【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、調理容器が載置されるトッププレートの手前上面に操作部と表示部とを設ける構成とした加熱調理器に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の加熱調理器は図9に示すようなものがあった。図9は日本の一般家庭の台所で用いられている加熱部を3個有する、いわゆる3口の加熱調理器の分解斜視図である。狭い台所で使用するためにその寸法は、約巾600mm、奥行520mm位に制約されていた。以下図面によりその構成を説明する。加熱調理器の外郭を構成する本体1の上面は耐熱性ガラス製のトッププレート2がトップフレーム3により外周部を覆われて配設されている。

本体1内のトッププレート2の下面には誘導加熱を行う誘導加熱コイル、あるいは輻射加熱を行う電気ヒータ、ハロゲンヒータなどからなる加熱手段4が配置され、トッププレート2の表面上には、加熱手段4が配設されている位置に対応して加熱部5が設けられている。

本体1の前方側面部にはダイアル型、押しボタン型などの固定式あるいは図に示すような開閉収納式の前操作部6と、操作に応じて各種状態を表示する前表示部7が設けられている。このように従来の構成では、調理中は加熱によってトッププレート2の表面、特に調理容器と接する加熱部5は高温になるため前操作部6は離れた位置に設けられていた。

また、操作の利便性を良くしたものとして特開平10―214677号公報に記載されているようなものがあった。図10は前記公報に記載された加熱調理器である。図に示すようにこの調理器では、トッププレート8上の手前側左右と、中央奥側に加熱部9を配している。そして、これらの加熱部9をトッププレートの手前側に夫々の加熱部9に対応して操作・表示部10が設けられ、この操作・表示部10の操作手段である接触部10aに接触することにより、点灯表示部10bが点灯するというものであった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、前記従来の構成では、前方側面部に設けられた前操作部6と調理を行うトッププレート2が離れた位置関係にあるため、調理者は、調理中の操作において調理容器から離れた前操作部6に目線を移し、加熱手段4の火力調整を行う必要があった。また前操作部6は低い位置にあるため姿勢を変えて操作しなければならないなど操作性に問題があった。

また、トッププレート8の前面に操作部を設ける従来の構成では、操作部10が加熱部9の熱の影響を受けないようにするためには、ある程度操作部10を加熱部9から離さなければならない。そのため、トッププレート8の手前の狭い空間に3口の加熱部9に対応してそれぞれ操作手段である接触部10aと点灯表示部10bとを設けなければならなかった。そのため、狭い空間に横一列に多数の接触部10aと点灯表示部10bとが配置され、操作性が悪く、かつ見ずらいものであった。

本発明は前記従来の課題を解決するもので、操作性が良く、かつ表示が見やすい加熱調理器を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記従来の課題を解決するために、本発明の加熱調理器は加熱調理条件を入力する操作部と、前記操作部への入力を表示する面状発光表示部とをトッププレートの手前中央部に配置する構成とした。この構成では、トッププレート上に面状発光表示部および操作部が設けられているため、調理中に姿勢を変えることなく火力などの入力変更操作を行う事ができ、かつ、操作部近傍に面状発光表示部が設けられているので、入力した内容がそのまますぐに確認することができる。しかも表示部が面状発光表示なので明るく鮮明であるため非常に認識しやすい。

【発明の実施の形態】
請求項1に記載の発明は、外郭を構成する本体と、前記本体の上部に設けたトッププレートと、前記本体の前方側面部に設けられ加熱条件を入力するための操作キー及び表示部を有する操作パネルと、前記トッププレート上の手前中央部に設けられ加熱調理条件を入力するための操作キーを有する操作部及び前記操作部への入力を表示する面状発光表示部と、前記トッププレート上に設けた調理容器を載置して加熱する前左右に設けられる誘導加熱部及び奥に設けられる加熱部とを備え、前記奥に設けられる加熱部の操作キー及び表示部と前記操作パネルに設けられ、前記前左右に設けられる誘導加熱部の電源開閉及び火力調節の操作キーを前記操作部に配置する構成とした。この構成により、入力した内容をそのまますぐに表示部で認識する事が出来る。しかも表示部が面状発光表示なので明るく鮮明であるため非常に認識しやすく、利便性の良いものとすることが出来る。

請求項2に記載の発明は、特に、請求項1に記載の構成において、トッププレートの一部に凸部を設け、面状発光表示部を前記トッププレートの下面に設け、少なくとも表示する面を加熱する面よりも高い前記凸部表面に設ける構成としたことにより面状発光表示部は被加熱物からの熱的影響を受け難くなり、その表示を安定した表示にすることが出来る。

(実施例1)
図1は本発明の実施例1における加熱調理器をシステムキッチンに取付けた状態を示す斜視図、図2は同加熱調理器の操作部の要部部分断面図、図3は同加熱調理器の操作部および面状発光表示部の平面図である。

図1において、加熱調理器本体11の上部に耐熱性ガラス製のトッププレート12をトップフレーム13により外周部を覆って配設している。本体11内のトッププレート12の下部には加熱手段14を配置している。本実施例ではこの加熱手段14は誘導加熱によって鍋を加熱し被調理物を加熱する誘導加熱コイル14a、14bと、誘導加熱では使えない鍋を用いて加熱するラジエントヒータ14cとより構成している。

また、トッププレート12の表面上には、加熱手段14が配設されている位置に対応して加熱部15を設けている。すなわち、本実施例における誘導加熱部15a、15bおよびラジエント加熱部15cである。さらに、本体11の前方側面部には開閉収納式の操作パネル16とロースタ17とを設けている。この操作パネル16には加熱手段の操作に必要な全ての操作キ−と表示部とを設けている。

操作部の構成については、図2に示すようにトッププレート12の下部には操作部18による入力操作を検知する検知部201と導電性弾性体202とを有する検知手段20と、入力操作に応じて加熱手段14を制御する制御手段21を設けている。

また、操作部18はトッププレート12の表面上の調理者側、すなわち、トッププレート12の手前側でかつ検知部201から外れた位置に設けている。そして、トッププレート12の裏面に金、銀などの導電性金属を含む導電性材料22を用いて印刷することにより操作部18の下面と検知部201とを電気的に結合する。

さらに、検知部201に導電性弾性体202を圧接することにより電気的に導通する構成となっている。このようにして静電容量方式の操作部18を構成している。なお、導電性弾性体202としては、例えばリン青銅やベリリュウム銅で成形された図に示すような板ばね、あるいはコイルばね、または導電性粒子を含む導電性ゴムなどを用いることができる。操作部18の表面は導電性材料が印刷されていても良い。なお、静電容量方式の構成理論については公知の技術として説明を省略する。

次に、面状発光表示部19について図3を用いて説明する。図3において、面状発光表示部19はトッププレート12の中央部手前の操作部18の近傍に縦列に設けている。これはこの部分が加熱部15と操作部18との間隔が一番広く取れるため操作部18と面状発光表示部19とを無理なく、すなわち熱の影響を受ける事が少なく設けることが出来るためである。

面状発光表示方法としては、バックライトとしてLED(拡散板、拡散シートなどと組み合わせても良い)、液晶またはエレクトロルミネッセンスなどが用いられるが、本実施例では使用温度環境に対応できしかも視認性および表示内容の多様性に優れている液晶、いわゆる液晶表示を用いた。

また、図3では面状発光表示部19の表示方法として棒グラフを用いた。すなわち、多数の棒表示をその高さを出力に対応させて設け、入力される火力の強さにしたがって棒の高さが変化していくようにしている。このような表示はトッププレート12の下面に面状発光表示装置23を取り付けることにより容易に得られる。したがって、トッププレート12は通常本体11の内部が見えないようにするため、トッププレート12の下面あるいは上面に半透明あるいは不透明の塗装膜を設けているが、液晶表示を使用する場合は高い視認性を得るために、面状発光表示装置23に対応する部分にはこの塗装膜を設けないようにする。ただし、高輝度タイプのLEDにより面状発光表示を行う場合はトッププレート12の塗装膜が半透明であっても十分発光は透過するため視認性に問題ない。

以上のように構成した操作部構成について、以下その動作、作用を説明する。

まず、操作部18を接触操作することによって起こる容量変化をトッププレート12の裏面に印刷された導電性材料22を介して検知部201で圧接取り付けた導電性弾性体202が検知しこれら検知手段20から制御手段21に電気的信号が送られる。そして、加熱手段14は制御手段21からの信号にしたがって加熱部15に載置された調理容器への加熱を実行する。また、面状発光表示装置23は制御手段21からの信号にしたがって操作部18の入力を面状発光表示部19に表示する。

本実施例では操作部18をトップフレーム13の近くに設けることができるため、トッププレート12の中央部の加熱部15とトップフレーム13との間に余裕ができ、この部分に操作部18と面状発光表示部19とを縦列にして一箇所に設けることができる。この構成により、操作部18への入力は面状発光表示部19に表示されるため入力を直ちに確認することができる。

また、面状発光表示部19は明るくかつ鮮明であるため見やすくなる。もちろん、操作部18と面状発光表示部19とを縦列でなく横列に、例えば面状発光表示部19a、操作部18a、操作部18bそして面状発光表示部19bのように配列してもかまわない。このとき、面状発光表示部19a、19bをそれぞれひとつのブロックとしてみる事が出来るので表示を認識しやすい。

面状発光表示部19には前述したように、火力表示として多数の棒表示を配列した棒グラフからなる図形を用いたが、これ以外に数字や文字による図形表示を用いても良いし、火力表示などの場合には色の変化、図形の大きさの変化を用いても良い。

また、面状発光表示部19には火力表示以外に、煮込み調理の残り時間表示、揚げ物調理時の温度コントロールの表示、並びに鍋底の温度が異常に上昇した場合や、鍋が適正に載置されていないまたは載置されていない場合や、切り忘れした場合などの異常表示を表示するようにしてもよい。特に異常表示の場合は点滅表示を併用するようにすると良い。

以上のように、本実施例においては、使用頻度の多い操作キーとそのキー入力を表示する面状発光表示部19とをトッププレート12の手前表面に設けたので、加熱調理を行いながら目線を変える必要もなく加熱手段の火力調整を行い直ちに入力の確認が行えるため操作性が格段に向上する。

また、表示を点表示と異なり液晶を用いた面状発光表示としたためいろいろな表示を行うことが出来るとともに一目で表示の内容を理解でき利便性が優れたものにすることができる。

さらに、操作キーが少ないため、図1に示すように加熱部15より比較的離れた加熱部間に操作部18および面状発光表示部19を設けることができる。したがって、操作部18および面状発光表示部19は加熱部に載置する調理容器の熱の影響を受けにくくなり信頼性が向上する。

なお、前操作部16はスペースに余裕があるため操作に必要なすべてのキーを設けてもよいし、操作部18に設けたキーを除いて設けてもよい。

また、本実施例では誘導加熱部15a、15bをトッププレート12の前面に設けている。これは使用頻度が多いということ以外に、誘導加熱の場合、トッププレート12が直接加熱されないため、操作部18および面状発光表示部19が熱の影響を受け難くすることができるためである。すなわち、本実施例の方法は少なくともひとつの誘導加熱手段により加熱する調理器に用いるとその効果は大きい。

図4は本発明の参考例1における加熱調理器の面状発光操作表示部の要部平面図である。なお、本参考例の基本構成は実施例1と同じなので異なる点を中心に説明する。また、実施例1と同じ機能には同じ符号を付しその説明は省略する。

本参考例が実施例1と異なる点は、実施例1が操作部と面状発光操作部とがそれぞれ独立して設けているのに対し、本参考例では操作部と面状発光操作部とが一体となった、すなわち、操作キーがそのまま表示の一部となる面状発光操作表示部を設けている点である。

図において、面状発光操作表示部24は加熱手段14に対応する図形25が面状発光操作表示装置(図示せず)によって表示される。本参考例では、加熱手段14aの出力に対応する図形25aと加熱手段14bの出力に対応する図形25bとが棒グラフにより表示されている。ここで、図形25aについて詳しく説明する。すなわち、図形25aで示す棒グラフは複数の棒表示26a〜26gから構成されている。そして棒表示の高さは加熱手段14aの出力に対応する高さとし、高さが高くなるほど出力が大きくなるように表している。しかも、棒表示26a〜26gは入力キーの働きも兼ねている。この時、図の点線で示すように棒表示の面積は同じとし、火力出力に相当する分だけ鮮明に表示されるようにするとキー操作がしやすくなる。

この構成で、使用者が加熱部15aに被加熱物を載置し加熱をするにあたって、自分の好みの火力を選択しそれに相当する棒表示、例えば入力キーを兼ねている棒表示26dを押すことにより火力を入力する事が出来る。そして、入力されることにより棒表示の色、明るさ、模様あるいは立体表示などが変化するようにする。これにより入力と同時に入力を確認できるので安心して使用することが出来る。

また、棒表示26a〜26gの下部に火力の強度を表す数字、図では1に相当する弱から7に相当する強までの数字を付しておくと火力の程度を概念的に捉える事ができ利便性が良くなる。さらに、この数字、例えば先の例では26dに相当する4を押すことにより入力するようにしても良い。

以上述べたように面状発光操作表示部を切替える事により、調理に必要な表示をすることが出来るので、面状発光操作表示部の面積を参考例1の場合よりもさらに小さくすることができる。またこのような手法を用いることにより、加熱調理器に必要な操作表示をすべてトッププレート上で行うようにすることができる。これにより姿勢を変えることなく調理に必要な全ての操作と確認をトッププレート上でしかも狭い範囲内で行うことが出来るので利便性が良くなる。
