【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、下ばき、即ち男性用および子供用のパンツあるいは女性用のパンティであって、股下部において分離接続可能に構成された股下部分離型下ばきに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来の一般的な下ばきは、腰の周囲を一周する輪形の腰回り部と、該腰回り部の前側と後側とを連結する股下部とを有し、該股下部の左右両側に股下部と腰回り部との間に形成された脚挿通孔を有する形状をなしている。
【０００３】
このような形態の下ばきは、その身体への着脱の際脚を脚挿通孔に挿通したり、あるいは脚挿通孔から脚を抜き出したりしなければならず、着脱が面倒であるという問題を有しており、この点を改善するため、例えば実開昭62-41003号公報に記載されているように、股下部を中間位置で分離接続可能に構成したものが提案されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、トイレで大便あるいは小便の用足しを行う際、従来の一般的な下ばきの場合は下ばきを下げて行っているが、上述のような股下部分離型の下ばきの場合は、股下部を分離するだけで用足しを行うことが可能であり、そのような形で用足しを行うことができれば、特にお年寄りや病気の人あるいは下ばきを下げるのに不自由する人達にとっては非常に便利である。

しかしながら、従来の股下部分離型の下ばきは、股下部を分離して便器に座り込んだ場合、分離した前側股下部および後側股下部が体の前後で垂れ下がり、前側股下部もしくは後側股下部の先端が便器内の水に触れたり、あるいは前側股下部や後側股下部に小便もしくは大便が付着したりする虞があり、従来の股下部分離型の下ばきはそのままでは股下部を分離するだけで用足しを行うには問題が多かった。

本発明は、上記事情に鑑み、股下部を分離するだけで簡単に用足しを行うことができると共に、その際分離した前側および後側股下部が汚れる虞のない股下部分離型の下ばきを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明に係る第１の股下部分離型下ばきは、上記目的を達成するため、
腰回り部と股下部とを有し、該股下部には、該股下部を前側股下部と後側股下部とに分離しかつ接続可能な分離部が設けられてなる下ばきであって、上記腰回り部の前側上端から上記股下部を通って上記腰回り部の後側上端までの全長をＬとしたとき、上記分離部が、上記前側上端から上記前側股下部の分離部先端までの前側股下対応部の全長Ｐｆが２／５Ｌ以下となる位置に設けられ、上記後側上端から上記後側股下部の分離部先端までの後側股下対応部が、伸縮可能であって、かつ、上記股下部が上記分離部で分離されたときに該後側股下対応部の全長Ｐｂが１／２Ｌ以下になるまで収縮可能に形成されていることを特徴とする。

本発明に係る第２の股下部分離型下ばきは、上記目的を達成するため、
腰回り部と股下部とを有し、該股下部には、該股下部を前側股下部と後側股下部とに分離しかつ接続可能な分離部が設けられてなる下ばきであって、上記腰回り部の前側上端から上記股下部を通って上記腰回り部の後側上端までの全長をＬとしたとき、上記分離部が、上記前側上端から上記前側股下部の分離部先端までの前側股下対応部の全長Ｐｆが２／５Ｌより大であって、上記後側上端から上記後側股下部の分離部先端までの後側股下対応部の全長Ｐｂが１／２Ｌより大となる位置に設けられ、上記前側股下対応部が、伸縮可能であって、かつ、上記股下部が上記分離部で分離されたときにその全長Ｐｆが２／５Ｌ以下になるまで収縮可能に形成されていると共に、上記後側股下対応部が、伸縮可能であって、かつ、上記股下部が上記分離部で分離されたときにその全長Ｐｂが１／２Ｌ以下になるまで収縮可能に形成されていることを特徴とする。

本発明に係る第３の股下部分離型下ばきは、上記目的を達成するため、
腰回り部と股下部とを有し、該股下部には、該股下部を前側股下部と後側股下部とに分離しかつ接続可能な分離部が設けられてなる下ばきであって、上記腰回り部の前側上端から上記股下部を通って上記腰回り部の後側上端までの全長をＬとしたとき、上記分離部が、上記後側上端から上記後側股下部の分離部先端までの後側股下対応部の全長Ｐｂが１／２Ｌ以下となる位置に設けられ、上記前側上端から上記前側股下部の分離部先端までの前側股下対応部が、伸縮可能であって、かつ、上記股下部が上記分離部で分離されたときに該前側股下対応部の全長Ｐｆが２／５Ｌ以下になるまで収縮可能に形成されていることを特徴とする。

上述の「上記腰回り部の前側上端から上記股下部を通って上記腰回り部の後側上端までの全長Ｌ」とは、分離部を接続した状態で腰回り部の前側上端から股下部を通って腰回り部の後側上端までの部分を縦方向（腰回り部の前側上端から股下部を通って腰回り部の後側上端に至る方向、つまり腰回り部が延びる方向を横方向としたとき該横方向に直角な方向）に伸張させたときの実質的な最大長さを意味する。

また、上述の分離部の位置を規定する際に用いられている前側股下対応部の全長Ｐｆ、後側股下対応部の全長Ｐｂも、それぞれが伸縮しない場合は縦方向の実際の全長を、伸縮する場合は縦方向に伸張させたときの縦方向の実質的な最大長さを意味する。

また、上述の「上記股下部が上記分離部で分離されたときに」とは、本発明の下履きが身体に装着されて上記前側股下対応部および／または後側股下対応部が伸張せしめられている状態から上記股下部が上記分離部で分離されたときにという意味である。

また、上述の前側股下対応部および後側股下対応部に関する「伸縮可能」とは、少なくとも縦方向に伸縮可能という意味である。

【発明の効果】
本発明者は、着脱が容易な股下部分離型下ばきについて、その股下部分離型下ばきは、単に着脱の容易性のみではなく、用足しの際にも股下部を分離するだけで容易に用足しを行うことができることに着目し、その観点から種々検討した結果、従来の単なる股下部分離型の下ばきでは、用足しのために洋式あるいは和式の便器に座り込んだとき、分離した前側股下部あるいは後側股下部が便器内の水に触れたりあるいは小便や大便が付着して汚れる虞があることを見出した。本発明は、そのような股下部分離型の下ばきについて、容易にかつ快適に用足しができるように鋭意検討した結果なされたものである。

本発明に係る股下部分離型下ばきは、上述のように、股下部を前側股下部と後側股下部とに分離しかつ接続可能な分離部を設けてなるものであって、腰回り部の前側上端から股下部を通って腰回り部の後側上端までの全長をＬとしたとき、第１の下ばきにおいては、上記前側上端から前側股下部の分離部先端までの前側股下対応部の全長Ｐｆが２／５Ｌ以下となる位置に分離部が設けられている場合、上記後側上端から後側股下部の分離部先端までの後側股下対応部を、股下部が分離部で分離されたときに後側股下対応部の全長Ｐｂが１／２Ｌ以下になるまで収縮可能に形成し、
第２の下ばきにおいては、上記前側上端から前側股下部の分離部先端までの前側股下対応部の全長Ｐｆが２／５Ｌより大であり、上記後側上端から後側股下部の分離部先端までの後側股下対応部の全長Ｐｂが１／２Ｌより大となる位置に分離部が設けられている場合、前側股下対応部を、股下部が分離部で分離されたときにその全長Ｐｆが２／５Ｌ以下になるまで収縮可能に形成し、後側股下対応部を、股下部が分離部で分離されたときにその全長Ｐｂが１／２Ｌ以下になるまで収縮可能に形成し、
第３の下ばきにおいては、上記後側上端から後側股下部の分離部先端までの後側股下対応部の全長Ｐｂが１／２Ｌ以下となる位置に分離部が設けられている場合、上記前側上端から前側股下部の分離部先端までの前側股下対応部を、股下部が分離部で分離されたときに該前側股下対応部の全長Ｐｆが２／５Ｌ以下になるまで収縮可能に形成したので、
いずれの下ばきにおいても、身体に装着した状態で股下部を分離した際前側股下対応部は２／５Ｌ以下、後側股下対応部は１／２Ｌ以下の長さとなり、そのような長さであれば便器に座り込んでも、前側および後側股下部のいずれも便器内の水に触れる虞はなく、また前側股下部や後側股下部に小便や大便が付着する等の虞もなく、下ばきを下げることなく分離部で股下部を分離するだけで非常に簡単に、しかも下ばきを汚すことなく快適に用足しを行うことができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面を参照しながら本発明の実施の形態について詳細に説明する。

図１は本発明に係る股下部分離型下ばきの第１の実施形態の伸張状態を示す展開図、図２は図１に示す下ばきの分離部接続伸張状態を示す正面図、図３は図１に示す下ばきの分離部接続伸張状態を示す側面図、図４は後側股下対応部が収縮した状態を示す展開図である。

図１に示すように、本実施形態の下ばきは、女性用のパンティであって、身体に装着したときに腰回りに位置する横方向に延びる腰回り部（一点鎖線の枠Ａの中に位置する部分）１と、該腰回り部１の前側部分１ａから腰回り部１の後側部分１ｂに接続され、身体に装着した際に股下に位置する部分を含む縦方向（上記横方向に直角な方向）に延びる股下部（一点鎖線の枠Ｂ，Ｃの中に位置する部分のうち腰回り部１を除く部分）２とで構成されている。腰回り部１および股下部２は基本的に伸縮性を有しないもしくは僅かに伸縮性を有する生地により形成されている。

上記腰回り部１には、身体に装着したときに腰の側方に位置する部分（股下部２が接続されていない部分）に分離接続可能な分離部３が形成されている。この分離部３は、腰回り部１を縦方向の切断線で切断して形成された両切断端部４，５と、該両切断端部４，５に設けられた該両切断端部４，５を分離接続可能な接続手段である面ファスナ６，７とで構成されている。一方の面ファスナ６は切断端部４の図１中裏側に、他方の面ファスナ７は切断端部５の図１中表側に設けられている。分離接続可能な接続手段６，７としては、ベルクロ（登録商標）等の面ファスナの他、ボタンとボタン穴、フックとフック受け等種々のものを用いることができる。

上記股下部２にもその一部に分離接続可能な分離部８が形成されている。この分離部８は、股下部２の所定位置に形成されて該股下部２を前側股下部（一点鎖線の枠Ｂの中に位置する部分のうち腰回り部１を除く部分）２ａと後側股下部（一点鎖線の枠Ｃの中に位置する部分のうち腰回り部１を除く部分）２ｂとに分離するものであって、股下部２を横方向の切断線で切断して形成された両切断端部９，１０と、該両切断端部９，１０に設けられた該両切断端部９，１０を分離接続可能な接続手段である面ファスナ１１，１２とで構成されている。一方の面ファスナ１１は切断端部９の図１中裏側に、他方の面ファスナ１２は切断端部１０の図１中表側に設けられている。分離接続可能な接続手段１１，１２としては、ベルクロ（登録商標）等の面ファスナの他、ボタンとボタン穴、フックとフック受け等種々のものを用いることができる。

上記下ばきの腰回り部１の前側上端から股下部２を通って腰回り部１の後側上端までの部分は、腰回り部１の前側上端から前側股下部２ａの分離部先端（切断端部９の先端）までの部分である前側股下対応部（図１中一点鎖線の枠Ｂの中に位置する部分）１３と、腰回り部１の後側上端から後側股下部２ｂの分離部先端（切断端部１０の先端）までの部分である後側股下対応部（図１中一点鎖線の枠Ｃの中に位置する部分）１４とからなり、本実施形態では、後述するように、後側股下対応部１４が縦方向に伸縮可能に形成されており、前側股下部２ａと後側股下部２ｂとを分離部８で接続しかつ後側股下対応部１４を縦方向に実質的に最大伸張させた状態において腰回り部１の前側上端から股下部２を通って腰回り部１の後側上端までの全長（縦方向の全長）をＬ（＝Ｌｆ＋Ｌｂ）としたとき、上記分離部８は、前側股下対応部１３の縦方向の全長Ｐｆ（以下単に全長Ｐｆという）が２／５Ｌ以下になる位置に形成されている。

なお、図１に示すように、上記Ｌｆは、前側股下対応部１３における腰回り部１の前側上端から分離部３の中心（接続手段である面ファスナ１１の中心）までの長さを意味し、上記Ｌｂは、後側股下対応部１４における腰回り部１の後側上端から分離部３の中心（接続手段である面ファスナ１２の中心）までの長さを意味する。

そして、上記後側股下対応部１４には、図１に示すように縦方向に３本の弾性伸縮可能なゴム１５が略最大伸張状態で後側股下対応部１４の生地に縫いつけられており、これによって後側股下対応部１４が縦方向に伸縮可能に形成されていると共に、特に自由状態においてこの後側股下対応部１４の縦方向の全長Ｐｂ（以下単に全長Ｐｂという）は上記ゴム１５が収縮して１／２Ｌ以下になるように形成されている。従って、本実施形態の下ばきは、身体に装着していないときは、後側股下対応部１４が縦方向に収縮して図４に示す状態となっている。

本実施形態の下ばきを身体に装着する際は、先ず図４に示す展開状態で後側股下対応部１４を臀部にあてがい、次いで腰回り部の両切断端部４，５をそれぞれ腰の周りに沿って図示の矢印Ｄ，Ｅに示すように身体の前側に向けてまわし腰の側方で面ファスナ６，７を当接させて接続する。この状態で前側股下対応部１３は身体の前側に位置しているので、臀部の後ろに位置している後側股下対応部１４を股間部を通して矢印Ｆ方向に前側に向けてまわし、後側股下対応部１４を引っ張ってゴム１５を延ばすことにより伸張させ、面ファスナ１１，１２を当接させて接続し、図２、３に示す状態で身体に装着する。

図２、３に示す態様で身体に装着している状態から、用を足す際には、面ファスナ１１，１２を引き離して股下部２を分離部８で分離し、この状態で便器に座り込んで用を足せばよい。このとき、分離された股下部２のうち前側股下部２ａは、上述のように元々前側股下対応部１３の全長Ｐｆが２／５Ｌ以下と短いので用足しの際便器内の水に触れたりあるいは小便が付着する虞はなく、また後側股下対応部１４も、分離部８で分離すると伸張させている力が消失して自由状態となり、ゴム１５によって全長Ｐｂが１／２Ｌ以下になるまで収縮するので、長すぎて便器内の水に触れたりあるいは大便が付着する等の虞が無く、快適に用足しを行うことができる。

次に、本発明の第２の実施形態について説明する。図５は本発明に係る股下部分離型下ばきの第２の実施形態の伸張状態を示す展開図、図６は前側股下対応部および後側股下対応部が収縮した状態を示す展開図である。この実施形態は、その基本的な構成は第１の実施形態と同様であり、同一の構成要素については同一の符号を付して詳しい説明は省略する。

この第２の実施形態は、第１の実施形態に比して、股下部２を分離する分離部８の位置が異なると共に前側股下対応部１３も収縮するように構成されている点が異なる。即ち、この第２の実施形態では、前側股下対応部１３および後側股下対応部１４の双方が縦方向に伸縮可能に形成されており、また、上記分離部８で前側股下部２ａと後側股下部２ｂとを接続しかつ前側股下対応部１３および後側股下対応部１４を共に実質的に最大伸張させた状態において腰回り部１の前側上端から股下部２を通って腰回り部１の後側上端までの全長（縦方向の全長）をＬ（＝Ｌｆ＋Ｌｂ）としたとき、上記分離部８は、前側股下対応部１３の全長Ｐｆが２／５Ｌより大であって、後側股下対応部１４の全長Ｐｂが１／２Ｌより大になる位置に形成されている。

そして、上記前側股下対応部１３には、図示のように縦方向に３本の弾性伸縮可能なゴム１６が略最大伸張状態で前側股下対応部１３の生地に縫いつけられており、これによって前側股下対応部１３が縦方向に伸縮可能に形成されていると共に、特に自由状態においてこの前側股下対応部１３の全長Ｐｆは上記ゴム１６が収縮して２／５Ｌ以下になるように形成されていると共に、後側股下対応部１４には、図示のように縦方向に３本の弾性伸縮可能なゴム１５が略最大伸張状態で後側股下対応部１４の生地に縫いつけられており、これによって後側股下対応部１４が縦方向に伸縮可能に形成されていると共に、特に自由状態においてこの後側股下対応部１４の全長Ｐｂは上記ゴム１５が収縮して１／２Ｌ以下になるように形成されている。

本実施形態の下ばきの場合も、第１の実施形態の場合と同様の方法で身体に装着することができる（但し、本実施形態の場合は前側および後側股下対応部１３，１４が共に伸縮可能に形成されているので、両股下対応部１３，１４のいずれか一方もしくは双方を引っ張りながら分離部８で接続する）と共に、身体に装着している状態から用を足す際には、面ファスナ１１，１２を引き離して股下部２を分離部８で分離し、この状態で便器に座り込んで用を足せばよい。この場合、前側股下対応部１３は、分離部８で分離することによって伸張させている力が消失して自由状態となり、ゴム１６によって全長Ｐｆが２／５Ｌ以下になるまで収縮するので、長すぎて便器内の水に触れたりあるいは小便が付着する等の虞が無く、また、後側股下対応部１４も、分離部８で分離することによって伸張させている力が消失して自由状態となり、ゴム１５によって全長Ｐｂが１／２Ｌ以下になるまで収縮するので、長すぎて便器内の水が付着したりあるいは大便が付着する等の虞が無く、快適に用足しを行うことができる。

次に、本発明の第３の実施形態について説明する。図６は本発明に係る股下部分離型下ばきの第３の実施形態の伸張状態を示す展開図、図７は前側股下対応部が収縮した状態を示す展開図である。この実施形態も、その基本的な構成は第１の実施形態と同様であり、同一の構成要素については同一の符号を付して詳しい説明は省略する。

この第３の実施形態は、第１の実施形態に比して、股下部２を分離する分離部８の位置が異なると共に後側股下対応部１４ではなく前側股下対応部１３が収縮するように構成されている点が異なる。即ち、この第３の実施形態では、前側股下対応部１３が伸縮可能に形成されており、また、上記分離部８で前側股下部２ａと後側股下部２ｂとを接続しかつ前側股下対応部１３を実質的に最大伸張させた状態において腰回り部の前側上端から股下部を通って腰回り部の後側上端までの全長（縦方向の全長）をＬ（＝Ｌｆ＋Ｌｂ）としたとき、上記分離部８は、後側股下対応部１４の縦方向の全長Ｐｂが１／２Ｌ以下になる位置に形成されている。

そして、上記前側股下対応部１３には、図示のように縦方向に３本の弾性伸縮可能なゴム１６が略最大伸張状態で前側股下対応部１３の生地に縫いつけられており、これによって前側股下対応部１３が縦方向に伸縮可能に形成されていると共に、特に自由状態においてこの前側股下対応部１３の縦方向の全長Ｐｆは上記ゴム１６が収縮して２／５Ｌ以下になるように形成されている。

本実施形態の下ばきの場合も、第１の実施形態の場合と同様の方法で身体に装着することができる（但し、本実施形態の場合は前側股下対応部１３が伸縮可能に形成されているので、前側股下対応部１３を引っ張りながら股間部を通して後側に向けてまわし、分離部８で接続する）と共に、身体に装着している状態から用を足す際には、面ファスナ１１，１２を引き離して股下部２を分離部８で分離し、この状態で便器に座り込んで用を足せばよい。この場合、分離された股下部２のうち後側股下部２ｂは、上述のように元々後側股下対応部１４の全長が１／２Ｌ以下と短いので用足しの際便器内の水に触れたりあるいは大便が付着する等の虞はなく、また前側股下対応部１３も、分離部８で分離することによって伸張させている力が消失して自由状態となり、上記ゴム１６によって全長Ｐｆが２／５Ｌ以下になるまで収縮するので、長すぎて便器内の水に触れたり小便が付着する等の虞が無く、快適に用足しを行うことができる。

上述の各実施形態においては、前側股下対応部１３および後側股下対応部１４は伸縮性を有しないか有していても僅かである生地を用いてその生地にゴム１５，１６を付着させているので、縦方向に伸張させたときの上記Ｌ、Ｌｆ、Ｌｂの実質的な最大長さはそれぞれ、接続部８で接続した状態での腰回り部１の前側上端から股下部を通って腰回り部の後側上端までの生地の自由状態での長さ、前側股下対応部１３を形成している生地の自由状態での縦方向の長さ、および後側股下対応部１４を形成している生地の自由状態での縦方向の長さと等しい。

また、上記の各実施形態においては、前側股下対応部１３および後側股下対応部１４に伸縮性を付与する手段として、前側股下対応部１３および後側股下対応部１４の生地の中央部に縦方向に伸縮ゴム１５，１６を縫いつけているが、この伸縮ゴム１５，１６は前側股下対応部１３あるいは後側股下対応部１４を収縮させることができるように生地に付着していれば良く、その付着の方法は例えば接着剤で接着する等種々の方法を採用することができる。また、伸縮ゴムは必ずしも中央部に付着させる必要はなく、たとえば、図１、図５、図７に二点鎖線で示すように、伸縮性を付与したい前側股下対応部１３あるいは後側股下対応部１４の側縁（脚挿通孔の周縁に当たる部分）に伸縮ゴム１７，１８を縫いつけ等で付着させることにより前側股下対応部１３あるいは後側股下対応部１４が収縮してそれらの全長Ｐｆ，Ｐｂが短くなるように構成することもできる。

さらに、伸縮性を付与する方法としては、ゴムのような弾性材を付着させる方法の他、どのような方法を採用しても良く、例えば前側股下対応部１３あるいは後側股下対応部１４の生地自体を十分に伸縮性のあるものを使用することによって、分離部８で分離した場合Ｐｆ、Ｐｂがそれぞれ２／５Ｌ以下、１／２Ｌ以下になるまで収縮するように形成しても良い。

また、上述の第１の実施形態において、後側股下対応部１４だけでなく、前側股下対応部１３も分離部８で分離した場合収縮してさらに短くなるように形成しても良く、また上述の第３の実施形態において、前側股下対応部１３だけでなく、後側股下対応部１４も分離部８で分離した場合収縮してさらに短くなるように形成しても良い。

また、上記各実施形態においては腰回り部１にも分離部３を形成しているが、この腰回り部１の分離部３は必ずしも必要なものではなく、必要に応じて設ければ良い。

本発明の下ばきは、上述の女性用のパンティのみでなく、男性用のパンツあるいは子供用のパンツであっても良く、さらには水着のパンツ等であっても良い。
