Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention provides a reply postcard by separating a part of a label concealing a secret information notification display section such as personal information provided on a front face of a forward mail postcard in a postal return postcard which is an example of a reply information means. When affixed to the secret information answer display section provided on the reply entry surface of the secret information notification display section and the secret information answer display section, the display contents can be seen through the nonwoven fabric after the label is peeled off, and the nonwoven fabric It relates to a confidential information concealment label that enables writing or stamping on it.
[0002]
[Prior art]
There have been many proposals for concealment labels, and recently, for example, (1) Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-276856 (reciprocal postcard with a confidential label and a confidential label attached), (2) Utility Model Registration No. 2506286. Gazette (concealment information possession body), (3) Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-261667 (concealment label), and the inventions of (1) to (3) are all concealment base material, first reply The adhesive layer, the transparent release layer, and the second credit layer are laminated in this order, and are adhered to the information side of the reply post entry surface by the first adhesive layer exposing the security label. .
All of these proposals are recognized as having the intended effect.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, as understood from each proposal, there is an unsolved problem in the case of re-sticking and processing a security label (hiding sheet) or the like. In other words, in the past, the first adhesive layer peeled off from the peeled surface and exposed on the information written on the reply postcard entry surface for the confidential label attached to the return postcard entry surface of the return postcard. When sticking, the first adhesive layer remains exposed until sticking, so hold it with your fingers after peeling to prevent accidental sticking to other objects. However, it was never possible to perform necessary entry work even temporarily, such as on a desk.
[0004]
In addition, even if the holding state continues, as is often experienced, in general, when the adhesive side of the label is turned outward, it will be warped in a short time, sometimes affected by the surrounding environment such as temperature, Appropriate sticking could not be carried out because it was wound in a cylindrical shape which was not preferable in handling.
For this reason, the work to fill in the confidential information entry field set on the reply entry side of the reply postcard should be carefully considered so that there is no typographical error after the label attached to the outgoing postcard entry side has been removed. While required, on the one hand, it was necessary to pay sufficient attention to the sticky side of the label.
[0005]
In particular, the act of writing in the secret information entry column of the reply postcard and sticking the label is not a daily work, and therefore it is likely that errors and sticking mistakes occur due to unfamiliarity. The inconvenience associated with the treatment of the exposed adhesive surface of the label was not solved, although the solution was desired, and the exposed surface of the adhesive immediately after the label was peeled off could be soiled by abrasion. However, the present invention has solved this problem, which is not suitable for writing or stamping on the exposed surface. It has a street effect.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The secret information hiding label according to the present invention is formed by sequentially laminating a second pseudo-adhesive resin layer, a second non-woven fabric that can be seen through, a second transparent adhesive layer, and a release paper from the label main surface on the surface side of the label main body. A secret information concealment label in which a first pseudo-adhesive resin layer, a transparent first nonwoven fabric and a first transparent adhesive layer are sequentially laminated on the back side of the label main body from the label main surface, Adhering to the first sheet material using a transparent adhesive layer, then peeling the label main body side from the first sheet material by the first pseudo-adhesive resin layer, peeling the release paper, and the second transparent adhesive Adhering to the second sheet material using an agent layer, then peeling the label main body by a second pseudo-adhesive resin layer, and leaving the first nonwoven fabric left on the first sheet material, the second on the second sheet material 2 Written or stamped on each non-woven fabric Characterized by being obtained manner.
[0007]

[0011]
2A and 2B are transparent adhesive layers, and 3A and 3B are transparent nonwoven fabrics. In the case of FIG. 1, the release paper 6 is provided on the upper surface of the transparent adhesive layer 2B, and the transparent nonwoven fabric 3B is provided on the lower surface thereof. The nonwoven fabric 3B is provided via second pseudo-adhesive resin layers 5 and 7B such as a polyolefin resin having a peeling function provided on the surface side of the label main body 4. As the transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 2A and 2B, known acrylic type, solution type acrylic type and emulsion type acrylic type are suitable, and they are properly used depending on the paper quality, but other than these, rubber type or solution type rubber type may be used.
Further, a transparent nonwoven fabric 3A is provided on the back side of the label main body 4 via the first pseudo adhesive resin layers 8 and 7A, and a transparent adhesive layer 2A is provided on the lower surface side of the nonwoven fabric 3A. On the side of the transparent adhesive layer 2A facing the back side of the label main body 4, a non-woven fabric 3A is interposed, and a sheet material B subjected to a peeling treatment is attached to protect the adhesive surface.
[0012]
Non-woven fabric is a non-woven fabric, which is a web, that is, a fiber that is mechanically manufactured by spreading a fiber into a thin sheet, and is known dry dry nonwoven fabric (adhesive type) such as impregnating and solidifying resin Etc.), a material that can be seen through, has writing characteristics, and is suitable for stamping with a stamp. The thickness is preferably about 30 to 50 μm.
[0013]
The first pseudo-adhesive resin layers 8 and 7A and the second pseudo-adhesive resin layers 5 and 7B can be formed from only one layer, but in the manufacturing process, the label main body 4 and the nonwoven fabrics 3A and 3B are melted. When laminating with pseudo-adhesive resin, two pseudo-adhesive resin layers may be required.
In this embodiment, the pseudo-adhesive resin layer is composed of two layers, and the first and second pseudo-adhesive resin layers are respectively formed from (8, 7A) and (5, 7B).
In the case where the label main body 4 is not concealed, the pseudo-adhesive resin layer on the label main body 4 is preferably blacked so that the concealability can be improved. The material of the pseudo-adhesive resin here is preferably a polyolefin resin such as polyethylene as described above. In the figure, 9A and 9B indicate peeling sites.
[0014]
The concealment label A of the present invention is finally mass-produced in a state of being attached to the sheet material B, is transported to the user's factory, etc., and is completed as a predetermined product by using a form printing machine adapted to it on the user side. Is done. In the figure, N is a non-secret information article, and S1 and S2 are secret information articles.
In FIG. 2 to FIG. 9, 11 is an example of a postal return postcard, 12 is a forward postcard consisting of a postcard 12A and a postcard 12B, and 13 is a reply postcard 13A and a reply postcard. This is a reply postcard consisting of the entry surface 13B. Reference numerals 12C and 13C denote secret information entry fields for outgoing postcards or reply postcards, respectively. Furthermore, the portions where the quadrangular frame is indicated by the two-dot chain line of the outgoing postcard 12 and the dotted line of the reply postcard 13 represent the imaginary lines of the part where the concealment label A is attached.
[0015]
With reference to FIG. 2 to FIG. 9, the use of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 to 9 by taking a postal mail postcard as an example. After filling in the information article S1 (for example, presentation and solicitation of a loan loan limit from a financial institution), the concealment label A is pasted and sent as shown in FIG. In the peeled portion 9A of the adhesive resin layers 8 and 7A, the transparent non-woven fabric 3A and the transparent adhesive layer 2A are left in the secret information entry column 12C of the forward mail postcard, and the other layered components including the label main body 4 are illustrated. By peeling off as shown in FIG. 4A, the personal information can be read as shown in FIGS. 3C and 5B.
[0016]
In this case, since the secret information article S1 is covered with a thin sheet-like nonwoven fabric 3A of about 30 to 50 μm, in addition to being visible from the outside, it has a tactile sensation similar to that of plain paper. A person can write notes such as memos, and can stamp stamps such as “undecided”, “processed”, or “hold” that are frequently used in paperwork. Furthermore, as a result of the non-woven fabric 3A being provided, the confidential information article S1 cannot be falsified. In the case where the intention of acceptance is displayed at the receiver, the confidential information article S2 such as the application condition related to this information is shown in FIG. It fills in the secret information entry column 13C of the entry surface 13B of the reply postcard.
[0017]
After that, the release paper 6 is removed as shown in FIG. 6 (a), and the transparent adhesive layer 2B is inverted so as to face downward as shown in FIG. 7, and FIGS. 3 (e), 8 (a), ( As shown in b), the entire secret information article S2 described in the secret information entry column 13C of the reply postcard is covered, and the concealment label A including the label main body 4 is attached.
The recipient of the reply post card 13 (usually also the sender of the postal return post card 11) uses the second pseudo-adhesion of the peeling site 9B for the concealment label A attached to the secret information report entry column 13C of the reply post card. As a result of the resin layers 5 and 7B leaving and removing the nonwoven fabric 3B and the transparent adhesive layer 2B as shown in FIG. 9 (a), the label main body 4 and the like are peeled off again. As a result, the transparent adhesive layer 2B and the nonwoven fabric 3B are removed. Through this, the secret information article S2 can be read accurately. In this case, since the portion of the secret information article S2 is covered with the nonwoven fabric 3B that is compatible with writing and stamping, it is possible to write the article of the examination result of the application content or stamp the final decision.
[0018]
In explaining the configuration of the present invention, the secret information article S1 of a specific individual is illustrated. However, there is no problem even if it is replaced with a non-secret information article, and all the non-secret information articles are displayed on the entry surface 12B of the outgoing postcard. Or it is possible to stick the concealment label A over a part.
Further, according to the technical idea of the present invention, the present invention is not limited to the use of a postal return postcard, but as a two-fold questionnaire without depending on the mailing format, the question to the respondent is provided on one side corresponding to the forward postcard. By writing the answer items on the other side that corresponds to the reply postcard and using the previously described concealment label A, after the re-peeling, the non-woven fabric 3A is written with a record of questionnaires and a seal stamped. Sorting work can be carried out.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the secret information concealment label according to the present invention, when separated and adhered to separate sheet materials, the nonwoven fabric can be exposed on the upper surface of each, and writing is performed on these nonwoven fabrics. Therefore, the effect can be exerted on target products such as a postal mail postcard and the questionnaire sheet.
