【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention mainly warns or intimidates thieves or intruders with smoke and sound (ignition sound), and at the same time disturbs visibility by smoke and deters or delays behavior, stealing protected items, etc. The present invention relates to a smoke screen generation device that suppresses and prevents criminal acts.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, for example, devices for emitting smoke are used for emergency, rescue, crime prevention, disaster prevention training, stage production, and prevention of plant frost damage.
There is a signal tube for emergency use and rescue use (see, for example, Patent Document 1). It is disclosed that the signal cylinder ignites a smoke generating agent and emits smoke vigorously from one direction of the cylinder.
Moreover, there exists a smoke generation apparatus as an object for disaster prevention training or prevention of plant frost damage (for example, refer patent document 2). This smoke generator discloses that a liquid is heated and held, and smoke is generated vigorously from a plurality of heating vaporizers.
[0003]
Moreover, there exists a smoke screen apparatus for crime prevention as an object for crime prevention (for example, refer patent document 3). This crime prevention smoke screen device has a double structure of a gas jetter equipped with a gas tank filled with carbon dioxide gas, and a number of gas discharge holes are provided in a gas short pipe arranged in the inner cylinder of the gas jetter. Along with the entire length in the longitudinal direction, a gas ejection slit leading to the inside of the outer cylinder extends in the longitudinal direction, so that high-pressure gas can be ejected instantaneously and uniformly as a wide curtain-shaped smoke screen. It is disclosed.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, as in the signal tube described above, if the smoke outlet is in one direction, the direction of the smoke is limited, which is disadvantageous to the diffusion of smoke, and there is a problem that it takes time to block the view.
In addition, the method of heating and holding a liquid and continuously emitting smoke from a plurality of heating vaporizers like the above-described smoke generator has a small amount of smoke per unit time and takes time to obtain a desired smoke amount. There was a problem.
[0006]
Further, as in the above-described crime prevention smoke screen device, the gas tank holds the gas in a high pressure state, and the method in which the wide curtain-like smoke screen is instantaneously ejected from the plurality of gas discharge holes through the gas ejection slit has a limited ejection direction. In addition, since the smoke is in the form of a curtain, there is a problem that it takes time to spread the smoke screen.
The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and the object thereof is not to require a device such as a heating device or a pressure accumulating device, and the view is instantaneously (short time) blocked by smoke and threatened by pronunciation. It is an object of the present invention to provide a smoke screen generating apparatus capable of performing the above.
[0007]
Another object of the present invention is to provide a smoke screen generating device capable of improving the diffusibility of the smoke screen depending on the number of smoke outlets and the angle in the direction of smoke.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a smoke screen generating device capable of generating a required amount of smoke generation in a short time in a limited space.
Another object of the present invention is to improve the diffusibility of the smoke screen from the nozzle (increase the momentum of gas smoke ejection) and to block the visibility in a limited space in a short time without any density difference (small). It is an object of the present invention to provide a smoke screen generating device capable of achieving the above state.
[0008]
Another object of the present invention is to provide a smoke screen generator capable of concentrating gas smoke on a protected object.

As a result, the nozzle closures 9a and 9b contain the gas pressure generated by the combustion of the ignition powder in the combustion chamber, hold the pressure in the combustion chamber until the
[0023]
Moreover, the pressure to hold | maintain can be arbitrarily set according to the cross-sectional area of each nozzle (8a, 8b) and the mechanical strength of a nozzle closure.
Here, the first smoke outlet 8a provided on the circumferential side surface and the second smoke outlet 8b provided on the bottom surface will be described in more detail.
In this example, the first smoke port 8a provided on the circumferential side surface and the second smoke port 8b provided on the bottom surface are provided at an angle of about 90 °.
[0024]
The first and second nozzles 8a and 8b both had a diameter of about 3 mm and a number of eight.
Thereby, the combustion flame (smoke etc.) of the
In order to diffuse the smoke over a wide range, the first injection port 8a is installed on the circumference, and the smoke is ejected radially (360 ° direction).
[0025]
Moreover, in the limited space, the smoke ejected from the first smoke outlet 8a collides with the wall forming the space. Therefore, when the apparatus is installed on any wall surface that forms the space, a gas flow is generated along the wall, thereby diffusing smoke into the space.
At the same time, the second smoke outlet 8 b is also installed on the bottom surface of the
[0026]
As a result, the number of smoke outlets increases, so the direction of smoke injection can be increased by the smoke from the first outlet 8a and the smoke from the second outlet 8b, thereby improving the diffusibility of smoke.
As described above, in the present embodiment, the first smoke outlet 8a provided on the circumferential side surface and the second smoke outlet 8b provided on the bottom surface have passed since they are the final outlet from which the smoke is ejected outside the apparatus. It is opened to the atmosphere as it is without resistance. Therefore, the amount of smoke to be ejected becomes the ratio of the total opening area for each of the first and second nozzles 8a and 8b. For example, if the ratio of the total opening area of the first and second nozzles 8a and 8b is 4: 6, 40% of the total smoke volume is ejected in the circumferential direction and 60% is ejected in the axial direction.
[0027]
In addition, the opening area of a nozzle is set so that the 1st injection hole 8a and the 2nd injection hole 8b may become the internal pressure of the

The first smoke outlet 32a is installed in the trunk to diffuse smoke over a wide range, and has a structure in which smoke is ejected radially (360 ° direction).
[0039]
The first smoke outlet 32a has a diameter of about 8 mm and 20 nozzles in consideration of the strength of the container. Moreover, in the limited space, the smoke ejected from the first ejection port 32a collides with the wall forming the space. Therefore, when the apparatus is installed on any wall surface that forms the space, a gas flow is generated along the wall, thereby diffusing smoke into the space.

(Discussion)
From Experimental Example 7 to Experimental Example 12, it can be seen that the smoke screen generating device provided with the gas smoke flow path control member 51 has a high improvement in the diffusive effect of the smoke screen.
[0095]
Moreover, when it fixed to the structure only of the 1st injection hole 32a, it turned out that the behavior (diffusibility) of a smoke screen can be changed with the setting angle of the skirt member 53 of the gas smoke flow path control member 51. FIG.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, since the ignition device is arranged directly in the combustion chamber containing the smoke generating agent, after the operation, the smoke is instantaneously discharged from the smoke outlet to diffuse the smoke screen. Can do.
Further, by arranging the ignition device directly in the combustion chamber containing the smoke generating agent and also arranging the smoke outlet, it is possible to reduce the size of the conventional device while ensuring a predetermined amount of smoke.
[0099]
Further, by installing a plurality of smoke outlets and by installing a plurality of installation locations of the smoke outlets at different angles, it is possible to diffuse gas smoke over a wide range and enhance the visibility blocking effect.
In addition, the combustion chamber is formed in a container that can withstand high pressure, thereby increasing the internal pressure of the combustion chamber, and by accelerating the combustion of the smoke generating agent, the amount of smoke generated per unit time can be increased in a short time. It is possible to finish the necessary gas smoke from the container.
[0100]
Further, by maintaining the pressure of the gas smoke combusted by the smoke generating agent in the combustion chamber for a predetermined time, the gas smoke is ejected outside the apparatus at a speed exceeding the speed of sound, so that sound generation is possible.
In addition, since the gas smoke flow path control member is provided, the gas smoke ejected from the smoke outlet is gathered again in the vertical direction of the smoke screen generating device to form gas smoke having a strong ejection force, and the diffusibility of the smoke screen ( Shortening of the visual field cut-off time and uniform visual field cut-off to a space such as a vault.
[0101]
Moreover, since the gas smoke flow path control member is provided, the influence of the shape of the space portion is reduced because the momentum of the gas smoke ejection due to the shape of the space portion such as a vault that generates the smoke screen is prevented from weakening. Is possible.
In addition, the behavior of the smoke screen can be controlled by changing the angle of the gas smoke flow path control member.
