Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a piping structure, and more particularly to a piping structure in which a cover member is provided between a waterproof pan and a pipe member.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In today's homes, so-called system bathrooms have become widespread, and such a bathroom piping structure includes the type disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-152873.
[0003]
The piping structure of this publication is provided with a hole through which a pipe member such as a water supply pipe is inserted in a waterproof pan, and a cover member is attached around the pipe member located in the hole to prevent water leakage from the hole. The cover member is constituted by a rubber packing, and this rubber packing is configured to include a penetrating portion formed so as to rise along the tube member, and a bellows portion continuous to the lower end side of the penetrating portion.
[0004]
Here, the position and thickness of the pipe member are often different for each bathroom due to its nature. Accordingly, when the rubber packing is attached, if the position of the penetrating portion and the tube member is displaced or the inner diameter of the penetrating portion does not match the outer diameter of the tube member, the rubber packing is elastically deformed to It is designed to maintain hermeticity with the pipe member.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the rubber packing is formed so as to maintain a certain degree of regularity, it may require a great deal of labor to deform according to the position and thickness of the pipe member. In addition, when the rubber packing is elastically deformed and sealed, a continuous load is applied to the base of the deformation region, which tends to deteriorate the part over time, and the reliability of the sealing performance There is an inconvenience that the sex cannot be sufficiently secured. Furthermore, the rubber packing is a large-sized integrally molded product having a relatively complicated shape and has a large cost burden. For this reason, the room for various improvement remains in the piping structure mentioned above.
[0006]
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention has been devised by paying attention to the above-mentioned points to be improved, and the object thereof is to make it possible to easily attach the cover member in accordance with the position and thickness of the pipe member, and to cover the cover member. An object of the present invention is to provide a piping structure capable of improving versatility while reducing a load caused by deformation during position adjustment.
[0007]
Another object of the present invention is to provide a piping structure capable of reducing the cost and sufficiently ensuring the waterproofness of the cover member.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a piping structure for attaching a waterproof cover member around a pipe member that is disposed through a surface that forms a waterproof pan.
The cover member is provided in a bag shape having an opening that can be attached to the waterproof pan and a tube member insertion passage forming portion that can be formed by a predetermined opening operation, and depending on the position of the tube member Consists of a film or sheet that can adjust the position of the insertion path ,
The insertion passage forming portion is configured to be provided in a region that is substantially wave-like in plan view in a state in which a bag-like film or sheet is folded flat . According to such a structure, when attaching a cover member, a cover member can be changed without difficulty corresponding to the position of a pipe member. Thereby, for example, even when the position of the pipe member is different for each bathroom, the cover member can be easily attached and the versatility of the cover member can be improved. And since the cover member was comprised with the film or the sheet | seat, besides being able to deform | transform large, a cost burden is also reduced through simplification of a structure. Further, a hole for allowing the tube member to pass through the insertion passage forming portion is formed by a technique such as breaking. At this time, by adjusting the position at which the wave breaks relative to the height of the wave, the diameter of the hole can be finely adjusted in accordance with the thickness of the tube member. It can be made to fit, and it becomes possible to ensure waterproofness. Moreover, since the insertion passage forming portion is wave-shaped, the hole can be formed at a plurality of locations with a simple structure, and even when a plurality of pipe members are installed, this can be easily handled. Is possible.
[0010]
Further, the present invention is a piping structure for attaching a waterproof cover member around a pipe member that is disposed through a surface that forms a waterproof pan,
The cover member is provided in a bag shape having an opening that can be attached to the waterproof pan and a tube member insertion passage forming portion that can be formed by a predetermined opening operation, and depending on the position of the tube member Consists of a film or sheet that can adjust the position of the insertion path,
It is also possible to adopt a configuration in which a rising portion having a concave portion or a throttle portion on the outer peripheral surface is provided at an attachment position of the opening portion in the waterproof pan, and the opening portion is attached to the concave portion or the throttle portion. By adopting such a configuration, simplification of the mounting structure of the cover member and the waterproof pan can be achieved, and the mounting state of the cover member can be secured securely.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, it is possible to adopt a configuration in which a fastening member for bringing a region near the opening into close contact with the rising portion is integrally provided on the opening side of the cover body. With such a configuration, the cover member can be easily attached to the rising portion without using a separate member while maintaining sufficient waterproofness.
[0012]
In addition, when the opening is attached to the rising portion, it is preferable to attach a backup member that closely contacts the region near the opening to the rising portion. According to this, the waterproofness of the cover member can be further enhanced. .
[0013]
【Example】
Hereinafter, an embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a waterproof pan for a system bathroom will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0014]
FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a waterproof pan according to the present embodiment, and FIG. 2 is an enlarged perspective view of a main part of FIG. In these drawings, the waterproof pan 10 includes a bathtub mounting portion 11 for installing a bathtub formed on the left side in FIG. 1 and a washing place that forms a washing place in a row on the right side of the bathtub mounting portion 11 in the drawing. Part 12 and the flat part 13 connected to the outer peripheral side of the bathtub mounting part 11 and the washing place part 12 are comprised. Here, the flat portion 13 is formed with a hole portion 15 that opens in the vertical direction in the center region on the depth side in FIG.
[0015]
The hole portion 15 is formed in a substantially circular shape in plan view, and in the present embodiment, three pipe members P extending along the vertical direction are disposed therethrough. As shown in FIG. 3, the hole portion 15 is provided with a rising portion 16 that can be engaged with a forming edge of the hole portion 15. The rising portion 16 continues to a substantially cylindrical tubular portion 18 extending in a direction slightly rising with respect to the surface position of the flat portion 13, and to the outer peripheral surfaces of the intermediate portion in the vertical direction and the lower end portion of the tubular portion 18. In addition, a bifurcated holding part 19 capable of sandwiching the forming edge region of the hole part 15 from above and below, and formed on the outer peripheral side of the cylindrical part 18 above the holding part 19 and having a U-shape in a lateral view in cross section. And a recess 20 that forms the structure.
[0016]
The pipe member P is installed on the floor surface or wall surface of the bathroom, and is provided in a direction protruding from the flat surface portion 13 through the hole portion 15. Although the pipe member P is not specifically limited, In the present Example, it is comprised by the water supply pipe P1, the hot water supply pipe P2, and the reheating pipe P3. Here, a waterproof cover member 22 is attached around the pipe member P.
[0017]
In this embodiment, the cover member 22 is formed in a bag shape using a resin film such as polyethylene, and is set to a thickness that can be broken with scissors or the like without maintaining three-dimensional formability. The cover member 22 is formed on one end side (the lower end side in FIG. 3) of the bag and can be attached to the rising portion 16 of the waterproof pan 10, and an end portion on the opposite side of the opening portion 23 (in FIG. And an insertion passage forming portion 24 provided on the upper end side).
[0018]
The opening 23 has an opening area that can cover the rising portion 16 from above. The opening 23 is provided with a fastening member 26 composed of a ring-shaped rubber band. The fastening member 26 is integrated with the cover member 22 by being inserted into a passage 23 </ b> A formed in the circumferential direction by folding up and welding or bonding the peripheral region of the opening 23 upward. Further, the ring inner diameter dimension of the tightening member 26 is set smaller than the outer diameter dimension of the rising portion 16, so that when the opening portion 23 is attached to the rising portion 16, a region near the opening portion 23 is set as the rising portion. 16 can be securely attached by being brought into close contact therewith.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 5, the insertion passage forming portion 24 is provided in a region that is substantially wave-like in a plan view on the opposite side of the opening 23 with the cover member 22 folded flat. Specifically, the insertion path forming portion 24 is formed with an edge shape such that the top 27 of the wave is formed in three places and the bottom 28 is formed in two places on the upper end side in FIG. It is formed by adhering or welding films that overlap each other along the edge. Accordingly, the insertion passage forming portion 24 is formed so as to close the upper end side of the cover member 22, and when inserting the pipe member P, the insertion passage forming portion 24 is inserted in the left-right direction in FIG. 5 (for example, positions C1 to C3 in FIG. 5). ) Is used by forming an insertion path 24A that opens inward and outward.
[0020]
The reference numeral 29 shown in FIGS. 2 to 4 is a backup member 29 for ensuring that the region near the opening 23 is in close contact with the rising portion 16, and the backup member 29 is rubber in this embodiment. It is composed of bands.
[0021]
In the above configuration, when the cover member 22 is attached to the rising portion 16, first, an insertion passage 24 </ b> A for breaking the insertion passage formation portion 24 and allowing the tube member P to pass therethrough is formed. At this time, the diameter of the insertion passage 24A can be adjusted corresponding to the thickness of the pipe member P by adjusting the breaking position in the vertical direction in FIG. Next, after the pipe member P is inserted into each insertion passage 24A, the opening 23 is expanded against the elasticity of the fastening member 26 and covered with the rising portion 16, and the inner surface of the recess 20 is acted on by the action of the fastening member 26. The opening 23 is securely attached to the recess 20 by closely contacting the opening 23. In this state, the backup member 29 is attached to a region near the opening 26 located in the recess 20. And the attachment of the cover member 22 is completed by raising the insertion path formation part 24 high, and sticking the insertion path formation part 24 to the pipe member P with the vinyl tape 31.
[0022]
Therefore, according to such an embodiment, since the cover member 22 is formed of a resin film, even if the position of the pipe member P varies from construction site to construction site, the cover member 22 is deformed accordingly. By doing so, the position of the insertion passage forming portion 24 can be adjusted easily, and the versatility of the cover member 22 can be improved. In addition, the opening 23 of the cover member 22 can be securely attached to the recessed portion 20 of the rising portion 16, and the opening 26 can be prevented from being accidentally dropped and water leakage from the hole 15 can be prevented. it can.
[0023]
Moreover, since it was set as the structure opened inside and outside by fracture | rupturing the insertion path formation part 24, even if it is a case where the number of the pipe members P increases / decreases, adjusting the number of formation of the insertion path 24A according to the said number. It is possible to maintain the closed state of the cover member 22 to ensure waterproofness. Furthermore, since the cover member 22 is formed by processing a resin bag, the cover member 22 can also be made by applying the processing described above to a commercially available plastic bag or the like.
[0024]
The rising member 16 is not limited to the illustrated configuration example, and various design changes can be made. For example, as shown in FIG. 6, the rising portion 32 is integrally formed along the hole portion 15 of the waterproof pan 10, and the throttle portion to which the opening 23 of the cover member 22 can be attached to the outer periphery of the rising portion 32. 33 may be provided.
[0025]
Moreover, in the said Example, although the case where the cover member 22 was attached to the pipe member P extended to an up-down direction was demonstrated, it is not restricted to this, For example, it covers also to the pipe member P extended in a horizontal direction or diagonally. Just by changing the direction of the member 22, it can be attached in the same manner as described above, and its operation and effect can be obtained in the same manner.
[0026]
Further, the number of the top portions 27 and the bottom portions 28 of the insertion passage forming portion 24 may be appropriately increased or decreased according to the number of the pipe members P.
[0027]
Further, the material of the cover member 22 is not limited to a resin film, and a sheet such as paper or cloth may be used as long as it is waterproof.
[0028]
Further, the fastening member 26 and the backup member 29 are not limited to rubber bands, and various design changes are possible as long as the peripheral region of the opening 23 can be attached in close contact with the rising portion 16. .
[0029]
Although the best configuration, method and the like for carrying out the present invention have been disclosed in the above description, the present invention is not limited to this.
That is, the present invention has been illustrated and described primarily with respect to particular embodiments, but without departing from the scope of the technical idea and purpose of the present invention, Various modifications can be made by those skilled in the art in shape, material, quantity, and other detailed configurations.
Therefore, the description limited to the shape, material, etc. disclosed above is an example for easy understanding of the present invention, and does not limit the present invention. The description by the name of the member which remove | excluded the limitation of one part or all of such is included in this invention.
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, since the cover member in the present invention is formed into a bag shape using a film or a sheet that can adjust the position of the insertion passage forming portion according to the position of the tube member, the position of the tube member for each bathroom. Even if they are different from each other, the cover member can be deformed without difficulty correspondingly, thereby improving the workability and versatility of the cover member.
[0031]
Further, since the insertion passage forming portion is provided in a region that is substantially wave-like in plan view in a state where the bag-like film or sheet is folded flat, the pipe member is inserted into the insertion passage formation portion by a technique such as breaking. The hole diameter can be formed, and the diameter of the hole can be set in an analog manner by adjusting the breaking position with respect to the height of the wave. Thereby, even if the thickness of the pipe member is changed, it is possible to fit the tube member in a sufficiently corresponding manner, and the waterproofness can be improved.
[0032]
Furthermore, since the opening of the cover member is attached to a recess or a throttle part provided on the outer peripheral surface of the rising portion of the waterproof pan, not only can the mounting structure of the cover member and the waterproof pan be simplified. It is possible to firmly maintain the attachment state of the cover member.
[0033]
Further, when the fastening member is integrally provided on the opening side of the cover main body, the cover member can be smoothly attached to the rising portion without using a special tool or another member.
[0034]
Furthermore, when a backup member that makes the vicinity of the opening closely contact the rising portion is used, the waterproofness of the cover member can be further enhanced.
