Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a current-limiting reactor with a discharge device used for suppressing an excessive current flowing in a power system or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, a current limiting reactor is well known as a current limiting device. FIG. 4 is an example of the simplest prior art, and is a first method in which the current-limiting

And a 1st system suppresses an accident electric current with the impedance of the
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The first of the above conventional methods always has the impedance inserted into the system regardless of whether it is in a steady state or during an accident. Therefore, the stability and voltage stability of the power system are impaired by the normal impedance. It can happen. In the second method, in order to cope with the recent increase in transmission voltage, it is necessary to develop a series capacitor capable of dealing with, for example, 500 kV.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems, and not only can the impedance in the normal state be greatly reduced, but also the excessive current without impairing the stability and voltage stability of the power system. An object of the present invention is to provide a current-limiting reactor with a discharge device that can suppress only the current.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The current limiting reactor with a discharge device according to [Claim 1] of the present invention winds two reactors in series with the winding directions reversed to each other, and winds the discharge device in parallel with one of the reactors. together constituting the reactor body on which is provided, said reactor body are connected in series with respect to system, with respect to the discharge device is discharged by short-circuiting one of the reactor said other reactor by the passage of an excessive current A current limiting function was added.
[0007]
Therefore, although the combined impedance of the two reactors is almost zero when normal, the discharge device is activated by the passage of overcurrent and one of the reactors is short-circuited. Therefore, the remaining reactor remains in series in the system as it is and performs a current limiting function.
[0008]
The current limiting reactor with a discharge device according to [Claim 2] of the present invention is the current limiting reactor according to
[0009]
Therefore, if an excessive current flows and the discharge device operates, a circuit breaker provided in parallel with the discharge device is closed to short-circuit one current-limiting reactor and self-maintain the current-limiting function of the other reactor .

The current limiting reactor with a discharge device according to [Claim 3 ] of the present invention is the current limiting reactor according to
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing an embodiment of a current limiting reactor with a discharge device according to the present invention. In FIG. 1,
[0013]
The two reactors 6-1 and 6-2 have substantially the same impedance, the winding directions are opposite to each other, and the reactors are connected in series. Therefore, normally the impedance of the two reactors is almost zero.
[0014]
In addition, the
[0015]
First of all, as described above, the two reactors are wound in opposite directions, and the combined impedance is almost zero because the impedances are almost equal. That is, the magnetic fluxes generated in the iron core cancel each other. In practice, however, a slight impedance remains due to the difference in impedance and the leakage impedance.
[0016]
Considering a case where an excessive current flows in the system, a voltage determined by the leakage impedance and the passing current value is applied to both ends of the reactors 6-1 and 6-2. Therefore, the
[0017]
For this reason, a difference occurs in the impedance values that cancel each other, and the overall impedance increases rapidly, thereby suppressing an excessive current. In short, the impedance is almost zero at all times, but the impedance is generated by the passage of an excessive current, and the current limiting action is performed. In the above description, the case with an iron core is described. However, the same applies to a gap-type core reactor or an air-core reactor.
[0018]
FIG. 2 is an embodiment showing an actual use state. In FIG. 2, the same parts as those in FIG. The structural features in the present embodiment are that a breaker 7 is provided in parallel to the
[0019]
Therefore, when an excessive current flows through the system and the
[0020]
In practice, in order to reduce the leaked impedance, electrical insulation and interlayer arrangement become a problem in the device design. As an example, a design outline of a current limiting reactor with a discharge device for 500 kV is as follows.
[0021]
FIG. 3 shows an iron core structure, and shows only one side indicated by a one-dot chain line. Therefore, it is symmetrical along the alternate long and short dash line. FIG. 3 shows a structure in which an outer iron type iron core 9 is used and a
[0022]
Therefore, if the coils are # 1 and # 2, the coil group is 8 groups, and the voltage per turn is 500 V, the required number of turns is 576 turns and the number of turns per group is 72 turns. If the cooling method is the oil-feeding air cooling type, the current density of the copper wire can be about 4 A / mm 2. Therefore, if the rated current of the device is 8000 A, the necessary copper wire cross-sectional area is 2809 mm 2 .
[0023]
Here, assuming that the core diameter of the iron core is 50 cm and the window frame is 2 m wide × 1.6 m high, the area occupied by the first stage reactor is 2 m × 0.8 m, and 2 m × 0.1 m per group. When the copper wire is 50 mm × 56 mm, two layers are stacked vertically per group, and 36 layers are wound around the iron core. When the average length per winding of the coil is 9.4 m, the leaked impedance is expressed by the following equation (1). And when the following conditions are calculated, the leakage impedance in this case is 0.6%.
[0024]
[Expression 1]
[0025]
When the reactor is manufactured so that the leakage impedance is 1%, the leakage of the reactor on one side is 0.5% = 2.2Ω, and the generated voltage V when an overcurrent of 60 kA passes is V = ZI = 136 kV. Therefore, if a discharge device that operates at this voltage is used, a current-limiting reactor that operates against an overcurrent of 60 kA or more can be obtained.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, two current-limiting reactors are reversely wound, these are connected in series, and a discharge device is provided in parallel with one of the reactors. It is possible to greatly reduce the impedance during normal operation because it is configured so that one reactor is short-circuited by using the discharge device when overcurrent passes and the other reactor is used. It is possible to suppress only excessive current without impairing the stability and voltage stability of the power system. Furthermore, it is not necessary to develop a series capacitor for ultra-high voltage, which has a great design advantage.
