Description

The present invention relates to an improvement of a water purifier connector used when a raw water pipe and a water purification pipe are connected to an inlet and an outlet of a water purifier.

Conventionally, impurities such as iron rust and residual chlorine in water pipes contained in tap water are removed for each household using a small water purifier. Various types of water purifiers have been proposed in the past, but a purification member such as activated carbon and / or a hollow fiber membrane that removes impure components is provided inside the housing to purify the housing. A raw water pipe through which water to be passed (hereinafter referred to as raw water) and a purified water pipe through which purified water (hereinafter referred to as purified water) passes are connected, and the raw water supplied from the raw water pipe is the purification member. In general, water purifiers having a structure in which purified water is passed through the water and sent to the water faucet through the water purification pipe are widely used.

The above-mentioned type of water purifier purifies the raw water through purification members such as activated carbon and hollow fiber membranes, so the purification capacity decreases when used for a long time due to a decrease in the adsorption power of activated carbon or clogging of the hollow fiber membranes. Therefore, it is necessary to replace the purifying member in the housing or the water purifier itself in an appropriate cycle, and the water purifier, the raw water pipe and the water purifying pipe are configured to be detachable for this replacement operation. In order to facilitate the replacement work of the water purifier described above, it has already been proposed to connect the raw water pipe and the water purifier inlet, the water purifier and the water purifier outlet with a one-touch joint (Patent Literature). 1).

According to this, since the water purifier can be easily removed from the raw water pipe and the water purification pipe, for example, the work of replacing the purification member inside the housing can be performed at hand without being limited to the raw water pipe or the water purification pipe. There is an advantage that it can be performed, and also when the water purifier itself is replaced, there is an advantage that the replacement work becomes very easy.
JP-A-3-242285 (right column on page 2, FIG. 1)

However, the connection structure described above has not been improved because the trouble of removing the inlet of the raw water pipe and the water purifier and the removal of the outlet of the water purification pipe and the water purifier must be performed separately. There is room.

In view of the above-described conventional problems, the present invention can further replace the water purifier by performing a single operation without separately attaching / detaching the water inlet / outlet portion of the water purifier. It aims at providing the coupler for water purifiers which can be performed easily.

In order to achieve the above object, the water purifier connector according to claim 1 of the present invention is based on the following (A) to (E).
(I) A water purifier connector comprising a raw water pipe connecting member detachably attached to an inlet part of a water purifier and a water purifier pipe connecting member detachable to an outlet part of the water purifier,
(B) a connecting member that integrally connects the two connecting members to each other and extends radially outward of the connecting member;
(C) Lock members are fitted to the lower ends of the two connecting members so as to be slidable in the vertical direction,
(D) the lock member includes an operation member located below the coupling member;
(E) provided with a locking means for releasing the lock between the connector, the inlet portion and the outlet portion when the operating member is pulled up and the lock member is slid upward in the axial direction. thing.

In the water purifier connector according to claim 1 of the present invention, since the raw water pipe connecting member and the water purifying pipe connecting member are coupled by the coupling member (coupling plate), the water purifier is simply detached from the shelf, The connector can be attached / detached after moving the water purifier to the hand while the raw water pipe and the water purification pipe are connected, and the attachment / detachment work is separate for the inlet and outlet parts of the water purifier. One operation can be done without having to do it.
The lock member includes an operation member located below the coupling member, and when the operation member is pulled up and the lock member is slid upward in the axial direction, the connector and the inlet portion And a lock means for releasing the lock with the outflow port portion, so that the operation member can be easily pulled up with a finger, thereby locking the connector, the inflow port portion and the outflow port portion. Therefore, the removal operation is extremely simple and easy, and the replacement work of the water purifier becomes very simple.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of a water purifier connector according to the present invention will be described with reference to an embodiment shown in the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1: has shown the schematic longitudinal cross-sectional view of the sink in the kitchen unit to which the coupler for water purifiers concerning this invention is applied.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a sink. The sink 1 includes a top plate 2 having a sink (not shown), and a storage 3 for storing food and the like is formed below the top plate 2. The top plate 2 is provided with a mixing faucet 4 capable of selectively discharging hot water, room temperature water, or purified water in a sink. Further, the storage 3 is provided with a normal temperature water main plug 5 connected to a water pipe (not shown) and a hot water main plug 6 connected to a hot water source (not shown). 3 protrudes into the storage 3 from the back plate 3a. The normal temperature water main plug 5 and the warm water main plug 6 are connected to the mixed water tap 4 through the normal temperature water pipe 7 and the hot water pipe 8, respectively, and send hot water and normal temperature water to the mixed water tap 4.
(About arrangement of water purifier)

A water purifier 20 is stored in the storage 3 described above. The water purifier 20 is supported by a water purifier support case 10 attached on the shelf board 9. The water purifier support case 10 is formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape, and the water purifier 20 is located in a space between the normal temperature water main plug 5 and the hot water main plug 6 protruding from the back plate 3 a of the storage 3. In this position, the bottom plate (not shown) is fixed to the shelf plate 9 by appropriate fixing means such as bolts.

The water purifier 20 is connected to the mixing faucet 4 via the raw water pipe 11 and the water purification pipe 12. The raw water pipe 11 is supplied with tap water (hereinafter referred to as raw water) supplied from the room temperature water pipe 7 to the mixing faucet 4 as it is, and the water purifier 20 purifies the raw water supplied through the raw water pipe 11. The raw water purified through the water purification pipe 12 (hereinafter referred to as purified water) is sent to the mixing faucet 4.

The raw water pipe 11 and the water purification pipe 12 are respectively connected to the copper pipe portions 11a and 12a extending substantially straight downward from the mixing faucet 4, one end is connected to the lower end of the copper pipe portions 11a and 12a, and the other end is the water purifier 20. It consists of flexible parts 11b and 12b connected to.

Each flexible part 11b, 12b in the raw water pipe 11 and the water purification pipe 12 is routed so as to draw a loop on the left and right, and thereby, the water purifier generated when the raw water and the purified water pass through each pipe 11, 12 It is possible to disperse the load relating to the 20 attachment portions (that is, the attachment portion of the water purifier support case 10) so as not to concentrate on one point, and to improve the left-right balance of the water purifier 20 itself.
(About the structure of the water purifier 20)

Next, the configuration of the water purifier 20 will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 is a front view of the water purifier 20, FIG. 3 is a rear view of the water purifier 20, FIG. 4 is a right side view of the water purifier 20, FIG. 5 is a left side view of the water purifier 20, and FIG. 7 is a bottom view of the water purifier 20, and FIG. 8 is a partial longitudinal sectional view of the water purifier 20.

As shown in the drawing, the water purifier 20 is formed with a first filtration chamber A and a second filtration chamber B inside a cylindrical housing 21 whose both ends are closed, and an inlet 23 provided at the upper portion thereof. The raw water supplied to the inside of the housing is purified by passing through the first filtration chamber A and the second filtration chamber B in this order, and the purified water after purification is drained from the outlet 25 to the outside of the housing.
(About the housing structure)

The housing 21 includes an upper housing 27 and a lower housing 29. A male screw 31 is formed on the lower outer surface of the upper housing 27, and a female screw 33 is formed on the inner surface of the lower housing 29, and the upper housing 27 and the lower housing 29 are separated by the male screw 31 and the female screw 33. It is configured so that it can be combined.

A cylindrical groove 35 is formed on the outer surface of the upper housing 27 below the male screw 31, and an O-ring 37 is attached to the groove 35.

The O-ring 37 has a cross-sectional diameter that is at least larger than the depth of the groove 35. Accordingly, when the O-ring 37 is screwed to the upper housing 27 and the lower housing 29, the upper housing 27 The connecting portions of the housings 27 and 29 are sealed so that the water in the housing 21 does not leak to the outside from the screw connection portion.
(About the interceptor)

Above the female screw 33 of the lower housing 29, a leak receiving portion 39 that is radially outwardly extended and extends upward is integrally formed. When this leak receiving portion 39 is coupled to the lower housing 29 and the upper housing 27, a slight gap is formed between the outer surface of the upper housing 27 and the inner surface of the leak receiving portion 39, and the raw water pipe 11 and the purified water pipe The residual water remaining in the housing 21 when the 12 is removed from the water purifier 20 leaks from the inflow port 23 and the outflow port 25 and catches the leaked water flowing down along the outer surface of the upper housing 27.

An annular sealing protrusion 41 is integrally formed on the outer surface of the upper housing 27 above the male screw 31. When the lower housing 29 and the upper housing 27 are joined, the protrusion 41 is connected to the lower housing. 29 is engaged with (preferably liquid-tightly engaged) the stepped portion defining the lower end of the leak receiving portion 39, and the leak water received by the leak receiving portion 39 is screwed to the upper housing 27 and the lower housing 29. Prevent entry into the part.
(About hollow fiber membrane case)

Housed in the housing 21 is a bottomed cylindrical hollow fiber membrane case 43 having an open upper end that divides the interior of the housing 21 into a first filtration chamber A and a second filtration chamber B. The hollow fiber membrane case 43 houses a large number of hollow fiber membranes C therein.

The upper housing 27 is integrally formed with a cylindrical guide member 45 for the hollow fiber membrane case that extends downward on the inner surface of the upper plate 27a. The guide member 45 is positioned so as to be located on the same axis as the housing 21, and guides the hollow fiber membrane case 43 so that it is located on the same axis as the housing 21.

After the upper portion of the hollow fiber membrane case 43 is inserted into the guide member 45, the hollow fiber membrane case 43 is welded and fixed to the upper housing 27, so that the hollow fiber membrane case 43 is positioned at the approximate center of the housing 21. The space is divided into a space around the hollow fiber membrane case 43 (first filtration chamber A) and a space inside the hollow fiber membrane case 43 (second filtration chamber B).

The hollow fiber membrane case 43 is formed such that the length in the longitudinal direction is shorter than the length in the longitudinal direction of the internal space of the housing 21. Further, the bottom plate 43a of the hollow fiber membrane case 43 is formed in a spherical shape, and a plurality of communication holes 43b are formed, and the first filtration chamber A and the second filtration chamber B are formed by the communication holes 43b. Are communicating.

The bottom plate 29a of the lower housing 29 is formed with a spherical portion 29b having a curvature substantially the same as the curvature of the bottom plate 43a of the hollow fiber membrane case 43. When the housing is assembled, the bottom plate 43a of the hollow fiber membrane case 43 and the above-mentioned The spherical portions 29b are arranged so as to face each other.

Thus, by forming the bottom plates 43a and 29a facing each other into a spherical shape with substantially the same curvature, the length of the longitudinal direction of the hollow fiber membrane case 43 itself can be shortened more than necessary, or the longitudinal direction of the housing 21 can be reduced. A sufficiently wide flow path can be secured between the bottom plate 43 a of the hollow fiber membrane case 43 and the bottom plate 29 a of the lower housing 29 without increasing the length more than necessary.
(About the first filtration chamber)

The first filtration chamber A, that is, the space around the hollow fiber membrane case 43 in the inner space of the housing 21 is filled with granular activated carbon D. The above-mentioned granular activated carbon D is held by holding filters 47 and 49 whose upper and lower sides are made of nonwoven fabric.
(About the support structure of the lower holding filter)

The lower holding filter 49 is formed in a disc shape having a diameter slightly larger than the inner diameter of the upper housing 27, and a central opening 49 a having a diameter substantially the same as the outer diameter of the hollow fiber membrane case 43 at the center thereof. Is drilled. The lower holding filter 49 is supported in the housing 21 via a support member 53.

As shown in FIGS. 9A and 9B, the support member 53 has a disk 53a having substantially the same diameter as the lower holding filter 49, and a slit 53e extending downward from the lower surface of the disk 53a. It is comprised from the cylindrical leg part 53b.

A central opening 53c having a diameter substantially the same as the outer diameter of the hollow fiber membrane case 43 is formed in the center of the disk 53a, and the periphery of the central opening 53c is purified. A large number of communication holes 53d through which water should pass are formed.

Further, a circumferential step portion 27 b that extends radially outward is formed at the lower inner edge of the upper housing 27, and around the spherical portion 29 b of the lower housing 29, a support member 53 is provided. A flat seat 29c for receiving the leg portion 53b is formed.

As a result, the lower holding filter 49 is placed on the upper surface of the disk 53a of the support member 53, and these are mounted on the hollow fiber membrane case 43 at the positions of the central openings 49a and 53c. When the housing 29 is coupled, the lower holding filter 49 and the support member 53 are held by the receiving seat 29 c of the lower housing 29 and the step portion 27 b of the lower end inner edge of the upper housing 27.

In this way, the lower holding filter 49 is supported by the support member 53 together with the receiving seat 29c of the lower housing 29 and the step portion 27b at the inner edge of the lower end of the upper housing 27. No operation such as welding the filter to the support member is required, and the lower holding filter 49 is supported at a predetermined position simply by placing the lower holding filter 49 on the disk 53a of the supporting member 53 and assembling the housing 21. As a result, it is possible to eliminate the need for welding equipment for the holding filter and a welding process at the time of manufacturing, thereby improving manufacturing efficiency and reducing manufacturing cost.
(Upper holding filter support structure)

The upper holding filter 47 is formed in a disk shape having a diameter substantially the same as the inner diameter of the upper housing 27, and has a diameter substantially the same as the outer diameter of the hollow fiber membrane case 43 at the center thereof. A central opening 47a is formed. The upper holding filter 47 is supported in the housing 21 via the support member 51.

The support member 51 is made of a disc having substantially the same diameter as the upper holding filter 47. The support member 51 has substantially the same configuration as the disc portion 53a in the support member 53 for the lower holding filter described above, and, like the disc 53a, one central portion through which the hollow fiber membrane case 43 passes. An opening 51a and a plurality of communication holes 51b through which water to be purified can pass are formed.

An annular support ring 43 c for supporting the support member 51 and the upper holding filter 47 is integrally projected on the upper part of the outer surface of the hollow fiber membrane case 43, and is held on the upper surface of the support member 51. After the filter 47 is placed and mounted on the upper part of the hollow fiber membrane case 43 so that the support member 51 is located on the lower side, the hollow fiber membrane case 43 is inserted into the guide member 45 of the upper housing 27 and fixed by welding. The holding filter 47 and the support member 51 are held and held between the lower end of the guide member 45 and the support ring 43 c of the hollow fiber membrane case 43.

Thus, by supporting the upper holding filter 47 together with the support member 51 with the lower end of the guide member 45 and the support ring 43c of the hollow fiber membrane case 43, the filter for holding activated carbon as in the conventional case is supported. The upper holding filter 47 can be supported at a predetermined position simply by mounting the upper holding filter 47 on the support member 51 and assembling the upper housing 27 and the hollow fiber membrane case 43 without requiring an operation such as welding to the upper member 27. As a result, the welding equipment for the holding filter and the welding process at the time of manufacture are not required, the manufacturing efficiency is increased, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
(About the configuration of the inlet and outlet)

On the upper plate 27a of the upper housing 27, an inlet portion 24 and an outlet portion 26 that form the inlet 23 and the outlet 25 are integrally projected. The inflow port portion 24 is disposed at a position where it can communicate with the first filtration chamber A of the housing 21, and the outflow port portion 26 is disposed at a position where it can communicate with the second filtration chamber B of the housing 21. In addition, annular inlet grooves 24a and 26a are formed in the inlet part 24 and the outlet part 26, respectively.
(About the action of the water purifier)

The water purifier 20 configured as described above is inserted into and supported by the water purifier support case 10 fixed to the shelf plate 9 of the storage 3. The raw water pipe 11 and the water purification pipe 12 are connected to the inflow port portion 24 and the outflow port portion 26 through a connector 70.

As a result, the raw water flowing into the housing 21 through the inlet port 24 passes through the upper holding filter 47 and enters the first filtration chamber A, and when passing through the upper holding filter 47, dust, iron rust, etc. In addition, when passing through the first filtration chamber A, residual activated carbon, trihattomethane and the like are removed by the granular activated carbon D filled in the first filtration chamber A.

The water that has passed through the first filtration chamber A passes through the lower holding filter 49 and passes from the communication hole 43b formed in the bottom plate 43a of the hollow fiber membrane case 43 to the second filtration chamber B, that is, the hollow fiber membrane case. Turbid components, iron rust and the like are removed when entering the inside 43 and passing through the hollow fiber membrane C accommodated therein. The purified water that has passed through the second filtration chamber B and has been purified is supplied to the mixing faucet 4 through the outlet 26 and the purified water pipe 12.
(About the structure of the coupler)

Next, the structure of the connector 70 which connects the inflow port part 24 and the outflow port part 26 of the water purifier 20, and the raw | natural water pipe | tube 11 and the purified water pipe | tube 12 is demonstrated with reference to FIGS. 10 is a front view of the coupler 70, FIG. 11 is a top view of the coupler 70 in FIG. 10, FIG. 12 is a right side view of the coupler 70 in FIG. 10, and FIG. 13 is a tightening member from the coupler 70 in FIG. FIG. 14 is a schematic longitudinal sectional view showing a state in which the inlet portion 24, the outlet portion 26, and the water purifier 20 are attached to the connector 70.

As shown in the drawing, the connector 70 includes a raw water pipe connecting member 71, a water purification pipe connecting member 73, a connecting plate (joining member) 75 that joins the two connecting members 71 and 73, and two connecting members 71. And a locking member 77 common to 73. First, the connection members 71 and 73 will be described. Since the raw water pipe connecting member 71 and the purified water pipe connecting member 73 have the same configuration, only the configuration of the purified water pipe connecting member 73 will be described here, and the raw water pipe connecting member 71 is the same as the purified water pipe connecting member 73. A duplicate description will be omitted with reference numerals.

The purified water pipe connecting member 73 includes two cylindrical members 79 and 81. These two cylindrical members 79 and 81 are connected in series as shown in FIG. 13, and define one water purification flow path 85 inside. The upper cylindrical member 79 is integrally formed with a small-diameter mounting portion 79a for mounting the water purification pipe 12 on the upper portion thereof.

The mounting portion 79a has a plurality of annular locking claws 79b formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof. After the water purification pipe 12 is mounted on the mounting portion 79a, the tightening member 78 is further mounted on the upper cylindrical member 79. Then, by pressing the mounting portion of the water purification pipe 12 inward in the radial direction with the tightening member 78, the inner surface of the water purification pipe 12 is firmly locked to the locking pawl 79b, and the water purification pipe 12 is securely attached to the mounting portion. 79a (see FIGS. 13 and 14).

The lower cylindrical member 81 is formed with several steps at a substantially middle portion of the inner surface thereof. The seal ring 86 and the valve device 87 are sequentially inserted from above, and the upper cylindrical member 79 is finally inserted. When press-fitted, the seal ring 86 and the valve device 87 are sandwiched and held between the step on the inner surface of the lower cylindrical member 81 and the lower end of the upper cylindrical member 79. The valve device 87 includes a valve seat 93, an opening / closing member 95 having a valve body 95 b, a guide cylinder 97 for the opening / closing member, and a spring 99.

As described above, the valve seat 93 and the guide cylinder 97 are held between the lower end of the upper cylindrical member 79 and the step on the inner surface of the lower cylindrical member 81. The opening / closing member 95 includes a cylindrical main body, and several claw bodies 95a extending upward are integrally formed at the upper end edge of the cylindrical main body, and the valve body 95b is integrated with the upper end of the claw body 95a. It is molded into.

The opening / closing member 95 is supported so that the cylindrical main body portion is slidable up and down inside the guide tube 97 so that the valve body 95 b is positioned above the valve seat 93, and the valve body 95 b is supported by the valve seat 93. It is always urged downward by a spring 99 so as to close the opening 93a.

When the connecting device 70 is connected to the water purifier 20 as shown in FIG. 14, the valve device 87 moves the opening / closing member 95, that is, the valve body 95b upward, against the force of the spring 99. The opening 93a formed in the valve seat 93 is opened, and the purified water flow path 85 inside the purified water pipe connecting member 73 is communicated. The lower cylindrical member 81 is formed such that a plurality of through holes 100 penetrating in the radial direction are arranged on the same circumference in the lower peripheral wall. Each through hole 100 is formed so as to be reduced in diameter radially inward, and holds a locking sphere 101 inside. A lock member 77 is slidably attached to the lower part of the lower cylindrical member 81 so as to slide up and down.

The lock member 77 includes a cylindrical upper member 110 provided for each connection member 71 and 73 and an operation plate (operation member) 111 common to the two connection members 71 and 73. A spring 103 is interposed between the upper member 110 and the lower cylindrical member 81, and the lock member 77 is always urged downward by the spring 103. Further, the upper member 110 is integrally formed with a plurality of flange portions 110a extending radially inward at the lower end thereof.

These flange portions 110a coincide with the position of the through hole 100 of the lower cylindrical member 81, enter the inside of the through hole 100, and always press the locking sphere 101 inward. The operation plate 111 is provided immediately below the coupling plate, and includes two through holes 111a into which the lower cylindrical member 81 and the upper member 110 of the connection members 71 and 73 can be inserted. A plurality of notches 111b extending outward in the radial direction are formed at the lower end edge of 111a. The same number of notches 111b as the through holes 100 are formed at positions corresponding to the through holes 100 formed in the lower portion of the lower cylindrical member 81.

Therefore, when the operation plate 111 is pulled up against the force of the spring 103 to a position where the notch is aligned with the through hole 100, the locking sphere 101 held in the through hole 100 is moved to the notch 111b side. If the connector 70 is attached to the water purifier 20 in this state, the outlet 26 of the water purifier 20 (the inlet 24 in the case of the raw water pipe connecting member 71) While extruding radially outward, it enters the purified water flow path 85 (raw water flow path 85 'in the case of the raw water pipe connection member 71) in the purified water pipe connection member 73, and pushes up the valve body 95b of the valve device 87 as described above. The water purification channel 85 (raw water channel 85 ′) is communicated.

When the operation plate 111 is released when the outlet portion 26 reaches a predetermined position, the upper member 110 slides downward while pushing back the locking sphere 101 radially inward by the flange portion 110a by the force of the spring 103. The flange portion 110a moves downward to a position where the flange portion 110a matches the through hole 100, and the flange portion 110a enters the inside of the through hole 100 to urge the locking sphere 101 radially inward again.

In this state, the locking sphere 101 partially protrudes inward from the inner surface of the lower cylindrical member 81, and the locking groove 26 a (in the case of the inlet port 24) formed on the outer surface of the outlet port 26. Enters the locking groove 24a) and locks the outlet part 26 (and the inlet part 24). As a result, the outlet part 26 (and the inlet part 24) and the connector 70 do not come off unless the operation plate 111 of the lock member 77 is pulled up.

The raw water pipe connecting member 71 has the same configuration as the above-described purified water pipe connecting member 73, and the raw water pipe connecting member 71 and the purified water pipe connecting member 73 are coupled by a coupling plate 75 at an intermediate portion thereof. The side portions are coupled by the operation plate 111 of the lock member 77 as described above.

Preferably, the coupling plate 75 and the operation plate 111 can be configured to be engaged with the raw water pipe connection member 71 and the water purification pipe connection member 73 with claws or the like. The connection members 71 and 73 can rotate about their axes with respect to 111, and the raw water pipe 11 and the water purification pipe 12 connected to the connection members 71 and 73 can be prevented from being twisted. .

In this manner, the raw water pipe connecting member 71 and the water purification pipe connecting member 73 are coupled, and the operation plate 111 of the lock member 77 is integrally provided and provided directly below the coupling plate 75, thereby providing an operation plate. The operation of putting the finger on 111 and pulling it up can be performed easily and easily, and the connecting device 70 can be connected to the water purifier 20 with a single simple operation and can be separated. Will be very easy.

Further, the connection plate 75 and the operation plate 111 of the lock member 77 are provided with erroneous connection prevention holes 75a and 111c, and an erroneous connection prevention rod 27c is provided on the upper surface of the upper housing 27 of the water purifier 20. It is erected. These erroneous connection preventing holes 75a and 111c and the erroneous connection preventing rod 27c are positioned so as to match only when the connector 70 is correctly attached to the water purifier 20, and thereby the connector 70 with respect to the water purifier 20 is positioned. Misconnections are reliably prevented.
(Another application example)

The water purifier connector according to the present invention is not limited to the present embodiment, and can be applied to any type of water purifier. For example, the lock mechanism of the lock member of the coupler for water purifier is not limited to the present embodiment, and any existing type lock mechanism can be applied. Further, in this embodiment, one operation plate is provided on the lock member, and each connection member can be locked and unlocked by the operation plate.
