Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an automatic timepiece that receives, for example, a standard radio wave and corrects the time according to a standard time signal included in the standard radio wave.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, for example, a standard radio wave with a frequency of 40 kHz from the standard radio transmitting station of Mt. There is known an automatic timepiece having a function of correcting the time by performing so-called nulling in accordance with a standard time signal transmitted from a standard radio wave transmitting station using a standard radio wave having a frequency of 60 kHz.
[0003]
By the way, in the above-described automatic correction timepiece, when the standard radio wave is received, the time is corrected at a time based on the received time code. Then, after correcting the time, the time is displayed based on the vibration of the quartz oscillator built in the timepiece, and the time is displayed.
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
[0004]
However, in the above-described automatic correction clock, for example, if the standard radio wave is simply received every hour and reception is successful, there will be no problem with the accuracy of the display time. There is a problem that an error occurs in the display time because the time is measured in accordance with the vibration of the quartz crystal resonator. Also, battery life, standard radio wave reception environment, and the like affect the accuracy of display time.
Here, in a general quartz watch, an error of about ± 20 seconds per month occurs, and a simple calculation results in an error of ± 0.66 seconds per day.
[0005]
In the above-described automatic correction watch, it is easy to receive the standard radio wave mainly at night. For this reason, the standard radio wave cannot be received during the daytime when the user mainly uses it due to reception conditions or noise. . As a result, the above-described automatic correction timepiece has a problem that the time is measured by the accuracy of the built-in crystal, and an error in the display time is likely to occur. Furthermore, the image of the “radio clock” may be degraded.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and the purpose thereof is an automatic correction capable of displaying an accurate time even when the time is displayed with crystal accuracy after receiving a standard radio wave. May provide a clock.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, an automatic timepiece according to the present invention has an internal clock, receives a standard time signal transmitted from a standard radio station, corrects the internal clock, and responds to the internal clock. An automatic correction clock that displays the time by correcting the internal clock in accordance with a standard time signal transmitted from the standard radio station and exposing it within a predetermined time. Received An error between the time according to the received standard time signal and the current time measured by the internal clock is obtained, and a correction amount for the internal clock per predetermined time is obtained according to the error of the internal clock, Based on the correction amount, determine the number of corrections and the correction time within a predetermined time, At the determined correction time, the internal clock is corrected according to the determined correction amount, and the time from the time when the previous standard radio wave was normally received to the current time Is determined to be within the predetermined time, a correction amount for correcting the internal clock is obtained, and when it is determined that the internal clock is shorter than the predetermined time outside the predetermined time, the correction amount is maintained as it is, If it is determined that the length is long, the correction amount is set to 0. It has a control circuit.
[0015]
According to the present invention, it has an internal clock, receives a standard time signal transmitted from a standard radio station, corrects the internal clock, and displays a time according to the internal clock.
[0016]
At this time, the control circuit corrects an error between the time according to the standard time signal transmitted from the standard radio station and the current time measured by the internal clock, and further transmits from the standard radio station after a predetermined time has elapsed. An error from the current time measured by the internal clock is obtained according to the standard time signal. A correction amount per predetermined time is obtained according to the error of the internal clock.
[0017]
The storage means stores conversion information that associates the correction amount with the correction time and the number of corrections for correcting the internal clock.
In addition, in the conversion information, a correction time is assigned and set approximately on average within a predetermined time according to the correction amount.
In the control circuit, the number of correction times corresponding to the correction amount is determined within a predetermined time according to the conversion information and the correction amount.
In the control circuit, the internal clock is corrected according to the correction amount at the correction time, and the time is displayed according to the internal clock.
[0018]
Further, the control circuit does not obtain the correction amount of the internal clock when the standard time signal is received after a time shorter than the predetermined time.
The control circuit sets the correction amount of the internal clock to 0 when a time longer than the second predetermined time has elapsed and a standard time signal has been received.

Specifically, the time code is composed of three types of signal patterns of 1, 0, and P, and is distinguished by a 100% amplitude period width in one signal pattern of 1 sec. 1, 0 and P are 500 ms, 800 ms, and 200 ms, respectively. It has become. The modulation method is amplitude modulation with a maximum value of 100% and a minimum value of 10%.

[0029]
Next, transmission data of the long wave standard radio wave will be described.
FIG. 7 shows an example of the time code of the standard time radio signal.
[0030]
The transmission information is the accumulated date from minutes, hours, and January 1st.
The time data is transmitted at 1 bit / sec. One frame is one frame, and information on the accumulated date from the above-mentioned minute / hour / January 1 is provided as a BCD code in this frame. In addition to the 0 · 1, the transmitted data includes a marker called P code. This P code has several locations in one frame, and the minute (0 seconds), 9 seconds, 19 seconds, 29 seconds, Appears at 39, 49, 59 seconds. This P code appears continuously only once at 59 seconds and 0 seconds in one frame, and the position where this P code appears continuously becomes the minute position. In other words, since time data such as minute / hour data is determined in the frame with reference to this minute position, time data cannot be extracted unless this minute position is detected.
[0031]
Japanese standard radio waves include the minute code and hour code, which are the previous time codes (at the time of the experimental station), and the transmission data of the accumulated date code, which is the cumulative code, as well as the last two digits, day code, minute parity code, hour parity A code, a spare bit scheduled to be used when introducing daylight saving time, and a leap second were added (see FIG. 7B). As shown in FIG. 7, for example, when the hour code is other than 15 to 45 minutes, the minute code is 1 to 9 seconds, the hour code is 12 to 19 seconds, the integrated date code is 22 to 34 seconds, and the year code is 41 For 49 seconds, the day code is transmitted from 51 to 53 seconds.
In the following, the spare bits, leap second information, and stop information among the newly established information will be described.
[0032]
As shown in Table 1, the reserved bits use SU1 and SU2. These are prepared for future information expansion. When this bit is used in the daylight saving time information, when SU1 = SU2 = 0, “no change to daylight saving time within 6 days”, when SU1 = 1 · SU2 = 0, there is “change to daylight saving time within 6 days”, When SU1 = 0 and SU2 = 1, the information format is “daylight saving time in progress”, and when SU1 = SU2 = 1, “daylight saving time ends within 6 days”. Daylight saving time has not yet been introduced in Japan, and it is still unknown, but when it comes to European summertime switching, it is often done in the middle of the night.
[0033]
[Table 1]
[0034]
Next, as shown in Table 2, the leap second uses 2 bits of LS1 and LS2, and when LS1 = LS2 = 0, “the leap second is not corrected within one month”, LS1 = 1 · LS2 = 0 Then, “There is a negative leap second (deletion) within one month”, that is, one minute is 59 seconds, and when LS1 = LS2 = 1, “There is a positive leap second (insertion) within one month”, that is, one minute is 61 seconds. The information form is as follows. The leap second correction timing has already been determined and is to be performed immediately before January 1 or July 1 of UTC time. Therefore, in Japan time (JTC), it will be performed immediately before 9:00 am on January 1 or July 1.
[0035]
[Table 2]
[0036]
As shown in (a), (b), and (c) of Table 3, ST1, ST2, ST3, ST4, ST5, and ST6 are used as the stop information. In ST5 and ST6, the stop information of the stop period is provided. First, the stoppage start notice will be described. When ST1 = ST2 = ST3 = 0, “No stoppage is planned”, and when ST1 = ST2 = 0 · ST3 = 1, “Stop within 7 days”, ST1 = 0 · ST2 = 1・ When ST3 = 0, “Stop within 3 days from 3”, ST1 = 0 ・ When ST2 = ST3 = 1, “Stop within 2 days”, When ST1 = 1 and ST2 = ST3 = 0, “Stop within 24 hours” In the case of “stop”, ST1 = 1 · ST2 = 0 · ST3 = 1 “stops within 12 hours”, and ST1 = ST2 = 1 · ST3 = 0 indicates “stops within 2 hours”. Next, the stop time notice is “only daytime” in ST4 = 1, and “all day or no stoppage plan” in ST4 = 0. Next, the stop period notice is “no stop plan” at ST5 = ST6 = 0, “stop for 7 days or longer or unknown period” at ST5 = 0 · ST6 = 1, “ “Stop within 2 to 6 days”, and ST5 = ST6 = 1 indicates “stop in less than 2 days”.
[0037]
[Table 3]
[0038]
As described above, as described in detail with respect to transmission information by radio waves including long wave standard time information that is managed by the Communications Research Laboratory (CRL), information by spare bits in addition to standard time information, leap Second information and stop information are also included in the transmission information.

[0070]
In the above description, when the reception state is determined to be out of the reference range, the radio wave is weak or there is a lot of noise.
When the radio wave is very weak, as shown in FIG. 6C, the signal remains at the low level (L) or the high level (H) for several signals.
Also, when there is a lot of noise, the level changes regardless of the time signal.
When the signal S11 in these states is received, for example, twice or more in 10 seconds, it is determined that the reception state is out of the reference range.
Specifically, for example, when the detection time is about 10 seconds and the level change is not detected within 1 second and the detected pulse width is around 0.8, 0.5, 0.2 seconds. If no NG occurs, it is determined that reception is impossible.
Then, as described above, the pointer position detection process is performed, the pointer is fast-forwarded, and the time is corrected based on the time counter.

[0102]
First, as shown in FIG. 18, for example, when the reception switch 12-1 is turned on or a power source such as a battery is turned on by the user, various states are returned to the initial state in the control circuit 15 (ST1).
At this time, when the receiving switch 12-1 is turned on or powered on, for example, driving power is supplied from the

In the
As a result, when the reception state is within the reference range, the received radio wave is decoded assuming that reception is possible (can be timed).

If the time can be set as a result of decoding, various counters are controlled based on the basic clock by the

If it is determined in step ST15 that +64 units have not been counted, the process returns to step ST9.
If it is determined in step ST15 that +64 units have been counted, a second counter is added (ST16).

Then, according to the second counter of the

[0115]
Next, it is determined whether or not the correction switch 12-2 has been input (ST19). If it is determined in step ST19 that the correction switch 12-2 has been input, after a predetermined button correction operation is performed (ST20), the process proceeds to step ST31.
On the other hand, if it is determined in step ST19 that the correction switch 12-2 is not input, it is determined whether or not it is a predetermined automatic reception time (ST21). For example, the automatic reception time is set to 2:16:40 am.
[0116]
If it is determined in step ST21 that it is not the automatic reception time, the process returns to step ST9.
On the other hand, if it is determined in step ST21 that it is the time of automatic reception, it is determined whether or not the standard radio wave can be received (ST22).
[0117]
If it is determined in step ST22 that reception is not possible, the process proceeds to step ST31.
If it is determined in step ST22 that reception is possible, it is determined whether or not the time from the time when the previous standard radio wave was normally received until the current time is within a predetermined time ( ST23). Specifically, for example, it is determined whether or not the time from the time when the previous standard radio wave is normally received to the current time is within 12 to 168 hours.
[0118]
If it is determined in step ST23 that it is not within the predetermined time, it is determined whether or not the time from the time when the previous standard radio wave is normally received to the current time is shorter than the predetermined time. (ST24). Specifically, for example, it is determined whether or not it is shorter than 12 hours.
[0119]
If it is determined in step ST24 that the time is shorter than the predetermined time, it is determined that the time for accumulating the error is short, and the
On the other hand, if it is determined in step ST24 that the time is longer than the predetermined time, it is determined that the reception state or the environmental state has changed too much, so that even if the error is calculated, it is determined that it cannot be trusted and stored in the
[0120]

In step ST31, a reception state, that is, whether reception is good and time can be set or whether reception is bad and time cannot be set is set, and the process returns to step ST9.
[0125]
Further, the pointer position detection in step ST5 and step ST7 is performed as shown in FIG. 21, for example.
An hour / minute pulse signal output pattern is set from the control circuit 15 (ST501), and the drive signal DR 2 Is output to the

Here, the detection signal DT from the phototransistor 1 Is held at a high level, the detection signal DT from the phototransistor is added each time the number of pulses is added to perform step driving. 1 Is at high level (power supply voltage V cc It is determined whether or not the level has changed from low to low (ST504 to ST506).
Even if the number of pulses reaches 9, the detection signal DT from the phototransistor 1 Output is high level (power supply voltage V cc If the level does not change to the low level, the hour / minute

On the other hand, if the obtained output pattern matches the stored output pattern, the detection signal DT is detected by the phototransistor at that time (even in the fifth step). 1 When the output of the phototransistor is next switched to the low level when the level of the signal does not switch to the low level), the control signal CTL 1 Is stopped, and the circuit drive of the

Then, the output pattern from the phototransistor is compared with the output pattern stored in advance in the control circuit 15 (ST512).
As a result of the comparison, if the obtained output pattern does not match the stored output pattern, the process returns to step ST511, and the

On the other hand, when the obtained output pattern matches the stored output pattern as a result of the comparison in step ST512, at that time, the control signal CTL 2 Is stopped, the hour / minute

Here, the time correction by comparing the output pattern with the output pattern stored in advance is performed by matching with any of the three types of patterns.
