Description

【0001】

[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described.
The sanitary napkin individual packaging structure 1 as the individual packaging structure of the absorbent article of this embodiment includes a liquid-absorbing absorbent layer 21 and a liquid-impermeable leak-proof layer 24 as shown in FIGS. The sanitary napkin 2 that is substantially vertically long is folded and integrated with the packaging material 3 to be individually packaged.
[0006]
In the sanitary napkin 2 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the absorbent layer 21 includes a liquid-permeable surface sheet 22 and a liquid-retaining absorbent body (not shown).
Further, the absorbent body is a first absorbent body (not shown) located on the leak-proof layer 24 side and an elongated shape smaller than the first absorbent body placed on the skin contact surface side of the first absorbent body. The second absorber (not shown). The first absorbent body and the second absorbent body are each formed by wrapping a pulp aggregate (not shown) with a mount (not shown).
Moreover, the left and right both sides of the surface sheet 22 are wound around the back surface side of the first absorbent body (not shown).
The leak-proof layer 24 includes a liquid-impermeable leak-proof sheet (not shown) and skin contact sheets (not shown) laminated on the left and right sides of the leak-proof sheet.
[0007]
In the sanitary napkin 2 of the present embodiment, a pair of left and right flaps 25 formed by extending the leak-proof layer 24 outward in the width direction are biased toward the front side. In addition, an adhesive is applied to the back surface side of the flap 25 and the back surface side of the leak-proof layer 24 on which the absorption layer 21 is disposed, so that a slip stopper 26 is formed.
[0008]
The packaging material 3 is stripped and has a rectangular shape. As shown in FIG. 3, when the sanitary napkin 2 in which the flap 25 is folded on the absorbent layer 21 is placed, the outer side of the sanitary napkin 2 is placed. The size is such that the packaging material 2 extends outward from the periphery. A fastening tape 34 is disposed on the front edge 31 of the packaging material 3, and a release paper 35 that is in contact with the misalignment stopper 26 of the flap 25 is disposed on the outer surface of the rear edge 32. ing.
[0009]
Thus, in the individual packaging structure 1 of the sanitary napkin 2 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the absorbent layer 21 has a plurality of sides formed in the longitudinal direction of the sanitary napkin 2. The connection leakage prevention groove 27b formed in the width direction of the sanitary napkin 2 so as to connect the side leakage prevention grooves 27a and the side leakage prevention grooves 27a is provided, and the right and left side portions of the sanitary napkin 2 are provided. The sanitary napkin 2 and the packaging material 3 are folded as three bent portions 4 at a portion where the elastic member 28a is not stretchable, and a leak-proof wall 28 having an elastic member 28a is provided. Two of the bent portions 4 are positioned so as to overlap with the connecting leak-proof groove 27b.
[0010]
More specifically, the leak-proof wall 28 extends a separate leak-proof nonwoven fabric from the back side of the left and right side edges of the absorbent layer 21, and once folds the nonwoven fabric toward the inside of the sanitary napkin 2, Further, it is formed by folding the sanitary napkin 2 outward. The elastic member 28a is disposed on the leak-proof walls 28 located on the left and right sides of the portion 20a that abuts the wearer's excretion portion. The leak-proof wall 28 is fixed to the front sheet 22 at the front portion and the rear portion by a front fixing portion 28b (see FIG. 3) and a rear fixing portion 28c (see FIG. 3). Is forming. The length of the elastic member 28a is a length corresponding to at least the part 20a that contacts the excretory part. Here, each of the fixing portions 28b and 28c is formed by fixing the leak-proof wall 28 to the surface sheet 22 by using an adhesive usually used for absorbent articles or by heat sealing or the like.
[0011]
In the sanitary napkin 2 according to the present embodiment, a thick bulky portion 21 a is formed in the central region of the sanitary napkin in the absorbent layer 21 by the second absorbent body. The bulky portion 21a preferably has a thickness of 3 mm or more, more preferably 3 to 30 mm, more preferably 3 to 30 mm, and most preferably 5 to 15 mm.
Here, a thickness of 17.84 mm (area 2.5 cm 2 ) is placed on the upper surface of the center of the measurement unit, and the thickness at a load of 5 g / cm 2 is Tensilon (manufactured by Toyo Baldwin, Model RTM-25). Measured. The evaluation sample is measured in a form in which the release paper or the like of the sanitary napkin is removed, and the adhesive effect such as slippage prevention may be eliminated by white pigment (talc or the like). Further, the thickness is measured at the topmost part (the thickest part) of the bulky part.
[0012]
Further, two side leakage preventing grooves 27 a are provided in the front part of the sanitary napkin 2 and four in the rear part. The front side leak-proof groove 27a in the front part, the inner side leak-proof groove 27a in the rear part, and the connection leak-proof groove 27b are respectively formed along the outer periphery of the second absorbent body, that is, along the bulky part 21a. . Each connection leak-proof groove 27b has a semicircular shape.
Moreover, each leak-proof groove is the same as a known leak-proof groove, and is formed in a linear shape by heat sealing or the like. The top sheet 22 and the pulp aggregate are recessed to the vicinity of the leak-proof layer 24. It is formed by pushing.
In addition, the front part in this embodiment is a site | part located ahead of a wearer at the time of wear, and includes the part contact | abutted to a wearer's excretion part at the time of wear in this embodiment. Moreover, a back part is a part located in a wearer's back at the time of wear, and is a part located in a rear end edge rather than the part contact | abutted to a excretion part in this embodiment. In addition, the front part and the back part are words used for convenience, and do not limit the usage pattern.
[0013]
In this embodiment, the bending part 4 is three places, and the one bending part 4a located in the center is provided so that the bulky part 21a may be crossed. Further, the other two bent portions 4b located on both ends overlap each other with the connection leakage preventing groove 27b. And all the bending parts 4 are formed in the site | part which the elastic member 28a does not exist.
In the present specification, the phrase “overlaps with the connection leakage prevention groove” only needs to partially overlap with the connection leakage prevention groove. In this embodiment, the apex of the semicircular connection leakage prevention groove (most absorption) In the outermost part of the property article), the layers overlap in the tangential direction at the apex.
The sanitary napkin individual packaging structure 1 of the present embodiment is folded into four by being folded at three bent portions 4. The packaging material 3 is sealed with a pair of right and left sealing portions 5, and the front end edge portion 31 is also sealed. The fastening tape 34 is adhered to the outer surface of the packaging material.
[0014]
The connecting leak-proof groove 27b is preferably formed over 30% or more of the width of the absorber, and the tangent line of the leak-proof groove is preferably in the range of 45 ° to 90 ° with respect to the longitudinal center line. .
The length of the elastic member 28a is preferably 3 to 30 cm, more preferably 5 to 25 cm, and the position provided is arbitrary depending on the length of the sanitary napkin, but the front end of the sanitary napkin The distance from the edge is preferably 1 to 10 cm, more preferably 2 to 8 cm, and the distance from the rear edge is preferably 2 to 30 cm, more preferably 3 to 25 cm.
Further, the position of the bent portion is arbitrary depending on the number of folding and the like.
Moreover, the formation material of each structural member in the individual packaging structure of the sanitary napkin of this embodiment can be used without any particular limitation.
[0015]
The individual packaging structure of the sanitary napkin of the present embodiment can be used for use by pulling the fastening tape 34, opening the individual packaging structure, taking out the sanitary napkin in the same manner as a normal packaging structure.
Since the sanitary napkin according to this embodiment is folded along the connecting leak-proof groove, the sanitary napkin is easy to fold, and a thick sanitary napkin can be processed without any trouble. Since the folding process can be made beautifully, the surface is not roughened and the touch is good, and the creases are not noticeable. In addition, the inventors' research has revealed that when the elastic member is bent at a certain position, the expansion and contraction force is relaxed, and the leak-proof wall structure is not well formed. However, in the present invention, there is no elastic member. Since the bent part is formed by bending at the position, the effect of elastic member stretching force is fully exerted, the structure of the leak-proof wall and the concave structure is well formed when taking the longitudinal section when opening, desired The fit is demonstrated.
In particular, the above-described effect is remarkably exhibited for the absorbent article having the bulky portion of the present embodiment.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 3, the sanitary napkin packaging structure of the present embodiment is configured such that the sanitary napkin 2 is placed on the packaging material 3, the flap portion 25 is folded back on the absorbent layer 21, and a predetermined folding is performed. Folded at the bent portion 4 and folded into four, the side edge portion 33 is sealed by heat sealing or the like to form the sealing portion 5 and the front edge portion 31 is sealed by heat sealing or the like, and finally fastening It is manufactured by adhering the tape 34 or the like.
[0017]
The individual packaging structure of the sanitary napkin of the present embodiment is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
For example, the bent portion may be formed in two places to form a three-fold structure, or four or more places.
The leak-proof groove can be two in both the front part and the rear part. Or it can be three or more.
There may not be a flap part.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
The individual packaging structure of the absorbent article of the present invention is such that the leakproof property of the absorbent article does not decrease when the absorbent article is taken out from the individual packaging structure.
