Description

【0001】

[0001]
[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to a structure of a hood such as a range hood for local exhaust or a ventilation fan hood installed above a cooking appliance such as a gas stove or electric stove in a kitchen.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Hoods such as range hoods and ventilating fan hoods generally have a hood body whose front and bottom surfaces are open in consideration of workability such as installation and maintenance of the fan unit and ventilation fan installed inside the hood, and the hood body. It is comprised by the two members of the front board joined and attached so that the front-surface opening part may be closed.
The hood main body A and the front plate B are composed of peripheral plate members 1 and 2 and top plate members 3 and 4 made of metal flat plates (for example, zinc steel plate, pre-coated steel plate, laminated steel plate, etc.) as shown in FIG. The left and right sides of the peripheral plate members 1 and 2 are folded at right angles toward the inside on the left and right sides of the hanging pieces 3 'and 4' that are configured and hang down downward continuously from the front side edges of the top plate members 3 and 4. Then, the hood body A and the front plate B are constituted by being polymerized on the surface of the drooping pieces 3 'and 4', and the superposed portion is spot welded or caulked. Of course, the upper edges of the peripheral side plate members 1 and 2 are folded at a right angle toward the inside as shown in the figure, and the folded portions are superposed on the surfaces of the top plate member 3 of the hood body A and the top plate member 4 of the front plate B, respectively. Similarly, spot welding or caulking is used. Accordingly, steps are formed on the left and right sides of the upper side at the joining edge of the hood body A and the front plate B. (See Figure 5)
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The hood is assembled by joining the front side edge of the front plate B with the front gate shape of the front plate B in the front side edge of the hood main body A configured as described above, and the hood is viewed from the side. The joint surface between the hood body and the front plate appears in close contact, and the appearance is beautifully finished.
In other words, the hood main body and the front plate are configured as described above when the range hood is installed between the hanging cabinets, etc., the mating surface of the hood main body and the front plate is positioned in front of the surface of the hanging cabinet. In particular, the mating surfaces appearing on the left and right side faces the user's eyes. Therefore, the above-described configuration is employed to perfectly match the mating surfaces of the hood main body and the front plate that appear on the left and right side surfaces.
[0004]
However, when the front plate B is joined to the hood main body A by the above-described configuration, both the upper side of the front side edge of the hood main body A that is gate-shaped and the upper side of the rear side edge of the front plate B that is gate-shaped. A gap corresponding to the total thickness of the peripheral side plate members 1 and 2 is generated.
Therefore, combustion waste gas and oil smoke collected in the hood are usually discharged outdoors by the operation of the blower unit and ventilation fan installed in the hood. When it occurred, there was a problem that a part of it leaked out of the hood through this gap.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems of the prior art. The object of the present invention is a range in which a gap does not occur at the upper joint portion of both the hood main body and the front plate simply by changing the press processing. To provide food.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The technical means taken by the present invention in order to achieve the above-described object is that the middle part of the hood body and the top plate member of the front plate, except for both sides in the width direction, is arranged on both the left and right sides of the suspending piece. The configuration is characterized in that it is formed so as to be flush with the surface of the peripheral side plate member that is folded and polymerized.
That is, the width of the protrusion formed on the hood main body or the front plate is such that, as described above, the folded portion of the peripheral side plate member is overlapped on both the left and right sides of the hanging piece, but the intermediate portion full length portion excluding the left and right overlapping portions It is.
[0007]
Further, the hood body or the front plate member of the front plate member is molded so that the boundary between the projecting portion and the step portions on the left and right sides is cleanly perpendicular, and the surface of the left and right folded pieces and the surface of the projecting portion Make sure that there is no step between them.
[0008]
According to the above-mentioned means, the front side edge of the front side of the hood main body and the rear side edge of the front side of the front plate are flush with each other, and when the hood main body and the front plate are joined, The entire edge of the gate-shaped edge adheres.
Therefore, combustion waste gas and oil smoke do not leak from the hood, and the collection efficiency can be increased.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an example of an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing a configuration of a hood, and is composed of two members, a hood main body A having an open front surface and a lower surface, and a front plate B joined and attached so as to close the front opening portion of the hood main body A. Yes.
The hood main body A is a metal plate (for example, a galvanized steel plate, a pre-coated steel plate, a laminated steel plate, etc.), a peripheral side plate member 1 that forms a back portion a, left and right side portions b, c, and a top plate member that forms a top portion d. 3, and a top plate member 3 is integrally formed with a hanging piece 3 ′ that is continuously suspended from the front side edge of the top portion d, and the left and right circumferential side plates of the hanging piece 3 ′. Except for the portion where the folded portion 1 ′ of the member 1 is superposed, the entire intermediate portion (A) protrudes forward by the thickness of the peripheral plate member 1.
Thereby, the surface of the front substantially gate-shaped joining edge formed by the hanging piece 3 ′ and the left and right folded portions 1 ′ is configured to be flush with each other.
It should be noted that the left and right folded portions 1 ′ of the circumferential side plate member 1 are superimposed on the hanging piece 3 ′, and the folded portion 1 ″ on the upper side of the circumferential side plate member 1 is superimposed on the surface of the peripheral edge excluding the front edge of the top plate member 3. The hood body A is formed by spot welding or caulking.
[0010]
Further, the front plate B is similar to the hood main body A described above, and includes a peripheral plate member 2 that forms a front portion e, left and right side portions f, g with a metal flat plate (for example, a galvanized steel plate, a pre-coated steel plate, a laminated steel plate, etc.); The top plate member 4 is formed integrally with a hanging piece 4 ′ that hangs downward continuously from the rear edge of the top portion h. Except for the portion where the folded portions 2 ′ of the peripheral side plate member 2 on both the left and right sides of the piece 4 ′ are superposed, the entire intermediate portion (b) projects forward by the thickness of the peripheral side plate member 2.
Thereby, the surface of the front substantially gate-shaped joining edge formed by the hanging piece 4 ′ and the left and right folded portions 2 ′ is configured to be flush with each other.
The left and right folded portions 2 ′ of the peripheral side plate member 2 are superposed on the hanging piece 4 ′, and the upper folded portion 2 ″ of the peripheral side plate member 2 is superimposed on the peripheral surface except the front side edge of the top plate member 4. The front plate B is formed by spot welding or caulking.
[0011]
Therefore, if the front side edge of the front plate B of the hood body A configured as described above is joined to the front side edge of the front side of the front plate B, the three sides of the gate shape are perfect. The gap which has been a problem in the past due to the close contact is not generated.
[0012]
In the figure, reference numeral 5 denotes an engagement piece formed by cutting and raising the hanging piece 3 ′ of the hood main body A, and the front plate B is temporarily hooked and held at a position below the engaging piece 5 by the hanging piece 3 ′. The latching piece 6 to be projected protrudes forward and is fixed. On the other hand, an engagement hole 7 that fits into the engagement piece 5 is formed in the hanging piece 4 ′ of the front plate B. Reference numeral 8 denotes a lock member that holds the joined state of the hood main body A and the front plate B.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
With the hood of the present invention, the front edge of the hood main body and the front plate of the hood according to the first aspect of the hood is joined to the surface with the same surface, and a gap that has been a problem in the past is generated. No longer.
Thereby, combustion waste gas and oily smoke do not leak from the hood, and a hood that can increase the collection efficiency can be provided.
