Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a paper passing method and a doctor device for a paper machine, and more particularly to a paper passing method for moving a doctor device in contact with a press roll in order to efficiently pass the paper, and the doctor device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When passing paper from the press roll of a paper machine to the dryer, it is necessary to peel the wet paper from the press roll. Therefore, it is difficult to cover the entire width of the device, and a wet paper with a narrow width (100 to 300 mm) called a tail is passed. After that, the method of gradually expanding to the full width is taken.
Conventionally, an air jet using an air knife or an air nozzle has been used to peel the tail attached to the surface of the press roll (for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 56-31400). When the basis weight, moisture, paper making speed, etc. changed, the strength of the air jet had to be adjusted, and it was necessary to find favorable peeling conditions each time paper was passed. In addition, the peeled tail is blown off by a peeling air jet and is usually transferred to a paper passing device such as a carrier rope. However, it is difficult to control the direction of the transfer, and the air knife or air nozzle is seen to fly. However, it was necessary to operate delicately. As described above, tail peeling and paper feeding require a lot of skill and time, and have problems such as limiting papermaking efficiency.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
On the other hand, a method of peeling using a doctor blade has also been reported, and improvements in the shape and function of the doctor have also been reported (for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication Nos. 58-65398, 63-73398, and 63- 89998, 63-115098, and Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 4-48299, etc.), which are the methods of contacting and peeling from the top of the tail, and the tail is sandwiched between a doctor and a press roll. In addition, there is a drawback that the tail can not be peeled off properly and the paper cannot be passed through, or the tail transfer direction changes due to adhesion of debris to the tip or pressing force of the doctor, and the like.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of research to solve such problems, the present inventors have moved the doctor blade in the axial direction of the press roll after contacting the doctor blade on the roll without the tail of the press roll in peeling the tail stuck to the press roll. The tail can be suitably peeled by cutting and peeling the tail, the peeled tail can be guided by the doctor blade, and the paper can be suitably passed, and the doctor device having the doctor blade, the contact / release device, and the moving device is provided. It has been found that it can be suitably used, and the present invention has been completed.
That is, the present invention provides an efficient paper feeding method and a doctor device for peeling a tail from a press roll of a paper machine and feeding the paper through a dryer.
[0005]
As the doctor blade used in the doctor device of the present invention, a normal one can be used. For example, a blade provided with an air nozzle capable of cutting wet paper at the tip can be preferably used. Further, the shape thereof is also arbitrary, and examples thereof include those in which the angle of the front end portion in the traveling direction is an acute angle, those having a right angle, those having an oblique cutout, and the like.
The contact / release device is a device for bringing the doctor blade into contact with or released from the press roll. For example, a contact / release air cylinder or an air tube type doctor blade can be exemplified, and the moving device presses the doctor blade. An apparatus that moves in the roll axis direction, for example, a moving air cylinder or the like.
[0006]
[Action]
In the present invention, the doctor blade is first brought into contact with the roll without the tail of the press roll, and then the doctor blade is moved in the axial direction of the press roll to which the tail is attached. The tail is cut and peeled off by the tip of the doctor blade, and the cut and peeled tail moves along the doctor blade. When the tip of the doctor blade moves to the final end of the tail, the full width of the tail is peeled off from the press roll. Therefore, since the peeled tail moves along the doctor blade, the direction of movement is constant and stable, it is also suitable for moving to a paper passing device such as a carrier rope, no skill is required, and it is extremely efficient It is.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the method and apparatus of the present invention, the peeling position is the contact point between the doctor blade and the press roll, and the peeling tail is always along the doctor blade. Therefore, the flow direction is always constant, the tail can be stably moved to the paper passing device, and the paper can be passed efficiently without much skill and time.
