time character.
Another object of the present invention is to prevent misalignment of the parting member, the time character, and the timepiece module.

As shown in FIG. 2, a watch glass 4 is mounted on the upper part of the watch case 1 through a packing 5 with a parting member 3 disposed on a collar 2 formed on the inner surface thereof. The parting member 3 is pressed against the collar 2 by the watch glass 4 and fixed. A watch module 6 is housed in the watch case 1, and a back cover 7 is screwed to the lower surface of the watch case 1 through a packing 8 by tightening. Note that a mounting groove 1a is provided on the upper surface of the watch case 1 along the periphery of the watch glass 4, and the bezel 9 is placed on the periphery of the watch glass 4 via the packing 9a. It is attached in a covered state.
[0008]
The timepiece module 6 includes an electronic circuit and an analog movement necessary for a timepiece function, and a dial plate 10 is provided on an upper surface thereof. A pointer shaft of the analog movement protrudes above the dial plate 10, and a tip portion thereof is shown in FIG. In this manner, the hands 6a such as the hour hand, the minute hand, and the second hand are attached so as to be able to move the hands. In this case, the dial plate 10 is a flat plate in which patterns and marks are expressed on the surface of the dial plate 10 in a design manner, and has a structure in which a conventional time character is not provided.
On the peripheral edge of the dial plate 10, a time character panel 11 is arranged via a spacer 12. As shown in FIG. 3, the time character panel 11 is formed with a time character portion 14 corresponding to 1 o'clock to 12:00 projecting inwardly on the inner peripheral surface of the flat ring 13, and the front end of each time character portion 14. A time character 14a is provided on the surface by printing such as a fluorescent paint. In this case, among the time character portions 14, the time character portion 14 located at 12:00 is formed wide, and all other portions are formed with the same width. The spacer 12 is a synthetic resin sheet made of a slippery material, and is arranged corresponding to the lower surface of the ring portion 13 of the time character panel 11.
[0009]
On the other hand, the parting member 3 which is a positioning member for positioning the above-mentioned time-character panel in the surface direction is formed in a ring shape as shown in FIGS. 4 (a) and 4 (b). In addition, a flat portion 3a disposed on the heel portion 2 in the watch case 1 and an inclined portion 3b inclined obliquely downward from the flat portion 3a toward the inside of the watch case 1 are integrally formed. Further, only the base portion of each time character portion 14 of the time character panel 11 is fitted to the lower end portion of the inclined portion 3b in a state where each time character 14a of the time character panel 11 is exposed. A recess 16 as a positioning portion for positioning 11 is formed corresponding to the position from 1 o'clock to 12 o'clock. Of the recess 16 as these positioning portions, the recess 16 of the positioning part corresponding to the 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock, as shown in FIG. 5 (a) ~ FIG 5 (c), at 12 when shaped panel 11 and 6 The width of each time character portion 14 located at the same time is almost the same as that of the hour character portion 14 and has a very small tolerance. The concave portion 16 as another positioning portion is formed wider than the width of each time character portion 14. Thereby, the surface direction of the time character panel 11 is positioned by the recessed part 16 as a positioning part corresponding to 12:00 and 6 o'clock, as shown in FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b). The time character 14 a of each time character part 14 is made to coincide with the parting mark 15 of the parting member 3.
[0010]
By the way, as shown in FIG. 2, the timepiece module 6 has a cylindrical shape made of metal in a state in which a middle frame 17 is mounted on the outer peripheral portion and the timepiece panel 11 is disposed on the dial plate 10 provided on the upper surface. Is housed in the interior member 18. The interior member 18 is mounted in the watch case 1 in a state covered with a buffer rubber 19 mounted on the outer peripheral portion thereof. In this case, a flange 18 a that contacts the upper surface of the ring portion 13 of the hour character panel 11 is provided at the upper end of the interior member 18, and the flange 18 a of the interior member 18 is provided at the upper end of the cushioning rubber 19. There is provided a collar portion 19 a that abuts against the upper surface of the wristwatch and abuts against the lower surface of the collar portion 2 in the watch case 1.
On the other hand, the back cover 7 has a mounting projection 20 formed in a ring shape on the inner surface thereof, and a male screw 21 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the mounting projection 20 is connected to a female screw 22 formed on the inner peripheral surface of the watch case 1. By being screwed, it is fastened and attached to the lower part of the watch case 1. A metal sliding plate 23 is disposed on the inner surface of the back cover 7. On the sliding plate 23, a disk-shaped buffer rubber 24 that elastically contacts the lower surface of the timepiece module 6 and an inner frame 17. A ring-shaped buffer rubber 25 elastically contacting the lower surface is disposed. A rubber ring 26 for buffering is attached to the outer peripheral edge of the back cover 7.
[0011]
Next, a case where such a pointer type wrist watch is assembled will be described.
First, the parting member 3 is inserted into the wristwatch case 1 from above the watch case 1, and the flat part 3 a of the parting member 3 is disposed on the heel part 2. Thereafter, a watch glass 4 is attached to the upper part of the wristwatch case 1 via a packing 5, and the flat part 3 a of the parting member 3 is pressed against the collar part 2 by the watch glass 4 and fixed. Then, the bezel 9 is attached to the mounting groove 1 a provided on the upper surface of the watch case 1 through the packing 9 a, and the bezel 9 covers the periphery of the watch glass 4.
On the other hand, in the timepiece module 6, the inner frame 17 is attached to the outer periphery thereof, the dial plate 10 is fixed to the upper surface of the timepiece module 6, and the pointer 6 a is attached to the pointer shaft of the analog movement protruding above the dial plate 10. Attach the handle so that it can move. Then, the time character panel 11 is disposed on the peripheral portion of the dial 10 via the spacer 12. In this state, the time character panel 11 and the timepiece module 6 are housed in the interior member 18 together with the inner frame 17, and the upper surface of the ring portion 13 of the time character panel 11 is brought into contact with the flange portion 18 a of the interior member 18. Thereafter, the buffer rubber 19 is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the interior member 18, and the upper surface of the flange portion 18 a of the interior member 18 is brought into contact with the flange portion 19 a of the buffer rubber 19.
[0012]
In this state, the interior member 18 in which the time character panel 11, the timepiece module 6, and the inner frame 17 are accommodated is housed in the watch case 1 together with the buffer rubber 19 from below, and each time character 14 a of the time character panel 11 is stored. In the exposed state, only the base portion of each time character portion 14 of the time character panel 11 is fitted to the recess 16 as each positioning portion formed at the lower end portion of the inclined portion 3b of the member 3. At this time, as shown in FIG. 5 (a) to FIG. 5 (c), the concave portion 16 serving as a positioning portion corresponding to 12:00 and 6 o'clock and the hour character portion 14 corresponding to 12:00 and 6 o'clock are provided. Since the tolerance is small, the surface direction of the time-character panel 11 can be accurately positioned by the concave portions 16 as the positioning portions of the parting member 3, and as shown in FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b). Moreover, the time character 14a of each time character part 14 and the parting mark 15 of the parting member 3 can be made to correspond exactly.
[0013]
Thereafter, a disc-shaped cushioning rubber 24 and a ring-shaped cushioning rubber 25 are arranged on the inner surface of the back cover 7 via a sliding plate 23, and the male screw 21 of the mounting projection 20 of the back cover 7 is attached to the wristwatch case 1. The inner screw 22 is tightened and screwed. Thereby, the disk-shaped buffer rubber 24 elastically pushes up the timepiece module 6 and the ring-shaped buffer rubber 25 elastically pushes up the inner frame 17. For this reason, the ring portion 13 of the time character panel 11, the flange portion 18 a of the interior member 18, and the flange portion 19 a of the shock absorbing rubber 19 are pressed against and fixed to the flange portion 2 in the wristwatch case 1. At this time, even if the back cover 7 rotates while the rubber cushions 24 and 25 press the timepiece module 6 and the inner frame 17, the timepiece module 6 and the inner frame 17 are almost rotated together with the case back 7 by the sliding plate 23. However, even if the clock module 6, the middle frame 17, and the dial plate 10 are slightly rotated together with the back cover 7, the time character panel 11 is positioned by the parting member 3, so that the time character 14 a of the time character part 14 The parting mark 3 of the parting member 3 is not displaced.
[0014]
Thus, in this pointer type wristwatch, the dial plate 10 and the time character panel 11 provided in the timepiece module 6 are separately configured, and the time character panel 11 is arranged on the peripheral portion of the dial plate 10 to give up. Since it is positioned by the member 3, even if the parting member 3 and the timepiece panel 11 are separate parts, when the watch module 6 is assembled or when an impact such as dropping is applied, The character panel 11 is not displaced, and the displacement between the parting member 3 and the hour character panel 11 can be reliably prevented.
In addition, in this pointer type wristwatch, the time character panel 11 is arranged on the peripheral portion of the dial 10 via the synthetic resin spacer 12, so that when the watch module 6 is assembled or when an impact such as dropping is received. In addition, even if the dial 10 moves together with the watch module 6 in the wristwatch case 1, the dial 10 can be prevented from being scratched by the time-character panel 11, and the dial 10 can be placed on the periphery of the dial 10. By arranging the time character panel 11, a time character structure having a three-dimensional effect can be obtained.
Further, in this pointer type wristwatch, a plurality of time character portions 14 formed to protrude on the time character panel 11 and a plurality of positioning portions 16 formed on the positioning member 3 are fitted to each other. The time character panel 11 is not displaced with respect to the positioning member 3 when the 6 is assembled or when an impact such as dropping is received, and the positional displacement between the positioning member 3 and the time character panel 11 is surely prevented. be able to.
