Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to an intraocular lens holder used when a suture is tied to an intraocular lens.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The current general method for treating cataract is to implant an intraocular lens in the lens capsule after leaving the lens capsule and removing the lens nucleus.
However, since the tissue called the lens capsule is a very delicate tissue, it may be broken in the process of removing the lens nucleus, and an intraocular lens cannot be implanted into the lens capsule for this patient. The same applies to a patient whose lens has been removed together with the capsular bag before the above-mentioned surgical procedure has become widespread.
For such patients, surgery is performed to fix the intraocular lens to the ciliary body, which is said to be the most inactive tissue in the eye, with a suture, and to prevent the intraocular lens from falling into the vitreous body. .
In Japanese Patent Application No. 4-122560, the present applicant has proposed an intraocular lens in which a notch is formed at the stitching position of the support portion as an intraocular lens suitable for ciliary body suturing.
When such an intraocular lens is sewn and fixed to the ciliary body, a thread for sewing and fixing the intraocular lens to the support part of the intraocular lens is compared with the case of fixing the intraocular lens into the capsule. It is necessary that the tying and placing work be performed before insertion into the eye. The operation of tying the thread for fixing the sewing is performed by placing an intraocular lens on the surgical eye directly or via gauze.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the operation of tying the thread for fixing sewing as described above has been very difficult for the surgeon. That is, since the intraocular lens is placed in an unstable state and its support portion is unlikely to float in the air, it is difficult to tie the thread for fixing the sewing in a short time.
The present invention has been devised in view of the above-described drawbacks, and provides an intraocular lens holder that facilitates work on an intraocular lens, such as a ciliary body fixing operation of an intraocular lens. Is a technical issue.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the intraocular lens holder of the present invention has the following configuration.
(1) A base, a moving base that moves relative to the base, guide means for guiding the movement of the moving base, and a contact portion that comes into contact with the optical part of the intraocular lens are arranged on the base. The first holding means, the second holding means having a contact portion that comes into contact with the optical part of the intraocular lens, and the first holding means and the second holding means approaching each other. Biasing means for biasing the movable table so as to move relative to each other.
[0007]
【Example】
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an external perspective view showing an intraocular lens holder of one embodiment.
Reference numeral 1 denotes a base portion of the holder, and the base portion 1 has two short columns 2 and 3. The short columns 2 and 3 support guide shafts 4 and 5 extending in the longitudinal direction of the base 1. Reference numeral 6 denotes a movable portion, which is movable along the guide shafts 4 and 5. A spring 7 is wound around the guide shaft 4 and the spring 7 biases the movable portion 6 in the direction of the arrow.
A central portion of the movable portion 6 is cut out, and a rectangular parallelepiped block 8 fixed to the base portion 1 protrudes from the central portion, and the block 8 functions as a stopper of the movable portion 6.
[0008]
A total of three holding shafts for holding the optical part of the intraocular lens are provided, two on the block 8 and one on the movable part 6. The holding shafts 9 and 10 of the block 8 are arranged in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the guide shafts 4 and 5. The holding shaft 11 provided in the movable portion 6 is arranged so that the center thereof advances toward the intermediate point between the holding shafts 9 and 10. A claw portion is formed in a abacus ball shape above each holding shaft, and the intraocular lens is held hollow by the claw portions of the three holding shafts. The material of the claw portion is made of plastic, but may be made of metal as long as the force of the spring 7 is appropriately adjusted.
Using the holder, the movable part 6 is moved against the spring 7 to push open the distance between the holding shafts 9 and 10 and the holding shaft 11. In this state, the intraocular lens is set on the claw portion of the holding shaft (see FIG. 2), the movable portion 6 is moved according to the spring force, and the intraocular lens is fixed in a hollow state. A suture is tied to the support part of the intraocular lens fixed in the hollow.
The intraocular lens is stably held by supporting the three points of the optical unit, but the holding shafts 9 and 10 can be replaced with one holding shaft depending on the shape in contact with the optical unit.
[0009]
FIG. 3 is a modification of the above embodiment. In the above embodiment, at least one holding shaft is moved horizontally to hold the intraocular lens. However, in FIG. 3, the holding shaft is made of a flexible material such as rubber and the intraocular lens is sandwiched. You may make it.
[0010]
【The invention's effect】
According to the fixing jig of the present invention, since the intraocular lens can be fixed in a hollow state with a simple operation, operations such as binding the suture thread to the support portion can be facilitated.
