Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hand-held brush cutter.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventional hand-held brush cutter, a frame for holding an engine, a pair of left and right wheels provided at the lower end of the frame, a handle provided at the upper end of the frame, and a front of the pair of left and right wheels are provided. What is provided with the cutting blade rotated with an engine is known.
When mowing with this hand-held type brush cutter, the operator holds the handle and moves the cutting blade forward while pushing it up to a certain height, and swings the handle to the left and right. It was handled as if it was cut from side to side.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, this conventional push-type brush cutter has a small wheel width (thickness). Therefore, when mowing in a place where the unevenness of the ground is terrible, the wheel easily fits into the concave portion of the ground. It is difficult and difficult to operate because it is difficult to move forward by tilting left and right, and it is difficult to move wide by cutting left and right because the handle is provided at a high position. It was difficult to use unless it was a skilled person.
[0004]
Then, an object of this invention is to provide the hand-held type brush cutter which can perform a mowing operation safely and easily without requiring skill.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-described object, a hand-held brush cutter according to the present invention includes a frame for holding an engine, wheels provided at a lower end of the frame, a handle provided at an upper end of the frame, the engine is provided at the tip of the holding rod projecting from the front lower傾状a hand押式brush cutter provided with a cutting blade which rotates with the engine, has a sphere for rolling on the ground And a plurality of small spheres that hold the sphere so as to roll freely, and a hemispherical shell-shaped receiver that holds a large number of the small spheres in the gap by forming a gap between the spherical upper half of the sphere. A blade height adjusting tool provided with a member is attached to the holding rod, and the cutting blade height can be adjusted by the blade height adjusting tool.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings illustrating embodiments.
[0007]
1 and 2 show a reference example of the present invention. As shown in the side view of FIG. 1 and the perspective view of FIG. 2, a hand-held brush cutter according to the present invention includes a frame 2 that holds an engine 1 and a pair of left and right wheels 3 provided at a lower end 23 b of the frame 2. , 3, a handle 4 provided at the upper end 23 a of the frame 2, and a cutting blade 5 provided in front of the pair of left and right wheels 3, 3 and rotated by the engine 1. The cutting blades 5 are made of a plastic string-like body, and are attached to the rotating disk 49 so as to protrude radially outward (see FIG. 8).
[0008]
The frame 2 includes a prismatic center frame 6 whose upper end is inclined rearward, a plate 7 attached to the front surface of the center frame 6 at the upper and lower intermediate positions, and a handle attached to the front surface of the center frame 6 and on the upper end side. A support rod 8 for attachment, and a frame body 9 in which both ends of the pipe body bent in a U shape are fixed to the front surface of the plate 7 and bent in a substantially J shape in side view, and the front end side is inclined forward, Is provided.
[0009]
A pair of left and right wheels 3, 3 are rotatably attached to the lower end of the center frame 6 via the axle 10, and an angle adjusting mechanism (described later) is provided on the upper end of the support rod 8 protruding upward from the center frame 6. A handle 4 is attached via 11. In addition, the engine 1 is fixed to a mounting plate 12 attached to a forward inclined portion of the frame body 9 with a screwing tool or the like.
[0010]
Reference numeral 13 denotes a power transmission mechanism that holds the rotary plate 49 to which the cutting blades 5 and 5 are attached so as to be rotatable in front of the wheels 3 and 3 and transmits the rotational force from the engine 1 to the rotary plate 49. The power transmission mechanism 13 includes a clutch case 14 attached to the front side of the mounting plate 12 and a cylindrical holding rod in which a base end 15b is connected to the clutch case 14 and a front end 15a protrudes forward and downwardly inclined. 15, a gear case 16 provided at the tip 15 a of the holding rod 15, and a mounting plate 45 provided at the lower end of the gear case 16, and a holding rod that connects the engine 1 and the first gear inside the gear case 16. A drive shaft that is rotatably provided inside 15, a second gear that meshes with the first gear, and a rotating shaft that connects the rotating disk 49 are provided.
[0011]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the left and right wheels 3, 3 are formed in a barrel shape having a width L of 200 mm and a diameter φ of 200 mm, for example. More specifically, the wheel 3 includes a wheel 17 and a tire 18 fitted on the wheel 17. The wheel 17 has a central boss part 20, an outer peripheral wall part 21, a plurality of radial ribs 22 provided at equal intervals in the circumferential direction connecting the boss part 20 and the outer peripheral wall part 21, etc. A tire 18 is externally fitted in a barrel shape at the outer edge of the mountain shape of each radial rib 22. Further, in the wheel 17, the boss portion 20 is drawn closer to the axial center than the left and right side surfaces.
[0012]
Thus, by making the wheel 3 into a barrel shape having a large width L, as shown in FIG. 3 (a), the wheel 3 becomes a dent even on the ground G with many depressions, protrusions, gravel, etc. The brush cutter does not tilt to the left and right (rattle) and can be smoothly driven with a light hand pushing force.
[0013]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, the left and right wheels 3 and 3 are attached to the axle 10 so that the vehicle width W can be adjusted. Specifically, the structure for attaching the wheel 3 to the axle 10 will be described. As shown in FIG. 3 (a), a pipe body 19 (shorter than the axle 10) is provided in the horizontal direction in the lower end of the center frame 6 of the frame 2. The axle 10 is inserted into the pipe body 19 with the left and right ends protruding. Then, the wheel 3 is attached by fitting the boss portion 20 of the wheel 17 to the end portion side of the axle 10, and a cylindrical spacer 24 is fitted between the wheel 3 and the pipe body 19 of the axle 10 to thereby attach the axle. By attaching a retaining member 25 (for example, a split pin) to the end of 10, the vehicle width W of the left and right wheels 3 and 3 can be set large as shown in FIG. However, the brush cutter can travel stably even on the ground G with a lot of noise. At this time, since the wheels 3 and 3 are barrel-shaped, the stability is excellent synergistically.
[0014]
Further, the retainer 25 is pulled out from the state of FIG. 3 (a), the wheel 3 and the spacer 24 are extracted from the axle 10, and the wheel 3 is first attached to the axle 10 as shown in FIG. 3 (b). By attaching a spacer 24 to the end of the door and securing it with the retaining tool 25, as shown in FIG. 4 (b), the vehicle width W becomes smaller, even on a narrow ground (road surface) G such as a saddle road. It becomes possible to run.
[0015]
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, by increasing the vehicle width W, it is possible to stably operate and run the brush cutter without falling down in the work on the inclined ground (slope) G.
[0016]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the handle 4 includes a front-rear direction portion 27 on the base end 26 b side, a vertical direction portion 28 with the front end 26 a side being vertically oriented, a front-rear direction portion 27, and a vertical direction portion 28. And an intermediate bent portion 29 for connecting the two. The base end 26 b of the handle 4 (the end of the front-rear direction portion 27) is attached to the upper end 23 a of the frame 2 via the angle adjustment mechanism 11.
[0017]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 6, the angle adjusting mechanism 11 is fixed to the upper end 23 a of the frame 2 and has a first member 31 having an annular first meshing tooth 30 directed to the left and right sides, and the handle 4. The second member 33 having an annular second meshing tooth 32 that is fixed to the base end 26b and meshes with the first meshing tooth 30, and the first and second meshing teeth 30, 32 are meshed with each other. 1. A bolt part 34 and a nut part 35 for connecting the second members 31 and 33 are provided. Reference numeral 36 denotes a male screw of the bolt portion 34 inserted through the hole portions of the first and second meshing teeth 30 and 32.
[0018]
As described above, since the angle adjusting mechanism 11 is interposed at the coupling portion between the base end 26 b of the handle 4 and the upper end 23 a of the frame 2, the nut portion 35 of the angle adjusting mechanism 11 is loosened so that the first member 31 By separating the two members 33 and releasing the meshing state of the first and second meshing teeth 30, 32, the handle 4 becomes free as shown by the phantom line in FIG. 27 can swing up and down, and can be fixed by tightening the nut portion 35 at a desired vertical tilt angle. That is, by adjusting the vertical inclination angle of the front-rear direction portion 27, the vertical direction portion 28 on the tip 26a side can be adjusted to a desired vertical height.
[0019]
