上記の目的を有効に達成するがために、本発明が採択した手段は次の通りである。

即ち、本発明は、断熱材を介在させた二重壁から成る筒体上端の内壁で形成した嵌合筒部を別の筒体下端の内壁により形成した嵌合部に嵌合してなる煙突の接続構造において、筒体上端の外壁に適数個形成したカギ型であって内側に凹形の掛止溝に別の筒体下端の内壁面に適数個突設した突起を挿入し回動して掛止し、その際、筒体上端の外壁の掛止溝の下方位置に筒体外壁の全周にわたって形成した突隆部と、別の筒体下端の外壁外面の最下方の位置に該筒体外壁の全周にわたって形成した突隆部とを当接させることによって筒体下端の外壁で筒体端の掛止溝と筒体端の突起との結合部を覆った状態にした上、断面溝型の締付環で上下の筒体の当接している二条の突隆部全体を覆うと共に上下の突隆部をレバーによって回動する構成の締め付け手段によって締結することを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、 図1乃至図5を参照し、二つの筒体を接続する場合を例として本発明の実施の一形態を説明する。本発明の実施が三つ以上の筒体を接続する場合でも可能であるし、屈曲した筒体と真っ直ぐな筒体とを接続する場合でも可能であることはいうまでもない。

図1乃至図4に示した如く、本発明の実施に使用する筒体Aは、断熱材1を介在させた二重壁から成る。筒体Aの上端には、内壁2内面によって嵌合筒部3を形成してある。そして、筒体Aの上端の嵌合筒部3の位置の外壁4にはカギ型であって内側に凹形の掛止溝5が適数個形成してある。また、筒体A上端の前記掛止溝5の下方位置には、外壁4の全周にわたって突隆部6が形成してある。筒体Aの下端には、内壁2により下位の筒体Aの前記嵌合筒部3が嵌合する嵌合部7が形成されており、筒体Aの下端の外壁4面には下位の筒体Bの前記掛止溝5に挿入し得る突起8が適数個形成されている。そして、筒体A下端の外壁4面の最下方の位置には、前記突起8が下位の筒体Aの前記掛止溝5に挿入され回動された際に、下位の筒体Aの上端の突隆部6と当接する突隆部9がその全周にわたって形成されている。

図5に示した如く、本発明の実施に使用する締付環10は、後記する通り、上下の筒体Aの当接している二条の突隆部6、9の全体を覆うことが出来る幅と深さを有する断面溝型であって、両端が適宜間隔を配して向き合う略環状であり、筒体Aの二条の突隆部6、9の外周より少しく長く形成されている。この締付環10の一端には、リング11を中間に回動自在に取り付けた緊締用レバ12の一端が180゜回動自在に取り付けられている。そして、緊締用レバ12の回動限界位置には、緊締用レバ12を鋲13により固定するための固定板14が取り付けられている。また、締付環10の他端には、前記リング11を引っ掛けるフック15が固定されている。
