Description

【0001】
【0057】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a wiring fixture mounting apparatus and a wiring fixture mounting method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, some wiring boxes used when installing a wiring device on a wall surface are inserted into a wall back from a through hole formed in the wall material and attached to the back surface of the wall material. An example of this type of wiring box is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-275336.
[0003]
When attaching a wiring fixture to a wall material using the wiring box of this publication, first, the wiring cable wired on the back side of the wall material is pulled out from the through hole formed in the wall material to the front side of the wall material. Pull into the wiring box through the lead-in hole and connect to the wiring device. Next, the mounting screw is inserted into the screw insertion hole at the upper part of the mounting frame of the wiring device, and is screwed into the middle of the female screw at the upper part of the wiring box, thereby temporarily fixing the upper part of the wiring device mounting frame to the wiring box.
[0004]
In the state where the wiring fixture mounting frame and the wiring box are temporarily fixed as described above, as shown in FIG. 6 (a), the wiring box 91 is temporarily shifted downward while passing from the through hole 93 of the wall member 92 to the back of the wall. insert. Then, the wiring device 94 and the wiring box 91 are lifted so that the contact portions 95 a and 95 b formed on the upper and lower portions of the wiring box 91 are brought into contact with the back surface 96 of the wall material 92. In this state, the upper mounting screw 97a screwed in part is further tightened into the female screw 98a at the upper part of the wiring box 91, and another mounting screw is inserted into the screw insertion hole at the lower part of the wiring device mounting frame 99. 97b is inserted into the female screw 98b at the bottom of the wiring box 91, and both mounting screws 97a and 97b are tightened. By tightening both mounting screws 97a and 97b, as shown in FIG. 6B, the wall member 92 is sandwiched between the wiring box 91 and the wiring device mounting frame 99, and the wiring device 94 and the wiring box 91 are connected to the wall material. 92 is fixed.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the wiring box disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-275336, the wiring box 91 and the wiring device 94 must be installed at the same time. Moreover, since the wiring box 91 had to be disposed on the back surface 96 of the wall member 92 in a state where the wiring device 94 was temporarily fixed to the wiring box 91, the operation was very troublesome. In addition, since the wiring device 94 obstructs the cross tension applied to the surface of the wall material 92, the wiring box 91 cannot be attached to the wall material 92 before the cross tension.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its object is to provide a wiring device mounting apparatus and a wiring that can easily temporarily fix a wiring device mounting member to a wall material either before or after cross-stretching. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
DESCRIPTION OF EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, an embodiment in which the present invention is embodied in a wiring device mounting apparatus including a box-shaped wiring device mounting member will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0013]
FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of the wiring fixture mounting apparatus. Fig.2 (a) shows the front view of a wiring box, FIG.2 (b) shows the IIB-IIB sectional view taken on the line of Fig.2 (a).
As shown in FIG. 1, the wiring fixture mounting apparatus 11 is configured by sticking one end of an adhesive tape 13 as a sheet-like sticking member to a wiring box 12 as a wiring fixture mounting member. In this embodiment, the wiring box 12 is made of synthetic resin.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the wiring box 12 removes a rectangular box with an opening 14 that is long in the vertical direction by cutting it out in the width direction on the upper side and the lower side of the bottom wall 15. It is formed in the shape. The holes corresponding to the notched portions are drawing holes 16 and 17 for drawing the wiring cable (see FIG. 3) into the wiring box 12. For this reason, the wiring box 12 is continuous to the left wall 18 and the right side wall 19 at positions away from the bottom wall 15, the left side wall 18 and the right side wall 19, which are a pair of side walls continuous to the bottom wall 15. The upper wall 20 and the lower wall 21 are provided.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 2A, a screw holding portion 23 capable of holding a mounting screw 22 for use when mounting the wiring device is formed at the lower portion of the inner surface of the bottom wall 15. In the state shown in FIG. 2A, the mounting screw 22 is held by the screw holding portion 23. The mounting screw 22 is formed in a length corresponding to the thick wall material. The screw holding portion 23 is formed with a through hole 23 a that penetrates the bottom wall 15, a support protrusion 23 b that can hold the mounting screw 22, and an accommodation recess 23 c that can accommodate a part of the head of the mounting screw 22. Has been. A set of the through hole 23a to the housing recess 23c is formed in order from the left side wall 18 side to the right side wall 19 side, and is formed so as to be able to hold the mounting screw 22 in a state extending in the left-right direction. Since two sets of the through hole 23a to the accommodation recess 23c are formed side by side, two mounting screws 22 can be held. The mounting screw 22 is not shown in FIGS. 1 and 2B.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a contact portion 24 is formed to protrude upward at the edge of the upper wall 20 on the opening 14 side. In addition, a contact portion 25 is formed to protrude downward at the edge of the lower wall 21 on the opening 14 side. That is, contact portions 24 and 25 are formed on the upper wall 20 and the lower wall 21 that constitute two opposite sides of the rectangular wiring box 12, respectively. The distance from the contact part 24 to the contact part 25 is formed so as to be larger than the height of the through hole formed in the wall material for attaching the wiring device.
[0017]
A rib 26 is formed on the inner side of the opening 14 side edge of the upper wall 20, and a rib 27 is formed on the inner side of the opening 14 side edge of the lower wall 21. The left side wall 18, the right side wall 19, the upper wall 20, the lower wall 21, the contact portions 24 and 25, and the ribs 26 and 27 form the same plane on the opening 14 side.
[0018]
On the inner side of the central portion of the upper wall 20, a bulging portion 31 is formed as a wiring device mounting portion. The bulging portion 31 is formed so as to be continuous with the rib 26 integrally on the opening 14 side. Similarly, on the inner side of the central portion of the lower wall 21, a bulging portion 32 as a wiring device mounting portion is formed so as to be continuous with the rib 27 on the opening 14 side. Mounting holes 31a and 32a are formed in the bulging portions 31 and 32, respectively, and nuts 33 (see FIG. 2B) for screwing the mounting screws 22 are mounted in the mounting holes 31a and 32a, respectively. Yes. The mounting holes 31a and 32a are formed so as to extend in a direction perpendicular to the bottom wall 15, correspond to the drawing holes 16 and 17 in the extending direction, and do not face the bottom wall 15.
[0019]
A pair of protrusions 35 are formed on the periphery of the mounting hole 32a of the rib 27 at positions that are substantially symmetrical to the left and right with respect to the mounting hole 32a. The protrusion 35 is formed at a position that does not interfere with the attachment of the attachment screw 22 to the attachment holes 31a and 32a. The protrusion 35 is formed to protrude on the opposite side of the bottom wall 15 so as to extend in a direction perpendicular to the bottom wall 15. The protrusion 35 is formed in a pin shape with a circular cross section.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 1, rectangular adhesive tapes 13 are attached to the left side wall 18 and the right side wall 19, respectively. The length of the adhesive tape 13 is set to a predetermined length that can be applied to wall materials having different thicknesses.
[0021]
Each adhesive tape 13 has a first end 41 side attached to the inner side surface of the left side wall 18 and the right side wall 19, and a second end portion 42 side extending outward from the opening 14. That is, a part of the adhesive tape 13 is affixed to each of the left side wall 18 and the right side wall 19 constituting two opposite sides of the upper wall 20 and the lower wall 21 of the rectangular wiring box 12. On the inner side surfaces of the left side wall 18 and the right side wall 19, two sticking position display portions 18 a (see FIG. 2) and 19 a serving as a guide for the sticking position of the adhesive tape 13 are linear from the opening 14 to the bottom wall 15. Slightly protruding so as to extend. The interval between the sticking position display portions 18 a and the gap between the sticking position display portions 19 a are formed substantially the same as the width of the adhesive tape 13.
[0022]
A release paper 43 is attached to the adhesive tape 13 on the outer side (second end portion 42 side) of the portions attached to the left side wall 18 and the right side wall 19. The length of the release paper 43 is longer than the length of the adhesive tape 13.
[0023]
On the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 13, a peeling position display line 45 is printed at a predetermined distance from the first end 41 on the surface 44 on the opposite side of the sticking surface as a stickable part to which a pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied. The peeling position display line 45 is printed in a dotted line shape extending in the width direction of the adhesive tape 13. The wiring device mounting apparatus 11 is configured such that the part on the first end 41 side of each adhesive tape 13 is the left side wall 18 in a state where the release paper 43 is peeled from the first end 41 to the part around the peel position display line 45. Each is attached to the right side wall 19.
[0024]
On the surface 44 of the adhesive tape 13, a cutting position display line 46 as a cutting position display section is displayed at a predetermined distance from the peeling position display line 45 toward the second end portion 42. The cutting position display line 46 is printed in a dotted line extending in the width direction of the adhesive tape 13. A plurality of cutting position display lines 46 (two in this embodiment) are printed. The cutting position display line 46 is used when adjusting the length of the adhesive tape 13.
[0025]
In addition, the color of the surface 44 of the adhesive tape 13 of this embodiment is set a little darker than the color of the surface of the gypsum board as a wall material in this embodiment.
Next, a procedure for attaching the wiring fixture to the wall material using the wiring fixture mounting apparatus configured as described above will be described.
[0026]
As shown in FIG. 3, the through hole 52 of the wall material (hereinafter referred to as “wall”) 51 is formed in a rectangular shape that is long in the vertical direction, and the width is slightly larger than the width of the wiring box 12. .
[0027]
First, the wiring cable 54 wired on the back side of the wall 51 is drawn out from the through hole 52 to the front side of the wall 51 and drawn into the wiring box 12 from the drawing hole 16.
Next, the wiring box 12 is inserted into the through hole 52 and moved from the front side to the back side of the wall 51. For this reason, the wiring box 12 extends from the through hole 52 of the wall member 51 to the back side in a state in which the first end 41 side portion of each adhesive tape 13 is attached to the inner side surface of the left side wall 18 and the right side wall 19. Inserted. Since the width of the through hole 52 is slightly larger than the width of the wiring box 12, the wiring box 12 can be easily tilted about the axis extending in the width direction from the contact portion 24 or the contact portion 25 side. It is inserted into the through hole 52.
[0028]
Next, the protrusion 35 is brought into contact with the peripheral surface 55 of the through hole 52 on the lower side. Then, the wiring box 12 is positioned at the attachment position of the back surface 56 of the wall 51. Further, the protrusion 35 also serves to prevent the wiring box 12 from dropping. Next, the contact parts 24 and 25 of the wiring box 12 are brought into contact with the upper part and the lower part of the peripheral part of the through hole 52 on the back surface 56 of the wall 51, respectively.
[0029]
Next, the release paper 43 is peeled off, and the adhesive tape 13 is attached to the peripheral surface 55 of the through hole 52 of the wall 51 and the surface 60 of the wall material 51. For this reason, the part by the side of the 2nd end part 42 of the adhesive tape 13 is affixed on the surface 60 in the state which protruded to the front side of the wall material 51 from the through-hole 52. FIG. As a result, the wiring box 12 is temporarily fixed to the back surface 56 of the wall 51.
[0030]
After temporarily fixing the wiring box 12 to the wall 51, a cross tension (not shown) is performed on the surface 60 of the wall 51. In the adhesive tape 13, a portion (second end portion 42 side) attached to the surface 60 of the wall 51 is covered with cloth. Since the adhesive tape 13 is in the form of a sheet, no unevenness is generated on the cloth.
[0031]
Next, the wiring cable 54 is connected to the wiring fixture 62 attached to the wiring fixture mounting frame 61, and the mounting screw 22 held by the screw holding portion 23 of the wiring box 12 is removed from the screw holding portion 23. When the tip of the mounting screw 22 is pushed with a finger or the like into the through hole 23a, the support projection 23b functions as a support shaft, and the mounting screw 22 is rotated around the support projection 23b. The head is lifted from the bottom wall 15. The mounting screw 22 is removed from the screw holding portion 23 by grasping the raised head.
[0032]
Next, the two mounting screws 22 removed from the screw holding portion 23 of the wiring box 12 are inserted into the screw insertion holes 64 formed in the upper and lower portions of the wiring device mounting frame 61, respectively, and the mounting holes 31a and 32a. And screwed into the nuts 33 mounted in the mounting holes 31a and 32a. The wiring fixture mounting frame 61 is attached to the surface 60 of the wall 51 by screwing both the mounting screws 22, and the wiring fixture 62 is accommodated in the wiring box 12. The connection portion between the wiring device 62 and the wiring cable 54 housed in the wiring box 12 is surrounded by the box-shaped wiring box 12. The wiring device 62 and the wiring box 12 are fixed to the wall 51 by sandwiching the wall 51 between the wiring device mounting frame 61 and the wiring box 12. Thereafter, a decorative plate (not shown) is attached to the surface of the wiring fixture mounting frame 61, and the mounting operation of the wiring fixture 62 to the wall 51 is completed.
[0033]
In the above procedure, the wiring box 12 is temporarily fixed to the wall 51 before the cross tension. By the way, the wiring box 12 may be temporarily fixed to the wall 51 after the cloth is stretched. In this case, the adhesive tape 13 is cut by the cutting position display line 46, adjusted to an appropriate length that does not protrude from the decorative plate, and then attached to the cloth tension. Thereafter, the wiring device 62 and the decorative plate are attached. The adhesive tape 13 is covered with a decorative plate and is not exposed to the outside.
[0034]
The effects exhibited by this embodiment will be described below.
(1) The wiring device mounting apparatus 11 includes the contact portions 24 and 25 that contact the upper and lower portions of the periphery of the through hole 52 on the back surface 56 of the wall 51, and the bulging portion 31 to which the wiring device 62 is mounted by the mounting screw 22. , 32 and the adhesive tape 13 is affixed to the wiring box 12. Therefore, by sticking the adhesive tape 13 to the front surface 60 of the wall 51, only the wiring box 12 can be easily temporarily fixed to the back surface 56 of the wall 51, separately from the wiring device 62.
[0035]
(2) Since the adhesive tape 13 is in the form of a sheet, the wiring box 12 is temporarily fixed before the cloth is stretched, the adhesive tape 13 is attached to the surface 60 of the wall 51, and the cloth is stretched directly on the adhesive tape 13 Even if the cover is hidden, unevenness does not occur on the cross, and the appearance is not affected. Therefore, post-processing can be omitted. Further, the adhesive tape 13 does not interfere with the attachment of the decorative plate.
[0036]
(3) The adhesive tape 13 may be affixed on the cloth after the cloth is stretched. Therefore, unlike the conventional wiring box in which the wiring box attached at the same time as the wiring box is in the way and the wiring box cannot be attached to the wall before the cross tensioning, the wiring box 12 can be mounted before or after the cross tensioning. By sticking the adhesive tape 13, it can be easily temporarily fixed to the wall 51.
[0037]
(4) Since the wiring box 12 is temporarily fixed to the wall 51 by applying the adhesive tape 13, it can be easily and reliably temporarily fixed so as not to come off.
(5) On the surface 44 of the adhesive tape 13, a cutting position display line 46 that can be cut to a predetermined length that is affixed to the surface 60 of the wall 51 is printed. Therefore, when the wiring box 12 is temporarily fixed to the wall 51 after the cross-stretching, the adhesive tape 13 is attached to the cross-stretch after being cut by the cutting position display line 46 so that the adhesive tape 13 is removed from the decorative plate. It can be easily prevented from protruding to the outside.
[0038]
(6) The wiring box 12 is a distance between the left wall 18 and the right wall 19 that constitutes two opposing sides different from the upper and lower walls 20 and 21 where the contact portions 24 and 25 are formed (the wiring box). 12 width) is formed smaller than the distance of the corresponding portion of the through hole 52 (width of the through hole 52). Therefore, it can be easily inserted into the through hole 52 and disposed on the back side of the wall 51.
[0039]
(7) On the lower part of the wiring box 12, a protrusion 35 is formed. By attaching the projection 35 to the peripheral surface 55 of the through hole 52 of the wall 51 on the lower side, the attachment position of the wiring box 12 to the back surface 56 of the wall 51 can be easily positioned. Further, the protrusion 35 also serves to prevent the wiring box 12 from dropping.
[0040]
(8) The drawing holes 16 and 17 for drawing the wiring cable 54 into the wiring box 12 are formed at locations corresponding to the corners of the bottom wall 15, the upper wall 20, and the lower wall 21 of the wiring box 12. Therefore, when the wiring box 12 is inserted into the through-hole 52 of the wall 51 and arranged on the back side, it is easy to avoid contact between the wiring box 12 and the peripheral portion of the through-hole 52 of the wall 51 and can be inserted more easily. Can do.
[0041]
(9) In the wiring box 12, lead-in holes 16 and 17 are formed so that the bottom wall 15 is opened at locations facing the mounting holes 31a and 32a. Therefore, when the wall is thin, the mounting screw 22 formed to have a length corresponding to the thick wall does not hit the bottom wall 15 and penetrates the drawing holes 16 and 17. Therefore, even when the wall is thin, the mounting screw 22 can be used as it is without changing it to a short one.
[0042]
(10) Since the release paper 43 is affixed to the second end portion 42 side of the adhesive tape 13, the adhesive tape 13 is incorrectly attached to the wall 51 when the wiring box 12 is inserted into the back wall from the through hole 52. Therefore, the work can be facilitated.
[0043]
(11) Since the wiring box 12 is temporarily fixed by the adhesive tape 13, the wiring box 12 is not limited to the rectangular through hole 52, and corresponds to, for example, a through hole formed by overlapping a plurality of circles. Can be temporarily fixed. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, the wiring box 12 can be temporarily fixed to the back surface of a wall 66 having a through hole 65 having a gourd shape (a shape in which two circles are arranged vertically and partially overlapped). When inserting the wiring box 12 into the through hole 65, for example, the wiring box 12 is tilted so that the left side wall 18 and the right side wall 19 of the wiring box 12 are aligned in the vertical direction of the wall 66 having the largest diameter of the through hole 65. Then, the contact portion 24 or the contact portion 25 is inserted into the through hole 52. Even if the adhesive tape 13 is not attached to the peripheral surface 67 of the through hole 65 of the wall 66, the wiring box 12 is temporarily fixed by being attached to the surface 68 of the wall 66. FIG. 4 shows a state in which the wiring box 12 is temporarily fixed to the wall 66 before the cross tension.
[0044]
In addition, embodiment is not limited to the said embodiment, For example, you may change as follows.
As shown in FIG. 5 (a), the wiring fixture mounting apparatus has adhesive tapes 13 respectively on the left side wall 18 and the right side wall 19 of the wiring box 71 having a shape in which two wiring boxes 12 are arranged side by side. Wiring fixture attaching device 74 constituted by sticking may be sufficient. The wiring box 71 is formed in a shape in which the right side wall of the left side wiring box 12 and the left side wall of the right side wiring box 12 are integrated to form a common central wall 75. The protrusions 35 are formed on the left side of the left mounting hole 32a and on the right side of the right mounting hole 32a, respectively.
[0045]
The wiring box 71 can be temporarily fixed to the wall by inserting it into the back side of the wall through a wide rectangular through-hole formed in the wall and attaching the adhesive tape 13 to the surface of the wall. Further, for example, as shown in FIG. 5A, the wiring box 71 is formed on the back side of the wall 82 from a through hole 81 having a shape in which the through holes 65 are overlapped in the left-right direction (a shape in which four circles are overlapped).
