Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a heavy stone that pressurizes vegetables and the like in order to make a pickled pickled barrel.
[0002]
[Prior art]
There are various kinds of pickles. Conventional weight stones have a predetermined weight, and there are many examples in which one kind of material is used as it is. However, when this is done, pickles are soaked hard, which is not preferable. To solve this problem, you can gradually replace it with lighter weights when pickles are pickled. However, there are many cases where it is not possible to make a delicious pickle, because it is not possible to prepare multiple pieces of stone, or it is good if it is close to it, but it is left out because there is no place to place it, and eventually replacement becomes troublesome.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
This invention was made paying attention to the said point, and is providing the heavy stone for pickles which can change weight by increasing / decreasing the amount of water even if it is one. Further, another object of the present invention is to be able to pressurize vegetables and the like on average in the same manner as before the inclination even if the weight is inclined as the pickles are immersed.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention comprises a main body having a hollow interior as a water storage section for a weight, and a pouring port for injecting water into the main body and discharging the water inside the main body. The inside of the main body is divided into a plurality of spaces by a partition portion, and measures are taken to prevent the horizontal movement of water and to form a communication port in the partition portion for spreading water in the divided space. is there. In the case of the present invention, it is natural to include not only a pickle that uses a barrel, but also a pickle that uses a container in place of the barrel, even if it is called a barrel.
[0005]
This pickles heavy stone has a hollow interior, and has a main body that serves as a water storage section for the heavy stone. Therefore, it can be considered that the pickles for pickles according to the present invention are those that use the weight of the stored water, and the main body is a tank for storing water. The main body can be made of various materials, but it is most desirable to make it from plastics in consideration of handling and durability. The plastic body can be composed of, for example, a container part and a lid part (see FIG. 1). In this case, the container part and the lid part are only separated in terms of molding, so It may be in the form of being integrally fixed. That is, the present invention is also characterized by having a shape and structure suitable for production by plastic injection molding.
[0006]
A pouring port is provided in the main body to inject water into the main body and to discharge the water inside the main body. The pouring port must have a structure that can be opened and closed. In addition, it is necessary to easily open and close the pouring port to increase or decrease the amount of water inside. In addition, durability against salt, acid and the like is also necessary.
[0007]
The inside of the main body is divided into a plurality of spaces in the horizontal direction by the partition portion to prevent horizontal movement of water. The larger the number of divided spaces, the better. This is because the effect of preventing water shaking by the partition portion is improved. Therefore, the division in the horizontal direction means that the water is divided into a plurality of spaces so that water does not move greatly in the horizontal direction. On the other hand, when divided into a plurality of spaces in the vertical direction, since layers are formed, the movement distance of water in each layer is long, and the movement of the center of gravity becomes large, which makes it difficult to handle.
[0008]
In order to distribute water to the divided spaces and equalize the amount of water in each space, one or more communication ports are formed in the partition portion. A communication port shall be provided in the upper part or the lower part of a partition part. The upper part or the lower part means that the weight body has upper and lower parts, and accordingly, it means either the upper part or the lower part, and is not intended to be provided on the upper part or the lower part. By providing the communication port on one of the upper part or the lower part of the partition part, even when the amount of water is small, it becomes easy to equalize the amount of water by turning the main body upside down (see FIG. 3).
[0009]
The main body has a central space that is flat in the vertical direction and penetrates the central portion in the vertical direction, and it is desirable that a handle is provided inside the central space. The handle is a means for lifting and carrying the weight of the present invention, and is easy to handle because it is provided at the center. In this case, the central space needs to be large enough to insert a finger or hand.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to an example of the illustrated embodiment. FIG. 1 shows an exploded view of pickles, 10 is a main body, 11 is a container portion, and 12 is a lid portion, each having a cylindrical hollow portion at the center. The lower hollow portion 13 and the upper hollow portion 14 are fitted to form a central space that penetrates the main body 10.
[0011]
Inside the container part 11, the partition part 15 is radially provided toward the outward from the outer wall surface of the hollow part 13 of the lower part. Therefore, the inside of the container part is divided into a plurality of spaces 16 in the horizontal direction. In the case of illustration, the partition part 15 is shown as a thing of the form which divides the inside of a container part into eight equal parts. The partition part 15 reaches the upper surface from the bottom in the container part, and when the lid part 12 is closed, the partition part 15 becomes an individual space 16 that is completely sealed, so that a communication port 17 for distributing water to each space 16 is provided. It is provided in the upper part of the partition part 15. The illustrated communication port 17 is provided in the upper part.
[0012]
A pouring port 18 for injecting water into the main body 10 and discharging water inside the main body 10 is provided on the outer peripheral wall of the container portion 11 so as to inject water into any one of the spaces. The pouring port 18 is provided in a concave portion 19 formed on the outer peripheral wall and is opened and closed by a cap 20. The cap 20 is attached to and detached from the pouring port 18 by screwing.
[0013]
The lid portion 12 is coupled and integrated with the container portion 11. Therefore, grooves 21, 22, and 23 for fitting the outer peripheral wall of the container portion, the partition portion 15 and the upper end portion of the hollow portion 13 are provided on the back of the lid so that the water tightness is made effective without using a seal member. (See FIG. 1 (b)). Reference numeral 24 denotes a stepped portion. In the contact portion of the stepped portion 24 with the lid portion 12 and the fitting portion in the groove 21..., The container portion 11 and the lid portion 12 are fixed to prevent water leakage. . As the fixing means, adhesion by an adhesive and welding of resin materials by heating are suitable.
[0014]
And the handle 25 is provided in the space | gap of the center of the main body formed in the magnitude | size which can insert a hand. The illustrated handle 25 is provided in the diameter direction on the inner wall surface of the hollow portion 13 of the container portion 11. The container part 11 and the lid part 12 are individually molded by plastic molding and combined together.
[0015]
FIG. 2 and subsequent figures show a part of the action of the pickle weight of the present invention. Since FIG. 2 shows an example of use in an upright state where the amount of water is close to the maximum, as shown in FIG. 4, it is applied at the beginning of soaking. In addition, when pouring water into the main body, if the pouring port 18 is directed upward, it is easy to pour water up to almost full water. Water is poured into each space 16 through the communication port 17 (FIGS. 2 and 3).
[0016]
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 3, when the main body 10 is turned upside down, even a small amount of water can be easily injected evenly into each space 10, which is an example of use in a light state. For example, FIG. 5 shows a state where a heavy weight C is placed on the pickled pickled A, but when it is time for the water to rise in the pickled container B, the internal water is drained and FIGS. It is better to make it lightweight as shown in.
[0017]
Further, as pickles A are pickled, they become uneven and even if the weight C is inclined (FIG. 5), the water in the interior is held in the spaces 16 by the partitions 15, so that vegetables and the like are added as before the inclination. Pressure (see FIG. 6). Thus, the pickles A are pickled with an optimum load and are evenly pressed even in a planar manner.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured and operates as described above, by increasing or decreasing the amount of water, the weight can be changed and an optimum load can be applied to the pickles, and even if the body is tilted or shaken, Since the water filled in is stopped by the partition and moved in the left-right direction, it will not move unexpectedly, so it will not tilt or shake unexpectedly during handling. It has a remarkable effect such as being able to pressurize.
